Britain may face national farmers’ strike next week

Welsh pressure group Enough is Enough has just called on “those who are able” to begin a week-long strike, stopping to produce food.

Welsh farmer and media personality, Gareth Wyn Jones, posted on his social media: “British farmers have simply had enough, and for those who are able will be going on strike for the first time in history on Sunday the 17th of November for one week.

“We are being suffocated by a government that seems determined to destroy our livelihoods, our future and our ability to feed the nation.

“This country wilĺ be facing massive food shortages with potential significant price increases and the demise of the rural economy, along with serious implications of food security.

“We simply cannot allow the destruction of our industry to continue and our responsibility to feed our nation be taken away.

“This is a last resort but we as farmers are in despair as we simply cannot afford to provide food to the public.

“We ask this govt to talk to us,to listen to us,and allow us the freedom and flexibility to feed our nation.”

Mr Jones told his followers this morning that it is very important for farmers to stick together and get the message out to the government that ‘enough is enough’.

“We cannot carry on as farming community. For me, it’s a bit of pill to take because I think every single farmer I know wants to go out there and produce food to feed people.

“We’re businesses, we need to make money, and at this point in time, there’s a lot of businesses that can’t reinvest, that are worried, and the government are not really thinking what they’re doing.

“They believe that they are taxing some of the richest farmers in the community, but the richest farmers will always find loopholes and get out of it. It’s the family farms that are going to be paying this inheritance tax, the people who can’t really afford that, the farmers that need to be reinvesting into the future, innovation, new technology to produce food affordably.

“And who will really suffer? The poorer people in society.”

Mr Jones has also warned that the country will soon struggle with food inflation “through the roof” and said that the UK needs a “farming food revolution”.

The participants will meet at Richmond Terrace on Whitehall, London (What3Words fresh.butter.grapes), opposite Downing Street, at 11am.

Speakers from across agriculture, TV and politics are due to show their support for family farms and wider businesses.

Following several speeches, a procession will take place to Parliament Square. The procession will be spearheaded by a number of children on toy tractors, signifying the impact of the devastating budget on the future of farming and the countryside.

The procession will then return to Richmond Terrace for the final address by NFU president, Tom Bradshaw.

Thousands of Migrants Re-Enter Germany Despite Entry Ban

A total of 4,600 migrants returned to Germany this year, despite being banned from re-entering the country—this is according to Die Welt, which published data by the Central Register of Foreign Nationals.

According to the report, a total of 4,614 people deported asylum seekers re-entered Germany in the first nine months of this year, despite an existing entry ban. In the same period, 14,718 migrants were deported.

Most of those who re-entered the country were Afghan nationals (443), followed by Moldovans (431), Syrians (385), Serbians (304), Macedonians (277), Algerians (266), Turks (255), Georgians (221), Albanians (220), and Bosnians (173).

“The probability that people will re-offend when they re-enter the country is very high. They’ve actually committed a crime by re-entering the country, and therefore should have been imprisoned,” the chairman of the German Police Trade Union, Rainer Wendt told Die Welt.

According to Rainer Wendt, the duration of the re-entry ban should be increased from the current maximum of five years to at least ten years. Entry and residence bans are deleted from the central register at the end of a blocking period, which is usually five years. This means that the authorities cannot always trace whether a migrant has returned illegally or not.

The newly released data highlights the lack of effective border controls, as well as the difficulties of deporting migrants who have no right to stay in the country.

While around 9,500 people were deported in the first half of this year, more than 14,000 deportations failed, with the interior ministry citing cancelled flights, the absence or illness of the deportee, or other “organisational reasons.”

However, the ministry data revealed that as of June 30th, 226,882 people in Germany were obliged to leave the country, as they were not entitled to asylum.

Migration has become a hot topic this year after a series of knife attacks and terrorist attacks committed by migrants, many of whom turned out to be failed asylum seekers who for one reason or another were allowed to stay in the country.

German voters are angry about the left-liberal government’s inability to tackle illegal immigration and have voted in great numbers for the anti-immigration Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party in recent regional elections.

With snap elections coming up in February, the opposition centre-right CDU/CSU alliance—which is leading opinion polls—has vowed to get tough on immigration and wants to see migrants who are not eligible for asylum in Germany turned back at the border.

