Germany: Over half of prisoners are foreigners in many states, costing taxpayers billions

Wikimedia Commons , User:Mattes, PD-self

In numerous German federal states, the prison population is made up of more than 50 percent foreigners, with the cost of these prisoners totaling €2 billion a year, according to an exclusive report from the Austrian news outlet Freilich.

Already in mid-July, German state media outlet SWR reported that for the first time, more than half of all prisoners in the southern state of Baden-Württemberg are foreigners. Currently, this figure stands at 50.8 percent. Freilich decided to look into the situation in other German states and found that five others also feature prison populations that are more than 50 percent foreign.

The state with the highest proportion of foreigners is Hamburg, which stands at 57.8 percent.

Other states, such as North Rhine-Westphalia, which is Germany’s most populous state, may not reach 50 percent, but the numbers are still extremely high, at 40.4 percent. The top offenders are Turks, Poles, Syrians, Moroccans and Romanians. In Bavaria, the second-largest state by population, 51.1 percent of the prison population is foreign, which includes 4,965 non-German nationals.

It is important to note that these statistics do not include those with a migration background. For instance, there is no data differentiating between ethnic Germans and Middle Easterners born in Germany. The data only shows if the perpetrator has a German passport or not. Other nations, such as Denmark, contain exact crime data not only on foreigners but also second-generation Danish citizens with a foreign background, with that data showing that this generation has higher crime rates than the first one.

In Hesse, 51.4 percent of the prison population is made up foreigners, equaling 2,245 prisoners. The largest groups come from Algeria and Morocco, but other top groups include Turks, Romanians, and Afghans, according to the Ministry of Justice.

As of July 22, 2024, Berlin featured 2,024 foreign prisoners, representing 56.4 percent of the total number, which stands at 3,588. A spokeswoman told Freilich that the largest groups are Poles, Turks, Serbians, and Georgians.

In Bremen, the smallest federal state, the number of foreign prisoners totaled 56 percent.

Other federal states, especially those featuring a smaller share of foreigners, have lower numbers, including Lower Saxony, which has 37.6 percent of the prison population made up of foreigners, Rhineland-Palatinate with 33.9 percent; Saxony at 43.2 percent; Schleswig-Holstein at 34.6 percent, Brandenburg at 36.8 percent; Saxony-Anhalt at 21.4 percent; Saarland at 30.7 percent; and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania at 22.1 percent.

Thuringia has the lowest proportion of foreign offenders, making up 15.9 percent of the population out of a total of 1,072 prisoners, although Freilich notes this information dates from older sources.

Freilich notes that “the accommodation of prisoners places a considerable burden on public coffers and taxpayers. This is also shown by the calculations carried out as part of the research. For all federal states together, the total cost of accommodating prisoners is around €4.137 billion per year, of which around €1.815 billion is spent on foreign prisoners in the correctional facilities of the 16 federal states.”

The Alternative for Germany (AfD) party says the figures reflect the failed policies of the older parties.

“Around 15 percent of people living in Germany are foreigners. However, their share of suspects, convicted persons and prisoners is disproportionately high. Once again, official figures prove that the migration policy of the old parties has completely failed,” said deputy domestic policy spokesman of the AfD parliamentary group, Martin Hess, who was also a police officer in Baden-Württemberg for 27 years.

“What we are experiencing here is a deliberate exploitation of our security by a government that is constantly proving to be a total failure.”

Hess said only a 180-degree turn in migration policy, as the AfD has been demanding for years, will improve the security situation.

“We must finally take decisive action against the escalating crime by foreigners – also for financial reasons, because every prisoner is an enormous burden on the public purse and therefore on the taxpayer,” he added. “In addition, it must become common practice to consistently deport illegal immigrants in order to prevent them from committing crimes. Because remigration is security. It is no longer acceptable for citizens to be let down by those in political positions of responsibility.”

According to Freilich’s data, the same problem is presented in other nations, including Austria, where 47.2 percent of all prisoners are foreigners, including 1,884 from EU countries and 3,038 from non-EU countries.

