Since Wednesday, three Syrians and a Guinean have been on trial in Dortmund for sexual abuse.
The victim and his girlfriend had met the Syrians on July 10 in a house near the square Borsigplatz. Ahmod A. (18), according to the allegations, touched one of the girls (13) indecently in the kitchen. Meanwhile, his buddy Rageb A. (17) had gone into the bedroom with the other girl (also 13).
He violently broke down her resistance and raped the girl several times. Afterwards, Khaled S. (20) abused the schoolgirl on the bed, according to the investigation.
When the two girls met the Syrians again the next day in the flat of the asylum seeker Mamadou B. (18), Rageb A. allegedly abused the 13-year-old again before the owner of the flat attacked her.
“Everyone knew that the injured party was only 13 years old,” said the prosecutor.
The German girl has been in psychological treatment since then. The accused face prison sentences of several years.
