The investigation was launched following a raid on a house in the Hauts-de-Seine department in connection with a terrorist criminal organisation.
The investigators and the anti-terrorist judiciary suspected a ‘plan for a violent action against a man who had made statements on social networks that were considered blasphemous towards the Prophet’.

The three young men, who were charged on Friday with criminal terrorist organisation and placed under judicial supervision, are suspected of having exchanged messages in which they ‘expressed their approval of jihadist theses and mentioned various plans for violent action against people considered anti-Muslim’, according to the first source close to the case.
