Valencia Lawfare: VOX Calls Out ‘Ideological Persecution’

Valencia City Council is currently embroiled in a heated dispute centred around accusations of ideological persecution, as council members from the right-wing VOX party face a series of hate crime investigations and legal battles prompted by remarks made on social media.

Speaking to The European Conservative, Juan Manuel Badenas, a VOX council member and spokesperson, provided details of the escalating conflict, which he describes as an ideological campaign targeting his party.

The controversy began in May when a councilwoman from the far-left group Compromís filed a hate crime complaint against VOX councilwoman Cecilia Herrero. This complaint stemmed from a social media exchange between Herrero and a former Podemos deputy, who had originally entered Spain illegally. The former deputy, who once served in the Madrid assembly, had made inflammatory comments on social media inciting a “war” against the Spanish police.

Herrero responded to his post, telling him he should “go back to [his] country.” Compromís alleged that Herrero’s comment was racially motivated, although her words made no specific reference to race, addressing only his calls for violence and dissatisfaction with Spain.

“He was simply invited to return to his country, as he had shown his displeasure with Spain and incited the population to open warfare against the police,” Badenas told The European Conservative.

Following the filing of this complaint, Herrero began receiving online threats, some of which have led to a separate investigation by a Valencia court. Badenas told us that the PSOE (Spain’s governing Socialist party, which is also the opposition on the Valencia City Council) intensified the pressure by expanding the complaint to include previous tweets made by Herrero in 2020 and 2022, which Badenas says were taken out of context.

He described it as “a fully-fledged witch hunt, without the presumption of innocence, and with the sole purpose of undermining the reputation of a person for her ideas.”

VOX members say these complaints are intended to destabilise the right-wing coalition governing the city of Valencia, formed by VOX and the centre-right Partido Popular (PP).

The situation, Badenas noted, further intensified in July after a murder in Valencia. Several news outlets, including national TV channels Tele 5 and Antena 3, reported that eyewitnesses said the culprit was an Algerian immigrant. This later turned out not to be the case. However, Badenas, using the widely reported information at the time, publicly commented on the incident, saying the murder would not have happened had the suspect not entered Spain. The PSOE filed a second hate crime complaint against him, arguing that his statement was discriminatory.

Badenas says that legal experts in hate crime have voiced doubt over whether Herrero’s and his statements meet the necessary criteria for hate crime charges. However, he expressed frustration that the prosecutor’s office has continued its investigations, which he argues the opposition parties have exploited to publicly label VOX council members as “racists,” “xenophobes,” and “fascists.”

All this is part of an ideological persecution that uses hate crime laws as tools. These laws were added to the Spanish Penal Code, as well as in other countries, to limit the freedom of expression of those who disagree with woke or far-left views.

In response, Badenas and Herrero are considering filing their own complaints with the prosecutor’s office, alleging defamation by Compromís and PSOE during council meetings. Badenas also questioned the prosecutor’s impartiality, saying the proceedings “seem oddly timed and advantageous for PSOE and Compromís.”

As the political struggle within Valencia’s City Council intensifies, Badenas contends that the ongoing investigations continue to deepen divisions between the city’s political factions, with each side accusing the other of using legal avenues to achieve partisan ends.

Italy: Woman gang raped by several North African migrants in broad daylight in Turin

The attack is alleged to have taken place at an abandoned building near Parco del Valentino in Turin on Oct. 17, 2024. Valentino-Park – Google Maps

A young woman was gang raped by several North African migrants in the northern Italian city of Turin earlier this month in a heinous attack that has only just come to light.

The 27-year-old victim, known only as Laura, reported the brutal assault that occurred at around 5 p.m. on Oct. 17 in the city’s Parco del Valentino, according to the Corriere Torino news outlet.

It is alleged she was approached by a man of Arab appearance, who approached her and offered assistance as she searched for an ATM.

“I was looking for an ATM, but then I came across a young boy, around 18, with an Arab accent who asked me if I needed anything,” she told the Italian publication.

The teen promised to guide her to a nearby cash machine, but instead led her to a desolate area of the park.

He proceeded to steal her cell phone and ran off, luring her into an abandoned building previously used as a nightclub called Club 84. Upon entry, she was accosted by several other men of North African origin, who surrounded her.

