Sweden: Five asylum seekers, including four Syrians, are arrested in the act of raping a young Swedish woman in a playground

Sweden – Five young asylum seekers were arrested by Malmö police on Saturday night when they raped a woman.

At around 11pm on Saturday night, Malmö police received a call reporting that a gang rape was in progress at a playground right next to the Cosmopol casino in Kungsparken in the centre of Malmö.

Thanks to the presence of a patrol on duty in the vicinity while on patrol, four of the perpetrators were caught in the act. The fifth was arrested some time later.

According to court documents, the four alleged rapists are migrants from Syria, while the fifth suspect is a stateless migrant, which is usually synonymous with Palestinian.

None of the five has a criminal record. However, a young Swedish woman filed a criminal complaint against Yamen Aldughaim in November last year because she had witnessed him as threatening and violent.
