Bild reported that a total of 25 complaints of assault were filed, in addition to four sexual assaults, including three rapes.
A known suspect allegedly raped an 18-year-old woman around 6 p.m. inside a restaurant in the Zülpicher district, while another young woman was reportedly raped inside a portable toilet earlier in the day. No suspect was located.
In the early hours of Friday morning, a third victim, an 18-year-old female reported being raped, also inside a restroom.
Cologne police have issued safety guidelines for carnival-goers, warning them not to accept drinks from strangers and to only carry essential belongings that can be securely stored.
Other useful tips include calling emergency services immediately if faced with a dangerous situation, and not walking home alone.
Cologne has remained infamous for sexual violence against women following the horrific scenes on New Year’s Eve in 2015 — where the German Federal Criminal Police estimated that nearly 2,000 women had been sexually assaulted by primarily North African and Middle Eastern migrants.

The Minnesota House of Representatives held a public safety panel yesterday to debate legislation which would require the Department of Corrections to remove trans-identified males from the state’s only women’s prison, MCF-Shakopee. Speaking in support of House File 435, former Shakopee employee-turned-whistleblower Alicia Beckmann revealed that female inmates have been made to endure sexual harassment and intimidation from the male transfers, several of whom are sex offenders, over the past two years.
Beckmann, who has a degree in criminal justice and a Master’s in education, worked as a GED instructor at MCF-Shakopee for ten years before resigning in protest last fall over the DOC’s decision to implement gender identity policies by allowing convicted male criminals to be transferred into the women-only facility.
“In June of 2023, unbeknownst to myself, frontline staff and roughly 600 female offenders, ‘Christina’ Craig Lusk, a biological male, was transferred to Shakopee Correctional Facility after he successfully won a lawsuit against the Department of Corrections,” she said. “This decision opened the floodgates for the nightmare that was to follow.”
Beckmann was referring to a June 2022 discrimination lawsuit against the Minnesota Department of Corrections which ultimately resulted in the implementation of measures permitting male convicts to be housed in the female estate. As Reduxxpreviously reported, Lusk was serving a five-year sentence for the possession of methamphetamine at the Moose Lake correctional facility for men – but had also been accused of domestic abuse by his ex-wife, who has called him “scammer” and a “big fat liar.”
The discrimination claim was filed, on behalf of male convict Craig Lusk, by the trans activist non-profit organization Gender Justice. In order to aid their legal fight to have violent men placed into the women’s prison, Gender Justice was granted nearly $500,000 in taxpayer funds from the administration of Governor Tim Walz.
Lusk was eventually given a personal payout of $495,000, also at taxpayers’ expense.
“Multiple incarcerated men were able to manipulate the system and transfer to Shakopee,” Beckmann testified to the House Committee.
“The men who ultimately transferred to Shakopee included at least two sex offenders and one murderer with a violent history during his incarceration over the past 30 years. At no point were the staff at Shakopee given a voice.”
The Minnesota Department of Corrections has allowed at least FIVE male inmates to transfer to a women's prison, including two sex offenders.
One of the transfers is serving a 36-year sentence for sexually assaulting two 6-year-old girls.https://t.co/PvZXyphlim
Beckmann also noted that “a large percentage of incarcerated women have been victims of sexual, emotional and physical abuse at some point in their lives,” and that housing them with violent sex offenders caused them to be re-traumatized.
There have been multiple bizarre and frightening instances involving the behavior of the male inmates at Shakopee.
Elijah Thomas Berryman, a convicted sex offender who pleaded guilty to four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct against a minor was among the men transferred into the women’s prison. Sources inside Shakopee have told Reduxx, via women’s inmate advocate Rebeca Warmbo, that Berryman often talks to himself using both a deep voice and a higher-pitched voice, as though he were two different people of the opposite sex.
During one classroom session held at the prison, Berryman allegedly stood up and began talking about the harmful impacts of rape. Witnesses said that he became visibly sexually aroused as he did so.