While two men held her down, the others proceeded to rape her, including the initial Arab-looking teen.

The victim, originally from Latin America, told the police she heard one of the accomplices tell the initial attacker, “You’re a man now.”

Laura lost consciousness and later awoke in a hospital after being found by paramedics, half-naked and visibly injured.

The incident has spurred a swift response from local authorities. Laura has since provided investigators with details that have helped identify some suspects, and her father has called for harsh punishment, describing his daughter as traumatized and withdrawn since the attack.

This case has reignited national debate over public safety and crime rates involving migrant populations. In another recent case, a 14-year-old girl in Bolzano was allegedly raped by a 40-year-old Pakistani immigrant, bringing further scrutiny to Italy’s justice system and its handling of cases involving foreign perpetrators.

League leader Matteo Salvini, Italy’s deputy prime minister whose party came to prominence in the country’s northern provinces where the attack took place, expressed his frustration over perceived leniency by the courts, calling for stricter immigration control and harsher punishments.

“Let’s see if there will be a judge in this case too who will force us to keep this precious foreign ‘resource’ in Italy too,” he wrote in a social media post, alluding to the the recent decision by a Rome court to block the deportation of illegal migrants to asylum processing centers in Albania.

The latest attack comes after journalist Francesca Totolo cited statistics from the Italian interior ministry in her new book which translates as ‘Women’s Lives Matter’ which revealed that a total of 11,141 Italian women were victims of rape by foreigners in Italy between 2018 and 2023.

“In the European countries most affected by migration flows, foreigners are relatively overrepresented among the perpetrators of crimes against women, from murder to sexual violence,” she explained in an interview with the Breizh-Info Totolo.

Despite only making up 9 percent of the Italian population, foreign nationals are six times more likely to be involved in sexual crimes, Totolo stated, criticizing a perceived bias among the mainstream media which she accused of giving less coverage to attacks involving asylum seekers or refugees.

UK: NHS staff told it is unacceptable to refuse sharing toilet with trans colleagues

NHS staff have been told in mandatory training that it is unacceptable to say that you do not want to share toilets with transgender colleagues.

The training, introduced by NHS England in August, was titled “Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Human Rights Skills” and was required for all staff, including off-payroll workers.

A 23-page document included five case studies and multiple-choice questions to assess employees’ understanding of discriminatory behaviour.

One section, labelled “transphobic colleague”, stated that asking trans staff to use gender-neutral or disabled toilets could constitute illegal harassment.

It adds: “It is always an individual’s choice to use whichever facilities match how they identify.”

A concerned NHS worker, who shared the document with the Daily Mail, expressed feeling pressured to complete the training.

The whistleblower said: “Passing this training is required in order to progress your pay and career, and ultimately even to be employed by NHS England.

“For all the supposed commitment to ‘diversity’, if you don’t agree with the ideology of a dominant clique, you either have to lie or leave.”

The training document also said that “people, rather than women, become pregnant and take maternity leave”.

Another case study described a community nurse being reprimanded for offering to pray for a patient’s recovery, as it failed to demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity.

The document explained that by promoting “equality and diversity”, the NHS “will bring great advantage to the workforce, the wider NHS and the population we serve”.

It added: “Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of the values of NHS England.”

Women’s rights campaigners have criticised the training as “partisan and ideological”.

They have written to Amanda Pritchard, the NHS’s chief executive, calling for changes to be made.

Maya Forstater, chief executive of human rights charity Sex Matters, wrote in the letter: “The training in respect of sex, gender reassignment and belief discrimination conflicts with and in some places actively contradicts the law.

“It is partisan and ideological, and it puts NHSE at risk of undertaking mass discrimination and harassment.

“We call on you to recall and review the training to ensure that it is in line with the law and with your responsibilities under the public-sector equality duty and the Human Rights Act.”

The NHS has since withdrawn the module and said it will be replaced “in the next few weeks”.

An NHS spokesperson told the publication: “This guidance is out of date and has already been removed as new training is being developed.”

UK: Asylum seeker hotel worker ‘stabbed to death by migrant’

Rhiannon Skye Whyte’s family said she was the ‘most selfless person’ Photo: Family

Thousands of pounds have been raised to support the five-year-old son of a woman who was fatally injured at a railway station in Walsall.

