According to actu Hauts-de-Seine, the arrested man is an asylum seeker from Bangladesh who had gone to the OFII offices to request accommodation. As the office staff could not comply with his request, the man, who was not known to the police, returned armed with two knives. He pointed one of his weapons at a police patrol who arrived on the scene. The police officers drew their weapons and used a stun gun to arrest the man, who fell to the ground paralysed.Actu.fr
