In this case, which has attracted much attention and anger in Italy and which the court has described as “extremely spectacular”, Danish H. is one of five family members of 18-year-old Saman Abbas suspected of being involved in her murder. The body has not yet been found. On October 20, the court had declared that Danish H. was “responsible for the abduction, capture of this young girl and her death in a field”.
