The German Last Generation (LG) climate activists’ group said it would change its name to adapt to what it called changes in the world climate.

At the same time, LG said it also intended to end its practice of blocking German roads and airports.

LG spokeswoman Carla Hinrichs told German magazine Der Spiegel on December 19 that the group was changing its name as members could “no longer be sure that we are truly the last generation before the tipping point”.

Hinrichs said the “climate catastrophe” she claimed could have been avoided when LG was founded in 2021 was now a reality.

“The situation is escalating before our eyes,” she insisted.

She said she could not yet reveal the new name for LG yet but added that saying it out loud “gave her goosebumps”.

Hinrichs also said the group would not continue blocking roads and airports for the time being.

In the past, small bands of climate activists had routinely blocked German motorways and even got onto the tarmac at major German airports to halt air traffic.

The authorities have been accused of not responding adequately to their disruptive action.

Instead, Hinrichs said, the new LG would “try to build something that better copes with the new reality”, such as, she claimed, helping old ladies in neighbourhoods who suffered in the sweltering summer heat.

In a 2023 poll, 75 per cent of respondents said they had no sympathy for the climate activists’ protests. In August 2024, Last Generation Austria announced its dissolution over a lack of success as Austrians had opted for “fossil ignorance”, an apparent reference to coal and oil usage.

Hinrichs also acknowledged that “the masses did not show up”. Pressed on popular discontent with her group’s numerous blockades, she said: “There will not be any apologies.

“Capitalism and our political system are plunging us into the abyss,” Hinrichs concluded.

The obsession of the Irish government with falsely accusing Israel of genocide is only equaled by its determination to commit an actual genocide against the Irish people.

In its latest move, the Irish government has called for watering down the definition of genocide to be able to apply it to the Jewish State, but there is no need to water down the formal definition, the “intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group”, to charge Ireland’s government with ‘self-genocide’ or ‘autogenocide’ against its own people.

In the last 20 years, Ireland, a small nation of millions, has been overwhelmed by a mass migration of 1.6 million people. In 2023, there were 54,678 births in the Republic of Ireland and 141,600 immigrants. Birth rates dropped 5% in 2023 (hovering at 1.5 births per woman well below replacement rate) but the number of immigrants grew by 31%. And will grow further.

The most popular name for boys was Jack, among Irish parents, while the most popular name among non-European immigrant parents was ‘Mohammed’.

Churches are closing across Ireland and mosques are opening in their place. There were only 400 Muslims in all of Ireland in 1991. That shot up to 19,000 in 2002 and 83,000 in 2023. 3% of Ireland’s children are Muslim now and the numbers are increasing every year.

Some Muslims are impatient with those numbers and have been trying to hurry them along.

In November, an Algerian Arab began stabbing children outside a Catholic school in Dublin. A five and six-year-old girl suffered severe injuries. When a crowd gathered to protest the latest act of Muslim violence, a ruthless police and media crackdown quickly ensued.

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, the son of an Indian father, scolded that the Irish protesters had “brought shame on Dublin, brought shame on Ireland and brought shame on their families and themselves.” No shame was brought on those who had allowed Riad Bouchaker and a legion of foreign invaders like him to occupy Ireland, slaughter and displace the native population.

Media accounts emphasized that the Algerian Muslim stabber, Bouchaker, who needed an Arabic translator in court, was really an “Irish citizen” and condemned bigotry against him.

No mention was made in the media that Gaelscoil Choláiste Mhuire, the Catholic school attended by the children, was four blocks away from the ‘Dublin Mosque’ and the headquarters of the ‘Islamic Foundation of Ireland’ which had formerly been the Donore Presbyterian Church.

And no questions were asked about what this proximity to the largest mosque in the city might have had to the attack. Such questions, according to the government, are “disinformation”.

Bouchaker was only doing to Ireland’s children what the Dublin Mosque had done to a church.

One cannot fault the current Irish government for its Jihad over Israel. It’s really treating the Jews no worse than it treats the Irish. And if it expects Israel to lie down and die rather than stand up to Islamic terrorists that is the exact expectation that it (and not just it) has for Ireland.

And perhaps the Irish government is jealous that the Israelis refuse to follow in its footsteps.

