France: Muslim wearing a djellaba attacks woman with a screwdriver because she took a seat next to him on the metro platform; perpetrator on the run

A woman was attacked and injured with a screwdriver by a man wearing a djellaba on the Toulouse metro at around 11.30am on Thursday, according to a police source. At the ‘Trois cocus’ station, the victim had sat down next to the perpetrator on a seat on the metro platform when he insulted her and ordered her to change seats. A verbal argument then ensued and the perpetrator hit the victim in the face with a screwdriver, injuring her upper lip. The victim was taken to hospital without life-threatening injuries. An active search is underway for the fleeing suspect.

German Public Broadcaster Ignores Court Ruling on False ‘Potsdam Meeting’ Report

Tim Reckmann/Flickr

German public broadcaster NDR and its flagship news programme Tagesschau have for months refused to retract false reporting about the now infamous ‘Potsdam meeting’ despite a court warning refraining them from doing so.

The case highlights how the public media—which is supposed to be unbiased, as it is financed by German taxpayers—is willing to falsify its reporting to spread its liberal agenda and attack anti-establishment and anti-immigration parties it does not agree with.

The current case revolves around the so-called ‘Potsdam meeting,’ a top-level meeting last year in Potsdam between members of the anti-globalist opposition AfD party, the right-wing Identitarian Movement, and the centre-right CDU.

A left-wing investigative news outlet, Correctiv, heavily funded by the German state, claimed to make explosive revelations about the meeting, stating in January that a master plan was devised in Potsdam: an alleged plot to deport millions of migrants, including those with German citizenship.

It later turned out that the publication had misreported the event, and that the meeting had actually focused on a more restrictive migration policy, involving stricter border controls and the deportation of rejected asylum seekers and illegal immigrants only. Correctiv itself backtracked, stating that they had in fact “not spoken of deportations,” and other media outlets had “misinterpreted” major aspects of their reporting about the meeting.

One of the attendees at Potsdam, constitutional law expert and legal representative of the AfD Ulrich Vosgerau, took legal action not only against Correctiv for making false allegations against him but against a number of other publications that repeated the fake news.

A recent court ruling in Hamburg has prohibited public broadcasters ARD and NDR from repeating the allegation that the expulsion of German citizens of foreign origin was discussed in Potsdam, because the claim is untrue.

According to lawyers representing Ulrich Vosgerau, NDR had been informed as early as the middle of March—when the legal proceedings against the broadcaster began—that it had been spreading false allegations regarding the Potsdam story.

“At no time, neither out of court nor in court, did the NDR, argue even once that its reporting was truthful,” said Vosgerau’s lawyer, Carsten Brennecke. Despite the court hearing credible evidence that the accusations made against the participants of the Potsdam meeting were not true, NDR did not use the opportunity to investigate and find out the truth, but instead declined to correct its articles, thus continuing to spread disinformation.

The lawyers filed a complaint on Monday, August 26th with the NDR Rundfunkrat, the Broadcasting Council responsible for safeguarding the broadcaster’s independence. Carsten Brennecke believes the broadcaster not only failed to adhere to journalistic ethics and standards but also to the principles and guidelines of the public broadcaster.

According to media reports, NDR could face a fine of up €250,000, or imprisonment of those responsible, if it does not comply with the court order.

Cost-benefit of European mass migration: mostly just crime and billions spent on welfare

We need to redefine the term terrorism. After 9/11 a common assertion was that, while terrorism certainly is tragic, the risk of dying in a car accident was still significantly higher than in a terrorist attack. Twenty-three years have passed since Al-Qaeda attacked the United States, and despite the threats made by the late Osama bin Laden and his followers, there has been no other attack of such dimensions. Yet somehow the sense of insecurity has not disappeared, and as it turned out violent terrorism is only a symptom of a much broader issue.

The comparison with traffic accidents was always frivolous. Accidents are by nature tragic because nobody involved wants them to happen. Even reckless drivers or careless car manufacturers do not intentionally plan to kill people, and if it happens, they do not celebrate it. Therefore, most people accept the risks of traffic as an acceptable trade-off compared with all the benefits that modern transportation entails. Although accidents involving cars could be brought down to zero via banning cars, nobody would seriously entertain such a measure. The conveniences brought by the automobile far exceed our fear of the risk that also comes with it.

