The ISPK from the province of Khorasan is currently the most dangerous offshoot of the terrorist organisation Islamic State, which operates primarily in Afghanistan and Pakistan. In its magazine ‘Voice of Khorasan’, the organisation is now celebrating the attack in Solingen (North Rhine-Westphalia) on August 23, 2024, which claimed a total of eleven victims.

The man who died from the police bullets was Serhat B. (32). ‘He insulted, verbally abused and threatened us for years,’ a local resident told the newspaper BILD. A hole in the door of the flat next door bears witness to his outbursts of rage. The 32-year-old had recently tried to kick it in.

The neighbours called the police again and again and filed charges. But the unemployed man would not rest. Serhat B. went crazy again on Friday morning. At 6 a.m., his screams woke the people in the neighbouring houses. Then he calms down again.

When he goes berserk again in the afternoon, throwing cans and rubbish from his flat into the backyard, neighbours call the emergency services and the whole situation escalates when two police officers ring the rioter’s doorbell. A police spokesman: ‘The man stepped out of his flat into the hallway and suddenly attacked the police officers with a hammer. They then drew their service weapons and first tried to verbally restrain the 32-year-old. ‘To no avail. Serhat B. barricaded himself in his flat. A neighbour says: ‘The police had a negotiating team with them. We could hear the officers trying to calm Mr B. down. ‘Put the hammer down, put the hammer down please’, they said to him. ‘But there is no way to communicate with the man. The spokespeople: ‘As it could not be ruled out that the man from Bochum had other weapons, special police forces were called in.’

At dusk, the heavily armed elite police officers in full combat gear prepare for the raid, the apartment block in Bochum is surrounded. Machine guns are loaded, equipment is checked. It is 8.10 p.m. when the Special Task Force (SEK) creeps through the corridor on the first floor. Then a powerful detonation shakes the house and the neighbourhood. The elite unit has blown open a door. As the officers storm into the flat, they are suddenly attacked. Shots are fired. Two hit Serhat B., who dies on the spot.

According to BILD, B. is said to have attacked the heavily armed elite police officers with a hammer when the SEK stormed the flat, leaving the neighbours shocked: ‘The police did everything they could to resolve the situation peacefully.’

The public prosecutor’s office in Bochum is now investigating the background to the fatal attack. A police spokesperson told BILD: ‘There are initial indications that the deceased was mentally ill.’

In case you didn’t know, working at Aldi is haram! Now we also know why the shortage of skilled labour is so glaringly high.

The exact rules of what is haram – the Arabic word that literally means ‘forbidden’ or ‘impermissible’ – for the orthodox are laid down in the Quran and in the Hadith, the traditions of the great prophet Mohammed, and interpreted by so-called ‘Islamic scholars’.

For example, the good Muslim is forbidden to consume certain foods and drinks, such as pork or alcohol, to his astral body. Charging interest is also forbidden in Islam and is considered haram. The same applies to stealing, cheating or lying, although Allah presumably does not take it quite so strictly if the person being cheated, robbed or lied to is an infidel.

It also seems to be haram for a Muslim to work at the Aldi supermarket. A fluffy beard answers the question ‘Are you allowed to work at Aldi’ – where ‘you’ does not presumably but definitely refers to the army of Muslims – on social media as follows: ‘We’ll start by saying: Working in a supermarket is haram if you have contact with haram things. For example, you work at the checkout. You have to check out haram meat, you have to check out alcohol, you have to check out other forbidden things like magazines and whatever else,’ explains the alleged “Islamic scholar”. However, if someone says they work at Aldi in the fruit department, where they only sort apples and pears and oranges and so on, then this activity is not haram, i.e. super halal. But, according to the lecturer with a nappy on his head, the reality is different. If you work at Aldi, then you have to do this and this and this. And that’s why working at Aldi is not allowed.

Whether shopping at Aldi is also haram was not answered by the noble Islamic scholar, nor was the question of whether collecting social benefits also falls under the Islamic prohibition.

An NHS trust is fighting to have a landmark legal case held in secret after a nurse with 30 years experience was suspended for complaining about a transgender woman in a female changing room.

The case, set to be heard at an employment tribunal in Edinburgh next February, could have far-reaching implications for women’s spaces in healthcare settings across Scotland.

NHS Fife is attempting to have the proceedings held in secret, applying for a Rule 50 Order to protect the anonymity of all involved and restrict reporting.

