Shafiq Ali Rafiq (44) of Dewsbury was found guilty of two counts of rape and sentenced to 12 years. Sarfraz Rabnawaz (39) of Bradford was found guilty of two counts of rape and sentenced to 9 years. Craig Mitchell (55) of Halifax was found guilty of rape and sentenced to 12 years.

The men were found to have sexually abused and exploited four girls in Calderdale, ages 12 to 16, after a succession of individual investigations and prosecutions. It added that the detectives in Calderdale have carried out several highly sensitive and complicated investigations into various independent claims of child sexual abuse in the Calderdale area between 2001 and 2010 since the initial accusation in 2016.

“Due to court restrictions being put in place at an early stage to safeguard legal proceedings, we have so far been unable to share the outcomes of these investigations. The restrictions have now been lifted, allowing us to share details of three investigations where proceedings are no longer active,” the statement further read.

Two girls between the ages of 13 and 16 were sexually abused and exploited in Calderdale between 2006 and 2009 after which the first investigation was started in 2016. During two trials at Bradford Crown Court, nine men from Halifax were imprisoned. October 2021 marked the start of the first trial in which five individuals were pronounced culpable and four more met the same fate during the second one which began in January 2022. After hearing about the recurrent abuse of a vulnerable girl from 2002 to 2006, beginning when she was 13 years old, the second investigation was also started in 2016.

At Bradford Crown Court, one man was convicted in the first trial in August 2022 and six men were found guilty in the second trial, which commenced in October 2022. Three persons were found guilty in a third trial that began in January 2024. In 2018, a 12-year-old girl who had been sexually molested between 2001 and 2002 was the subject of a third investigation, in which a man was deemed guilty.

Firstly, I want to acknowledge the sheer courage of the victims and survivors in each of these investigations – not only for having the bravery to come forward initially but also for enduring the criminal justice system and the weight of criminal trials and reporting restrictions in place. Due to legal restrictions, it has not been possible to publicise these outcomes until now. I welcome the sentences handed to these offenders for the abhorrent abuse these young girls were subjected to, which was heard by the jurors in each trial over the last few years. Tackling child sexual exploitation and abuse is a top priority for West Yorkshire Police and our partners. This is an abhorrent crime which has a lifelong impact on victims and survivors,” stated Detective Chief Inspector Claire Smith.

“I hope highlighting the prosecution of these offenders will serve as a reminder that we will continue to do all we can to put perpetrators behind bars and protect victims and survivors. It’s never too late to report child sexual abuse. I encourage anyone who was abused as a child to speak to someone and seek support. Reports of non-recent abuse are handled by officers who are specially trained in supporting victims and survivors and dealing with such sensitive cases,” the officer added.

The most recent prosecutions follow 15 men who were imprisoned for child sex offences in 2016, which police described at the time as their biggest probe into Calderdale’s grooming gangs. Investigators and victims cautioned the following year that grooming gangs nationwide were replicating the coordinated abuse that had been made public in Rotherham, Rochdale, Oxford and Newcastle. As of August 2017, Operation Sanctuary, which looked into grooming gangs in Tyne and Weir and Northumberland had identified over 700 possible victims.

Last year, then-Home Secretary Suella Braverman under former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak established a task force led by the National Crime Agency to address the grave threat posed by these gangs. “The safety of women and girls is paramount. For too long, political correctness has stopped us from weeding out vile criminals who prey on children and young women. We will stop at nothing to stamp out these dangerous gangs,” he had declared.

The force was formed in response to a GB News program that documented this type of child abuse in more than 50 British towns and cities. With hundreds of cops trained across the country, it has made more than 500 arrests in its first year. Robert Jenrick, the shadow justice secretary, called for life in prison for individuals involved in such activities and advocated for the deportation of foreigners engaged in this kind of abuse.

Disturbed Transgender Pedophile Convicted of Making Pornography Involving INFANTS Released On Parole

A Canadian trans-identified male sex offender who was twice convicted on charges related to child sex abuse material, one of which involved accessing pornography of infants in diapers, has quietly been granted a statutory release into the community. The Parole Board of Canada made the decision regarding Laverne Travis Waskahat, 48, on October 23, and in an unusual move, a police warning has not yet been issued to alert the public of the predator’s presence.

Waskahat, who claims to be transgender and also uses the name ‘Lauren,’ has an extensive history of possessing, making and publishing child pornography involving male and female infants under three years old. Waskahat had also previously committed sexual offenses against children in his care and was known to take voyeuristic photos of infants in public, primarily in bathrooms at malls and grocery stores around Edmonton, Alberta.

The sexual predator was previously released last December after serving prison time for his crimes, but was re-arrested days later after failing to notify his parole officer of his whereabouts, a condition of his release. Waskahat has been ordered by the court to register as a sex offender for life. But within the past five years, he has twice been charged with failure to comply with the terms of his release.

