An 18-year-old woman from Maisach was groped on the suburban train S3 on her way home. According to the police, the incident happened on Friday at around 1.15 a.m. between Pasing and Langwied.
A 26-year-old man had already approached the woman from Maisach at the station in Pasing. He then took a seat opposite her in the suburban train. When the train started moving, he harassed the 18-year-old and stroked her bare legs. Other passengers noticed this, protected the woman and informed the train driver. The train was stopped. By the time the police arrived, the 26-year-old had left. However, he came back and insulted a 21-year-old man who had come to the woman’s aid. The officers found that the offender, who lives in Dorfen, had a blood alcohol level of 1.12 per mille. They arrested him. He is known to the police for various sexual offences. In addition, the Nigerian’s residence permit has expired.