The Council of Europe’s Annual Criminal Statistics on the Prison Population for 2023 notes that 27 percent of all prisoners in the EU have a foreign background; however, this data also does not record the migration background of citizens. This data is also skewed by the inclusion of Central and Eastern European nations, which have very few foreigners in comparison to Western European nations.

In Luxembourg, 77.7 percent of the population is made up of foreigners, while in Switzerland, this figure is 71 percent.

Oxford University set to launch new debate series to ‘reaffirm importance of free speech’ which is institution’s ‘lifeblood’

Wikimedia Commons , Ninara, CC-BY-2.0

A new-termly debate series is set to be launched by Oxford University, in an aim to curb “same thinking tribes.”

The University’s vice-chancellor Prof Irene Tracey, said that freedom of speech was “the lifeblood” of the university.

Starting in November, the new Sheldonian Series of debates will allow students “to hear from scholars and voices from a range of fields on some of the big questions of our age.”

It comes after gender-critical academic Kathleen Stock was hit with student protests over her planned appearance at the Oxford Union.

The opening debate will discuss the theme of democracy, and will take place shortly after the US election on November 5 The guest speakers are yet to be announced.

Professor Tracey told the annual oration to staff and students: “The spirit of these events will be one of examination and exploration, of curiosity and challenge. It is clear we need to reaffirm the importance of free and inclusive speech, diversity of thought and vibrant exchange of ideas.”

The debates could be the first major test of current free speech laws after the Government pulled the plug on new protections for academics.

Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson announced in July that she had paused the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act just days before it was due to come into force and would now consider repealing it.

In May 2023, police were forced to remove protesters who stormed a talk by Professor Stock, with activists chanting “no more dead trans kids.”

Two further protesters handed out flyers stating “Kathleen Stock is not welcome here” and “we will not let the trans youth of the future suffer as we have”, before they were booed out of the venue by audience members also calling for “free speech.”

Professor Stock argued the Union that some universities were “becoming propaganda machines for a particular point of view.”

She said she did not find it “traumatic” to have protesters outside the event and said that students in her generation staged similar protests.

Speaking on Tuesday, Prof Tracey said: “Freedom of speech is the lifeblood of our university and we uphold the right for everyone to openly express their views and opinions with respect and courtesy, within the limits of the law.

“As a university, we must nurture and celebrate our differences, confident that those who try to divide us into same-looking and same-thinking tribes, whether by selfish design or accidental algorithm, will ultimately fail.

“Let us all dare to be different, to do things differently, and to bring forward the day that the world remembers the beauty of the kaleidoscope of humanity.”

Allegedly ‘violent’ Greta Thunberg faces call for Germany entry ban

Greta Thunberg is facing calls for her to be banned from entering Germany amid a decision by local police to classify her as a “violent participant” in political demonstrations.

Senior Christian Democratic Union (CDU) politician Alexander Throm is leading the calls for the climate activist to be forbidden from entering the country, citing her involvement in contentious protests against Israel.

Speaking to local publication Bild, Throm went beyond the police allegations that Thunberg is “violent.” He said Thunberg was a “Jew hater” who incites hatred against Israel, though he produced no evidence to back up his accusation.

Brussels Signal has approached Thunberg for comment on this description of her by the German politician.

Throm insisted: “There is no place in Germany for Jew-haters like Greta Thunberg. Anyone who comes here to incite hatred against Israel and denigrate our police has no place in Germany.”

The incendiary accusations against the climate activist came ahead of her planned appearance at a protest camp in Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, in support of Palestine.

This appearance is now in doubt after police in the city opted to clear the camp ahead of the Swedish activist’s arrival, claiming that her presence risked a danger to people’s safety.

“Since a risk forecast showed that the safety of the participants could not be guaranteed in view of Ms Thunberg’s visit, it was decided in the afternoon to end the camp,” a spokesman told Bild, adding that the encampment had been left alone since it was set up during the summer.

“The recent events in connection with Thunberg led to the assessment that she is a violent participant.”

Thunberg had previously attended a pro-Palestine protest in Germany held on October 7, the anniversary of Hamas’ attack on Israeli civilians last year.