In Europe, a growing number of people is now asking which conveniences have been achieved by mass-immigration from non-Western countries, and what are the countervailing benefits that justify the ever-growing risks that come with it. A cost-benefit analysis of the kind of migration Europe is experiencing at the moment reveals that it is almost all cost, with hardly any benefits.

Over the last ten years the number of knife attacks has increased by 50 per cent in Germany. Compared to their share of the population, foreigners are six times more likely to be the perpetrators. When it comes to sexually motivated crimes that number rises to seven times more likely. Wherever data is collected, the same pattern emerges: African and Middle Eastern immigrants have the highest rates of criminal offenses. According to data from Sweden, 58 per cent of men convicted for rape or attempted rape are foreign born. Pointing out that mass migration from non-Western countries has led to a deterioration of the quality of living in many Western countries is neither populist nor hyperbolic, but simply a statement of fact.

This kind of migration is not just lowering overall security, it is also a huge burden for taxpayers. Jan H. van de Beek, a Dutch mathematician, scrutinised migration in the Netherlands, producing some sobering insights. His data reveal that the government spent about €17bn annually on migration from 1995 to 2019. This sum breaks down to more than €1bn each month over those years.

Van de Beek’s study boldly ventures into a controversial area by differentiating between Western and non-Western immigration and examining their economic impacts. He found that the cost of predominantly non-Western immigration reached €17bn per year, while immigration from Western countries actually generated a surplus of approximately €1bn. If migration levels from 2015-2019 persist, the fiscal burden is projected to rise from €17bn in 2016 to about €50bn, a surge likely unbearable for the welfare state. Contrary to what open border enthusiasts are telling you, mass migration will not be the saviour of the welfare state, but the final nail in its coffin.

Similar dynamics are observed across Europe. The Danish finance ministry discovered that non-Western immigrants are more prone to remain lifelong welfare recipients compared to native Danes and Western immigrants. In Germany and Austria, the pattern is comparable. Around 45 per cent of unemployment benefit recipients in Germany are non-citizens, costing taxpayers roughly €20bn per year. The Turkish community, comprising 1.4 million people and over two per cent of the German population, often shows poorer performance indicators compared to their German peers. They experience higher unemployment rates, tend to retire earlier, and rely more heavily on government benefits. Austria’s data echoes this, with nearly 60 per cent of state benefit recipients having a “migrant background.”

More importantly, however, than the economic data is the growing stress on social cohesion and increased levels of anxiety within the population. For example, a high ranking member of the German police said after the Solingen knife attacks that from now “everyone has to decide for themselves whether they go to festivities, to football matches, or are on public transport.” In other words, what once were mundane parts of daily life, are now risky undertakings as the state has all but given up in its obligation to protect its citizens.

But it gets even worse. Why, for example, did the foreign ministry of Germany instruct its embassies and consulates in places like Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Syria that they should issue visas even if applicants had no or clearly forged documents? Why would the German government actively encourage migration from the very parts of the world that are overrepresented in crime statistics? The answer to this question appears to be that parts of the German establishment care more about foreigners than about their own people. Such an attitude, however, will come at a cost – and the first part of the bill will be due this Saturday at local elections, where the AfD most likely will succeed with major gains. If you think that an AfD chancellor within the next 10 years is an impossibility, you might be surprised.

Watch: Spanish holiday island airport packed with migrants headed to Europe as illegal immigration surges

Spain is currently suffering a massive increase in illegal immigration, with the majority of migrants arriving on the Canary Islands far off the coast before being transported to mainland Spain in large waves. Video of the airport in Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands, shows hundreds of migrants waiting to board planes.

Spanish journalist Rubén Pulido released a video showing the chaos at the Tenerife Airport in the Canary Islands.

“It happened today, at Tenerife airport. The government is sending hundreds of illegal immigrants by plane from the Spanish islands to the country’s capital. From there, they will be distributed by region and soon they will be dispersed all over,” he wrote.

“It happened today, at Tenerife airport. The government is sending hundreds of illegal immigrants by plane from the Spanish islands to the country’s capital. From there, they will be distributed by region and soon they will be dispersed all over,” he wrote.