Another child sexual abuser transferred into Shakopee is Sean Windingland, who sexually assaulted two 6-year-old relatives and posted videos of the abuse and grooming on pornography and pro-pedophile websites. Warmbo told Reduxx that Windingland was recently transferred back to a men’s facility, Stillwater, for repeatedly masturbating in front of staff and inmates.
According to reports from inmates seen by Reduxx, pedophiles Berryman and Windingland had been using their internet privileges to obtain photos of female inmates’ children in order to threaten them into silence.
In another instance, female inmates reported feeling terrified that they were being forced to share a shower facility with a violent male murderer. Bradley Richard Sirvio, 53, who beat a man to death with a hammer, was transferred into Minnesota women’s prison MCF-Shakopee at the end of last year after claiming to identify as transgender and adopting the name “Aurora.”
🚨EXCLUSIVE🚨
Female inmates at Minnesota's only women's prison have come forward to reveal that they are being forced to share a shower with a violent trans-identified male.
Additionally, a convicted pedophile who abused a six year-old girl is said to have been flashing his genitals at female inmates in Shakopee. When filing a request for a change of name and legal sex in February 2023, Daniel Patrick Benz claimed to be a “transgender woman” and said that it was “painful, difficult, and uncomfortable” for him to be referred to as a man.
Beckmann, when speaking before the House Committee yesterday, noted that despite these serious instances of sexual abuse of female inmates, top officials had refused to even acknowledge that official reports had been filed with the DOC.
“An administrator within the DOC made the claim back in September that there have been no reported instances of violence or threats. This is simply not true. I have spoken to several correctional officers that have filed reports on behalf of women who have been harassed, flashed, intimidated, and overall live in fear of their safety,” Beckmann said.
She added that staff feel afraid of speaking out for fear of retaliation, and that because of this, she had made the difficult decision to quit in order to be able to speak honestly.
“The day my students came to me in tears, not knowing what to do about their fear and concern about men being incarcerated at Shakopee was the day I realized I could no longer help keep them safe. I knew my job would be in jeopardy had I spoken up while still employed,” Beckmann said.
Multiple trans activists attended yesterday’s hearing on bill HF 435 and expressed their fervent opposition to removing the male criminals from Shakopee. Before the meeting was fully underway, Democrat Representative Emma Greenman referred to the definition of ‘woman’ in the bill as “extreme language” and said that she believed it was language that was “imported” into Minnesota by the Trump administration.
To clarify, Representative Mary Franson, who introduced HF 435, read the text aloud:
“For the purposes of this section, ‘female’ means a female as biologically determined by genetics and defined with respect to an individual’s reproductive system. A ‘female’ is defined as an individual who naturally has, had, or will have, or would have, but for congenital anomaly or intentional or unintentional disruption, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, or utilizes eggs for fertilization… A woman is an adult human female. A girl is a minor human female.”
Democrat Representative Brad Tabke also accused Beckmann of being “hyperbolic” and of “misgendering” the male convicts. One member of the public who commented, Lucy Geach, called HF 435 a “discriminatory and pernicious bill” which “scapegoat[s] the most vulnerable members of our society.”

A failed asylum seeker and former member of the Islamic State (ISIS) terror organisation should have been deported back to his homeland Tajikistan—but a court in the western German city of Münster ordered the deportation to be halted after the man threatened to injure himself.
The case highlights how liberal courts in Europe are prioritising the so-called human rights of dangerous criminals over the well-being of their own citizens, thereby opposing the legitimate anti-immigration steps of governments.
The 39-year-old man, identified as Mukhammadsaid S., had been sentenced to five years in prison in 2017 for being a member of ISIS. He had admitted to taking the oath of allegiance to ISIS in Syria and had completed combat training. He had learned how to use an AK-47 rifle, hand grenades, and rocket-propelled grenades.