The transgender pedophile was first convicted on child pornography charges in 2011. Waskahat was granted statutory release in December 2013. In less than a week, he was detained after stockpiling baby diapers. He was again released in August 2014, and again suspended after incurring new criminal charges related to producing and possession of child pornography.

In April 2021, Waskahat was arrested after he was discovered to be accessing child pornography online. An investigation revealed 631 images of a variety of sexual assaults on young children, and “written narratives depicting child sexual abuse were also found,” according to court records. Waskahat was additionally accessing messaging apps targeted at children.

On December 11, 2023, Waskahat was released to the community despite Edmonton Police Service being aware of his risk to the public. Prior to his release, they issued public statements advising the community to beware of the child predator. They stated that there were “reasonable grounds to believe [he] is of significant harm to the community” and is at risk of committing a sexual offense against a child under the age of 16.

Just two days later, on December 13, Waskahat was found in possession of child pornography. In a media statement, Edmonton Police revealed they had received a tip that traced Waskahat to a hotel room in the city’s West Side. At the time of his arrest, police found a baby crib, diapers, dozens of alleged pornographic drawings and a laptop in Waskahat’s room.

Shockingly, Waskahat was then released into the community on January 22, 2024, while placed on electronic monitoring. By the following week, Waskahat’s parole supervisor was informed that he had been gathering “baby items” at the community-based residential facility where he was placed. A search of his room uncovered “explicit written material depicting child sexual abuse”, and he was again arrested, returned to custody, and charged with breach of LTSO on February 24.

While remanded and awaiting charges, Waskahat’s parole officer was informed by the remand center that the pedophile had been hoarding sexually explicit material in his cell. On May 29, Waskahat was sentenced to an additional year, which amounted to 252 days after credit for time served.

In the Parole Board’s decision, it was noted that “there was a publication ban imposed by the court in relation to one of the current convictions,” indicating that the full extent of Waskahat’s crimes has been hidden from the public.

According to the most recent Psychological Report on file, dated September 27, 2023, Waskahat has demonstrated “deviant sexual interests including diaperism, infantilism, sexual sadism, and pedophilia,” and his likelihood of re-offending was placed in the “well-above” risk category. The assessment concluded that the risk Waskahat poses to the community “would not be manageable in the foreseeable future.”

The psychological assessment noted that Waskahat had consistently produced “creative writing depicting violent, sexual acts towards children,” and that he had “demonstrated predatory intent and a lack of self-control,” which raised “significant concerns regarding the potential for serious harm against a child.”

As part of the conditions of his latest statutory release, Waskahat has been ordered to avoid places where children under the age of 16 typically congregate, including parks, schools, swimming pools, and playgrounds.

The Parole Board decision emphasizes Waskahat’s serial sexual offending: “Your offending began in 2011 and has continued with no significant breaks since,” reads the decision.

“You are an individual who has been convicted of a number of offenses that involve child pornography, some of which can be described as concerning and involve the sexualization of children from very young ages who have been abused and as such, serious harm has occurred as a result of your actions.”

Despite concern over his recidivism, the Parole Board released Waskahat to a community-based residential facility at the end of October. He is currently subject to curfew from 8PM to 7AM, after which time he is permitted to leave the residential facility and mingle with the public.

German Government implodes, new elections expected in early 2025

Screen grab youtube

Germany’s progressive-left government has imploded over issues to do with the country’s failing economy, with a snap federal election now expected to take place early next year.

The “traffic-light” alliance of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), Greens and the Free Democratic Party (FDP) had been teetering for months, with the latter of the three’s more Liberal-leaning economic policy causing friction in the Bundestag.

A recent scandal surrounding the alleged leaking of a tax-policy document by the FDP proved to be the final straw, with Chancellor Olaf Scholz firing FDP leader Christian Lindner from his position as Minister for Finance late on November 6.

The SPD politician has subsequently confirmed that he will call for a motion of confidence in the government in January, a move that is almost certain to dissolve the Bundestag and result in snap elections.

The crisis has been met with fury from the FDP. Lindner accused Scholz of having “calculated” the whole affair.

“Olaf Scholz was no longer interested in an agreement that was viable for everyone, but rather in a calculated break with this coalition. In doing so, he is leading Germany into a phase of uncertainty,” Lindner claimed.

He accused Scholz of pressuring him to “break” his “oath of office”, saying that the Chancellor pressured him to suspend Germany’s debt brake so the country could take out more loans, something he refused to do.

“Scholz has long played down the economic concerns of citizens,” he said.

“His counter-proposals are dull, unambitious and make no contribution to overcoming the fundamental weakness of growth in our country.”

The collapse of the government has prompted political chaos in Germany, with opposition leaders the Christian Democrats calling for national elections to be held immediately.