He continued, writing: “Our problem is your problem. This year, more than 70,000 illegal immigrants are expected to arrive in the Canary Islands. The government is creating a pull factor without historical precedent and Spain is becoming the biggest gateway for illegal immigration in Europe.”

The left-wing Spanish government, ruled by social Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, has seen 22,304 migrants arrive in the Canary Islands between Jan. 1 and Aug. 15 of this year, compared to 9,864 last year during the same period. That is a 126 percent increase.

Spain as a whole has also seen a drastic uptick in numbers, going from 18,745 during the first six months last year, to 31,155, representing an over 60 percent increase. Due to improving conditions on the ocean, these numbers are expected to surge, with the Canaries alone attracting up to 70,000 migrants this year, which would shatter last year’s record of 39,910 arrivals.

Spain’s socialist leader, Sánchez, is under pressure and has even headed to the three West African countries, Mauritania, Gambia and Senegal, just this week.

Mauritania has become the main departure point for migrants in recent months, with 200,000 refugees in the country, many who want to head to Europe, who are victims of instability in the Sahel region, including many Malians. Sánchez is working to prevent these departures but it is unclear how effective his visit to Africa will be or what he can offer.

The president of the Canary Islands regional government, Fernando Clavijo, targeted the EU in a new statement, saying the EU must do more “so that the Canaries do not have to bear all the migratory pressure on Europe alone,” because these migrants “are arriving in Europe, in Spain, and not only in the Canaries.”

BRITISH TYRANNY: Police Raid and Arrest 11-Year-Old Child For Attending Recent Anti-Immigration Protest

Police Chief Marc Anderson

British police have raided and arrested an 11-year-old child for participating in a spate of recent anti-immigration protests, some of which turned violent.

Local police confirmed the arrest of the child on Thursday as they widen their crackdown against political dissidents and those who participated in the demonstrations.

While some protesters likely engaged in criminal activity, the police are under orders from the country’s new left-wing government to come down hard on anyone involved in the recent disorder.

During the summer of 2020, similar violent protests broke out across Britain in response to the death of George Floyd and the global Black Lives Matter movement.

Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who was then just leader of the opposition, made clear his support for protests and even photographed himself “taking the knee” in support of Marxist uprising.

Meanwhile, the government and law enforcement are also turning their eye towards censoring or even shutting down social media, after Elon Musk’s X platform was blamed for outbreak of violence because of his support for free speech.

Germany Vows ‘Knife Control’ After ISIS Refugee Slashes Throats at Diversity Festival

After a Syrian Muslim refugee slashed the throats of a few middle aged people at the Festival of Diversity, the German government has announced that it will ban knives over three inches long.

The ISIS terrorist was one of over a million migrants who had invaded Germany while claiming to be “refugees”. The migrant was also one of the many scheduled to be deported, but was not.

All that the Muslim terrorist had to do to evade deportation was leave government housing when the authorities came looking for him. And then when the military age Arab Muslim migrant came back, the deportation order had expired and he couldn’t be deported. Undeported Muslim refugees have been one of the largest sources of terrorism, crime and violence in Europe.

So the German government is proposing a ban on knives over three inches.

After laying a white rose at the site of the Diversity Festival slashing that left three dead and eight wounded, Chancellor Olaf Scholz promised rapid action would be taken against knives.

Right now, German people can carry knives up to 4.7 inches long, the law will be modified so that they can only carry knives up to 2.4 inches long. No one appears to have considered the possibility that Muslim terrorists on the way to killing as many infidels as possible might violate the law and carry a concealed knife of 4 inches or longer. Such thoughts are unthinkable.

However the authorities are also proposing ‘knife free’ zones around railway stations and other areas where stabbings and slashings tend to happen to finally put an end to the violence.

In May, an Afghan Muslim refugee had attacked a Counter-Jihad rally in Germany, stabbing and slashing attendees along with a police officer who had tried to restrain the anti-migrant activists from fighting back against the Muslim refugee trying to kill them.

German authorities responded by vowing to crack down on “knife crime” with “stronger measures to control the possession and carrying of knives, tougher penalties for their misuse and intensive awareness campaigns about the dangers.”