The modern rebirths of Israel and Ireland were linked by common rebellions against British rule. Isaac Herzog, the president of Israel is the grandson of the Chief Rabbi of Ireland. His father, Chaim Herzog, Israel’s sixth president, was born in Belfast. His grandfather, Yitzhak HaLevi Herzog, was both an enthusiastic Irish nationalist and Zionist. Rabbi Herzog became known as the ‘Sinn Fein Rabbi’ despite Sinn Fein being founded by Arthur Griffith who hated the fairly small Jewish community in Ireland so much that he had cheered on the Limerick pogrom.

The ideological heirs of those who prided themselves on driving the Jews out of Limerick have welcomed in Limerick’s multiple mosques. Muslims are now the second largest religion in Limerick. And history shows it will only be a matter of time until the second will become the first.

Israel and Ireland as modern states arose from 19th century nationalist movements seeking to restore the glorious past of diaspora peoples. Animated by writers, artists, linguists and poets determined to revive what many saw as dead languages and the dead past, Zionism and Celtic nationalism seemed to have much in common. But the outcomes have been very different.

Half the Jewish diaspora lives in Israel while the vast majority of the Irish diaspora still lives abroad. Israel is a technological pioneer while Ireland serves as a Big Tech tax shelter. Israel has fought and won wars against Muslim invaders while Ireland shamefully kneels to them.

The revival of Israel is an object of pride to Jews around the world, but Ireland remains little more than a tourist stop with little about its state to take pride in as a modern day nation.

And most damningly, Israel’s birth rate is double that of the Irish birth rate.

Israel could very easily have ended up like Ireland: a kleptocracy run by crooked club socialists doling out just enough social welfare to keep the population voting for them, a cafe cultural establishment whose literary and linguistic experiments had soured into a club of worthless worthies, and plenty of history for scholars to look back on but no future to look forward to.

And if the Israelis hadn’t spent the last century fighting for their lives, maybe it would have.

If Israel had been living next door to some dying socialist republics with nothing to aspire to beyond wrangling about their share of EU subsidies, maybe it would have also become a failed experiment with Labor and Likud as its Fianna Fail and Fine Gael, Amos Oz as its Joyce, and people who don’t bother with the national language, but just want to move to Europe.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) the Jews were cursed or blessed with their enemies.

Mediocre decline was never an option for Israel. More than the Jews, it is their enemies who will not allow Zionism to die out. And so Israel is in yet another war for the Irish government to deplore. The Irish were allowed to stop fighting while the Jews can never have any respite.

And so paradoxically they can also never die out.

The Jews and the Irish are both a little mad, self-destructive and prone to endless infighting. We ought to understand each other better, but true to form we do not when we most need to.

Israel is what the Irish nationalists once dreamed of before they became small petty men.

The poet warriors who go off to die for their homeland are not historical figures in Israel, they are friends and neighbors. Everyday life is a struggle for survival against enemies out to kill you. Each child born is a triumph. Keeping a shop going while serving in the war is heroic. And so everyone takes a break from the infighting and pulls together because life means something.

Ireland once had that. It no longer does. And by the time it does again, it may be too late.

Where the Irish government allows Arab Muslim invaders to murder their children, the Israelis refuse. The Irish government calls this genocide: the Israelis call it survival. The Irish nationalists have sold out their homeland and their people, and resent those who won’t.

A generation hence the Israelis will have sons in their homeland while the sons of Ireland will be everywhere but in Dublin, mourning a homeland lost once again to foreign invaders and traitors.

Ireland is facing its own genocide. And few dare to talk about it. In Ireland, hating the Jews is safe, but opposing Muslims is a crime. Israel is not Ireland’s problem: instead it ought to be Ireland’s model. And yet accuse Israel of genocide and you’re a national treasure, but accuse the Irish government of genocide and you’ll face smear campaigns and criminal charges.

There’s a genocide problem in Ireland. The blood of Irish children stains a nation. Israel’s worst enemies are outside it, but Ireland’s worst enemies are inside its own government.

An Afghan migrant has been sentenced to eight years in prison for brutally beating a 16-year-old Austrian boy with a belt, with the belt buckle spike puncturing the teen’s skull so deeply that it nearly killed him. The Afghan man was well known to police for various crimes, including sexually harassing teen girls near the city’s lake, but was never deported — instead he was cared for by a Christian charity.

During the incident in June of this year, the 35-year-old Afghan asylum seeker and two 16-year-olds became embroiled in a dispute in the city of Horn in the town square. The two boys allegedly wanted to throw away a bag laying on the ground next to the Afghan man, but the latter became furious because the bag allegedly still contained his food.

