Even complaining did not help. The Dresden Regional Court sentenced Munthar L. (33) to two years and ten months in prison. He had raped a senior citizen (90 years old) in the emergency room of the Friedrichstadt hospital in Dresden.
In May 2021, the pensioner had fallen and was waiting for treatment in a wheelchair at the clinic. The Iraqi was waiting there for his wife.
When the pensioner was on her way to the toilet, Munthar followed her. “I thought it was a staff member and was very grateful,” the woman said.
But the perpetrator came with her to the toilet without being asked, grabbed her crotch massively, rubbed himself here.
Munthar scolded in the trial and accused the pensioner of lying.
