Polish opposition MP handcuffs himself in parliament as he waives his immunity
Polish MP Dariusz Matecki of the opposition Conservatives (PiS) has handcuffed himself on the podium of Poland’s parliament after he waived his own parliamentary immunity.
He did so on March 5 as he faced being indicted by prosecutors from the centre-left government led by Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
The PiS MP has been accused of fake employment offences and of defrauding the public Justice Fund. He denied the charges and said they were politically motivated.
The Parliamentary Rules Committee on March 5 recommended stripping Matecki of his parliamentary immunity and approving his temporary detention. Shortly afterwards, Matecki took to the podium.
“I renounce my parliamentary immunity. This is consistent with my beliefs — an MP should not stand above any citizen,” he declared.
He has in the past argued for the removal of parliamentary immunity from the Constitution.
Matecki then accused the Tusk government of waging a political campaign to smear and repress the opposition ahead of May’s presidential election.
“Everyone knows how this show is supposed to play out, well ahead of any decision by the courts,” the PiS MP said.
“Today, [justice minister] Adam Bodnar explicitly stated that I am to be arrested during the parliamentary session. This isn’t an investigation; it’s a political execution,” Matecki declared.
He then proceeded to handcuff his two wrists together.
“You want an MP in handcuffs on television? Fine. Here’s your spectacle, you’ll have an MP in handcuffs at the parliamentary podium,” he announced.
“Let this image symbolise the direction Poland is heading. Let everyone see what the State has become under Donald Tusk’s rule,” said Matecki.
“I have a message from Poland to the free world, from a collapsing democracy. I stand before you handcuffed in the Polish parliament. I am an opposition MP. Soon, those in power will take away my freedom, for nothing!
“This isn’t justice; it’s a political attack. Tusk’s government, backed by [US] Democrats and [former US president] Joe Biden, Germany and [US philanthropist George] Soros-funded foundations, is destroying democracy, suppressing the opposition and controlling the media,” Matecki claimed.
PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński, speaking ahead of the parliamentary session on March 5, had accused the Tusk government of making the indictment and detention of PiS politicians an election platform.
“This is simply part of the election campaign, as well as an attempt to intimidate” he said regarding the parliamentary debate on the lifting of Matecki’s immunity, his own and that of the head of the PiS parliamentary caucus Mariusz Błaszczak.
Since coming to office in December 2023, the Tusk government, in line with its election promises, has showered former and current PiS officials with indictments for alleged abuses of power.
These charges have included being members “of an organised” group and “defrauding public funds”. One of those accused, Marcin Romanowski MP, has fled to Hungary and sought political asylum there.
At the same time, the government’s prosecutors have dropped indictments against their own politicians made during the time of the previous PiS government.
Among those against whom charges have been dropped was Tusk’s family lawyer Roman Giertych MP. He had been accused of appropriation of a private company’s assets.
Former surgeon and now Speaker of the Senate, the second chamber of Poland’s parliament, Tomasz Grodzki, also had charges against him dropped after being accused of having taken bribes from patients.

UK: Afghan asylum seeker raped schoolgirl, 15, after spotting her alone in town centre
A vile Afghan “asylum seeker” has been found guilty of raping a 15-year-old schoolgirl after spotting her alone in a town centre.
Sadeq Nikzad approached the girl in Falkirk, Stirlingshire in October 2023 – when he asked for her phone number and whether she had a boyfriend, the High Court in Edinburgh heard.
Nikzad, 29, made “sexual remarks” towards the teenager, before leading her behind a nearby pub where he attacked and raped her.
Nikzad denied raping the girl – but was yesterday found guilty by a jury following a trial.
The Afghan national is now set to be deported from Britain when his sentence, which has not yet been set, comes to an end.
His victim had been walking along the town’s High Street after collecting a prescription, when she was approached by the migrant.
She told jurors: “This is a person I have genuinely never seen before.”
The girl said she understood that English was not his first language – and that “it was quite hard at times to decipher what he was trying to say to me”.
During the assault on her, she said she froze and was “quite shocked”.
“I knew I needed to get help as soon as possible, but I didn’t really have anything in me to just push him off. If he were to look, he would see I was very unhappy and scared.”
A woman who was walking to her car came across Nikzad’s victim after the attack.
The passer-by said: “As I crossed the road, that’s when I saw the girl and the man coming out of the lane – and the girl came straight over to me. She was in a daze. She looked stunned.
“I knew something had gone wrong. She came to me for comfort. She said she kept telling the guy she was only 15.”
The girl’s father told the court that she phoned him after the attack to tell him what had happened – and when he saw her, she was terrified.
“I have never seen her in that state before,” he said.
Judge John Morris KC has deferred Nikzad’s sentencing to prepare a background report on him.
Until his pre-sentencing report has been delivered, the Afghan national, who has been placed on the sex offenders register, will be kept in custody.

