The father was therefore sentenced by the Draguignan criminal court to six months’ imprisonment with a two-year suspended sentence for “threats, violence or intimidation of a public official” (…). He was also banned from entering Collège Léotard. (…) He must also take part in citizenship training. His brother-in-law has to pay EUR 200 in citizenship fees and is not allowed to attend collège for six months.
