Video footage shows the violence used by the police against critics of Corona measures. In Schweinfurt, the police did not shy away from using pepper spray at a rally against the Corona policy and the planned compulsory vaccination, knowing that children were also present at the demonstration. A four-year-old child was hit by a cloud of pepper spray.
While at every left-wing radical demonstration police forces are required to be prudent in their use of police equipment, this has long since not applied to protests critical of Corona measures. Not even when the police know that there are children among the demonstrators. This was the case last Christmas weekend in Schweinfurt, Bavaria, when hundreds of people from the middle class – and thus also with their children – took part in the demonstration.
A police press release succinctly states:
The child who came into contact with the cloud of pepper spray is fortunately uninjured. He was free of symptoms after being treated by the emergency services. #SW2612
Even worse than the police’s quote is the strategy of the mainstream media. While the left-wing politically controlled “Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland” presents the police violence as having no alternative and writes: “On Boxing Day in Schweinfurt, several hundred participants in a Corona demonstration protested against the measures taken by the politicians. Some allegedly tried to break through police barriers and behaved violently. The police had to use batons and pepper spray” – the German Broadcasting Corporation (BR) trivialised the situation by saying: “The police had to use batons and pepper spray against aggressive participants in the demonstration. In the process, a child came into contact with a cloud of mist.”
Focus magazine then makes it clear who is to blame for the child’s injury when the headline reads: “Four-year-old child of demonstrator injured during violent Corona demo”.
Regardless of whether it is justifiable to allow children to join demonstrations: The police know that there are children among the demonstrators. Even at left-wing radical riot demonstrations, the police are instructed to refrain from using pepper spray. But if it is a question of “lateral thinkers”, then their children can be beaten up.
