Police are looking for possible victims and witnesses after an altercation at the Inheidener See lido in Giessen. At around 8 p.m., witnesses reported a brawl on the emergency call. Several bathers with a migrant background got into an argument for unknown reasons, which ended in a violent fight. According to witnesses, sticks were used. Afterwards, one group ran to the direction of Horloffer and fled from there in a car. When several police patrols arrived, other participants were no longer on the scene.
The police are investigating charges of dangerous bodily harm.