“The traffic-light coalition is history. There is no time to waste now,” senior Christian Social Union of Bavaria politician Markus Soder said following the news.

“There must be no tactical delays.”

FDP politicians have reacted with fury, with senior figure Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann blasting Scholz’s claim that Lindner was getting in the way of the country giving more support to Ukraine.

“Scholz is telling a lie in particular about support for Ukraine,” the former MP, who now serves as an MEP, wrote online.

“He has once again vehemently rejected the delivery of Taurus [missiles], as well as the strategic attack on Russian military targets for self-defence, he was not in favour of any appropriately greater necessary support for Ukraine and brusquely rejected NATO’s rapprochement with Ukraine.

“To now blame the FDP and Christian Lindner for the inadequate support for Ukraine is beyond absurd and hardly credible,” she added.

Populists in the country have reacted with jubilation.

“The end of the traffic-light coalition is a liberation for our country,” the leaders of Alternative for Germany, Tino Chrupalla and Alice Weidel, said in a joint statement.

“The end of the self-proclaimed ‘progressive coalition’, which has led Germany to the economic abyss in great strides, was more than overdue.

“After months of standstill and countless self-centered therapy sessions, we now need a fundamental political new beginning to lead the economy and the entire country out of the serious crisis into which it has fallen due to the ideology-driven policies of the SPD, Greens and FDP,” they concluded, before asking Scholz to immediately call for a vote of confidence in the government.

Sahra Wagenknecht, head of the Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW), lashed out at Scholz for his suggestion that the vote to dissolve the government would only happen in January.

“The Chancellor’s timetable is a political delay in bankruptcy,” she said, adding that the SPD leader now needed to “apologise to the people for the last three years” of his government.

Both the AfD and BSW appeared well-placed for a coming election.

If polling is correct, the AfD will likely end up as the second-largest party in the country — second only to the Christian Democrats.

The BSW looks set to hoover up much of the country’s left-wing vote, likely at the expense of the more traditional The Left party — which may struggle to meet the 5 per cent national vote quota to be allowed into the Bundestag.

Muslim terrorists massacred 16,769 Christians in Africa in the four years between 2019 and 2023 alone. Does anyone care?

Home on kibbutz Be’eri after massacre Edi Israel / Flash 90

by Giulio Meotti

For them, no tv reports. No front pages. No resolution from the UN Palace of Nations in Geneva. No protests in front of the embassies. No student camps. Perhaps the head of a decapitated Christian woman really doesn’t make a sound when it rolls, not even when it’s cut off by her brother in odium fidei.

“When Africans die by the hundreds of thousands in Sudan or Congo, no one bats an eyelid. In a certain progressive mythology, the Palestinian is our last noble savage, innocent even when he kills and slaughters. He is the great Christological icon whose beatification process has been ongoing for fifty years. Hearing members of Hamas, Hezbollah and their supporters shout ‘Allahu Akbar’ and propose to eradicate Jews, Christians and infidels throughout the world makes your blood run cold”.

So writes Pascal Bruckner in the weekly Le Point.

And to know that the West is not batting an eyelid it is enough to see the horrible news coming from the state of Borno, in the north-east of Nigeria.

Four Christians were beheaded by the Islamic terrorists of Boko Haram, who also released a video. In the video, a terrorist announces that one of the people he beheaded was his younger sister! “She is part of the infidels that we will annihilate today,” he said. He continued by saying that he would have done the same if it had been his mother or his son, anyone “who goes against our religion.” Before killing the people in the video he said: “Wherever there is an infidel, we will go and execute him.”

“The West hides its head in the sand,” wrote left-wing intellectual Jacques Julliard. “For my part, having spent much of my life as an activist in the defense of Muslim populations (Tunisia, Algeria, Bosnia, Darfur), I have been able to see that, every time it has been necessary to do so for Christians (Lebanon, South Sudan), we have seen, with few exceptions, human rights professionals distance themselves. A sort of new type of cultural Yalta is being established: in the East, the monopoly of a single, increasingly intolerant religion, Islam; in the West, pluralism, tolerance and secularism”.

No NGO denounces these massacres. These black Christians are increasingly distant, as if their faith were a hindrance in the name of the woke that never points the finger at the discrimination perpetrated by Muslims.

So when the right in the German Bundestag proposed the introduction of an “International Day against the Persecution of Christians,” the focus on the persecution of Christians by Islamists met with criticism from the left, which condemned the “anti-Islamic tendencies” of this motion.

The truth itself offends.

“Confronting the Myth of Religious Indifference in Nigerian Terror,” a 136-page report released by the African Religious Freedom Watch on August 29, found that Muslim terrorists massacred 16,769 Christians in the four years between 2019 and 2023 alone.