Deng Chol Majek, who the BBC understands is an asylum seeker, has been charged with Rhiannon Skye Whyte’s murder.

Mr Majek had been staying at the Park Inn Hotel in Bescot Crescent, Walsall, where Ms Whyte worked.

The 27-year-old died in hospital three days after being attacked at nearby Bescot Stadium Station on 20 October.

Along with the murder charge, Mr Majek has also been accused of possession of an offensive weapon, the Crown Prosecution Service said.

The Home Office has a long-standing policy of not commenting on an individual’s immigration status.

However, it is understood the hotel where Ms Whyte worked was being used to house asylum seekers.

Tributes and donations have poured in from members of the community, with almost £5,000 raised to help support her five-year-old son.

A fundraiser has been set up by Ms Whyte’s sister Alexandra, who said she would now look after the boy.

The sibling said her sister had been “suddenly and brutally attacked” while speaking to her best friend on the phone, after finishing her shift.

She died three days later surrounded by loved ones, the fundraiser added.

“In the wake of this tragedy, we are raising funds to honour Rhiannon’s memory and support the five-year-old son she left behind,” the fundraiser reads.

“Any additional funds will go to a charity supporting victims of abuse and violence, a cause that Rhiannon, with her kind and selfless spirit, would have deeply cared about.

“Thank you for the overwhelming love and support we’ve received during this difficult time.

“Our family is grieving but we are united in carrying Rhiannon’s spirit forward.”

Mr Majek appeared at Walsall Magistrates’ Court on a charge of attempted murder last Tuesday but since Ms Whyte’s death the charge has been upgraded.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on 19 November.

Hotel group Radisson said it was extremely saddened by the loss of a much-valued colleague.

“Our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies are with Rhiannon’s family, and support is being provided to those affected as much as possible during this difficult time,” it said in a statement.

Det Ch Insp Paul Attwell, of British Transport Police, added specialist officers were supporting Ms Whyte’s relatives.

“Our thoughts remain with them at this incredibly difficult time,” he said.

“I would again like to reassure the public that this is an isolated incident and we are not seeking anyone else in connection with it.”

Whistleblower Reveals Trans-Identified Male Had Been Admitted To Women’s Rehab Unit In Massachusetts And Sexually Harassed Female Patients

A whistleblower has come forward to reveal that a trans-identified male was allowed on an all-female addictions rehabilitation unit at Massachusetts’ Behavioral Health Network (BHN), leading to the sexual and physical harassment of female patients.

John*, a veteran of the Marine Corps, is a rehabilitative specialist who worked at BHN for just over one year beginning in June of 2023, and worked with patients on multiple units within the BHN care center. One, known as New View, was an all-female unit intended for women under Massachusetts’ Section 35 – a mandatory rehabilitation order.

“You can [admit] yourself, but usually a spouse or family member goes to the courthouse and tries to section you. You have to be ‘a danger to yourself or others’ and a judge makes the final decision,” John explains, adding that even he didn’t feel comfortable being assigned to the unit due to concerns for the dignity of the women there.

“I used to tell leadership at all time – some women were not comfortable with me doing checks at night. I had to argue that they had the right to female-only checks… that if they didn’t want males in their room doing checks, they had that right,” John says. “You can imagine how bewildering it was for me to be arguing this point with my leftist female leadership – especially my direct supervisor – who would more or less tell me that they don’t have that right and I need to do anyway. Absolutely nuts.”

In August of 2023, John says a new intake of women onto the unit included one “obvious” male who will be referred to as Kelly*.

“Immediately clocked within two seconds of seeing him. Like there was no hiding that male face that went through male puberty, although the synthetic estrogen did reduce facial hair growth to a degree. I remember he often had a mild yet visible stubble going on,” John recalls.

Reduxx has identified Kelly and reviewed photos of him which confirm his large stature and overtly masculine presentation. On social media accounts belonging to Kelly, he has posted suggestive photos of himself in dresses, fishnet stockings, and thong panties visible through torn pants.

“Kelly”

Kelly was a multi-substance addict who John described as having erratic and “jumpy” behavior.