Whether they actually fulfil these promises remains to be seen since they will likely have to enter into a coalition with at least one other party, which will probably be the currently governing pro-migration Social Democrats or the Greens. The CDU/CSU alliance was responsible for opening Germany’s border to hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants at the beginning of the European migration crisis in 2015, so critics will wonder whether their rhetoric on migration is at all credible.

French wine industry tumbles, and fearmongers blame ‘climate change’

Image: Free image, Pixabay license.

By Jack Hellner

We are constantly told that severe droughts and global warming are caused by our use of natural resources to improve our quality and length of life. We are told that we must give up our use of oil, natural gas, coal, meat, and other things or the earth will reach a tipping point where we can’t survive, and, here’s just one more example of the fearmongering, from a Reuters headline: “French wine output seen falling by a quarter due to adverse weather”.

From the headline, in the context of the continuing propaganda and false dire predictions from “experts” and the media, we might be tempted to think that the almost 25% decrease in wine production would be due to too much heat and too little precipitation. But that is not true, and toward the end of the article, we get the factual cause: It was too cool and wet for the flowers to develop because there was a late frost.

‘In many vineyards, flowering took place in cool and damp conditions, leading to ‘coulure’ (dropping of flowers and young grapes) and ‘millerandage’ (formation of small grapes). Added to this were losses due to frost in the spring, mildew and hail in the summer,’ the [farm] ministry said.

Then we get more truth. In 2023, the crop was excellent, which shows that the climate fluctuates year-to-year:

All types of wine were affected, as well as those intended for the distilled spirit eau-de-vie which benefited from an exceptional harvest in 2023, it said.

We are going to get a lot of fear headlines because Trump has been elected. We will be told that drilling will stop the progress in controlling the climate. We will be told that pulling out of the worthless Paris climate accord will be a disaster. The only “disasters” will be that the Democrat green pushers won’t get their massive taxpayer kickbacks, and China won’t be able to threaten the world with all their rare minerals.

The climate will do what it always has done: Fluctuate cyclically and naturally.

Anyone who believes the government and bureaucrats can control sea levels, temperatures, and storm activity has been indoctrinated. After Hurricane Helene hit and Joe Biden was criticized for his slow reaction, he finally told the truth about something  — he said it is “stupid” for people to believe that the government can control the weather:

President Biden on Wednesday addressed what he called ‘stupid’ claims that the federal government can control the weather, as the false claim was promoted by some politicians and high-profile figures.

In other words, by insinuation, Biden called the highly credentialed intellectuals who voted for Harris stupid—only stupid people can believe such “stupid” things, right?

So why do most people posing as journalists, entertainers, educators, scientists, and other Democrats continually spread the misinformation that they can control the climate? That was the supposed purpose of the misnamed Inflation Reduction Act.

The propaganda that the “science is settled,” that humans and our use of natural resources is causing the warming and the death of the planet, has always been a scam for the sole purpose to transfer money to green pushers.

Thank goodness we have elected a president with common sense who is going to stop this intentional destruction of America!

The end of democracy? Vote to ban AfD party will happen before German snap elections

Wikimedia Commons , Alternative for Germany, PD textlogo

A motion to ban the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, signed by 112 MPs, has been handed to Bundestag President Bärbel Bas of the far-left Social Democrats (SPD), according to reports from German state media ARD and ZDF.

If the motion passes, the Bundestag will initial proceedings that will head to the top court of Germany, the Constitutional Court, to determine whether the AfD can be banned. There are 733 seats in the Bundestag. The motion only needs a simple majority to pass.

The AfD is the second most popular party in the country, and it is increasingly so popular that it is making it very difficult for the ruling parties to form coalitions without it. As it grows, the establishment parties are rallying together to remove this rival from the democratic process. Many of the top proponents of a ban, such as CDU MP Marco Wanderwitz — who lost his local election to an AfD politician — operate under the motto that they are “saving democracy.”

The MPs who back the motion come from a variety of different party factions. Till Steffen, the parliamentary leader of the Greens group, said that 50 members of the Greens signed on to the motion to ban the party.

Most of the German establishment is working towards a ban, but there is disagreement about the pace and timing of such a ban. Some are also worried that the ban will backfire and make the AfD more popular than ever. For one, a ban could take years, and second, the country’s top court may reject the ban, which would be a catastrophic outcome for the German establishment. It should be noted that the country’s top court usually issues rulings friendly to the establishment.