The dispute escalated from there, with the Afghan man removing his belt, at which point he began attacking the boys with it. Although one 16-year-old only suffered slight injuries, the Afghan’s belt buckle spike punctured the other boy’s skull, digging 2.5 centimeters deep, which produced a life-threatening injury. The teen had to be airlifted by an emergency helicopter took him to the university hospital in St. Pölten, where the victim underwent emergency surgery, according to a report from Austrian newspaper Heute.

A 53-year-old man courageously intervened, who tried to stop the man from attacking the teens, and he also suffered serious injuries.

Christian W. screamed at the attacker to clam down, but the attacker either did not want or could not understand. Instead, he attacked Christian W. as well.

“Come on, take your foot off the gas,” he shouted at his attacker. Christian W. suffered a broken collarbone, numerous bruises and cuts from the belt, and required stitches on his ear in the hospital.

In many cases, psychiatrists are quick to diagnose mental illness, which results in migrants avoiding jail time. In this case, the man was placed in a “forensic therapeutic center” because he had a “long-term mental disorder, namely a combined personality disorder with narcissistic, antisocial and emotionally unstable traits to a serious extent.”

On Tuesday, the man was sentenced to eight years in prison in the Krems regional court for serious intentional bodily harm, damage to property, and resisting arrest.

He previously had convictions for bodily harm and attempted coercion, and had served months in prison. He also attacked prison staff by biting, kicking, and punching them, resulting in additional charges.

In another incident, he was arrested for sexually harassing two girls near a lake in Horn. During the incident, he took photos of the girls with his phone, which were recovered by the police.

The man claims to not know his exact date of birth and has no documentation. The judge determined he had failed to make positive contributions to society since he arrived in Austria. He lived on social benefits, was unemployed, and was cared for by the Catholic charity Charitas.

Christian W. and the 16-year-old victim now belong to the long line of victims throughout Europe who are attacked on a daily basis, both physically and sexually. In many cases, teens are losing their lives to criminal migrants who authorities refuse to deport.

Foreigners make up an overwhelmingly disproportionate share of Austria’s prison population, and it is no surprise. They have been involved in some of the most heinous crimes in past years, including unbelievable gang rapes and high-profile murders. To illustrate just one case, 19 migrants are standing trial for raping a 12-year-old Austrian girl over the course of months in Vienna.

It is not just crime either, but Austria’s school, healthcare and social systems are overwhelmed due to mass immigration.

For years, writers like Douglas Murray, the late Christopher Hitchens and Ayaan Hirsi Ali have been warning us that radical Islam is the greatest threat to the West, to our cultural and physical security. “You don’t have to be paranoid or bigoted to be alarmed,” Hitchens said.

And the canary in the Western coal mine is Europe, which is disintegrating into enclaves, while the numbers indicating Islamization continue to grow.

“Islam is advancing and I see in the West a desire to disappear,” Michel Houellebecq told the Italian daily Il Corriere della Sera.

In the Paris of the author of “Submission”, a dystopian novel that has become a daily chronicle, the famous philosopher Pierre Manent has just been reported to the judiciary, guilty of having said that “the number of Muslims in France cannot be allowed to grow at an indefinite rate. Secularism can more easily move a statue of Saint Michael than transform Islam. Failure to act could lead to a tragedy that no version of secularism will enable us to face”. The left-wing deputies have denounced him. “Incitement to hatred”. Article 40 of the penal code.

In California, two children from a Christian school were seriously injured in a rifle attack: the attacker wanted to “avenge Palestine”.

At least in the minds of the enemies of the West, the victims of anti-Semitism and Islamism are united.

In London, a 14-year-old Jewish girl ended up in hospital for injuries sustained in an attack. In that London where strange writings have appeared on the walls of Jewish neighborhoods: “Zionists, leave the country or you will be massacred”. And in the meantime, a bus of Jewish students was attacked. That is why a month ago the city inaugurated a special bus line for Jews.

In the meantime, Jews are leaving the West.

Young English Jews are leaving their country.

And the Sephardic Chief Rabbi of England is also leaving.

A third of all Jewish doctors in Ontario, Canada, are packing their bags.

Over 2,000 French Jews have already left for Israel in the first ten months of 2024, a 95 percent increase over 2023.

And everywhere it is the same scenario.

In Berlin, Police Chief Barbara Slowik advises Jews and Lgbt to hide. “Berlin places great importance on being perceived as a diverse, liberal, tolerant, cosmopolitan city that offers everyone the opportunities for development that they only know from TV series”, comments the brilliant Henryk Broder in Die Welt. “Breakfast around the clock, parks with integrated medicine offers, and nighttime car races on the Kurfürstendamm.”