‘Biggest voter deception of all time’ – Criticism grows after EU and Germany aim ‘mega’ debt package at weapons manufacturers
Germany and Europe are aiming to spend over a trillion euros on producing and buying weapons, and at least in the case of Germany, professors and economists are pointing out that the massive debt was not what Germans voted for.
“We are living in an era of rearmament,” said Ursula von der Leyen on Tuesday, presenting her ReArm Europe program, which would include approximately €800 billion for defense spending. On the same day, Germany’s likely future chancellor, Friedrich Merz, announced an unprecedented mega debt package his new government wants to implement, which would focus on infrastructure spending and defense.
“The general conditions have changed more quickly than we could have imagined,” Merz said. The EU and Germany must now “make very great efforts very quickly to strengthen the defense capabilities of our country and the European continent.”
Professor Stefan Homburg of Leibniz University Hannover wrote on X that the plan is the “biggest voter deception of all time.”
“This is how it works: With a GDP of just over 4 trillion euros, 1% is around 40 billion. With a NATO target of 2%, 40 billion in new debt is allowed for the military (1% over 1 %). With a NATO target of 5%, it is 160 billion euros (4% over 1%) . And that’s per year!

Those hoping for a quick peace with the election of Donald Trump may have to contend with a Europe that is increasingly signaling it is going all in on weapons spending and rearmament. However, Europe’s political class sees the money as a chance to build defense up.
“I want to make it very clear: in view of the threats to our freedom and peace on our continent, the following must now also apply to our defense: ‘whatever it takes’,” he added.
Merz’s CDU and the Social Democrats (SPD) plan to make changes to the constitution in the Bundestag this week, which will be voted on by the old coalition parties. They will launch a special fund of €500 billion to repair infrastructure over the next ten years, which also means a relaxation of the debt brake. He said that all defense spending above 1 percent of GDP would be exempt from debt brake restrictions.
Merz pointed to Russia and Trump as the basis for relaxing the country’s debt brake.
“We also know that the resources for our national and alliance defense must now be significantly expanded,” said Merz, who ran on a platform of not taking on any new debt, a promise he not only quickly backtracked on, but has no done so in a spectacular fashion.
While many economists praised the new decision to take out hundreds of billions in debt, not all were supportive.
Economist Veronika Grimm warned against massive debt to finance rising defense spending. “We do indeed need a rapid increase in the defense budget. But without reforms, that is a path to the abyss,” said the professor at the Technical University of Nuremberg in an interview with German paper “Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung.”
He pointed out that social spending is increasing at an ever-increasing rate and due to Germany’s rapidly aging populace, it will be difficult to curb this spending. “It is therefore an extremely risky bet to keep postponing the need for reform by taking on debt. The chances of that working out are slim,” said Grimm.
Defense Minister Boris Pistorius (SPD) praised the deal. “This is a historic day for the Bundeswehr and for Germany,” the SPD politician told “Spiegel.” The possible new government coalition has thus broken an important knot. “We are sending a strong signal to the people in our country and to our allies.”
At the same time, in von der Leyen’s speech, she offered the following to fund Europe’s spending spree on weapons:
- The relaxation of budgetary rules, i.e. the possibility of exceeding the 3 percent deficit if a member state spends 1.5 percent of its GDP on defense spending,
- Joint EU arms procurement, 150 billion euros from loans,
- The transfer of cohesion funds to defence spending,
- Attracting private capital through the European Investment Bank,
- Accelerating the creation of the Savings and Investment Union.
Ursula von der Leyen said several times in her speech that the purchase of weapons and defense equipment would also represent a long-term opportunity for further military support for Ukraine.
European defense stocks have continued to soar in the last month, with the news from yesterday sending them even higher.
Italian Schoolboy ‘Punished for Avoiding Rainbow Stairs’
Italian conservatives are demanding that schools stop promoting the LGBT agenda following the strange case of a 13-year-old boy who was disciplined for refusing to walk up a rainbow staircase.
The details of this ‘incident’ differ depending on who is relaying them. The boy’s parents claim he was incorrectly labeled “homophobic”—by the headteacher, no less—and that “other students are also uncomfortable going up those stairs, but they did not have the courage of my son.”
Officials from the Verona schools say, however, that the boy was only disciplined for dangerously clinging to the handrail of the staircase. Piergiorgio Sartori, who is president of the Verona Association of Principals, even stressed that this “is not a gender staircase,” despite it having been created on the International Day of Awareness Against Homophobia.
However, Lega, one of the junior parties in Italy’s conservative government, has called for a halt to all attempts at LGBT indoctrination at schools. Responding to the case, which he described as an “educational disaster,” party representative Rossano Sasso said:
We cannot want to forcefully inculcate gender culture in young people. And the boy’s parents did well to ask for the intervention of [the education minister] who started the investigations into the case.