In all the rankings of persecuted Christians, 13 of the first 15 countries are Islamic (the others are communist dictatorships). But we have the Day Against Islamophobia at the United Nations and the Council of Europe has also established one.

For many years, a jihad of genocidal proportions has been declared against the African Christian population, even as the Western media and governments whistle.

But more than the executioners, I fear their serial justifiers among us, in the Western part of the new Yalta. The fine people among writers, academics and intellectuals (including some ultra-progressive Nobel Prize winners, liquid philosophers like Judith Butler and left-wing Italian academics) who this week announced that they will boycott Israeli culture.

Benedict Kiely, the founding priest of Nasarean, an organization that helps persecuted Christians, met with people who had fled ISIS. An elderly priest grabbed Kiely’s hand and said:

“Be careful, be very careful. What happened here will come to you.” They will come and not knock, as they did in 2023, on the 7th of October.

Germany: Algerian blocks road for no reason and stabs car driver

On Saturday evening, a 35-year-old man blocked the Innerer Graben road in Würzburg for an as yet unknown reason, so that no cars could pass him. In the course of the resulting verbal altercation, he stabbed a 34-year-old man with a small pocket knife and injured him superficially on the thigh. The police were able to arrest the suspect on the spot. At the request of the public prosecutor’s office in Würzburg, the investigating judge issued an arrest warrant.

It is still unclear why the 35-year-old Algerian man stood on the Innerer Graben road at around 7.20 pm and stopped the vehicles and is the subject of further investigations. According to the current state of affairs, the driver and passenger of an Opel Corsa got out of the car to ask the 35-year-old to leave the road. This resulted in a verbal altercation, which ultimately led to a physical confrontation. The suspect then grabbed a small pocket knife and stabbed the 34-year-old several times in the abdomen, injuring him slightly and only superficially on his thigh.
Alerted officers from the Bavarian riot police support unit were able to arrest the suspect on the spot and seize the possible murder knife with a blade around 3.5 cm long in his trouser pocket. By order of the public prosecutor’s office, the Würzburg city police station brought the suspect before the investigating judge on Sunday. The judge followed the request of the public prosecutor’s office and issued an arrest warrant on urgent suspicion of dangerous bodily harm. He was then brought to a prison.

Spain: 91% of convicted rapists in Catalonia are foreigners

Inside la Modelo prison in the heart of Barcelona Spain. everythingbarcelona.net

An incredible 91 percent of those convicted of rape in Spain’s Catalonia are foreigners, while immigrants make up 17 percent of the total population of that region.

Data shows that there are 8,505 inmates in Catalan prisons and that 50.48 percent of them are foreigners. However, when it comes to specific serious crimes, foreigners are even more vastly overrepresented.

When it comes to sexual assault and rape combined, 64.2 percent of all prisoners are foreigners. However, when the category is only broken down into rape, which is a more serious offense, 91.67% are foreigners, according to Spanish newspaper Larazon.

Moroccans represent the top foreign nationality in terms of sexual assaults and rapes. Next are Colombians, Dominicans, Senegalese, Pakistanis, Ecuadorians, Romanians, and Algerians. In total, there are 324 prisoners for sexual offenses, with 208 foreigners. For rape, there are 24 in prison, and 22 of them are foreigners.

In Germany, nearly half of all gang rapes, which have hit a record high, are committed by foreigners, while among the other half, about 25 percent of them have foreign names but are German citizens. In total, nearly 75 percent of rapes in Germany are committed by foreigners or men with a foreign origin.

In Italy, 11,141 women were raped by foreigners between 2018 and 2023, equating to nearly five cases per day.

In Sweden, even university researchers with prestigious backgrounds faced criminal prosecution for their study that showed the majority of rapes in the country are committed by migrants.

In many cases, even those who merely protest against the crisis of migrant rape crimes face criminal charges for their actions, including in France.

Archbishop Viganò: Trump’s victory is a formidable setback for the New Word Order

screen grab youtube

Editor’s note: The following story is taken from a brief post on X (formerly Twitter) by Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò following the election of Donald Trump as 47th President of the United States of America.

Donald J. Trump’s victory in the electoral competition for the presidency of the United States of America constitutes a historic moment in the dramatic events of the present and marks a formidable setback for the criminal plan of the New World Order.

I express my warmest congratulations to President Trump, while I thank Our Lord for having prevented the United States and the Western world from definitively falling into the tentacles of the deep state and globalist tyranny.

The battle against the subversive elite of psychopathic criminals who hold the West hostage is not over; it now begins.

I urge American Catholics and all Christians to pray for President Trump, so that the Lord may protect him in this transition phase towards taking office in the White House, guiding him in the unavoidable eradication of the lobby of corrupt and perverted people subservient to the deep state. His determined action against the traitors of the nation will also weaken the work of the deep church, which today holds the Catholic Church hostage.

May God bless America.