After serving his sentence, he was supposed to have been taken into custody on Monday, February 24th, to be deported, but the man tried to prevent this by cutting himself with a knife in the stomach and then holding the knife to his neck. After about three hours, the police finally persuaded him to surrender.
The following day, the migrant filed an urgent application to the court in Münster to suspend his deportation, and the court willingly obliged. It ruled that no one, not even criminals, may be deported to a country where their life could be in danger.
Centre-right CDU politician Olaf Gericke said the case highlights “how difficult the legal situation makes it to deport criminals or convicted terrorists from Germany.”
German daily Bildquestioned whether “the security of a convicted ISIS terrorist” was indeed “more important than that of the population?”
The failure to deport the criminal comes on the heels of a similar case: a Syrian man, who came to Germany ten years ago and was granted protection status, has been allowed to stay despite committing a myriad of crimes.
The repeat offender smashed the windows of 245 cars, attacked and injured an 84-year-old woman, possessed illegal weapons, and drove several times without a driver’s license. He has already been convicted eight times.
The leftist state government in Hamburg said that anyone holding subsidiary protection status may only be expelled if there are “compelling reasons” that they threaten national security or public order—which, in their minds, multiple convictions apparently do not constitute.
A dissenting voice of common sense came from Dirk Nockemann of the right-wing AfD party, who said, “multiple offenders must have their protection status revoked. Anyone who abuses our hospitality in such a way must be deported.”

A 52-year-old Moroccan national has been arrested in France on suspicion of raping a 4-year-old girl in a hotel room while the victim’s father drank downstairs in the hotel bar.
As reported by France Bleu, the incident allegedly took place on Feb. 15 at a hotel in the Font-Romeu ski resort in Pyrénées-Orientales.
According to initial findings, the young girl was on vacation with her father and was sleeping alone in a room on the third floor of the hotel while he spent time at the hotel bar. After the establishment closed, the father continued his night at another venue. Upon returning to the hotel at around 3 a.m., he found his daughter in shock.
He claimed to have made periodic checks on his child throughout the evening to ensure she was safe.
DNA analysis is understood to have been undertaken but the results of this have not been published.
The investigation led the French police and the Perpignan prosecutor’s office to the Moroccan national, a bartender working at the hotel, two days after the incident.
He was placed in police custody and indicted, and remains in pre-trial detention following an initial court hearing.
The suspect vehemently denies the allegations and his defense attorney has appealed his pre-trial detention, insisting her client has done nothing wrong.
“My client claims his innocence. He is struggling to comprehend what is happening to him. He describes the situation as a nightmare,” said lawyer Roxane Césari.
The appeal against detention was heard by a court in Montpellier on Feb. 25 with a decision expected on March 4.
According to Césari, her client is homosexual and has “no attraction to women, let alone children.”
The suspect has been working legally in France for around 35 years. It is unknown if he has any prior convictions.
Paris, once a beacon of culture and European sophistication, has become an epitome of France’s failed migration policy. The case of the Gaîté Lyrique Theater, occupied for nearly three months by hundreds of immigrants, is one of the most salient examples of this situation, now almost at a point of no return. What began as an act of solidarity has turned into a dead-end scenario where violence, disorder, and economic ruin define the fate of this historic establishment.
On December 10 last year, around 250 immigrants, supported by pro-immigration organizations, forcefully took over the Gaîté Lyrique Theater. What was initially presented as the voluntary providing of humanitarian refuge quickly turned into an illegal occupation that completely paralyzed the venue’s operations. Loyal to a progressive ideological line, the theater’s management decided not to evict the occupants. However, the situation soon became unsustainable: scheduled events were canceled, economic losses reached hundreds of thousands of euros, and the venue’s security was severely compromised.
Over the months, the number of occupants has grown to 446, many of whom have been identified as adults despite claiming to be ”unaccompanied minors.”