Some Green MPs are against a ban, at least for now.

Green MP Renate Künast submitted a counter motion that states that a ban must be thoroughly legally examined first, including commissioning experts to “assess the chances of success of a ban.”

Wanderwitz (CDU), however, wants an AfD ban now, stating, “It has to happen quickly” due to upcoming elections.

One key legal plank on any potential ban is the AfD’s designation from the Office of the Protection of the Constitution, which is currently led by Thomas Haldenwang. It was expected that the BfV would reclassify the AfD this year with the more damaging designation of a “confirmed threat” to the constitution. However, this designation will have to wait due to upcoming elections, as it would be a violation of the “equal opportunity” close so close to the election date.

The fiercely anti-AfD Haldenwang is stepping down from his position at the BfV to run for an MP position in upcoming elections.

Snap elections are now expected in January.

They’re the GESTAPO!’ British Police launch ‘Kafkaesque’ investigation into Telegraph writer’s tweet

screen grab youtube

A journalist has become the victim of a “Kafkaesque” police investigation after they allegedly riled up hatred in a social media post last year.

Allison Pearson, 64, said that two police officers turned up at her door on Remembrance Sunday to tell her that she was under investigation for a tweet she made in 2023.

The officers told her that they could not disclose what the specific post was referring to, however, she was posting regularly about the October 7 attacks on Israel around this time.

She told The Telegraph: “I was accused of a non-crime hate incident. It was to do with something I had posted on X a year ago. A YEAR ago? Yes. Stirring up racial hatred apparently.”

When she asked who accused her of such behaviour, the officer corrected her: “It’s not the accuser, they’re called the victim.”

She branded the situation as “Kafkaesque”, and said it appeared that the two officers themselves were confused.

“I was definitely shocked. Astonished. That too. Upset. How could I not be?” she said.

“It’s never nice having the police at the door if you’re a law-abiding person, because police at the door can mean only one of two things: tragedy or trouble. But to have them here on the saddest, most solemn date in the calendar with this kind of malevolent nonsense. It was surreal.”

She said they had no idea what they referring to, though said “that a year ago, I was consumed with the aftermath of the October 7 attacks by Hamas and the anti-Semitic slogans being brandished and chanted at pro-Palestine marches”.

Last night, Essex Police said officers had opened an investigation under section 17 of the Public Order Act 1986 relating to material allegedly “likely or intended to cause racial hatred”.

A police spokesman said: “We’re investigating a report passed to us by another force. The report relates to a social media post which was subsequently removed. An investigation is now being carried out under section 17 of the Public Order Act.

“As part of that investigation, officers attended an address on Sunday November 10 to invite a woman to attend a voluntary interview on the matter.”

Yvette Cooper wants to change the requirement for police officers to record non-criminal hate incidents.

The Home Secretary is understood to be considering a new “zero-tolerance” approach, which would see police officers encouraged to record more non-criminal hate incidents.

The move would be a reversal of changes to the laws brought in last year by the Tories, who issued new guidance that ordered the force to stop recording incidents just because someone was offended.

It follows concerns that the new guidance is stopping officers from monitoring and identifying threats to Jewish and Muslim communities that could result in violence.

Coming into effect in June 2023, officers are currently restricted to only recording incidents motivated by “intentional hostility” and “where there is a “real risk of escalation causing significant harm or a criminal offence”.

German Federal Minister of Economics called a ‘’halfwit‘’: Police storm pensioner’s flat

The police in Schweinfurt have raided the home of a 64-year-old pensioner for allegedly distributing a picture in which Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck was labelled a ‘’halfwit‘’. According to the news portal Nius, the public prosecutor’s office in Bamberg considers this to be an offence of incitement to hatred.

The pensioner spread this picture Photo: Screenshot/X

They ordered a house search, which took place on Tuesday. All mobile phones were confiscated and all rooms were searched. The order, from which Nius quotes, states: ‘At a time in the days or weeks before June 20, 2024, which cannot be specified at present, the accused published an image file using the account, which shows a portrait of the Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck with the lettering “Schwachkopf PROFESSIONAL”, which is based on the advertising image of the Schwarzkopf company, in order to defame Robert Habeck in general and make his duties as a member of the federal government more difficult.