“It was almost like…extreme pent up male sexual frustration mixed with withdrawals and the stress of treatment on top of clinical anxiety and whatever other psychiatric diagnoses he had,” John says.

Shortly after arriving, BHN staff became aware of multiple incidents involving Kelly sexually and physically harassing women on the unit. John provided Reduxx with an email chain showing internal BHN communications on Kelly’s inappropriate behavior towards female patients.

“It was reported to me by a client that they overheard [Kelly] making inappropriate sexual comments to [Jennifer],” one of the counselors wrote in the email. “I brought [Jennifer] into the office to ask her if anyone has been causing an issue or making her feel uncomfortable. She was hesitant to say at first but then said it seems like you already know. I told her I needed to hear it from her. She then told me that [Kelly] has been making inappropriate comments and that is why she has been staying in her room.”

The counselor added that Kelly had asked Jennifer to meet him in the single-stall bathroom “alone.”

An email chain exchanged between a counselor and supervisor at BHN.

In response to the counselor, the BHN supervisor responded with an acknowledgment of the issue and added that the issues were not just isolated to Kelly’s behavior towards Jennifer, but that Kelly had also been “aggressive sexually and physically” with multiple other female patients, naming one Kelly had “punched in the arm” and another whom Kelly had told had a “fat ass.”

John says that Kelly was allowed to complete his treatment in the female-only unit, something he says upset him tremendously.

“If a non-transgender male did what he did at a co-ed facility, it might even be grounds for getting law enforcement involved. But Kelly… he was allowed to stay so he could get a completion. Can you imagine how the women must’ve felt?”

Both Kelly and Jennifer were discharged some time later. Near the end of September, Jennifer passed away from an overdose.

“One of the last experiences of this young woman’s life was being sexually harassed on an all-female unit by a man who shouldn’t have been there,” John recounts sadly.

“The risk of allowing any males onto an all female unit is too much. Most of these women were on and off the streets, had to resort to sex work, and a decent amount of them, I hesitate to give you an exact percentage,  had sexual assault trauma. It is completely unfair to them to be forced into treatment with males against their will. They should have the right to opt into all-female treatment,” he continues.

Kelly was not the only trans-identified male who was allowed into the women’s unit at BHN, with another coming in October. Around that time, John says he began to clash with management over their deferral to gender self-identification.

“My supervisor, Jess Hughes, tried to tell me one male patient was ‘female’ because he was on synthetic estrogen. I was not having that,” John says.

In February of 2024, John says he became aware that an investigation had been opened into his personal social media accounts where he had made comments critical of gender ideology and of males participating in women’s sports.

Part of an exchange between John and one of his superiors regarding the investigation into his social media accounts.

Following the results of the investigation, John was issued a Corrective Action Form accusing him of using his social media to “[seek] out trans people and feminine-presenting queer men to invalidate and mentally harm them.” The form ordered John to scrub his social media profiles of any reference to his work with BHN, and to complete a social justice-oriented course.

John says it was around this time that he began to receive intensely negative treatment from his supervisor.

The Corrective Action Form issued to John in May.

“When word spread that I was this ‘evil transphobic bigot,’ it was over. I had no chance. I was completely stigmatized,” he explains. “I resigned in July when it became very apparent I was not going to transfer units or move up in the organization.”

Despite the negative experience, John says he is unconcerned about his future in the profession and has had no trouble finding work following his resignation from BHN.

“I have the patient and superior references that will always vouch for my work and the positive impact I always have on patients in clients. Almost all my prior coworkers really liked and appreciated me. I’m confident in saying that too. I have been recruited by several employers since.”

John says the incident at BHN “took a toll” on him, but that he remains firm in his belief that males should not be permitted into women-only spaces, especially those where the women involved are unable to consent to their presence.

“I don’t hate the trans community. I just don’t accept the metaphysical belief that human males can be women and human females can be men. Because they objectively cannot,” John says. “But every woman that steps into [BHN] either voluntarily or sectioned, needs to be notified there will potentially be male patients on the unit. Then they can either consent to being treated there or not.”

Reduxx reached out to BHN for comment on their gender self-identification policy, but did not receive a response in time for publication. This article will be updated in the event a response is provided.