If any Muslim terrorists still don’t know about the dangers of stabbing people, the awareness campaign would let them know.

There had been 13,844 ‘knife crime’ incidents in 2023 which the authorities are blaming on the existence of knives and not the perpetrators who are reportedly mostly young Muslim men. The authorities have resisted linking the nearly 10% increase in knife crime to Muslim migration.

“Though non-Germans are disproportionately represented in police knife crime statistics, that in itself is not a very helpful insight,” a ‘criminologist’ interviewed by the Deutsche Welle media outlet argued.

In 2023, nearly 1 in 5 criminals were refugees.

The mostly Muslim migrants were responsible for over 1 in 10 sex assaults in just one year. They have carried out around 7,000 sexual assaults since the beginning of the crisis. 1 in 2 gang rapists are foreigners and there are almost two gang rapes happening in Germany every single day.

In Northern Rhine-Westphalia, the region where the latest Muslim terrorist attack took place, 1 in 3 sex offenders, 1 out of 2 shoplifters and burglars, and 4 out of 5 pickpockets were foreigners.

Typical of this kind of violence was an altercation between two Arab Muslims which ended with one of them stabbed in Magdeburg, migrants fighting with knives in a refugee center in Bavaria, and a litany of young foreign men confronting and stabbing each other all across Germany.

But locating the source of the problem is probably “not a very helpful insight,” In the UK, people sharing such insights are being locked up even as Islamic terrorists are being freed.

The German government is more moderate than the Marxist lunatics at Whitehall which under PM Starmer and Justice Minister Shabana Mahmood, a supporter of Islamic terrorism, have decided to ruthlessly suppress all British opposition to mass migration with raids and prisons.

But a “moderate” European government is one that mostly ignores the problem while promising to increase deportations after every Islamic terrorist attack before realizing that it can do nothing. There is little difference between the putatively conservative Merkel government and the putatively leftist Scholz government, much as every French government, whatever its formal political orientation, has offered the same meaningless condemnations and empty promises.

If the Communist and Islamist ‘La France Insoumise’, which rose to victory due to its alliance with President Macron, succeeds in taking over, it can be expected to turn the police loose on political opponents the way that the Starmer regime did on critics of migration in the UK.

For now, the German authorities are deploring all the stabbings and promising knife control.

Creating ‘knife free’ zones, limiting the length of knives that can be carried (except for freshly purchased knives still in their plastic wrapping) and creating social media campaigns about the dangers of knives is the sort nonsense that the UK and other governments indulged in as a distraction from the reality of who is actually doing the stabbing (not to mention acid throwing).

Much like the American liberal obsession with gun control, literally objectifying the problem, talking about things so that they don’t have to talk about people, and then talking about broader social and economic issues, is a useful distraction from seeing what is actually taking place.

The Festival of Diversity ended in bloodshed, as it always does, but there will be another one. Much of the West now exists in the throes of an endless diversity festival where no one notices the killers only the number of rounds in their magazines and the lengths of their blades.

Austria: 14-year-old suspected IS supporter in custody

A 14-year-old suspected supporter of the radical Islamic terror militia ‘Islamic State’ (IS) is in custody in Korneuburg. The teenager is said to have shared and posted files glorifying IS. Josef Mechtler, spokesman for the public prosecutor’s office, confirmed a report by the newspaper Krone in response to an APA enquiry. The files showed ‘some members of IS known from the media, some attacks, some IS symbols and flags’, said Mechtler. There were also calls for violence against people of other faiths. The content was reportedly shared and posted on various channels. Following his arrest at the end of July, the 14-year-old was remanded in custody, which was extended on August 8 due to the risk of committing and carrying out the crime. According to the report, the suspect has Afghan roots.

According to the report, the tip-off about the pupil came from Germany, where the boy’s TikTok and Instagram profiles came to light during internet monitoring. According to Krone, investigators found a photo on the boy’s smartphone showing three people with their heads marked in red, one of them a Viennese city politician. A handgun can also be seen and a call to kill can be read. The suspect stated that he had only forwarded this picture, the report said. He did not even know the politician. The discovery was not confirmed by the Korneuburg public prosecutor’s office on enquiry, ‘for reasons of criminal tactics’ the spokesperson kept a low profile.