The liberal +Europa party has expectedly taken a different stance, saying in a fairly stock statement that “integration and respect for all diversity must be 360 degrees regardless of ethnicity, religion, emotional orientation or gender identity.” Others have defended the rainbow staircase on the basis that it contains words including “tolerance,” “welcome” and, at the top: “Love is love. Nothing else.”
Lega will this week present a new bill to counter what it describes as the imposition of gender ideology in schools. The Culture Committee of the Italian Chamber of Deputies also last year adopted a resolution stopping the curriculum from being “hijacked to unilaterally and uncritically champion behaviours rooted in ‘gender ideology’ among young people,” which prompted anger in the European Parliament.

German gov’t-funded NGO worked with Antifa to dox, threaten alleged ‘far-right’ citizens: report
A leftist, government-funded NGO worked together with masked Antifa thugs who doxed and visited the homes of allegedly far-right “ethnic nationalists” citizens in Germany to threaten them.
According to an investigative report by NIUS, the civil society initiative “Beherzt” identified individuals they deemed to be “ethnic nationalist settlers” (“völkische Siedler”) and cooperated with Antifa, which sent buses full of masked thugs to visit the homes of the alleged far-rights extremists and threaten them.
The NGO Beherzt, founded in 2018 in Lower Saxony, designed yellow-violet crosses with the slogan “Cross without a catch — cross for diversity” so that non-right-wing people could mark their houses and show they are not “ethnic nationalist settlers.” A local resident told NIUS that the wooden crosses are “Jewish stars with a reversed meaning.”
NIUS showed photographs of houses with these “diversity crosses” in several villages in Lower Saxony. The signs can be seen as a way to virtue signal and to identify those who refuse to conform.
Between 2023 and 2024, masked Antifa thugs visited at least seven private houses in Lower Saxony, NIUS reported. One of those incidents was Reinhard Nietzel (name changed by NIUS to protect privacy), who captured the “visit” by a group of around 30 masked Antifa members in front of his house.
They unrolled a banner saying, “Exposing and combating ethnic Nazi structures” and screamed insults like “nazi pig” through a megaphone. The masked thugs handed out leaflets in the village with information about the family that allegedly proved they were right-wing extremists.
The left-wing extremists accused the family of the following:
Neitzel had once been active in the group “Sturmvogel,” a youth group that was also frequented by right-wingers. His family ran an antiquarian bookstore that sold Nazi literature. His wife, a prospective teacher, was committed to methods that were also adopted by the “Anastasia” movement, another nationalist group. Seventeen years ago, as a 16-year-old, she stood at a memorial demonstration for fallen soldiers in Dresden; neo-Nazis were also there that day.
Nietzel said the antiquarian bookstore belonged to his father but has long since been taken over by his brother. They did sell literature for students to use as primary sources, including Nazi literature, communist texts, and writings from the conservative revolution, without promoting any of the ideologies. Nietzel stressed that he is not a Nazi and that he reads Jewish philosopher Hannah Arendt.
After he had repeatedly emphasized that he had been wronged, the left-wing extremist scene mobilized to denounce him to his employer and get him fired. Nietzel sued, and a court ruled that citing his name online and denouncing him as a Nazi was against the law, setting an important precedent.
The government, leftist NGOs, and Antifa thugs working closely together
In June 2024, the leftist NGO Beherzt was praised by Interior Minister of Lower Saxony Daniela Behrens for opposing people with “ethnic nationalist” ideas and promoting a “democratic, humane coexistence.” She awarded the organization the “Julius-Rumpf-Preis” along with a check worth 10,000 euros. Beherzt also receives funding from its partners, among them the Amadeu Antonio Foundation, a leftist organization that in turn is funded by the federal government.
The initiative Beherzt works closely with journalist and “expert for right-wing extremism” Andrea Röpke, who frequently lectured at Antifa events. Röpke is connected to Olaf Meyer, the spokesman for the Antifa group in Uelzen/Lüneburg. NIUS provided a picture of Röpke and Meyer taking photos at a private wedding of a potential “ethnic nationalist settler” to later denounce the guests who attended the ceremony.
In an article in the Allgemeine Zeitung, “Beherzt” admitted that it obtained “information from Antifa” about potential buyers of houses and farms in the countryside. The NGO said it was prepared to “share our knowledge,” i.e., publish sensitive personal information about potential property buyers if they deemed them to be “right-wing extremists.”
One person affected by the Antifa intimidations told NIUS: “The group ‘Beherzt’ marks us outwardly for a middle-class audience, while Antifa does the dirty work.”