French RN chief Bardella cries ‘censorship’ as train network SNCF bans his book ads

Screenshot youtube

France’s National Rally (RN) president Jordan Bardella has claimed he is the target of “censorship” after adverts for his new book, Ce que je cherche (What I’m looking for’), were barred from display in French train stations and subways.

MediaTransports, the advertising agency that represents the railway network SNCF — France’s national state-owned railway company — confirmed on October 28 that the ads would not run, citing principles of neutrality as required by public service regulations.

Following the decision, Bardella alleged that pressure from far-left trade unions was behind the cancellation.

“At the call of far-left trade unionists, SNCF has censored my book campaign, planned by Editions Fayard,” he stated.

Editions Fayard is a Paris-based publishing house controlled by Hachette Livre.

Bardella argued that SNCF’s compliance with “a minority of radicalised activists” constituted a serious violation of freedom of speech, warning: “Today, my voice is being silenced but, tomorrow, it will be others.”

He also questioned the neutrality of French public services, saying it was “today endangered by the management of a major public service company and by ideological pressure groups with totalitarian methods seeking to impose a single way of thinking”.

In response, MediaTransports stated that the advertisement violated the “principles of neutrality”, which prohibits political promotion in public-service spaces.

“Advertising a book by a political figure or party leader breaches this neutrality,” MediaTransports’ spokeswoman Alexandra Lafay told Brussels Signal on October 28, emphasising that such constraint was, in her view, widely recognised and accepted within the industry.

“Our position would have been the same with any political party,” she added.

Bardella’s statement followed a letter from the union Sud-Rail demanding that SNCF scrap his ad campaign.

“We will never allow the far-right to campaign in our stations. SNCF management must intervene immediately,” Sud-Rail declared on October 16.

It also pointed to Bardella’s publisher, Editions Fayard, being part of Hachette, a company owned by Vincent Bolloré, whom the union had criticised for allegedly supporting far-right movements through Bolloré’s media assets.

“Billionaire Bolloré is putting his media empire at the service of the far right, after betting everything on Zemmour and Reconquête during the 2022 presidential elections,” it said.

Contacted by Brussels Signal, SNCF did not comment specifically regarding union pressure and referred the matter to MediaTransports.

“As this is a MediaTransports’ decision, we advise you to contact their communications department,” SNFC said.

Media reports have noted this was not the first time SNCF had blocked an ad campaign on political grounds.

The gay magazine Têtu’s cover, featuring French singer-songwriter Bilal Hassani depicted in a religious pose, was also rejected for what was described as its “confessional nature”.

Têtu front page featuring Bilal Hassani

French actor and comedian Waly Dia also saw ads for his one-man show Une heure à tuer (An hour to kill) forbidden on public transport in the Paris region.

MediaTransports banned distribution of the poster due to what it said was it being “incompatible with the duty of neutrality imposed on public transport and could be considered defamatory or insulting”.

“He had political messages on the poster, in particular, defamatory remarks about the President of the Republic” Lafay told Brussels Signal, referring to the fake tattoos on his face.

“Macron is like an alcoholic father, at home, he makes your life miserable, outside he puts you to shame”.

RN MEP Thierry Mariani echoed Bardella’s claims, alleging that similar ad campaigns had been permitted before, including one regarding former French president François Hollande.

MediaTransports refuted the comment, telling Brussels Signal: “It is not true.”

According to French media outlet Libération, the promotional poster campaign for Bardella’s book was scheduled in two phases: from November 25 to December 1, across 167 panels in 54 suburban subway stations.

Then, from December 11 to 17, that was to be expanded to 172 panels in 13 Paris stations and 242 panels in 43 stations outside the capital.

The tome is set to be published on November 9.

‘Killers for Kamala’ – “Vialva directed his four henchmen to splash the interior of the car with lighter fluid, while the Bagleys continued to plead for mercy”

(Pictured above: the victims, not the monster who took their lives.)

The Kamala campaign isn’t in a good place and the leftists pushing it to further extremes aren’t helping.

Trump Executed Their Loved Ones. They Fear He’ll Have The Chance To Kill Others – Huffington Post

Trump executed their loved ones? Oh no! Why would he do a horrible thing like that?

