Germany: Girl (15 years old) raped by eleven migrants in the park – The criminals are under investigation but still at large because the prosecution still does not know what to charge them with

It is simply shocking: Eleven men attack a girl (15 years old), abuse and rape her for hours. And this in the middle of the city park in Hamburg. The public prosecutor’s office is now examining whether charges will be brought.

Eleven suspects were identified by the investigation. Ten of them have a migration background. One of them is in custody.

The girl was wandering through the park after a birthday party when one of the suspects approached her at 11.15 pm, lured her into a bush and raped her. He then allegedly called his friends, who then attacked the victim, sometimes simultaneously. Particularly heinous: one of the suspects recorded the crime on a mobile phone, reports the newspaper “Bild”. The ordeal lasted two and a half hours. Finally, the men stole their victim’s mobile phone and wallet before fleeing. A witness called the police. The officers found nine different traces of semen on the girl.

During later house searches, the police secured evidence, clothing and mobile phones, and took saliva samples from the suspects. Eddy Oechtering, spokesperson for the public prosecutor’s office: “We are now examining whether charges will be brought and if so, for what.”
