After the shooting in Fuhrberg near Burgwedel (Hanover region) in June, the suspected shooter has been standing trial for attempted manslaughter at the Hanover Regional Court since Thursday.
Together with two companions (20,21), Farhan M. (25) showed up at a family’s home in Fuhrberg. One of their sons allegedly touched his sister “on the shoulder” and molested her.

A neighbour heard the loud argument in the street and recorded it on his mobile phone. The film shows a woman with a headscarf who gets hold of the revolver after the shooting and then apparently shoots into the air. A separate investigation is underway against her.