Christopher Vialva’s dying request before the federal government executed him in 2020 was that his mother help other family members of the condemned navigate the process. Before he died, Vialva gave his mom’s contact information to another man on death row, who helped put her in touch with the loved ones of people who received execution dates.

“I wanted to brief them on how the process went down and what to expect, down to the details as far as the physical signs of their loved ones dying. When they’re showing signs of asphyxiation,” said Vialva’s mother, Lisa Brown, noting evidence that the lethal injection drugs can cause the lungs to fill with fluid, creating the sensation of suffocating or drowning to death. “It’s like being waterboarded,” Brown said.

Vialva was one of 13 people Donald Trump’s administration executed during the final six months of his presidency. The killing spree ended a 17-year de facto moratorium on federal executions and left behind dozens of grieving family members, struggling to make sense of the government’s seemingly arbitrary decision to select their loved ones for execution among the dozens of people on death row.

“It mortifies me,” said Brown, who has stayed in touch with family members of those who have been executed, as well as people who remain on death row. “The fact that I know there’s going to be more families going through what I went through.”

Why was Christopher executed?

On the afternoon of June 21, 1999, in Fort Hood, Texas, 19-year-old Christopher Vialva, accompanied by four other youths aged between 16 and 18, murdered two youth pastors from Iowa, 26-year-old Todd Bagley and 28-year-old Stacie Bagley.

After the triad stopped on the roadside at the Belton Lake recreation area, Vialva directed his four henchmen to splash the interior of the car with lighter fluid, while the Bagleys continued to plead for mercy as they sang “Jesus Loves Us”. Vialva then shot both Todd and Stacie in the head with a handgun. After completing the deed, one of Vialva’s accomplices, 18-year-old Brandon Bernard, set fire to the car, burning the bodies of the victims and the car before the gang fled the scene

I’m not too sure that bringing out the “loved ones” of monsters is really the argument this campaign needs.

After Biden was elected, Brown participated in a video call organized by Death Penalty Action, an abolitionist group, with Department of Justice lawyers. “I chose to take them, step by step, through the day of my son’s murder,” Brown said. “That left them unable to ask any further questions because they were too tore up from what I had said.”

Brown has also kept in touch with several men on federal death row, who have anxiously observed the Biden administration’s inaction on the death penalty. “I don’t think disappointed is a strong enough word,” she said. “Just imagine, every four years you have to worry about whether the next guy coming in is going to kill you.”

Or lock you in a trunk, pour lighter fluid on you and set you on fire.

3 out of 4 murders in Sweden committed by migrants

screen grab youtube

As Sweden’s murder rate soars, new data shows how much migrants are overrepresented in this growing trend.

According to Swedish government data, three out of four murders are committed by migrants, and the rate of gun murders per capita in Stockholm is 30 times that of London. In 2018 alone, 162 bomb blasts rocked the country — almost one every two days. In Sweden, the number of fatal shootings has increased significantly since 2017, resulting in a record-high number of shooting murders.

Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC) Brussels has included this data in a new report on the profound and often out-of-control effects of mass migration on Swedish society. The report, “Multiculturalism in Flames,” examines key issues related to crime, political freedom and social cohesion, and calls for a national reckoning and re-evaluation of Swedish multiculturalism policy.

Sweden, long known for its cultural homogeneity and social consensus, has faced major changes in recent decades due to mass migration. The new report emphasizes the scale and speed of these changes.

The rise of crime, especially organized gangs, and an increase in violent crime have undermined public trust. According to the report, persons born abroad or their descendants appear in a disproportionately high number in violent crime statistics. In addition to the high murder rate, Remix News also reported that grenade attacks have doubled in the last year, while organized crime rakes in huge amounts of money.

The report also highlights growing concerns about freedom of expression; In Sweden, individuals and institutions are under increasing pressure to avoid discussing migration issues for fear of offending minorities or inciting violence. This, in turn, threatens the country’s tradition of democratic openness.

Migration has brought new tensions to Swedish political life, especially in the clash between Swedish progressive values such as gender equality and secularism and the different cultural norms brought by each migrant community.