“In a context where some scientists in the United States may feel threatened or hindered in their research, our university announces that it is setting up a program dedicated to welcoming scientists wishing to continue their work in an environment conducive to innovation, excellence and academic freedom ,” announced the university.
In recent years, 25 researchers from Ukraine, Yemen, Afghanistan or more recently the Palestinian territories have been welcomed in the south of France with their families, as part of the “Pause” program , which supports researchers and artists forced into exile.
American scientists will be able to study side-by-side with top-notch scientist talent from Yemen and Hamas. Just imagine the breakthroughs in transgender global warming suicide bombing they’ll be able to unleash.

The university’s “Safe Place for Science” program will provide 10 to 15 million euros ($11 to 16 million) that can accommodate around 15 researchers over three years.

Steven Crowder Slams Fascist Censorship in Germany: “Time to Break Ties”
Podcaster and comedian Steven Crowder picked up the story of German YouTuber “Shlomo Finkelstein”, which Gateway Pundit has been covering for years, who is in prison for 12 months for so-called “hate speech”. Crowder slammed German officials for tolerating “hate speech” against the opposition AfD, Elon Musk or Donald Trump, while arresting people for criticizing the leftist government. “I think it’s time to break ties until they start following our lead. The good news is we have the ability to do that,” Crowder said.
“The Democrat party wants us to be far more like the Left in Germany and Canada,” Crowder said. “You can see by who they are allied with. You can see by the political debates in these countries. I saw it in Canada. The entire Liberal Party, the Trudeaus of Canada, are friends with the Kamalas and the Bidens, and they hate the Trumps. So, it’s important when you look at these issues to examine not just what does the Left do right now – what would they do if they had their way?”
“The good news is you can see what the Right would do, because right now we have it,” Crowder noted. “Right now, the Left is furious about the imbalance of power, but guess what? We’re looking at more freedom, we’re looking at more rights and we’re looking at government efficiency. They think that is the worst abuse of human rights. It’s DOGE right now. Have you seen people actually being silenced or jailed for speech? No. AP not being allowed in the Oval Office doesn’t count. When the Left has unfettered power, this is always what happens, and they prioritize ‘tolerance’ and virtue signaling over the well-being of their own citizens.”
Steven Crowder then played the appeal to Vice President J.D. Vance, President Donald Trump, and Elon Musk Shlomo released from prison (The Gateway Pundit reported).
“This is exactly what J.D. Vance was talking about in the speech he gave at the Munich Security Conference,” Crowder remarked. “What I worry about is the threat from within. The retreat of Europe from some of its most fundamental values, values shared with the United States of America. And unfortunately, when I look at Europe today, it’s sometimes not so clear what happened to the Cold War’s winners.”
“I look to Brussels, where EU Commissars warned citizens they intend to shut down social media during times of civil unrest the moment they spot what they’ve judged to be “hateful content.” Or to (Germany) where police have carried out raids against citizens suspected of posting “anti-feminist comments” online as part of “combating misogyny on the internet.””
“We cannot have alliances with countries, with nations that not only don’t share our fundamental values, but their views are antithetical to our values. We’ve talked about the priorities of Europe, in providing social benefits, social welfare, free internet, free health care, free vacation, free lunches, instead of protecting themselves. So, we know they are not aligned with the United States as it relates to military values, as it relates to international treaties they don’t honor. So they’re not good friends.”

Reduxx has learned that a trans activist based in Washington state who serves on the board of directors for an LGBTQ+ youth group is a BDSM fetishist who maintains a profile on a controversial fetish website where he arranges sex parties. Jason Hogle, who uses the name Tela Rose Hogle, recently spoke out during a school board meeting against a resolution ensuring that girls’ sports are protected for females only.
During a Tumwater school board meeting on February 27, Hogle said that a resolution protecting girls’ high school sports would lead to young people committing suicide.

