Yesterday, Tuesday, a 22-year-old Moroccan was arrested in Geneva. He is suspected of having raped and murdered a 19-year-old student near Paris last week.

The ‘individual case’ is explosive because he is a convicted rapist who is obliged to leave the country. He had already raped at least one woman five years ago, was ordered to leave the country and sentenced to prison.

He was released from prison in June and taken into custody pending deportation. However, a judge ordered his release on September 3, stating that he only had to report to the authorities. He placed him under house arrest in a hotel in the French department of Yonne, which is overseen by the Directorate General for Foreigners in France.

The next day, Morocco sent the French authorities authorisation to deport him. But this no longer interested the North African. He also did not report to the authorities as requested by the judge. The day before the murder, however, the man was put on the police’s wanted list.

The French student Philippine had been missing since Friday before it became certain on Saturday that she had been murdered. The perpetrator had buried the body in the Bois de Boulogne to the west of Paris.

According to Le Figaro, the prime suspect, Taha O., entered France from Spain in 2019 at the age of 17 on a tourist visa. The social services industry then got to work: he was quickly taken into care by the youth welfare office. This did not prevent him from raping a 17-year-old girl in the same year. After his release from prison this summer, it was only a few days before he struck again. And then murdered his victim.

After the crime, he fled to Switzerland, but could be located using his mobile phone. He was finally arrested in Geneva yesterday. An extradition request to France is in preparation, according to Le Figaro.

A ‘ news report on the war between the terrorist militia Hezbollah and Israel raises questions.

On Tuesday evening, the German TV channel ARD had a Lebanese doctor present alleged casualty figures and serious accusations against Israel without categorising them. The doctor’s statements even contradict official Lebanese figures. An Instagram photo of the doctor casts doubt on his credibility.

In the 8 p.m. news broadcast, ‘Tagesschau’ interviewed Dr Mousa Youssef, the director of a clinic in southern Lebanon. The area is controlled by the Islamist Hezbollah; the militia has fired thousands of rockets at Israel since October.

Youssef says in the programme about the operation in southern Lebanon, which Israel’s army has launched in its defence: ‘These are massacres of civilians and not military attacks, as they claim.’ The doctor does not mention the fact that Hezbollah is firing rockets at Israel from there and endangering the entire region. He claims: ‘90 per cent of the injured here are children.’

Are nine out of ten victims of Israeli airstrikes really children? This figure, which was not commented on in the ‘Tagesschau’ programme, would not only be shockingly high. It would also be extremely untypical for Israeli attacks on terrorist targets, although civilian casualties do occur in all military operations, especially when terrorists are hiding in residential neighbourhoods. If 90 per cent of the casualties were children, this would mean that an army was firing on full schools or kindergartens. This is not the case, according to official figures: According to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health, 558 people died in the airstrikes, although the authority deliberately does not distinguish between terrorists and civilians. 50 of the dead are said to be children, which would be 8.9 per cent. The fact that around nine per cent of the dead and 90 per cent of the injured are children is hardly possible.

Dr Mousa Youssef, who spoke of ‘90 per cent children’ in the ‘Tagesschau’, does not attract attention on social networks for his political statements. However, he seems to have no fear of contact with the world’s worst Islamists, Jew-haters and terror princes, posing in a photo with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (67), the former president of the Iranian mullah regime. The same regime that finances and controls the Lebanese Hezbollah militia, which started the war against Israel.

Ahmadinejad made a name for himself worldwide by calling for the annihilation of the Jewish state and organising a Holocaust denial conference. The Iranian president invited neo-Nazis and conspiracy theorists from all over the world to the conference. Even by mullah standards, Ahmadinejad was considered particularly crazy.

Like all mullah leaders, he brutally oppressed his people and financed terrorists all over the world. These included the Palestinian Hamas, whose murderers he supported with money and weapons. He also had the 2009 wave of protests crushed and dozens of demonstrators killed.

Dr Youssef gave him a hug and a friendly smile in 2019.

On Sunday, four Afghans sexually assaulted two girls ( aged 14 and 16) in a public swimming pool (photo) in Albstadt, Baden-Württemberg. The police are investigating, reports the newspaper ‘Bild’. ‘Four men aged 22, 27 and 36 allegedly touched and groped a 14-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl indecently at around 5.30 p.m. in the catch pool of the white water slide,’ said the Reutlingen police in a press release.

‘We can’t say anything about the exact sequence of events yet, that is still under investigation,’ a police spokesperson told Bild. All four suspected perpetrators are from Afghanistan and are already known to the police, according to the police.

Both victims contacted the pool attendants at the swimming pool in Albstadt, Baden-Württemberg. The staff called the police. All four suspects were located at the scene of the crime by the officers. The four alleged perpetrators have since been released – criminal proceedings have been initiated against them, reports ‘Bild’.

1,092 crimes were recorded at Frankfurt Central Station in just the first six months of 2024. That’s equivalent to about six crimes per day.

The figures, quoted by German news media company Apollo, were released by the federal government in response to a request from the AfD parliamentary group. They show that a very high proportion of the criminal suspects are foreign nationals.