The health board’s efforts to keep the ten-day hearing, estimated to cost around £200,000, out of the public eye have sparked controversy.

The nurse claims that her employers suggested she get changed in a cupboard if uncomfortable with sharing a changing room with her trans colleague.

She also alleges that they attempted to alter her working hours and location within NHS Fife.

The case is set to be a first of its kind in Scotland, with the nurse claiming that her employers are breaching the Equality Act, which protects female-only spaces.

A hearing to decide whether the tribunal will be held in private is scheduled for next month.

The incident leading to the nurse’s suspension occurred on Christmas Eve last year.

A source said: “At one point, it was suggested that if she was unhappy she could go and change in a nearby cupboard.

“But on Christmas Eve during her shift she was forced to have to change her clothes after they became soiled and went to the changing room. She found herself alone with the same co-worker present and told him she was very uncomfortable.

“She was upset and turned her back on him but he claimed he had as much right to be in there as she did.

“The nurse then made reference to the recent case of Isla Bryson, the male rapist who had been in the news when he was initially sent to a women’s prison, in an attempt to explain why women were anxious about males in female spaces.”

Following the incident, the nurse was suspended and accused of bullying by her transgender colleague.

The suspension was lifted in April after intervention by her solicitor during the disciplinary process.

The nurse’s solicitor, Margaret Gribbon has said the case could have significant implications beyond NHS Fife.

She said: “Many other Health Boards and public sector organisations in Scotland operate similar policies and so the outcome of this case is likely to affect tens of thousands of women.”

Two top London barristers have been enlisted for the case. Naomi Cunningham, who previously represented a caseworker in a successful tribunal against Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre, is acting for the nurse. Jane Russell, a high-profile employment tribunal specialist, represents NHS Fife and the transgender co-worker.

NHS Fife said in a statement: “NHS Fife has a duty of care to all our staff and is committed to ensuring a safe and inclusive working environment for all.”

It declined further comment due to the ongoing legal process.

The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) union stated it does not comment on individual cases.

Three men have been sentenced to a collective 34 and half years in prison for the gang rape of a 13-year-old girl, whom they lured off the streets of London to a flat where they forced themselves upon her.

On Friday, Paul Maxwell, 24, Kayon Bhola, 29, and Jeremiah Jackson, 24, were jailed over the rape of a 13-year-old girl last year.

The victim, who’s identity is protected, travelled into London on September 30th of 2023. Upon leaving a metro station in Hammersmith, she was confronted by the three men, who brought her back to Maxwell’s flat where they all took turns raping the girl.

The three men were caught by police through a combination of forensic evidence, CCTV footage showing the three men leaving the tube station with the 13-year-old, and a video of the rape filmed by one of the defendants.

Police said that the footage of the attack “played a significant part in convicting the three men.”

In a statement read to the court, the teenage girl said: “I have gone over the date a million times thinking of what I could have done differently to change the outcome of what happened to me. No matter what I change, it would’ve ended the same way.

“This is because these three men, fully grown men, knew exactly what they were going to do as soon as they saw me at Hammersmith.

“I was caught alone, and vulnerable. But that shouldn’t have mattered.”

Following their sentencing, the Met Police’s lead detective in the investigation into the gang rape, DC Will Murphy said: “Firstly, I would like to thank the victim for her ongoing support in this case and for her extreme bravery in coming forward and reporting this to police.

“This has been a challenging investigation, however, due to the dedicated efforts of my team we were able to secure convictions. I hope the victim feels that justice has been served.

“Today’s sentencing highlights how despicable this crime was and Maxwell, Bhola and Jackson will now face the consequences of their horrendous actions. The Met is here to support victims of sexual assault, and to provide the best care we can. Please do not hesitate to come to us.”

Paul Maxwell was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison, while Kayon Bhola and Jeremiah Jackson were both jailed for 11 years.

In addition to their prison sentences, the three child rapists were given Sexual Harm Prevention Orders for 15 years.

Locals living near the picturesque Lake Starnberg, which is a popular tourist location outside Munich in Bavaria, are struggling amid a housing affordability crisis. Yet, the Bavarian government, led by the Christian Socialist Union (CSU), is moving forward with a project to provide luxury accommodations to migrants, which will include free childcare.

The new asylum home will be built in the community of Seeshaupt, which is home to 3,000 people. Prices for homes and rents there are already sky-high. Lakeside properties in the town can go for millions, and sometimes reach €10 million.

“This is prime property, and it is not free. It is part of the wealth of all Bavarians. I hope we will pass this by,” said FDP politician Armin Mell in response to the new asylum home.