As Habeck is a public figure, there is also a ‘public interest’ in the prosecution. The person concerned told the internet portal Nius that he could never have imagined ‘that it would ever come to this’. This had a ‘clear GDR flavour’.

This is not the first time that the Bavarian judiciary has carried out raids against government critics. The case of the entrepreneur Michael Much, among others, caused a stir throughout Germany. He had put up mocking posters on his property in Miesbach depicting Habeck, the then Green Party leader Ricarda Lang and Agriculture Minister Cem Özdemir alongside the slogan ‘We’ll destroy everything’.

The public prosecutor’s office also searched his home and confiscated the posters. A public prosecutor who is actually responsible for combating organised crime was in charge. However, the investigating authority was dealt a bitter blow by the Miesbach district court. The court considered the posters to be a legitimate expression of opinion and dismissed the complaint.

16-year-old Chechen youth arrested for a planned terrorist attack: He allegedly tried to obtain weapons and scouted out the synagogue in Le Mans, France

The National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) confirmed on Tuesday the opening of an investigation against a minor born in 2008. The teenager was arrested, charged and remanded in custody last week in France for a plot that the judiciary considered to be terrorism-inspired, according to sources close to the case who told AFP news agency on Tuesday.

A source familiar with the case confirmed in particular that the minor, who comes from western France, had been arrested and taken into police custody last week for a planned act of violence in the country.

Translation: The 16-year-old minor suspected of preparing an attack, who was arrested on the outskirts of #Mans on November 5, is a French citizen of Chechen origin. He is said to have tried to obtain weapons and to have made enquiries about the location of the synagogue in Le Mans.

Halal meat won’t be forced upon non-Muslims on Air India flights – How this decision is a step in the right direction

Air India now offers Halal meals as an option, respecting religious diversity and providing non-Halal choices for non-Muslim passengers. (Image: Dall-E)

In an important, yet overdue, move towards respecting religious diversity, Air India has decided not to serve Halal meat to non-Muslim passengers. The Halal meals, labelled as ‘Moslem Meal,’ are now available as a dietary preference and will be served only to customers who have opted for them.

Other options on the flight include diabetic meal, gluten-free meal, non-vegetarian meal, vegan meal, Jain meal, Kosher meal, Hindu meal, and more.

The step taken by Air India is a welcome move as it respects religious diversity without imposing particular dietary practices upon unwilling participants. Previously, in Air India flights and, in fact, in most flights, restaurants, and food chains, Halal meat was the default choice, as Hindus and Sikhs often did not enquire about how the meat was prepared. In contrast, Muslims are particular about their dietary choices and prefer not to eat in places where Halal meat is not served.

Upon realising how Halal meat has dominated dietary options and is being imposed on Hindus, Sikhs, and other non-Muslim communities, voices have been raised against the practice. Air India has become one of the first service providers to respect the dietary choices of not only Muslims but all communities.

India is a pluralistic society. It is crucial that religious choices, especially those concerning food, remain precisely that—a choice. The menu now available on Air India’s website has distinct options catering to different communities based on religion and food preferences, such as Jain meal or Hindu meal, as well as vegan meal or fruit meal. The menu seeks to accommodate the cultural and religious dietary preferences of every passenger, which is a welcome move.

However, the core issue remains the implicit expectation that all non-vegetarian food served must be Halal-certified, thus catering exclusively to Islamic dietary laws. The choice provided by Air India should not be limited to Air India but should be extended to all places that serve food. The approach of serving only Halal-certified meat is inherently unfair to Hindus, Sikhs, and other non-Muslim communities who may object to consuming food prepared according to Islamic rules.

Understanding Halal and its religious context

For those who are unaware, Halal, which literally translates to “permissible” in Arabic, refers to food prepared following specific Islamic guidelines. The process of Halal certification includes slaughter practices with distinct religious elements. It primarily involves invoking Allah’s name and a specific method of killing the animal.

Respecting diverse religious practices

Air India now offers a wide selection of meal types, demonstrating the airline’s commitment to serving India’s diverse passengers. However, it is notable that only Halal and Kosher meals are prepared in kosher-certified and Halal-certified kitchens. The rest of the meals do not undergo such separations in the kitchen. The next step should be to ensure division at kitchen counters where vegetarian, vegan, and non-vegetarian foods are prepared separately, respecting dietary and religious preferences. After all, just as Muslims are entitled to Halal options, Hindus, Sikhs, and others deserve the freedom to eat in a manner that aligns with their beliefs. It is not just about the labels but about respecting everyone’s choice and faith.