A report produced this month by the Bundestag reveals that, for example, non-Germans were involved in 123 cases of violent crime at the station in the first half of this year. By comparison, German citizens were involved in 84 cases. In five cases, the nationality of the suspect was “unclear.” It was “unknown” in 57 others.

Figures for other types of crime tell the same story:

• Property crimes: 70 German suspects, 203 foreign suspects.
• Criminal damage to property: 10 German suspects, 19 foreign suspects.
• Sexual offences: Four German suspects, 17 foreign suspects.
• Drug offences: 21 German suspects, 63 foreign suspects.

The figures show there has been one more German (two) than non-German (one) suspect for weapons offences, and one other suspect whose nationality was “unknown.”

Apollo notes that more broadly, since 2019, cases of violent and sexual crimes at Frankfurt Central Station have increased “sharply.” In one recent shocking case, a 54-year-old gunman shot and killed a 27-year-old apparently because of a long-standing feud between two Turkish families. Both the alleged shooter and the victim, who died at the scene, are Turkish citizens.

Violence at the Brussels North and Midi stations is also said to be driving foreign investors away from the city. Business figures at a real estate summit last week called for “urgent intervention” from officials in order to attract more investment to the Belgian capital, The Brussels Times reported. They added that unless change is seen to be taking place, business leaders will continue to be “reluctant” to locate in the city—or, at the very least, anywhere near these stations.

A man who identifies as a Muslim woman is on trial after threatening to murder public safety officials in Jasper, Mississippi. Tanya Morgan, 64, has now demanded the court allow him to be euthanized.

The saga behind Morgan’s arrest has been covered extensively by the Laurel Leader-Call, an independent, locally-owned outlet which first reported on Morgan’s threats in June of this year.

According to the outlet, the situation first unfolded after Morgan was refused membership at the Rose Hill Volunteer Fire Department – something he attributed to discrimination on the grounds of his alleged Muslim faith. Enraged by the rejection, Morgan showed up to a June 4 meeting at the Jasper County Emergency Management office where he engaged in an altercation with firefighters.

After being asked to leave, Morgan made several frivolous 911 calls that culminated in him threatening to open fire into multiple county and city buildings. Morgan was arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail.

During his brief detention, Morgan claims he was “harassed … while I was naked and trying to take a shower” and was “dragged” and “locked up naked without my clothing or hijab.” He also claimed he was inappropriately photographed by a deputy who “appeared to have an erection.”

Sheriff Randy Johnson has refuted the claims, noting video evidence exists to demonstrate the claims are false.

Since then, Morgan has taken his erratic behavior to his hearings – engaging in disputes with the first two attorneys that took his case. He has since appeared at the Covington County Circuit Court at least twice and filed a half-dozen or more motions.

Morgan has repeatedly asserted under oath that he is biologically female, despite ample evidence to the contrary. In one complaint he submitted to the Jasper County Court, Morgan wrote: “Instead of being a Muslim female, I’m being defamed and adjudicated as … a chick who cut her dick off or any other of the many homosexual slurs the Christian community of Mississippi embrace.”

During his August arraignment, the court asked him for his legal name – to which Morgan initially attempted to claim that he had a medical condition and was unable to speak.

After being questioned again by Judge Matthew Sullivan as to the name on his birth certificate, Morgan replied: “The name on my birth certificate is Matilda Jean Duffy.” But Sullivan, after reviewing some documentation, noted that Morgan appears to have previously been named “Matthew Duffy.”

Morgan has also filed a bizarre request with the court to be allowed to go to Australia, Canada, Columbia, or Italy to be euthanized.

“While in confinement I was attacked by two male officer (sic),” Morgan wrote in his request. “My faith allows me to engage in euthanasia when abused. I request you allow me to seek medical intervention in either Australia, Canada, Colombia or Italy.”

According to Mark Thornton, a reporter with the Laurel Leader-Call who was present at the hearing, Morgan then tried to argue that the claims he was biologically male were false.

Following the arraignment hearing, the reporter attempted to interview Morgan outside of the courtroom, but the scene quickly devolved into chaos as Morgan ran to the nearby Sheriff’s office to claim that the reporter had physically assaulted him. CCTV footage did not substantiate this claim.

Oran Routh was taken into custody after investigators found hundreds of child porn files on his Galaxy Note during a search of his North Carolina residence over the weekend.

“A review of the SD card located in Device-1 revealed that it contained hundreds of child pornography files,” prosecutors wrote in the criminal complaint, according to ABC News. “These files include videos from a known child pornography series created outside the state of North Carolina.”

Oran Routh will appear in court on Tuesday on federal charges of possessing child pornography.

Not content with pubs being placed under further financial strain—and their workers being put in harm’s way—by plans to ban smoking in smoking areas, Britain’s Labour government is now weighing up how to make pubs call time early.

That is according to The Daily Telegraph, which has outlined new “nanny state” plans from Labour to cut down on harmful drinking.