The property, which will cost an estimated €6 million, will be located in a prime luxury location and will house 100 asylum seekers. No expense will be spared with the building project either, which is to feature a “four-part development, sustainable in solid wood construction, with a gable roof, photovoltaic system, heat pump technology, and landscaped outdoor areas,” according to the regional newspaper Münchner Merkur.

Locals are promised, as in many other cases, that most of the residents will be mothers with children; however, the flow of migrants tells a story of where over 90 percent of all migrants coming into the EU are men.

Before anyone even moves in, the land must be cleared of contamination, which will cost €1.7 million alone. There will also be 50 apartments for normal tenants.

As is the case across the country, left-wing parties and mayors suddenly complain when migrants are being sent into their own towns and cities. Social Democrat (SPD) local politician Reinhard Weber calls the asylum home plans “catastrophic.”

Mayor Fritz Egold (CSU) wants to block the plan being put forward by his own party, which effectively runs Bavaria.

“We are already in talks with lawyers,” he said.

So far, a building application has not been submitted, but plans are expected to move forward in the near future.

The CSU, which is connected to the pro-immigration Christian Democrats (CDU), has come under fire in Bavaria for their relentless backing of more and more migrants for local communities.

One of the latest cases is the Bavarian town of Rott am Inn, which is seeing wide-scale demonstrations against plans to create a refugee accommodation that will house 500 people.

Protesters gathered at the district council building in Seeon, where they are furious over plans to import 500 migrants, which would then make up more than 10 percent of the town’s population of 4,000.

Notably, residents are blaming the Christian Socialist Union (CSU), which is the political powerhouse in Bavaria and effectively runs the state, with Markus Söder, the minister-president, as the head of the state. In fact, Söder had specifically promised just six months ago to the town that no such asylum home would be built.

“Mr. Söder, you have the power to put an end to this,” reads a poster from a citizens’ initiative. Another reads: “Citizens are still afraid.”

As Remix News previously reported, foreigners account for a massive amount of crime in Bavaria, and these numbers are only growing. In the German state, over half of the prisoners are now foreigners.

An Iranian – known to the police, with several previous convictions and 27 identities – is ‘wreaking havoc’ in Krefeld. He demolishes cars and sets several fires. While the mainstream media report on the ‘angry Iranian’, a police union representative makes it crystal clear: You can definitely ‘speak of a terrorist aspect’.

The scene of this madness involving migrants: Krefeld. There, a suspected arsonist – a 38-year-old Iranian – went on the rampage by spreading petrol in the foyer of a cinema on Thursday evening. The police probably prevented worse, intervened and put the migrant out of action with at least one shot. The arsonist was taken to hospital with serious injuries. This incident was preceded by several fire alarms in the city centre. The deputy federal chairman of the German police union, Manuel Ostermann, emphasises where this migration policy has taken us. Prior to the incident in Krefeld, which the mainstream media continues to claim was not an act of terrorism, the Iranian had already caused damage in Krefeld. The immigration office is located in the immediate vicinity of the Cinemaxx cinema in question, where the man poured petrol on Thursday evening. As researched by the news channel AUF1, the Iranian man who went on the rampage in Krefeld apparently attacked a petrol station last week. According to initial findings, the migrant launched the series of arson attacks last Thursday by torching a Caritas drug aid minibus. He then set fire to his own attic flat and attacked the employment agency by throwing an incendiary device there. On the way to the main railway station, near the cinema, he also threatened a 16-year-old with a knife. At the time of the incident in the cinema, which the Iranian apparently wanted to set on fire, there were around 150 people in the building.

Since 6 pm, hundreds of Islamists have been gathering on Hamburg’s Steindamm in the St. Georg district, directly behind Hamburg’s main railway station: under the slogan ‘Stop the genocide against our Uyghur brothers and sisters in East Turkistan’, the radicals wanted to hold a three-hour rally. More than 2,000 participants were expected to attend the rally, which was organised by Joe Adade Boateng (25, ‘Raheem Boateng’), a student from Hamburg and leader of the Islamist movement. Boateng is one of the heads of ‘Muslim Interaktiv’, an Islamist organisation closely linked to the banned ‘Hizb ut-Tahrir’. The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution has been monitoring ‘Muslim Interaktiv’ for a long time.

The rally started at around 6.20 pm! Hundreds of police officers were deployed in Hamburg city centre and water cannons were deployed at the hate rally.