The incident saw hundreds of Jews killed at the hands of Islamic extremists, with hundreds more being injured, captured and/or tortured at the hands of radicals in what has been described as the worst antisemitic incident since the Holocaust.

France: Algerian sentenced to 17 years for raping a minor in a hospital and raping another woman on the street

A 39-year-old Algerian, with a deportation order (OQTF), has been sentenced to 17 years in prison after being found guilty of raping a 16-year-old girl in her hospital bed at the Toulouse University Hospital in November 2021.

The convicted man, Ismael C., received his sentence in the Haute-Garonne criminal court and had already been convicted of similar acts in Switzerland. On top of the other two rapes, he was also found guilty of brutally raping another young woman in the middle of the street in the Capitole district; he also tried to steal this victim’s phone.

Regarding the rape of the young woman in the hospital, on Nov. 30, 2021, 16-year-old Lisa was awakened by noise while she was in her hospital room at the Toulouse University Hospital. She noticed it was 1:30 a.m. and there was a man sitting in her bed. He had removed her pajama bottoms and t-shirt. In a panic, she recognized the man as someone she had a cigarette with earlier that day.

She tried to hit the alarm on her bed to alert hospital staff but nobody came. He then told her he “loved her,” and then had violent intercourse with the girl. She immediately reported the rape afterwards, with the Algerian “fleeing and disconcerted.” He was stopped while trying to leave the building by security guards. Once he was arrested, Ismail C. claimed that she had consented and wanted to have sex.

However, that was not the only rape case he would be connected to. Once in custody, police linked him to another rape that occurred three weeks earlier, on Nov. 9, 2021, involving a woman named Myriam, who said she was violently raped by a stranger near Place du Capitole.

During the trial, the defendant shocked the courtroom by claiming the raped women were all consenting and “miming” out the rape by physically humping the air.

“They were consenting, it’s a miscarriage of justice, I’m the victim, I’m weak and incapable of forcing,” he said. The newspaper La Depeche described “unease in the courtroom” when the defendant pantomimed a rape in front of the court.

The public prosecutor requested 18 years in prison because experts noted the man presented a “significant sexual danger.”

he lawyer for the young woman attacked in the street said “the sentence is harsh, but it is commensurate with the trauma inflicted on the victims.” The counsel for the girl raped in the hospital noted “the accused’s disrespectful attitude towards victims who were physically injured.”

Ismael C. is also permanently banned from French territory.

Director of Trusted Flagger ‘REspect’: This is the Islamic scholar Ahmed Gaafar, Germany’s top censor

The traffic lights’ latest censorship plans are dystopian. A reporting centre called ‘REspect’ is to report mass expressions of opinion by internet users. But massive resistance is now forming.
The head of the Federal Network Agency, Klaus Müller (Greens), is appeasing and defending his agency. It does not remove content from social media. ‘Platforms and services handle reported content on the basis of the applicable laws and their terms of use.’ The final decision as to whether a post is deleted or not lies ‘as always with the courts’, Müller states on X. Elsewhere, the Green Party member also emphasises that it is not a matter of censoring expressions of opinion, which many citizens see differently, including Zeit journalist Jochen Bittner. He quotes Müller using his own words when he presented the ‘REspect’ reporting centre at the beginning of October this year as a ‘trusted flagger’ in the sense of the Digital Services Act adopted by the EU Commission. ‘Illegal content, hate and fake news can be removed very quickly and without bureaucratic hurdles,’ Müller said at the time. For Bittner, this is ‘blatantly unconstitutional’. The emphasis on wanting to remove ‘hate and fake news’ as well as illegal content means ‘that legal content can also be removed alongside illegal content’, argues Bittner.

But it is not only Müller’s words that cast doubt on the fact that ‘REspect’ is only about deleting illegal content. REspect’ is funded by the “Demokratie Leben!” (Living Democracy!) programme, which is run by the Ministry of Family Affairs, i.e. by Green politician Lisa Paus. In February of this year, Paus presented a study on the phenomenon of ‘hate on the Internet’, emphasising that she wanted her work to ‘take account of the fact that hate on the Internet also occurs below the threshold of criminal liability’. So-called ‘enemies of democracy’ know exactly ‘what falls under freedom of expression on social media platforms’.