Already, 50 pubs are closing in Britain every month. Reform UK leader, and regular pub-goer Nigel Farage warned that what he describes as “Labour’s war on landlords will finish off the rest if Starmer isn’t stopped.”

Early closing would, if implemented, also have an appalling impact on working musicians, whose performances in local pubs are already hindered by the fact these over-regulated establishments are unable, given the market, to fork out much to pay for punter-attracting performances.

While a government spokesman described the newspaper’s report that pubs could be forced to close early as “categorically untrue,” the past two weeks of scandals and double standards might suggest that this assurance is worth very little.

Labour public health minister Andrew Gwynne said that the state of Britain’s health is “morally reprehensible,” and that “bluntly there isn’t enough money” for the health service to cope without clamping down on some behaviours, such as excessive drinking.

Gwynne told this week’s Labour conference, at which Prime Minister Starmer announced a law giving investigators access to personal bank accounts, that “these are discussions that we have got to have—even if it’s just about tightening up on some of the hours of operation [for pubs]; particularly where there are concerns that people are drinking too much.”

The proposals have prompted Tory leadership hopeful Robert Jenrick to ask: “Why does Starmer hate pubs?”

Clearly, Labour’s insistence that it is “not the fun police” has fallen on deaf ears. Starmer’s distant predecessor Tony Blair promised to relax Britain’s First World War-era licensing laws, leading to a European-style café society, but still managed to harm live music and the pub trade in the process. In contrast, Downing Street’s present resident appears to view pubs solely as a public health problem to be legislated against. 

There have also been efforts this week to do away with the pint, truly a mainstay of British culture. A piece in The Guardian, no less, pointed to a study suggesting that the two-thirds measure could boost English health. (Rival suggestions for a European-style litre of beer are sadly thin on the ground.) One Dr. Burke then wrote to the newspaper hailing “an opportunity to move the sale of beer into the 21st century,” prompting liberty campaigner Christopher Snowdon to jibe: “However dull and pointless your life seems, at least you are not [like Dr. Burke] the chair of the UK Metric Association.”

French President Emmanuel Macron has called for a “new international order” to better represent emerging non-Western powers on the global stage.

Speaking this week at a “meeting for peace” in Paris organised by the Community of Sant’Egidio Catholic association, President Macron claimed that a reorganisation of world power structures will be necessary to required to maintain peace.

In comments reported by Le Parisien, Macron called for the “building a new international order” arguing that “our order today is incomplete and unjust” as “many of the most populous countries did not exist when the seats were distributed.”

The former Rothschild banker said that the world needs “an order where this or that cannot block others and where countries are worthily represented, and therefore do it with much fairer bodies, whether it is the United Nations, the World Bank or the International Monetary Fund.”

The globalist politician said that there needs to be a “recognition of everyone’s right to live in peace,” arguing that “peace is only possible in coexistence,” adding that “for what is at stake today in the Middle East, that is the key.”

Turning to matters closer to home, Macron said that following the war in Ukraine, there will need to be a “new form of organisation for Europe” in which leaders “rethink our relationship with Russia”.

“We must be sufficiently imaginative to think about the peace of tomorrow, a peace in Europe in a new form,” he said, calling for a new form or organisation “which is neither quite the European Union nor resolutely NATO.”

Macron’s position on Ukraine and Russia has altered drastically throughout the conflict, initially advocating for peace negotiations and saying that NATO should not seek to “humiliate” Moscow.

However, as the conflict continued, Macron took a hawkish turn, drawing criticism from other Western capitals for suggesting that French troops could be sent into the war zone.

The increasing hardline approach from Macron has coincided with growing opposition within France against his neo-liberal government, perhaps explaining his desire to focus more on international affairs.

Earlier this year, the president suffered an embarrassing defeat to Marine Le Pen’s populist National Rally party at the European Parliament elections. In response, Macron called for snap legislative elections, which saw his party come in third place behind the leftist New Popular Front coalition and the National Rally.

Despite this, the cunning political operator was able to manage to put together a fresh government staffed with loyalists after partnering with Brexit villain Michel Barnier, whom Macron installed as prime minister. However, it is unclear how long the new government will be able to sustain the three-way split in the National Assembly, particularly with a battle over the budget crisis quickly approaching.

In addition to facing public backlash over his mass migration agenda and economic failures, the leftist New Popular Front has launched impeachment proceedings against Macron over his decision to install Barnier as PM rather than their preferred candidate. If successful, Macron could become the first president to be removed by impeachment in the history of the Fifth Republic of France.

A man intentionally hit his former wife with his car and then stabbed her in front of their son’s school on Tuesday before he was arrested by Carabinieri police in Soriso near Novara, investigative sources said.
The man, a Senegalese citizen, attacked his former wife, 39, who is also from Senegal, by intentionally running her over with his Fiat station wagon car and then, once she was lying on the ground, stabbing her, according to the sources.
A number of passersby rushed to the woman’s rescue and called the police who arrested the 40-year-old on attempted murder charges.
The woman is in critical condition at the Santissima Trinità Hospital in Borgomanero.