According to the report, Sweden’s official multiculturalism policy has inadvertently contributed to these divisions by promoting diversity at the expense of social cohesion. The report calls for a bold rethinking of Sweden’s approach to migration and integration, with the following key recommendations:

  • Acknowledging the failure of multiculturalism: The report urges Sweden to acknowledge that multiculturalism has not been successful in promoting unity and needs to be reformed to preserve democracy and national identity.
  • Strengthening law and order: Immediate steps are needed to curb the rise of no-go zones and strengthen control over the entire territory of the Swedish state.
  • Restoration of social cohesion: The emphasis should be shifted from differences to common values; with efforts to promote meritocracy and color-blind politics in education, institutions and public life.
  • Fostering rational discourse: Constructive dialogue is key. Swedish society must be able to discuss these challenges openly and rationally without fear of exclusion.
  • Preparing for political change: Sweden is likely to experience major political changes in the coming years, and the report calls for generosity and unity to weather these changes.

MCC’s Brussels headquarters hopes that this report will serve as a wake-up call, encouraging Sweden and other European nations to confront the challenges of migration before the social fabric is irreparably damaged.

Activist doctors cannot hide the facts about harmful effects of transgender interventions much longer

Shutterstock

Despite the best efforts of LGBT activists, the transgender cover-up is collapsing.

A bombshell report in The New York Times titled “U.S. study on puberty blockers goes unpublished because of politics.” NYT’s report revealed that a study costing taxpayers $10 million found no evidence that puberty blockers improved the mental health of patients but that the doctor who headed the study — a trans activist — refused to publish the results because she was afraid they would be “weaponized” by opponents of transitioning children.

Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy admitted to The New York Times that she feared the study, which took nine years to complete, could one day be used in court to make the case that “we shouldn’t use blockers.” The study, which was funded by the National Institutes of Health, involved researchers choosing 95 children — average age of 11 — and started them on puberty blockers in 2015. The researchers followed the children for two years and found that the interventions did not improve their mental health.

According to Olson-Kennedy, the findings were a result of the children being “in really good shape” before beginning their “transition.” But according to the Times, researchers recorded that about a quarter of the children “were depressed or suicidal” before being put on puberty blockers. Olson-Kennedy, the Times noted, regularly provides “expert testimony” opposing bans on sex changes for minors in statehouses across the U.S. As it turns out, her own study does not back the claims she has built much of her career on.

One of Olson-Kennedy’s fellow researchers quite rightly stated that her decision is entirely contrary of research standards and that the public should see the “really important” work that has been done on this very divisive subject. “I understand the fear about it being weaponized, but it’s really important to get the science out there,” said Amy Tishelman, a Boston College clinical and research psychologist who worked on the study. “No change isn’t necessarily a negative finding — there could be a preventative aspect to it. We just don’t know without more investigation.”

Critics, on the other hand, are pointing out that trans activist researchers like Olson-Kennedy clearly cannot be trusted. “We’re craving information about these medical [interventions] for gender-[confused] youth,” “Erica” Anderson, a clinical psychologist who works on the transgender issue, told the New York Post. “Dr. Olson-Kennedy has the largest grant that’s ever been awarded in the U.S. on the subject and is sitting on data that would be helpful to know. It’s not her prerogative to decide based on the results that she will or won’t publish them. It’s contrary to the scientific method. You do research, and then you disclose what the results are.”

Meanwhile, the radical UK transgender organization, which has long been a leading advocate of sex changes for children, has been ordered to rewrite its guidance about the risks of puberty blockers. Mermaids was investigated for two years by the Charity Commission, and Mermaids was told that it could not resume its provision of “chest binders” to gender dysphoric girls. Mermaids also removed text from its website endorsing puberty blockers as an “internationally recognized safe, reversible healthcare option.”

Time is running out for doctors like Olson-Kennedy. An increasing body of evidence reveals how badly gender dysphoric children have been served by activist physicians. They can do their best to hide the evidence — for now — but not for long. Even The New York Times has begun to defect. The writing is on the wall.

Volkswagen crisis: Tens of thousands of German jobs at risk with factory closures

German multinational car giant Volkswagen has announced dramatic austerity measures as the company struggles with declining sales and revenue.

For the first time in its history, on October 28 VW said it would close factories. According to the company’s Works Council, the loss of tens of thousands of jobs is now imminent. Wages will be cut and will not increase for the next two years.