Even ‘Demokratie Leben!’ – 2023, which has a total budget of 182 million euros, also finances the ‘REspect’ reporting centre, while the ‘Initiative Toleranz im Netz’ is also a financial supporter. This in turn was founded in 2021 by the green-black state government in Baden-Württemberg. The self-appointed task force includes the Baden-Württemberg Office of Criminal Investigation, several educational institutes and the Baden-Württemberg Office for the Protection of the Constitution.

The head of ‘REspect’ is Ahmed Haykel Gaafar. A graduate in Islamic Studies, he presents himself as secular and moderate. In March, he said during a guest lecture at Biberach University of Applied Sciences: ‘Anti-Semitic conspiracy myths are widespread internationally.’ Joint action must be taken against this. His appeal to the audience: ‘Let us help to advise each other and learn ways to counteract any prejudiced structures at an early stage.’

Gaafar was one of these participants in the ‘Human Fraternity Fellows Programme’ at Georgetown University.

Gaafar graduated in Islamic Studies from Azhar University in Cairo. Michael Barak, historian and terrorism researcher, accused the Egyptian educational institution of being ideologically close to Hamas in an interview with the Austrian newspaper ‘Der Standard’. Over the past decade, the university has become increasingly radical in its teachings. In a fatwa – an Islamic legal judgement – Al-Azhar had authorised the killing of Israeli civilians. For Barak, it is clear: ‘When you have such an important religious institution on the side of the terrorists, it is almost impossible to defeat Hamas.’

EU and media law scholar Volker Boehme-Neßler reacted indignantly to the German government’s plan to give the reporting portal ‘REspect’ so much power over digital discourse. ‘In the constitutional state, everything that is not expressly prohibited is permitted. What is prohibited is determined by the laws and the judiciary,’ he wrote on X. Boehme-Neßler is certain that private organisations ‘that are commissioned by the state to pursue hatred and agitation are therefore in breach of the Basic Law’.

And how does ‘REspect’ describe its own work? In a video, two members call on people to report as many online posts as possible, including legal expressions of opinion. Because: ‘Even if we can’t make a police complaint, it’s still very important. Not only for statistics, but especially for changing laws.’

Maréchal Launches New Right-Wing Party

screen grab youtube

After carefully building up the suspense in recent weeks, MEP Marion Maréchal just announced her decision to lead a new right-wing political party, working to unite the French Rights.

Since her stormy departure from Éric Zemmour’s Reconquête party, where she headed the list for the European elections, it seemed obvious that Marion Maréchal would sooner or later set off on her own.

She made it official on Monday, October 7th. In an interview with Le Figaro, Marion Maréchal announced the creation of a new movement, called Identité-Libertés. Although there were rumours that she was considering joining the Conservative Movement, led by Maréchal’s ally MEP Laurence Trochu, she decided instead to launch her own party.

Her aim is very clear: “to work on a structured coalition alongside Marine Le Pen, Jordan Bardella and Éric Ciotti.”

Marion Maréchal says she wants to draw inspiration from scenarios that have ensured success for the Right in other European countries: she is thinking first and foremost of Italy, which in September 2022 brought Giorgia Meloni to power at the head of a coalition of three right-wing parties.

For Maréchal, a coalition is the best way of preserving the ideological specificities of each party while ensuring effective collaboration. The MEP has been a member of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) group since June 9th along with three of her former colleagues who have also broken with Zemmour. She defines her programme as “a civilisational right that is anti-woke, anti-assistance and anti-tax racketeering”—a position that could be summed up as liberal-conservative in French politics.

The title of her movement, Identité-Libertés, sums up its two main thrusts. Defending identity means fighting immigration and the Islamisation of French society, but also promoting France’s traditional Christian heritage. The defence of freedoms covers areas such as freedom of expression, freedom of education and free enterprise.

In terms of her political heritage, Maréchal claims to be the heir to figures such as Philippe de Villiers and François Fillon, whose electorate she believes to be “orphans” today. She believes that she is also appealing to a sociological segment of the right-wing electorate: “the votes of more urban, older and retired French people,” who have not managed to take the step of voting for the alliance already formed by Marine Le Pen, Jordan Bardella and Éric Ciotti.