The situation poses a serious and imminent danger to employees,” the theater’s administration declared in an official statement. A theater worker, who preferred to remain anonymous, said: “We cannot continue under these conditions. It’s not just about the theater; it’s about the safety of all of us who work here.”
On February 26th, the theater’s administration announced that it could no longer guarantee the building’s management, maintenance, or operation. In a desperate plea for help, management reported worsening violence inside the theater and declared that the establishment is in serious and imminent danger.” As a result, employees invoked their right to withdraw, leaving the venue without any operational management.
The economic impact is also devastating. According to management estimates, accumulated losses exceed 700,000 euros. “Not only have we lost revenue, but the theater’s reputation is at stake,” a representative stated. This crisis has also affected nearby businesses, whose owners have complained about rising insecurity and decreasing customer flow.
A symptom of a greater problem
The case of Gaîté Lyrique Theater is not unique. Similar incidents are happening in many other European cities, including in Barcelona and Berlin, where cultural venues have been occupied by migrants.
“The government has abandoned cities in handling this crisis,” Léa Filoche, deputy to Socialist Anne Hidalgo in the Paris mayor’s office complained. But accusing the government of inaction is hypocritical. Anne Hidalgo’s Socialist administration of Paris has demonstrated complete ineffectiveness in managing this crisis. Instead of seeking realistic solutions, they have chosen to evade responsibility and blame the state for its “lack of interest” in the immigrants’ situation.
What the leadership of Paris, and those of many other Western European cities, are unwilling to confront is the root cause of the problem: a failed immigration policy driven by an idealistic approach to mass migration that ignores its real consequences on large European cities.
It remains uncertain whether the police will intervene to evict the illegal occupants or if the venue will simply be abandoned to its fate. What is clear is that this situation is unsustainable and represents a turning point for both Paris and France. “If we allow this to continue, we are sending the message that anyone can occupy a space without consequences,” a security official warned.
If you ever needed proof that democracy in the European Union is now little more than a stage play, Romania has just provided it. The protagonist? Călin Georgescu (Photo). His crime? Winning an election. His punishment? Prosecution.
In a country where “justice” is decided by the elite, Georgescu’s fate was sealed the moment he dared to challenge the Brussels-approved status quo. This was no ordinary campaign — it was a rebellion against the system, a system that had long since abandoned the will of the people in favour of technocratic rule. And for that, he had to be stopped.
For years, Călin Georgescu was an establishment figure — a respected environmental expert, an adviser to the United Nations and a specialist in sustainable development. He was not a firebrand populist or a street revolutionary. He spent decades working within international institutions, crafting policies on food security, resource management, and economic sustainability.
But at some point, he did the one thing the global elite never forgives: he started thinking for himself. He spoke out against Romania’s political subservience to Brussels, criticised the country’s deep state networks, and advocated for national sovereignty. Worse, he resonated with ordinary Romanians who had long felt abandoned by their own leaders. And when he ran for office, he proved that the people were ready for something different.
Let’s rewind to last November. Against all odds, Georgescu dominated the first round of Romania’s presidential elections. It was an outcome that sent shockwaves through Bucharest and Brussels alike. The Romanian people had spoken. But, unfortunately for them, they had said the wrong thing.
Enter the Constitutional Court. In a move that would make any self-respecting autocrat blush, the court annulled the results. The official reasoning? Accusations of Russian interference, campaign finance violations, and “irregularities”. The real reason? He was simply unacceptable to the ruling class.
The fact that accusations against Georgescu turned out to be a false-flag operation orchestrated by the Romanian political establishment did not change anything. The cancellation of the election was a masterstroke of modern European democracy. When the people vote the way the elites want, it is a triumph of free expression. When they do not, the results must be nullified for their own good.
And if cancelling an election was not enough, Romanian authorities decided to go a step further. On Wednesday, prosecutors launched a full-scale offensive against Georgescu and his allies, dragging him into custody. The charges? Promoting fascist ideologies, spreading false information, and violating campaign finance laws.
