A tragedy at Seysses prison. On Friday morning, January 7, an inmate was found dead in his prison cell near Toulouse. He had hanged himself with his bed sheet, reports the newspaper La Dépêche. According to initial investigations, the 36-year-old man suffered from mental disorders and had been imprisoned for glorifying Islamist terrorism. In October, he had applied for a transfer to Perpignan, which was rejected by the prison administration. After the rejection, he allegedly became increasingly aggressive towards the staff of the prison in Muret, where he had been imprisoned for a former crime.

On November 4, he had violently attacked a counsellor of the SPIP (Service pénitentiaire d’insertion et de probation) and threatened to “cut off her head like Samuel Paty”. After another incident a week later, the prison administration had filed charges against the prisoner and decided to transfer him to Seysses, a high-security prison known for holding Islamist prisoners. He was supposed to be tried on December 29 for the death threats against the “SPIP” staff member, but his lawyer had obtained an adjournment until January 11. Since then he has been in solitary confinement.

Here is some number-crunching.  Using natural immunity as a base and the fully vaccinated to mean two mRNA shots, we can conclude the following:

An unassailable stat from the Israelis, which made Fauci change his guidance from “if you are fully vaccinated, you will not catch it” to “if you are fully vaccinated, you can still catch it and spread it,” was that the fully vaccinated in Israel were 6–13 times more likely to catch the D variant than the naturally immune population.

And the first decent-sized sample regarding omicron shows that the fully vaccinated are 2.61 times more likely to catch omicron than the D variant. 

So 2.61 times 6 is 15.66.

And 2.61 times 13 is 33.93.

Given the two studies of actual results, fully vaccinated people are 15.66 to 33.93 times more likely to catch omicron than people who were never vaccinated and caught COVID (natural immunity).

Anyone with a numerical brainstem can see that the more people vaccinate, the more likely they will get sick from a variant.

This seems to comport with Nobel Laureate virology professor Luc Montagnier’s conclusion that it is the vaccine that is creating the variants.  From this article, “Prof. Montagnier referred to the vaccine program for the coronavirus as an ‘unacceptable mistake.'”  “The history books will show that, because it is the vaccination that is creating the variants.”

It seems the vaccines are actually harming the natural immune system, at least with regard to the variants.

The AfD parliamentary group has taken legal action against its members not being elected as committees’ chairmen. On Dec. 31, the party filed both a lawsuit and an urgent application to the Federal Constitutional Court, Junge Freiheitreported.

The AfD is entitled to chair three of the 25 Bundestag committees “based on binding agreements between all parliamentary groups,” argues the opposition party. According to the so-called access procedure, the AfD has the right to take over the chairmanship of the interior and health committees and the committee for economic cooperation and development.

But at the constituent meetings of the bodies in mid-December, all three AfD candidates did not succeed. Martin Hess was to chair the interior committee, Jörg Schneider the health committee, and Deitmar Friedhoff the economic development committee. Before the election, contrary to the usual procedure, it was decided to vote in a secret ballot.

“According to the AfD, this is a disregard for the right to equal and fair participation in parliament and thus a violation of the constitutionally anchored principles of democracy,” the AfD criticized.

The legal advisor of the AfD parliamentary group, Stephan Brandner, stressed that “Germany’s democratic system must not continue to erode. If opposition factions in the Bundestag are excluded from appropriate participation in central bodies with trickery and blockades in violation of decades of practice and binding agreements, it is a tragedy for our state.”

He hopes for the Federal Constitutional Court to intervene quickly.

The legal complaint states that not electing the AfD MPs violated the “principles of formal equal treatment of the parliamentary groups and the effective opposition,” which are not strictly constitutionally prescribed but apply through the rules of procedure of the Bundestag. In this case, however, it is also about “constitutional principles which are in the public interest.”

In the urgent application, the AfD demands the Federal Constitutional Court to “regulate the situation provisionally” so that the AfD can appoint the three chairmen at the next committee meeting on Jan. 12.

Since the AfD has been in the Bundestag, the other parties have repeatedly renounced their previous practices. The AfD has been denied a post as Bundestag Vice-President since the legislative period starting in 2017. In addition, Germany’s parliament changed the definition of the senior president. While previously, it was the oldest member of the parliament, now it is the longest-serving member, which means that the post was assigned not to Alexander Gauland from the AfD but Wolfgang Schäuble from the CDU.

A US federal judge has given the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) only eight months — not the 75 years it requested — to release all documents related to the licensing of Pfizer’s Comirnaty Covid vaccine.

On Thursday, Judge Mark Pittman rejected the FDA’s claim that it could release redacted versions of documents at a rate of only 500 pages per month, waiting until 2096 to divulge safety data on the jab. This means that 400 000 pages of documents will have to be made public within eight months.

“The documents in question relate to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed in August 2021 by Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), a group of more than 30 medical and public health professionals and scientists from institutions such as Harvard, Yale, and UCLA,” reported childrenshealthdefense.org.

