This time the drug addict (18 previous convictions) had to appear at the Cologne district court because of a threat. Two weeks after he was released from prison, he introduced himself to the employee of a citizens’ office in Hürth as the one who cut off a man’s head in Bonn. Then he allegedly threatened the staff to cut off their heads as well.
He had tried in vain to register at an address. “I was angry, I told about the crime, but I didn’t threaten anyone.”
The court did not believe him – ten months in prison without parole.