In her interview, Maréchal takes note of the balance of power currently in favour of Rassemblement National (RN) within the French right. While there is no question of her joining its ranks, as she left in 2017, it is nonetheless clear that she must lend her support to Le Pen, her aunt, as the candidate of the National Right in the 2027 presidential elections.

She explains:

It’s the French who are telling us that the RN must be the heart of this coalition having placed it as the leading party in France. It is therefore logical that Marine Le Pen should be the legitimate candidate of the national camp. That’s why I will support her and work with her to build a majority in the National Assembly in which the civilisational right that I represent is represented.

Marion Maréchal is claiming the presidency of this new movement, in which she will be assisted by those who were elected to the European Parliament alongside her, or who were elected to the French National Assembly in July on her behalf. While she does not deny Éric Zemmour’s contribution to French politics in recent months, she considers that there was a fundamental “political disagreement” which prevented her from continuing alongside him:

The Reconquête leadership wanted to make Jordan Bardella our main adversary when I wanted to tackle the Left first.

This disagreement resulted, in her words, in an “exclusion” and a “smear campaign” against her—an attitude that led to an “impasse.”

Marion Maréchal’s new commitment has been met with mixed views in the French political world. On X, Zemmour’s supporters have made no secret of their annoyance, predicting a ‘satellisation’ of Marion Maréchal by the Rassemblement National. Outside observers now highlight the risk of extreme fragmentation of the French National Right, divided between the formations of Marine Le Pen, Éric Ciotti, Marion Maréchal, Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, Florian Philippot and, of course, Éric Zemmour.

DENMARK: Woman Sued For $14k After “Misgendering” a Trans Activist And “Sissy” Fetishist

A Danish woman is being taken to court on allegations of harassment and defamation for referring to a trans-identified male with masculine pronouns. Lotte Ingerslev, a psychotherapist who is critical of gender ideology, “misgendered” Nadia Jacobsen while warning her female followers about the hardcore fetish pornography he produces.

On August 29, Ingerslev received a letter from Jacobsen’s attorney demanding she delete an article she had posted on her blog exposing his disturbing sexual behavior and his work consulting on “inclusivity” policies for the Danish Football Association (DBU). That article, originally published on March 6, was titled: “Man whose pornographic, fetish-focused videos are available for public viewing online helped draft DBU’s new ‘inclusive’ recommendations to allow men into girls’ changing rooms.”

The legal threat sent to Ingerslev also demanded she pay Jacobsen compensation of “no less than DKK 100,000” (approx. $14,000 USD), and accused her of harassment, defamation, and misgendering.

“Lotte Ingerslev has unlawfully violated Nadia Jacobsen’s privacy and honor by publishing on her website transkoen.dk an article that contains a number of information and images of an intimate nature, untrue claims, as well as by harassing Nadia Jacobsen in the article because of Nadia Jacobsen’s gender identity,” reads the letter, written by the lawyer Nikolaj Nielsen with the firm Kontra.

“As illustrated by the title of the article, Lotte Ingerslev chose to misgender Nadia Jacobsen throughout the blog post and consistently refer to Nadia Jacobsen as a man, as well as to use the pronouns he/his when she refers to Nadia Jacobsen in the third person,” it continues.

“In Danish law, it is generally recognized that deliberate misgendering of a trans person constitutes harassment.”

The lawyer further argued that Ingerslev’s decision to highlight Jacobsen’s homemade fetish pornography was done in an effort to “belittle” him, despite the fact that the content was posted online and available publicly. “The photos are completely irrelevant to Nadia Jacobsen’s voluntary work in advising and assisting sports organizations on inclusion and diversity, and the sharing had the sole purpose of belittling and harassing Nadia Jacobsen.”

Ingerslev’s blog post had documented the pornographic videos and images Jacobsen had posted to his social media and various fetish pornography websites. In one post made by Jacobsen to his now-defunct Tumblr account, nadiatv, he can be seen engaging with his male followers by way of gamifying his own sexual masochism.