VW leadership informed employees that three factories would close down and all remaining locations would be reduced in size.

Unions have said they would target plants nationwide from December, threatening a “hot winter”.

Entire departments are set to be closed or relocated abroad.  The outsourcing plans will affect semi-skilled workers as well as research and development activities.

Group Works Council head Daniela Cavallo warned at an information event for employees in Wolfsburg on October 28: “All German VW plants are affected by these plans. None is safe!

“It is the firm intention to bleed the regions where the plants are located and the clear intention to send tens of thousands of Volkswagen employees into mass unemployment,” she claimed.

For Volkswagen workers who remain, there will be salary cuts of 10 per cent and no increase for 24 months at least.

Additionally, the current €167 monthly collectively-agreed bonus per employee will be terminated.

In total, this means a pay cut of around 18 per cent.

Employees below management level will no longer get any bonuses. At the same time, one-off anniversary payments for 25 and 35 years of service will not now available.

A job security programme that had been in effect for more than 30 years was terminated by the VW board of management in September. Mandatory redundancies could begin in the middle of next year, newspaper Bild reported at the time.

Regarding the latest announcement, Cavallo said the company’s management board had simply “set fire to everything for the staff here … and then left”.

The next meeting between the management board and the union has been scheduled for October 30, designed to reach a wage agreement – but few believe it will be productive.

While the company leadership said it wanted to implement the 10 per cent pay cut, the Works Council has been demanding a 7 per cent pay rise.

“These ruthless plans of the board are in no way acceptable and a break with everything we have experienced in the company in recent decades,” said Union IG Metall district manager Thorsten Gröger, adding the plans would not be accepted.

Around half of the 120,000 German VW workforce is employed in Wolfsburg.

A likely candidate for closure is the Osnabrück plant, which recently lost an order with Porsche. Around to 2,300 people work at the facility.

The electric-car factory in Zwickau, Saxony, which employs more than 10,000 people, is said to be set to lose one of its two production lines.

There, thousands of employees marched to the factory gates on October 28 with whistles, rattles and red alarm clocks and vented their displeasure.

Volkswagen operates 10 plants in Germany, six of which are in Lower Saxony, three in Saxony and one in Hesse.

In a press release, the Works Council wrote of “historic dimensions” about which the company was keeping employees in the dark. They demanded an explanation from the board of managers and said they rejected a “one-sided austerity course”.

But the company defended the plans. “The fact is: The situation is serious and the responsibility of the negotiating partners is enormous,” stated Human Resources director Gunnar Kilian.

“Without comprehensive measures to regain competitiveness, we will not be able to afford significant investments in the future.”

Kilian announced “concrete proposals to reduce labour costs” in the next meeting between unions and management.

CEO of Volkswagen Passenger Cars Thomas Schäfer stressed the high costs of production in Germany.

“We are not productive enough at the German sites and are currently 25 to 50 percent higher than we have planned in terms of factory costs. This means that individual German plants are twice as expensive as the competition,” he said.

The Volkswagen Group said in a statement it was at a “decisive point in its corporate history”, adding the situation was “serious”.

Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that “possible wrong management decisions from the past must not be at the expense of employees”.

Deputy government spokesman Wolfgang Büchner stressed the focus should instead lie on “preserving and securing jobs”.

Lower Saxony’s opposition leader Sebastian Lechner called on the State government to prevent Volkswagen plant closures there.

“The situation of the Volkswagen Group is shocking,” said the Christian Democratic Union politician.

The State of Lower Saxony owns 20 per cent of Volkswagen and its supervisory board is composed of culture minister Julia Willie Hamburg (Greens) and Stephan Weil (Social Democratic Party).

The parliamentary group leader of the Greens in the State parliament, Anne Kura, said the company and the unions should work on preventing the plant closures and think instead about the employees in the region.

Socialist parliamentary group vice-chairman Verena Hubertz also warned against job cuts.

Alternative for Germany (AfD) co-leader Alice Weidel put the blame for the situation on the Greens’ policies.

On X she said: “Ordinary workers are paying the price for the ideologically driven transport turnaround of the CDU/CSU and the traffic-light coalition.

“They have driven Germany into the wall as a business location.”