Reasserting the rights of the majority

In a secular democracy, the rights of religious minorities are essential. However, this does not mean that the rights of the majority can be overlooked. Hindus have long resisted Halal offerings on religious and cultural grounds. Yet, Halal food has increasingly been normalised without sufficient discussion on its appropriateness with all stakeholders. The silent imposition of Halal on a broader population has resulted in alienating Hindus and Sikhs and disregarding their right to non-Halal food. In a pluralistic society like India, freedom of choice should be available for all communities, regardless of their population size.

The Halal economy and its hidden dangers

The growing “Halal economy” extends far beyond individual dietary choices, involving an entire ecosystem driven by Islamic certification standards. The Halal economy’s expansion impacts industries ranging from food and finance to cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, where Halal-certified products are increasingly favoured or required.

This certification process often provides funds to Islamic organisations and businesses, potentially creating an exclusive economic circuit that disadvantages non-Halal producers. Moreover, in countries like India, where the majority population is non-Muslim, the unchecked growth of the Halal economy risks sidelining local businesses that do not or cannot comply with Halal requirements, inadvertently enforcing a religious mandate on diverse populations.

Furthermore, there is evidence that some organisations providing Halal certifications have links to terrorist outfits, raising the possibility that funds collected through certification may be diverted to such organisations.

The way forward – True choice in food

A sensible solution to the Halal economy is simple: ensure the availability of non-Halal meat options alongside Halal options in all public food services. All establishments that serve food must offer non-Halal options so that the dietary preferences of all customers are respected. Dietary preferences are, after all, a choice. They should be defined and implemented as a choice, not as a forced preference. The availability of diverse meals on Air India demonstrates the possibility of respectful accommodation.

The debate over Halal in India reflects a growing awareness that non-Muslims should not be compelled to follow Islamic dietary rules. Air India’s move is a beginning. But the real issue of the silent imposition of Halal on everyone still persists in India’s food sector. A truly inclusive approach would ensure both Halal and non-Halal choices are available, with non-Halal as the default and Halal as an option, allowing passengers to eat according to their beliefs without imposition from religious practices that are not their own.

India prides itself on religious diversity. In such a country, respecting the dietary customs of all religions should be non-negotiable. Businesses that serve food cannot cater exclusively to the dietary choices of Muslims while ignoring those of non-Muslims. Air India’s initiative should spark broader changes across all public institutions, from airlines to schools, hospitals, and even workplaces. Only then will we have a society where individual rights are fully respected, and freedom of choice is genuinely upheld.

Female Inmate Assaulted by Canadian Transgender Child Rapist in Women’s Prison Sustained Broken Ribs, Eyewitness Reports

An eyewitness has come forward to reveal that a trans-identified male pedophile brutally assaulted a female inmate while housed in a women’s prison in British Columbia, Canada. The woman sustained broken ribs during the horrific attack.

Adam Laboucan, who is Canada’s youngest dangerous offender, was handed a rare indeterminate sentence after being convicted of the violent rape of a 3-month-old infant. Sometime in 2018, Laboucan began to identify as transgender and changed his name to Tara Desousa. It was around this time that Laboucan was transferred into the Fraser Valley Institution for Women (FVI) in Abbotsford, which features a unit for mothers and infants.

The Mother-Child Program at FVI takes place in a house comprised of facilities such as a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom, as well as multiple bedrooms. It is situated within a compound of similar housing units, arranged to look much like a neighborhood.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Laboucan has been observed leering at and making aggressive remarks towards the children at the FVI Mother-Child unit, leading to anger and concern from the female inmates.

Reduxx spoke with women’s rights advocate Heather Mason, herself a former inmate, who has been documenting instances of trans-identified males being transferred into women’s prisons in Canada. Mason has been instrumental in bringing to light several cases of violent male criminals abusing or antagonizing incarcerated women.

According to Mason, Laboucan “would stare in the windows of the [Mother-Child] house and always be loitering around it,” a situation which caused the women to feel anxious and afraid for the safety of the young children in the Mother-Child Program.

