One can briefly summarise the events on Tuesday in Augsburg District Court: Young judge, young prosecutor. Facts about Political Islam – ignored. Facts regarding the effects in reality – meaningless. Differentiation to Muslims – unimportant. Criticism of Political Islam and its consequences – incitement of the people. Because it would stir up “hatred” against a part of the Muslims.
It would trigger “negative emotions” if I reported on terrorist attacks, murders, acts of violence, stabbings and rapes and held the ideology of political Islam responsible for these crimes. These “negative emotions” towards Muslims who adhere to political Islam and would thus be associated with these crimes obviously outweigh the suffering of thousands of people in our country who are severely affected by these crimes in the judgement of the young judge and the young public prosecutor.
In Russia, you are no longer allowed to call a war a war, otherwise you end up in prison for 15 years. In Germany, one is no longer allowed to say that the provisions of political Islam are also partly responsible for terror, violence, contempt for women up to and including rape, hatred of Jews and contempt for homosexuals. The victims, who will continue to fall by the wayside by denying the causes, are apparently out of luck. Regrettable individual cases.
In Germany, however, a chairman of an Islamic association is allowed to distribute a scripture calling for the killing of any Muslim who does not observe the Ramadan fast, because this makes him an apostate of Islam. This could not be clearly assessed as incitement of the people, because “fundamentalist or extremist religious confessions and confessional writings” were covered by the freedom of religion in the Basic Law. This protection encompasses the entire scripture, including passages calling for killing.The death penalty for religious crimes is by no means alien to religions, the judges claim, “not even to Judaism and Christianity”.

So a Muslim is allowed to distribute writings in Germany to kill apostates, but a non-Muslim German is not allowed to warn against the commands to kill people of other faiths by this ideology of Political Islam. This currently considerably deranged country has clearly not yet been shocked badly enough by the terror of Political Islam.