The request from the health professionals was initially rejected by the FDA, but PHMPT filed a lawsuit against it to obtain the safety data. It raises the question of why a pharmaceutical company would so desperately want to hide its safety data from the public.

In order to avoid making their safety data available, the FDA had claimed that its Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research which deals with the records only has 10 staff members, two of whom are “new”. In fact, the FDA, as of 2020, had 18 062 employees, which is quite enough manpower to speedily fulfill the FOIA request.

The PHMPT has pledged to publish all the FDA documents related to the safety of vaccines on its website.

Commercials take up 27% of commercial television screen time and are the main source of income for TV and radio stations. In most cases, advertisements on all channels appear simultaneously, so don’t try to change the channel, there will be commercials elsewhere, too. Nowadays they have also taken over the Internet. For a financial support, websites have to run ads on their pages, the largest share supplied and controlled by Google. Ads pry into your eyes, unceremoniously interfere with text, and on YouTube, in the most inappropriate places they cut into the action of films, lectures and concerts, tearing apart musical performances. There’s no escaping commercials, we’ve grown accustomed to them, and they become almost as much a part of our lives as food, toilets, and sleep.

In the United States today, the White population (not including Hispanics) is 57.8%. In real life Caucasians are still in the majority, but now on TV and the Internet they are swept under the rug like trash. Blacks compose 14% of the U.S. population but appear in 50% of commercials. White actors now appear for promotion of health insurance, gold, loans and some medicines. Moreover, if a White person appears in a commercial, he/she is usually old, sick, a freak, or at the very least, an appendage to a Black partner. If there’s a doctor on the screen, he’s usually Black, while the patient is usually White. Caucasian young men appear in only 4% of the commercials! If some aliens began to study the population of Planet Earth through our TV commercials they would have a somewhat distorted picture of Americans, to put it mildly.

So why do advertisers ignore the long-standing rules of marketing, and to the detriment of their own financial interests, fill the media space with content that displaces and degrades its biggest market segment? The answer is simple. At the heart of this nonsense is political correctness in a form even an Orwell could not have foreseen.  Business executives go out of their way to publicly show their conformity with the universal “diversity” and “critical racial theory” (CRT), demanding that the White man be blamed for all the sins one can imagine.  Replacing ancient, long-vanished oppression of Blacks with real oppression of Whites, overcompensating and planting racism-in-reverse.

Why does the White population, which is still in the majority in the U.S., accept the banishing and belittling obediently and silently?  Why is there no public criticism, much less resistance to the idiocy? Why don’t people don’t tell political correctness to go to hell? After all, the U.S. is not Stalin’s USSR, and anyone who disagrees with the party is not yet sent to a camp or shot. Why is there such stifling conformity among the American people, formerly known for their independence and freedom of speech? The answer is simple and sad: the reason is fear, albeit on a more vegetarian level than it was under the Soviet rule.

Ordinary people keep their mouths shut for fear of losing their jobs, not getting a holiday bonus, not getting promoted, or being socially ostracized This is understandable, and I wouldn’t blame them, although I wouldn’t respect them either. But what are people of higher position afraid of — the heads and owners of businesses? What is threatening them? Indeed, nobody is going to drive them out of their positions or take their business, though fear of boycotts can be realistic.  They are afraid of various inconveniences: negative articles in the leftist press, social shunning, frivolous lawsuits, loss of state and federal licenses, government contracts, unexpected audits by the IRS, fines for alleged violations of minorities’ rights, and the like small and large troubles.

People think that if they keep quiet, then the pendulum will swing back and everything will sort itself out. But comfort kills the will to resist and produces conformism, that inevitably leads to stagnation, degradation of society, reduction of living standards and, finally, to loss of that very comfort.

So what we to do? I am not calling anyone to the barricades, but only ask: Don’t live by lies. The least any of us can do today is not participate in lies of the CRT and other political correctness: not watch their movies, not read their newspapers, not vote for the conformist candidates, not support them financially, and certainly never buy anything that in a politically correct manner is singing and dancing on a TV or computer screen.

The Italian public prosecutor’s office is investigating NGOs who illegally bring people from Africa to Europe by ship. Statements from these smugglers now underpin the Italian investigations that some NGO ships are also in close contact with human traffickers from North Africa.

The Swiss newspaper SonntagsZeitung spoke to three Libyan smugglers who confirmed to the journalists that there were contacts between human traffickers and NGO ships.

The smugglers’ statements also supported the investigations of the public prosecutor’s office in Trapani in Sicily, which collected 650 pages of evidence to prove a cooperation between the NGOs and the human traffickers – including images, internal e-mails and WhatsApp communication, tapped phone calls and conversations from the navigation bridges of NGO ships.

As the Swiss daily Blick reported, however, large NGOs such as Médecins sans Frontières or Save the Children have been denying such cooperation. However, the SonntagsZeitung reported on at least a dozen cases of direct deliveries from migrants by the tugs to these NGO ships. The empty tug boats then returned to Libya.