“The reason we are in the schools is to counter the effects bullying has on LGBTQ youth and keep them alive,” Hogle, said.
“I don’t think you’re protecting the safety of anyone by eliminating the right of a trans student to participate in sports,” he added.
Despite adamant opposition from Hogle and several other trans activists who attended the Tumwater school board meeting, the resolution was passed. After the majority vote, proceedings were stalled by a protest staged by the activists who had attended.
The resolution was a direct result of a troubling situation that occurred in February, wherein a female athlete playing for Tumwater’s girls’ basketball team sat out of the championship game. Student Frances Staudt, who is 15 years old, refused to play against the opposing team from Shelton High due to the inclusion of a trans-identified male player, Andi Rooks.
As a result of her decision, and for referring to the boy with male pronouns, Staudt has said that she is being investigated by school officials for “harassment and bullying.” In response to massive public outcry, the Tumwater School Board discussed and ultimately passed the resolution safeguarding girls’ sports within their district.
Hogle serves as the Board President for an LGBTQ+ Youth group called Pizza Klatch, which operates within three schools in Thurston County. The organization’s mission statement reads: “School will be a positive and supportive space where LGBTQ+ youth are accepted and celebrated – free to learn without violence, harassment, discrimination, suicidal ideation or self-harm.”
It continues: “The after-school support group provided a refuge for youth in need, but was discontinued in fall of 2007 after students were discovered by disapproving parents and suffered punishment … The support group quickly moved to lunchtime, and pizza was served at the first Pizza Klatch in February of 2008. Now youth had a safe and confidential place to meet during school hours to gain support and community.”
In a biography posted to the Pizza Klatch website, Hogle says that he began claiming a transgender status in 2017, and that the youth group “played an instrumental role” in his decision. Hogle made his decision public in 2020, and has been facilitating the youth groups since 2022.
Reduxx has located several social media profiles belonging to Hogle. Curiously, a social media post by Hogle in 2017, the year he claims to have begun identifying as transgender, highlights the work of Canadian trans-identified male diaper fetishist Sophie Labelle.
Labelle has, on several occasions, been invited into schools and public libraries to speak to young children about gender identity ideology. In February of 2021, Labelle came under widespread scrutiny after it was discovered that he had been producing and posting diaper fetish art on secret social media accounts, as well as furry fetish site “FurAffinity.”
In some cases, Labelle had used photos of other people’s children as models for his furry diaper fetish illustrations.
Hogle’s post featuring an image of Labelle’s book, “My Dad Thinks I’m a Boy,” is one of the very first uploaded to his Instagram account under the handle tela_rose.
Other images shared to Hogle’s account include multiple memes featuring photos of very young girls. When Jason Hogle announced on Facebook that he would be changing his name to “Tela,” he had also set as his profile picture an image of two prepubescent girls.
One post of a meme challenging respondents to divulge a “scary, unsettling secret” sees Hogle commenting: “I gave my Raggedy Andy doll a vaginoplasty when I got my first pocket knife.”
Several images depicted overt sexual themes. One photo of a woman wearing a thong appears to have been an ad targeted at Hogle, and he commented, “Why do I wish my a** looked like this?” Another shows a woman’s legs bound in rope and decorated to resemble a Christmas tree, while another was “stolen from a lesbian page” and carries overt sexual innuendo.
Reduxx also discovered Hogle’s Fetlife account, which he created in 2022, shortly after beginning to publicly claim to be a transgender woman. Fetlife is one of the largest social networks for the BDSM and fetish community. Fetlife users post homemade pornography and utilize the platform for hookups or to plan sex parties.
Hogle calls himself “Tela” on Fetlife, indicating that any interactions he may have had on the site would have involved referring to him by the same name that he uses in his daily life.
In his profile, he describes himself as a “bottom, rope bunny, brat,” and “mommy,” whose orientation is “pansexual queer bisexual.” Hogle indicated he was hoping to match up with a “dominant play partner,” and that his fetishes include “nipple play” and “spanking.”
A testimonial from Hogle features on the website of Queer Body Love, a coaching business operated by therapist and queer performance artist Elizabeth Cooper, who says her art work involves “performing naked and blind in a horse head mask.” In Hogle’s remarks, he insinuates that he was raped as a child.
“I learned that consent is the most important aspect of any relationship,” Hogle said. “I often took for granted other people’s need for consent. This is a direct result of my physical and emotional boundaries being violated, and of being ridiculed for even expressing the word ‘stop’ as a child.”

A 2023 silent auction online fundraiser for the organization promoting last-minute items shows what is described as a “handcrafted, custom leather piece from Little Death Leather.”
According to the seller’s website, the leather products are produced by “a kinky, disabled queer for fellow weirdos and deviants,” and the item shown by the youth group’s account is a strap-on intended to hold dildos. “We’ve tested this harness with 5 inch toys to 1.5 foot toys – and it holds up,” boasts the product description.
In addition to working with children in a leadership role at Pizza Klatch, Hogle has been a guitar and ukulele instructor to young children at his business, Tela Rose Music Studio. He has also run for public office, as a representative in Washington state senate.
