On Tuesday noon, public broadcaster ORF reported on its homepage about the new OSCE report, according to which the number of anti-Christian and anti-Semitic hate crimes in Europe has increased significantly. However, only for a short time – because the report was suddenly deleted without comment and cannot be found since.
What was going on there? On Tuesday, the ORF published a report on its homepage entitled “Hate crimes against Christians and Jews have risen sharply”, referring to the new OSCE report, which eXXpress also reported on in detail. According to the report, the number of anti-Christian and anti-Semitic hate crimes has increased significantly. But after only about 30 minutes, the article was suddenly deleted from the ORF homepage without comment. The link now leads nowhere, as does a reference on the ORF homepage to the report. It has not appeared anywhere else since then.
An eXXpress enquiry to ORF about the reasons for the deletion has so far remained unanswered. Should a statement be forthcoming, it will be published here. At eXXpress you can of course continue to inform yourself without restriction about the bloody persecution of Jews and Christians. You can find the article under this link: “Hate crimes against Christians and Jews rise most in Europe”.