The message was clear: political opposition in Romania is not just discouraged. It is criminalised.
The police raids resembled an anti-terror operation. His close associates were targeted. His political movement was dismantled before it could even take root. The media, ever loyal to the establishment, dutifully smeared him as a dangerous extremist. And all of this in a country that lectures others about democracy and the rule of law.
What does the European Union have to say about all this? Nothing. Not a word from the same Brussels elites who never miss an opportunity to scold Hungary or Poland for their supposed democratic deficiencies.
Why? Because Georgescu was never one of their own. He wasn’t meant to win. His platform was not aligned with the grand European vision of managed democracy and bureaucratic rule. So, when Romania decided to erase him from the political map, the EU looked the other way.
Meanwhile, outside Romania, the case is gaining attention. Figures like Elon Musk and US Vice President JD Vance have questioned the arrest, hinting at something that most people in Brussels would rather ignore: the EU’s democracy is rotting from within.
All this should be a warning for Europe as a whole. What happened to Georgescu is not an isolated event. It is part of a broader trend sweeping through the EU. Dissent is no longer tolerated. Alternative voices are systematically silenced. If elections do not deliver the right results, there are ways to overturn them.
What happens next is therefore of critical importance. If the people of Romania and Europe allow this to stand, then we should drop the pretence altogether. The EU will have proven itself not as a union of free nations, but as a system where only one ideology is allowed to rule: that of the establishment.
Georgescu’s case is an alarm. The question is, will anyone listen?
The independent district administrator (formerly SPD) of Western Pomerania-Rügen, Stefan Kerth (photo), recently spoke to Nius about the topics of asylum, migration and integration and recounted a harrowing experience. He described how events surrounding the Hamas attack on Israel on the 7th of October 2023 fundamentally changed his view of integration work in his region. Kerth explained that October 7 was a turning point for him, when he realised that the situation in his region, which he had once considered ideal for supporting integration was much more difficult than he had thought. In a region where the conditions for integration were ideal, an incident had occurred that caused considerable distress to the local social workers with their strong Christian ethos. They had worked for years to integrate migrants and considered their efforts to be successful – until the day they hoisted the Israeli flag.
According to Kerth, the social workers were subjected to massive threats after the flag was hoisted. ‘Deadlines were set: ‘If the flag isn’t down by then, we’ll take it down’,’ reports the district administrator. The threats had come from young people, but they had been supported by their parents. The situation had taken a dramatic turn for those involved and had unsettled their beliefs in the positive development of integration.
This experience was particularly painful for the social workers, whom Kerth described as ‘do-gooders’ in the best sense of the word. For them, a ‘complete world’ collapsed when they were confronted with the open rejection and threats. The incident made it clear that such conflicts now also exist in rural regions that were considered unproblematic. In this context, Kerth asked whether too little was being done. He emphasised that integration is not just a social responsibility, but ‘possibly also a debt to be discharged’. In any case, he would want to implement this socially and politically, he explained.
A Canadian mother has come forward to reveal that she was chastised by staff at her local recreation center after reporting that a balding man wearing “fetish gear” was in the women’s changing room. Despite feeling so frightened that she called the police, the mother was told that the man had a right to self-identify into whatever changing room he felt like.
The incident occurred on February 18, when Keri* and her 14-year-old daughter visited the Bonnie Doon Leisure Centre in Edmonton, Alberta. Their plans to have a fun-filled afternoon at the local pool quickly took a turn for the worse after the two entered the changing area to see an adult man “naked except for fetish gear” standing in the center of the room.
Keri tells Reduxx that the man, who appeared to be in his mid-forties, was wearing a “black penis sling” and an exposed rubber breast form. So shocked by the sight, Keri immediately began to usher her daughter out of the changing area.
“My daughter was behind me… I backed up quickly so she would not keep walking forward and yelled ‘help, there is a man in the change room.’” Keri says she went back to the front desk, where she had just paid for the admission to the pool. After explaining what she had seen in the women’s changing area, a male staff member dismissed her concerns.