In 2018, soon after he was transferred into FVI, a female inmate responded to Laboucan’s disturbing behavior by defending another woman and her baby, demanding that he desist in his threatening conduct and calling him a “pedophile.”

It was at that point, explains Mason, that Laboucan “picked her up, threw her, and then charged at her once she was on the ground and continued the assault.” After prison guards intervened, the female inmate who had been attacked was punished by being placed in segregation for “inciting” his assault against her. This is despite the fact that she had suffered from multiple fractured ribs.

Speaking to Reduxx, a witness to the assault recalled the incident.

“[She] actually had broken ribs. I was on the inmate committee at that time, and the guards wouldn’t do anything except blame the woman for instigating the fight because she called Tara a pedophile,” the inmate, who will be referred to as Angela to protect her privacy, says.

“I talked to the warden and said, ‘this is a proper term that Tara will be referred to in the public, so why is it okay for Tara to beat this woman for it and have no consequence?” she added.

Angela decided to come forward to confirm the attack, which had previously been vaguely cited in an April 2018 Parole Board decision denying his appeal for release. According to the Toronto Star, Laboucan was found to be “unable to manager [his] anger after [he flung another inmate by her hair, then kicked her in the face.” The decision referred to Laboucan with feminine pronouns.

Additionally, the Parole Board had sympathetically highlighted Laboucan’s Indigenous heritage as a mitigating factor in his violent behavior.

“The board found that you have experienced negative intergenerational effects as a result, and acknowledged the linkage between your involvement in the criminal justice system and a number of elements in social and family history, including your substance abuse issues.”

As part of her reason for coming forward, Angela recounted another incident she had witnessed in which a different trans-identified male transfer, known as Coco Tallulah, beat a female inmate so horrifically that she suffered a miscarriage. The assault occurred in 2020, and Tallulah was transferred back to a men’s prison in 2021.

“As a mother who had her child in prison, I feel that having all these sexual predators there with babies and kids is insane, like Tara,” said Angela. “He shouldn’t be in a women’s prison. Maybe they could make a trans or gender-neutral prison, but to put them in a woman’s prison doesn’t make sense.”

She added: “The violence that happens to women from these men in jail is ridiculous. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) doesn’t do anything to stop it and blames the women as aggressors in almost every situation.”

In 1997, Adam Laboucan sexually assaulted a three-month-old baby boy in Quesnel, British Columbia. Laboucan was 15-years-old at the time and had been hired to babysit the child. The infant was so brutally injured by the attack that he had to be flown to Vancouver, 410 miles away, to undergo reconstructive surgery.

After committing the horrific assault, Laboucan “mutilated himself and ate his own flesh,” according to news reports.

During the trial, an expert witness stated that Laboucan displayed “everything from transsexual to pedophilic tendencies.” A forensic psychiatrist who examined Laboucan testified that even he believed himself to be a danger to the public. “He said he was not planning a life of crime, but he felt he had no way to control the flood of violent, murderous fantasies,” Dr. Ian Postnikoff told the B.C. Supreme Court.

The forensic psychiatrist said that he believed intensive treatment would be necessary. “With the history and severity of the offenses of Mr. Laboucan, it’s difficult to say how long his treatment would last,” he said. “He’s not a regular sexual offender. I would say it would be a very long time, possibly years. I would be very, very concerned to hear that Laboucan would be released into the community in the near future.”

According to a 1999 news report by the CBC, clinical psychologist Dr. Steve Sigmond testified in court that when he examined Laboucan in 1997, the teen had also admitted to drowning a 3-year-old boy in Quesnel in 1993. Laboucan was 11 when he allegedly committed the killing, and no charges were ever lodged against him because under the law, an accused must be at least 12 years old.

Laboucan filed a request for temporary leave from Fraser Valley in order to attend a cultural ceremony in Vancouver hosed by the Circle of Eagles Lodge Society. According to the Circle of Eagles website, their purpose is to “support Indigenous Brothers and Sisters leaving federal institutions and those dislocated from society, to reintegrate into Community by providing respectful holistic services and culturally safe spaces.”

Laboucan has unsuccessfully applied for temporary leave from prison several times, with the Parole Board deferring to his dangerous offender status. However, federal case managers have reportedly argued that Laboucan should be granted escorted temporary releases in order to help him move towards public reintegration.