“If the current police chief is now highlighting the dangers that threaten certain groups in certain neighborhoods, then the situation must be serious. There is nothing to suggest that Ms Slowik wants to damage Berlin’s reputation and scare members of threatened minorities. She simply does not think it makes sense to wait until the Foreign Office issues an official travel warning for Berlin. As in winter on snow-covered and uncleared paths, the police chief may now start putting up large signs at the edges of ‘certain areas’ with just one sentence: ‘Proceed at your own risk!’”.

Apeldoorn in the Netherlands may be one of the “healthiest cities in Europe” according to a recent survey. But stickers declaring the city “Jew-free” have also appeared on the streets of Apeldoorn, an hour from Amsterdam. Free from smog and Jews. Joden vrij. It seems like “The City Without Jews” by Hugo Bettauer, a prophetic pre-Nazism novel.

“Europe will become jüdenrein,” says Abe Foxman, a Holocaust survivor and historic head of the Anti Defamation League.

In that case, perhaps we will see the proposal of Ahmed Marcouch, the mayor of a municipality west of Amsterdam, come to fruition. He has asked that part of the city be declared a “privileged area for Muslims.” An enclave reserved for Muslims in the capital.

That it is too late for many European countries is easily understood from the video in which the mayor of Amsterdam, the Green Femke Halsema, meets Palestinian demonstrators wearing balaclavas and the green sash of the Hamas military brigades.

European leaders know that the situation is compromised.

Palestinian flags fly every day in Dam Square, the main square of the Dutch city of Amsterdam. But the same square is off limits for a demonstration against anti-Semitism. Western institutions are conquered from within. Islam advances on the worn-out body of European culture.

“For whom do the bells toll?”, asked Israeli ambassador Zvi Mazel in a paper on the Islamization of Europe. “It would seem that Europe has lost the will to fight and is also losing the ability to control its own destiny. The bells may ring, but no one listens”.

Bells? For whom the muezzin tolls.

The muezzin can continue to call to prayer in Cologne. In October two years ago, Germany’s first major city began a controversial project. Every Friday a muezzin calls the city to prayer towards Mecca. Now the city of the cathedral visited by the Popes has granted approval for an indefinite period. During the construction of the mosque, residents were assured that the muezzin’s call would not be audible.

But there is no multicultural red line that is not written in sand in Europe.

So, since it seems like we are living in a cruel twist of fate and that according to some calculations, one in four Europeans will be Muslim by 2100 (large cities will be predominantly Muslim within 10-15 years), then let’s play a little with our imagination.

For the past several years, the American public has been making it clear that they are sick of being force-fed transgender nonsense. 

Disney took a massive hit after embracing gender ideology. Bud Light’s stock cratered, and they are now releasing a string of macho advertisements (one featuring Shane Gillis) that come as close to begging Americans to drink their swill as they can get without actually apologizing. During the presidential election, Trump’s ads targeting gender ideology had an outsize impact. 

Which means, of course, that Alex Monette Consani, an American model and influencer, has received the “Model of the Year” Fashion Award. Alex is male but identifies as female – he became the youngest trans-identifying model in the world at age 12. Consani began dressing as female at the age of four, allegedly chose the name “Alex” at age eight, and underwent “hormone replacement therapy” as a child. Unsurprisingly, it was his mother that found Slay Model Management, an LA modeling agency specializing in “transgender models,” and got him a job on the runway. 

Now 21, he models for Victoria’s Secret Fashion, Chanel, and other major labels, and is famous for his albino-looking bleached hair and eyebrows. (Perhaps unsurprisingly, he looks eerily similar to Dylan Mulvaney, the trans-identifying influencer responsible for Bud Light’s downfall.) Consani accepted the award at the 2024 Fashion Awards on December 2 in London and trumpeted the award as a “big step in the right direction” for transgender rights because “change is more than possible – it’s needed.”  

“Now, more than ever, it’s an important conversation that should be had about how to truly support and uplift one another within this industry, especially those who have been made to feel insignificant,” Consani told the cheering crowd. 

He praised a number of other trans-identifying models – the fashion industry has been at the forefront of pushing androgyny and gender fluidity while ironically promoting an ideology that insists on sex stereotypes as indicators of transgenderism. Not incidentally, Consani and Valentina Sampaio became the first trans-identifying males to participate in a Victoria Secret’s fashion show the month before. 