“He said something like: ‘yes, this is an inclusive facility, what are you afraid will happen?’ and so I told him I was calling the police. He asked me why I felt the need to call the police, but did not try to stop me.”
The man using the women’s bathing area, provided by a source who visited the facility.
While waiting for an officer from Edmonton Police Service to arrive, a female staff member approached Keri to ask her about the situation. Keri recorded the conversation with the staff member, and provided the audio to Reduxx for review.
In the recording, Keri is heard giving a statement to the staff member and explaining precisely what she had experienced.
“I am telling you right now – he is a balding man, in his forties, wearing a penis sling and rubber breasts around his neck… fetish rubber breasts slung around his neck,” Keri is heard telling the staff member. “He is in the women’s washroom. I walked in with my 14-year-old daughter… I am 54, I should not have to put up with it. But she should definitely not be exposed to a man enjoying his fetish in the women’s washroom.”
In response, the staff member explains that “it is the city of Edmonton’s policy that you can use whatever changing room you are most comfortable using.” She goes on to defend the man’s attire, saying “they can wear whatever they are comfortable wearing.”
The man left the recreation center after giving a statement to the female staff member, and Keri and her daughter used the facilities while waiting for the Edmonton Police Service to arrive. Constable Matthew Hawley responded to the scene, and took Keri’s report.
“He said that no law had been broken, and that this was city policy. He told me Edmonton Police Service is neither for nor against it, and if I didn’t like it I could stop using the pool,” Keri says, distraught by the response she received. “I tried to press him about whether he thought 14-year-old girls should have to get undressed in front of middle-aged men in fetish gear and he said the [Edmonton Police Service] has no position on it.”
Keri provided Reduxx with a copy of the police report, which refers to the man by gender neutral pronouns, and states: “The person’s penis was covered by the penis sling however the fake breasts were bare.”
Reduxx has since learned that the man is a regular at the pool, and is almost always seen wearing a rubber breast form beneath a black bikini. We have obtained a series of photos of the man, taken from inside the women’s bathing area, which confirm his appearance.
In the photos, provided by a source in Edmonton, the man is clearly seen wearing a false breast form – an accessory often donned by transvestites and drag queens. The wearable item slips on over the head like a vest and hangs from the chest to give the illusion that the man has breasts.
The source who provided us the photos says that she had visited the pool just days after Keri reports having her February 18 encounter, and saw the man using the women-only sauna.
While snapping the photos, the source explains that the man quickly covered his head with a black towel and began yelling “I have a right to be here” repeatedly.
Reflecting on her experience last week, Keri explains that she felt disappointed by the reaction of police and pool staff. She also notes that the Bonnie Doon Leisure Centre is right next to a grade 7-12 school and is frequented by young students for swims.
“Girls the age of my daughter are in that changing room all the time,” Keri says, calling it “abusive” that the city has policies which protects men’s access to female intimate spaces.
“I felt it was completely crazy that an obvious man in fetish wear was allowed in a space where women and girls undress. It also seemed insane when officer came and said the Edmonton Police Service has no position on a bald guy in fetish boobies and a black form-fitting penis sling being right in front of a 14-year-old girl.”
Keri says she is disappointed with the city of Edmonton for maintaining the gender self-identification policy, but spoke with her daughter about what happened at the pool in an effort to use it as a teaching moment about enforcing boundaries.
“I said I was sorry she had to see that, and that any time a man behaves sexually and inappropriately around her if she is in a public place she should make a LOUD fuss about it. The safest thing is to bring attention and get others to help,” Keri says she told her daughter. “Very upsetting that this basic safeguard does not work at city facilities. That she is expected by the city to accept sexual abuse. A man in that getup in a female space is an abuser. It is not complicated.”
Reduxx reached out to Bonnie Doon Leisure Centre for comment, and may update this article in the event a response is received.