The activity is known euphemistically as “sissy tasks” or “sissy challenges” and can involve a variety of sexual elements that the individual performing the activities promises to escalate in accordance with social media engagement.

In Jacobsen’s case, he had posted a photo of his genitals locked in a cage, or “chastity device,” while encouraging his followers to share the image. “I have gotten to a point where I don’t really want to masturbate like a boy anymore, so I will only be cumming like a woman,” Jacobsen wrote.

“To make it a little more interesting I am going to let you all decide for how long I should refrain from masturbating. I can’t wear a chastity cage all the time, but when I am home I will… For every ‘like’ you add one day. For every reblog you add 3 days… I will only come [sic] as a girl for the rest of my life.”

There are also several photos and videos of Jacobsen masturbating himself anally with a sex toy while pretending to be a woman and wearing lingerie. Within the transgender pornography fetish community, a man’s rectum is described using terms typically associated with female genitalia.

On Flickr, a platform well-known as a hub for men to share fetish photos and videos, Jacobsen is a member of nearly 200 fetish groups dedicated to the transgender pornography genres known forced feminization and sissification, which involve the sexualization of men being made to “become” women or girls through sadomasochistic rituals.

Jacobsen has also saved a significant amount of fetish pornography to his “faves” album, including images from one account run by a man who uses AI in order to alter his face to resemble an underage girl, and another that involves an adult man dressing up as a young girl for sexual reasons.

He also follows hundreds of pornography and “sissy” accounts on Flickr. One particularly disturbing account followed by Jacobsen, Sissyslave Dizzy Miss Sizzy, belongs to a man who creates photos of himself while pretending to be a woman that involve themes of torture, rape, abduction, and sexual violence.

But Ingerslev’s blog post was not just highlighting Jacobsen’s disturbing social media history, but also noting that he was a member of a working group with the Danish Football Union and provided input on “the inclusion of multiple gender identities” in the sport. His inclusion in the working group likely developed as a result of his participation in a women’s volleyball team which, in 2021, resulted in his participation at the EuroGames in Copenhagen. The EuroGames offered “tournaments for female-identified, male-identified, and all genders teams”.

Jacobsen discussed his participation in the tournament on the podcast Trans Sporter Room in 2022 and condemned critics of male participation in women’s sports. “It’s the relentlessness, the lack of other things of their lives and they just keep coming at you,” he said. “They don’t have any qualms about bullying and at the same time they talk about being feminists. As a feminist, one should be an accomplice or an ally.”

“Online, especially on Facebook and Twitter, it’s insane the number people who comment and call us men and say we have an unfair advantage,” he added.

On November 24, 2023, the DBU published a statement announcing that “all genders are welcome in Danish football,” and promising to implement a new position within the organization for a “diversity officer.”

“DBU will make a structural investment for increased diversity. As one of the first things, DBU will hire a diversity officer whose expertise in, among other things, this area will help with inclusion,” the statement reads.

“Towards 2025, the goal is to create the framework for it to become possible in grassroots football for transgender people to play with the gender they identify as… The method is based on self-identification, which has already been introduced in German grassroots football, and the method aims to ensure that everyone feels included and welcome.”

Additionally, the DBU published a guidance on “inclusion” with Jacobsen’s input, which encourages Danish football clubs to permit men to enter women’s locker rooms and changing facilities.

“The dressing situation can be challenging for people with a different gender identity, and it is important that care is taken about the possible challenges, so that the dressing situation does not strain inclusion,” reads the document.

“All parties are encouraged to seek pragmatic solutions for changing facilities, which can satisfy different dressing needs and increase transgender, intersex and non-binary people’s sense of being welcome in community in the locker room.”

While filing a lawsuit seeking financial compensation from Ingerslev, both Jacobsen himself and his supporters have been harassing her online, indicating that the litigation claim is rooted in more than “defamation.”

In a blog post dated March 17, Ingerslev explained that within two days of her original report being published, her web hosting service had disabled access to the article without explanation.

Ingerslev noticed that several anonymous accounts were attempting to sabotage her. In one case, a man discussed on X his attempts to have her entire website removed and scrubbed from internet archives. Another account, using the name Marcus Mührmann-Lund, attempted to tarnish the reputation of Ingerslev’s psychotherapy consultation service, Angst-Strategier.