Indeed, Consani has become a TikTok influencer and, unsurprisingly, “trans rights” are one of his primary passions. “Especially as a young trans girl, I always saw the lack of representation, and wanted to fill the void and show other trans and non-binary people that it was beautiful to be trans – not something to be ashamed of,” he told Vogue. But it is also true that Consani was identified as “transgender” and indeed “transitioned” long before he was capable of giving his consent, and his entire identity is now a creation of the transgender movement, the fashion industry, and, it must be said, his parents, who put him on this path.  

That is why Consani’s videos seem vaguely sad and sinister. He is an icon of the new genderless norm being pushed by the fashion industry, and he no doubt loves to play the part – but does he really have any choice at this point? Could he go back and reverse course if he wanted to, after all of the hormone replacement therapy he has done? Could he, as an adult, undo the “choice” that was made for him as a child? 

The answer, of course, is no, and so now he must fill the role and walk the runway. He is a poster child who has become an adult, and I wonder if, years from now, the applause will still be enough to drown out questions that must still lurk at the back of his mind.

The first rule of Muslim mass migration is we can’t talk about it. The second rule is to blame something else.

Sara Sharif was born in the UK to a European woman and a Pakistani Muslim taxi driver. The British legal system awarded custody to Urfan Sharif, who forced the children to grow up as Muslim despite objections from her actual mother.

Urfan and his Muslim wife pulled the child out of school claiming (as Islamists often do) that she was “bullied” because of her hijab.

No one asked what kind of extremist forces a 10-year-old girl to wear a hijab.

Urfan Sharif eventually beat the little girl to death following Islamic guidelines on beating women and girls.

Finally Urfan Sharif, after fleeing to Pakistan, has been convicted, and British authorities are blaming ‘home schooling.’

Justice Cavanagh claimed that the problem was ‘homeschooling’ a “beyond the gaze of the authorities” not that the authorities had been taught not to scrutinize Muslim abuses of children.

“This case brings into sharp relief the dangers of unsupervised homeschooling of vulnerable children. When they felt they needed to, you, Urfan Sharif and Beinash Batool, were able to hide the abuse that Sara was suffering by the simple expedient of announcing that she was to be homeschooled,” Cavanaugh claimed.

In fact the authorities knew that Sara was in danger, they did nothing because they did not want to be accused of racism.

Now, Labour is pushing a bill to crack down on homeschooling under the guise of Sara’s murder. But Sara didn’t die because of homeschooling, but because of Islam.

Sara died because the state took her away from her mother to be raised in Islam by her father and refused to question the abusive Islamist family.

The mum said Sara had started following Mr Sharif’s Muslim religious practices not long after her arrival.

She claimed the children would only eat “certain things”, with the household limited to halal foods as the dad said he would raise the children following Islam.

But Polish-born Mrs Sharif, a Catholic, disagreed, saying she wanted the children to learn both religions.
She said: “Urfan said to me that the kids will be Muslim, but I said no, they will learn both religions, not only yours because they are living in my house.

The most heartening words from Trump during this whole campaign was his recent musing that if he loses, “Maybe I’ll have to leave the country.” More likely, after a lifetime of tax dodging and financial fraud, justice will catch up with him.

Mrs Sharif had earlier told how she barely saw her children after they moved into her ex-partner’s £550,000 home and claimed she had not seen Sara for four years.

Now the state will crack down on Christian homeschoolers rather than talk about Islam.

Accompanied by an accomplice, a Tunisian homeless man who was obliged to leave the country was taken into police custody after disrupting the service in progress in a church in Nemours, near Fontainebleau.
On Sunday December 15, two men forced their way into a church in Nemours, near Fontainebleau in the Seine-et-Marne department. The service in progress was disrupted by these two people, who were quickly displaced by those present, a police source told Valeurs actuelles. The priest contacted the police and reported the incident. The two suspects were arrested and checked by police officers near the church. One of them, a 33-year-old Tunisian of no fixed abode, was registered in the file of wanted persons for the obligation to leave French territory (OQTF). The person was taken into administrative custody at the police headquarters. There were no threats or damage committed in the church. No charges were filed.

The German federal state of Saxony has released records on the amount of trans-identified males housed in women’s prisons, but only after demanding an egregious €1,100 fee. The effort, spearheaded by Let Women Speak, revealed that a number of male sex offenders were being housed with women.