Joe Adade Boateng stepped up to the lectern and ranted against Israel as he spoke into the microphone: ‘We all know a region where expulsion is normality. A government that publicly announces its plans for destruction, that attacks hospitals and schools, that hides thousands of explosive devices and detonates them with no regard for casualties. The whole world sees what is happening in Gaza and now in Lebanon.’ The crowd of mostly young men responded frenetically with shouts of ‘Allah!’

A surprise at around 7 p.m.: after just 40 minutes and several speakers, the Islamists finished and brought the rally to an end – even though a three-hour demonstration had been announced. The rally quickly dispersed and everything remained peaceful. An investigator: ‘Obviously the organisers had planned three hours for set-up and dismantling.’

In April, there was a scandal on Steindamm that attracted nationwide attention: ‘Muslim Interactive’ held a rally and participants openly called for the establishment of a caliphate as a ‘solution’.

The Islamists had previously advertised this Saturday’s demonstration on the internet and spread massive propaganda online, so why was such a manifestation of hate once again allowed to take place in the Hanseatic city? The police’s hands were tied!

A police spokesperson told the newspaper BILD: ‘There was an intensive examination by the assembly authorities, also with regard to a possible ban on the assembly. As the right to freedom of assembly enshrined in the Basic Law is a cornerstone of our democracy, an assembly can only be banned under special circumstances, e.g. if life or limb are endangered. The examination by the assembly authority has shown that a ban is not possible.’

However, there were strict conditions for participants in the Islamist hate rally: any ‘prohibited symbols and criminal offences in connection with the approval or glorification of attacks on Israel’ were prohibited – including the burning of Israeli flags or questioning Israel’s right to exist. Calls for a caliphate in Germany and a martial, militarily united appearance were also prohibited, and the police were on site with a large contingent, interpreters and experts from the State Criminal Police Office and, according to BILD information, would have intervened immediately in the event of criminal offences or violations of the assembly regulations!

The Kingdom of Denmark will pay for an “integration plan” and a prosthetic leg for a Nigerian pirate after granting him residency, two years after he attacked the Danish Navy off the coast of Africa.

Nigerian Lucky Frances will receive taxpayer-funded aid in attaining employment and education to help him “integrate” into Denmark after being brought to the country in 2021 when he lost his leg in a firefight with the Danish navy after his band of pirates attacked the Esbern Snare frigate off the coast of Africa, the local BT newspaper reports.

Not only did the African pirate avoid imprisonment for attacking the Danish sailors, despite being found guilty, but he was also granted a residence permit to remain in the country earlier this year. Adding insult to injury, a court ordered that the state pay for the Nigerian national to be fitted with a prosthetic leg.

“This is absolutely absurd. That man should never have been in Denmark and to imagine that he can now be meaningfully integrated in Denmark is completely over the moon,” said integration spokesman for the conservative-populist Danish People’s Party, Mikkel Bjørn.

Asked if it would be better to try to integrate Lucky, Bjørn retorted: “Well, his skills are to be a pirate, right? In any case, I can’t see that he can make a meaningful contribution to Danish society.”

“No, he shouldn’t be let out at all. He has tried to kill Danish soldiers, and therefore he should be in prison or in a closed immigration centre,” he added.

Even liberal Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said per Newsweek: “I cannot defend this decision.”

While the Nigerian pirate initially expressed some desire to return to his homeland, he later applied for asylum in Denmark and was granted a residence permit to remain in the country in January.

Speaking last year, Lucky said: “I don’t want to go back and live the life I lived before. It’s too physically demanding, I can’t do it with just one leg.

“If I am going back to Africa, I need to be strong, to have a future. You have to be able to work hard there if you want to survive, and I can’t do that now.”

Following the disclosure this week of the state entering into an “integration contract” with her client, the pirate’s attorney Emma Ring Damgaard said: “This makes good sense… There is a long and painful rehabilitation program ahead. You can’t just send him back to Nigeria.”

The governing Danish Social Liberal Party also defended the decision, with MP Zenia Stampe saying: “Those are the rules, after all. If you turn it around, it would be strange if you did not require him to go through such a process in order to receive integration benefits.”

Danish broadcaster DR has reported that the lengthy series of court cases involving the Nigerian national have cost the Danish taxpayers an estimated 4.2 million Danish kroner, or around $615,000.

This calculation does not take into account the costs associated with helping to provide him with a prosthetic or the costs of helping him integrate into the country.