“Owner with serious mental and moral problems,” begins the negative review for Ingerslev’s company. “The owner makes a living, among other things, by stalking and exposing vulnerable minorities, in an attempt to oppress them. It gave me an extremely bad taste in my mouth while using the website,” wrote Mührmann-Lund.

Another individual who has been slandering Ingerslev online is presumed to be “queer feminist” Maia Kahlke Lorentzen, who is both administrator and moderator of a trans activist Mastodon community. Lorentzen has featured Jacobsen as a guest on a podcast episode about “inclusivity” titled “Kønskrigerne 2: It’s not about sport.”

But within the Danish trans activist network active on Mastodon, Ingerslev has also had photos of her home shared directly with Jacobsen. On March 7, just one day after she had published her article about Jacobsen, a user known as Cat Schroedinger sent him a GPS aerial photo of her home and included a link directly informing him of her address.

Jacobsen is also a member of an organization known as TransTjek, which calls itself a “research collective” and is made up of anonymous and public members. TransTjek has a history of contacting women’s employers to request their termination for expressing views they deem to be “transphobic”.

In one instance, an email was sent to a woman’s employer after she had written on social media that she did not think trans-identified males should have access to women’s shelters. The email, sent from a member of TransTjek, encouraged her supervisor to fire her.

Jacobsen has publicly thanked TransTjek for their support when announcing his plan to file a defamation suit against Ingerslev.

Since receiving the notice of litigation on August 29, Ingerslev has launched a crowdfunder on GoFundMe to request support for her legal fees. “Now we have – as far as I know – Denmark’s first criminal case with private prosecution for ‘misgendering’. — A man feels offended and harassed by (among other things) – repeatedly – being referred to as a man,” she remarked.

On his own crowdfunder page, Jacobsen claims he has been “violently attacked”. The fetish pornography he made of himself, and his own comments about orgasming “as a girl”, Jacobsen claims is a “baseless accusation” used to promote the view that he is “a danger to women and children.”

“Not only for my sake, but also to ensure that transgender people in the future do not have to go and fear that the same thing will happen to them… It is time to put our foot down and say ‘stop’ to the anti-trans activists,” Jacobsen wrote.

The litigation against Ingerslev parallels a similar situation that occurred last year in the Netherlands. Women’s rights campaigner Lydia Daniel was informed by authorities that she was facing a criminal investigation after being reported to police by a trans-identified male for stating “a woman is an adult human female.”

The man who filed the legal complaint against her, Alexandra Erné, was revealed by Reduxx to having admitted to disturbing fetishes involving the sexualization of his transition, his “lesbianism,” and his continued access to women’s spaces, including the women’s locker room of a local fitness center.

Shockingly, the government-backed Dutch Human Rights Institute condemned Daniel for sharing fetish photos publicly uploaded by Erné, claiming that the images may have been “manipulated” in order to “humiliate” Erné, while referring to him as a woman.

HORROR in Spain: Ecuadorian Migrant Arrested for Assaulting One-Year-Old Girl, Leaving Toddler with Head Injuries

An Ecuadorian man was arrested in Barcelona after brutally assaulting a one-year-old girl in front of her parents.

The shocking act was caught on video allegedly by a relative of the family, who began recording when the man first started intimidating the group.

The family, French tourists with a young child, were enjoying a Sunday afternoon in Montjuïc Park when they encountered the unprovoked aggression.

In the video, the man is seen yelling at the parents and hurling threats in Spanish, warning, “Or I’ll kill your daughter right now,” according to Spanish news media.

Moments later, he delivered a vicious slap to the innocent baby, leaving her screaming in pain.

In response, the baby’s father swiftly picked her up and moved away, appearing unsure of the situation due to the language barrier but keenly aware of the risk.

Meanwhile, the woman recording the incident could be heard pleading with the man to leave, calling out, “Are you crazy? Go away!”

After striking the child, the man continued to hurl insults, pounding his chest in a display of intimidation. Shockingly, after his threats and actions, the attacker walked away without remorse, muttering profanities.