In May of 2024, Initiative “Let Women Speak” (Lasst Frauen Sprechen) began to file Freedom of Information requests requesting data on the amount of males being housed with women in various state facilities across Germany. Most of the states responded with data which indicated that trans-identified males had been transferred to women’s prisons far ahead of any federal law requiring them to be accommodated according to their “gender identity.”

The Ministry of Justice in Saxony, a region led by the pro-trans Green Party, was the only federal state which demanded a prohibitive fee of €1,100 to access the records. As a result, Let Women Speak was forced to withdraw their request and requested local assistance in getting the information.

In response to their call for help, right-wing political party Alternative for Germany (AfD) submitted an inquiry asking how many individuals with a “deviating gender identity” had been imprisoned in the state of Saxony since January 2020. The Ministry of Justice responded to their request, admitting that there were nine people with “deviating gender identities” in their facilities. However, they did not provide any information about what sex these people are or where they had been accommodated. The Ministry further revealed that inmates who legally changed their gender identity prior to being imprisoned would not be recorded as having a “deviating gender identity.”

German outlet NiUS also facilitated a request for similar information and received a response from the Ministry of Justice in Saxony indicating that three males had been housed at the Chemnitz correctional facility for women between 2023 and 2024. The inmates had criminal records indicating assault, sexual assault, sexual harassment and assault on law enforcement officers. One of them was convicted of rape.

While the identities of the men are not known, multiple female inmates have come forward this year to report that they had been housed with a sexually abusive trans-identified man in Chemnitz.

According to the women, who spoke to Freie Presse earlier this year, the trans-identified male inmate repeatedly ambushed them during activities and was aggressive, verbally abusive and threatened to beat them.

The man had also reportedly forced the women, including female correctional officers, to watch him masturbate. According to Freie Presse, he was eventually transferred back to the men’s prison.

In another incident out of Chemnitz, a trans-identified man identified as Jan Daniel K. almost murdered a female correctional officer by strangulation. According to BILD, Jan Daniel was a violent criminal and pimp who had been sentenced to 13 years in prison for the murder of his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend. He declared himself “female” during his sentencing hearing, and was transferred to a women’s prison shortly after.

Jan Daniel targeted the female correctional officer after being penalized by her, and took his revenge by dragging her into his cell during routine checks and strangling her. It is unclear whether he was transferred back to the male estate or was allowed to remain in the women’s facility.

Despite there being several known problems in Chemnitz as a result of male inmates being moved in, the Saxon Green Party initiated a change to the state’s prison law in December 2023 intended to further satisfy “trans inmates.”

The draft of the law states its intention is to improve the treatment of “transsexual, intersex and non-binary prisoners” and “prisoners with diverse or no sex marker” in their legal documents. The law includes “sexual identity” as a protected characteristic, thus removing the principle of separation between male and female inmates as soon as a detainee proclaims he is a “woman.”

The law would further strengthen Germany’s already-radical gender Self-Determination Act (SBGG), which came into force November 1. The SBGG allows individuals to change their name and sex with few restrictions and imposes harsh punishments for those who fail to treat individuals in accordance with their self-declared gender identity.

Speaking to Reduxx, Hanna-Katarina Zippel of Let Women Speak said that she was “shocked” with the information released by the Ministry of Justice in Saxony, which demonstrated that the government was moving men into women’s prisons even before they were legally obligated to.

“It was shocking to learn that so many men were already being held in women’s prisons even before the self-identification law came into force. At the same time, however, the fact that so many media outlets and also some politicians took up our research shows me that it was worth making the inquiry to begin with,” she said.

“In order to fight for the withdrawal of self-identification law, it is crucial to educate people, especially women, about what it really means for them and to show them real-life examples. I hope that with our research we have reached many people who were not aware of the consequences of the new German self-ID law and that we have encouraged many people to speak out critically, so that hopefully one day no woman will have to endure being incarcerated with a man anymore.”

Despite female inmates having come forward about abuses they have suffered, all 16 federal state ministries deny that any sexual assaults have taken place in female facilities as a result of trans-identified males being housed with women.

René Müller, Federal Chairman of the Association of Prison Officers in Germany, has publicly expressed doubts about the official information. Speaking to Die Welt, Müller said that not every incident would have been recorded or reported by those affected. In its response to the AfD, the Ministry of Justice in Saxony also admitted that the sexual abuse or harassment of female inmates by trans-identified males would not be recorded.