Muslim stabs his ex to death on the pavement in Berlin to restore his honour. He shouted repeatedly during the crime: ‘I have the right to do this!’

A woman was fatally injured in a knife attack in the Zehlendorf district of Berlin on Wednesday evening. As the police and the public prosecutor’s office confirmed at the request of the newspaper Berliner Zeitung, the 50-year-old ex-partner attacked 36-year-old Nurhan B. at around 8.30 pm on the pavement in front of her home in Hampsteadstraße.

Rescue workers initially succeeded in resuscitating her. The woman underwent emergency surgery in hospital. However, she subsequently died. The police arrested 50-year-old A. The investigators are considering a possible ‘honour killing’. The public prosecutor’s office assumes that the ex-husband from Lebanon deliberately and intentionally killed the woman, who was also Lebanese. He is said to have ambushed Nurhan B. in front of the house. ‘The woman had separated from her husband. He wanted to restore his honour,’ said a spokesperson for the public prosecutor’s office. Eyewitnesses report that A. repeatedly shouted during the crime: ‘ I have the right to do this’

A. had previously attracted attention due to domestic violence. A temporary injunction had been issued against him. He should not have approached the 36-year-old and should not have known where his ex-wife lived. Both have four minor children aged between 15 and 8. According to an eyewitness, the eldest daughter saw her mother shortly after the crime. She was totally shocked. ‘I feel so sorry for the children’, said a local resident. The children are now staying with relatives. Two uncles and an aunt picked up the children on Thursday morning.

According to the Berliner Zeitung, the couple had previously lived in Neukölln. Nurhan B. then moved into the house in Hampsteadstraße, which belongs to local housing association Degewo, three years ago. An arrest warrant for murder is to be issued against the 50-year-old Lebanese man on Thursday.

According to the Berliner Zeitung, around 50 people gathered on Wednesday evening in front of the hospital where the woman died. Witnesses speak of a connection to the clan milieu. When asked, the public prosecutor’s office denied any clan connection.

Eyewitnesses reported the day after the crime that Nurhan B.’s flat was always noisy. Neighbours say that the children were not always supervised, so why couldn’t the woman be better protected even though her ex-husband was violent? Benjamin Jendro, spokesman for the police union (GdP), expressed his shock on Thursday morning. ‘Femicides are a growing problem in our society and yet it is difficult in the political arena to create a framework to better protect women at risk,’ Jendro wrote on X.

GERMANY: Trans-Identified Male Convicts Transferred to Women’s Prisons Ahead Of New Gender Self-Identification Law

Screen grab youtube

Germany has begun transferring violent male convicts who “identify” as women into female prisons, despite the fact the nation hasn’t yet formally enacted its gender self-identification law. Among them are dangerous sex offenders and pedophiles.

On April 12, the German Parliament, or Bundestagpassed one of the world’s most far-reaching sex self-determination policies, known as the Self-Determination Act (SBGG). But while the gender identity policies are not set to come into effect until November, correctional institutions are already transferring male criminals into the female prison estate in anticipation of the law.

Women‘s rights organization Initiative Lasst Frauen Sprechen (Let Women Speak) requested figures from all ministries of justice in the federal states in Germany on how many men have been or are currently imprisoned in women’s correctional facilities since 2023. The campaign group also asked for information on the nature of the crimes the men had committed.

The response from government officials show that males are already being housed in women’s prisons in every federal state, a practice that began months ahead of the German self-identification law coming into force in November. The only federal state that does not house men in women’s prisons is Saarland, because there are no women’s prisons in the region. As a result, trans-identified male criminals in the state may be relocated to female facilities in other federal districts.

Of the federal states with males housed in women’s prisons, Berlin stands out as the most saturated. According to official information from the Senate Department of Justice in Berlin, since 2023 “15 people whose sex was registered as male at birth have been imprisoned in the Berlin correctional facility for women.”

Details of their crimes and convictions were not provided on the grounds that the Berlin prisons do not report the offenses to the Senate Administration. Therefore, that information is not required to be revealed through the Freedom of Information Act.

The Berlin Senate Department of Justice describes 15 men in the women’s prison as a “small number” and the disclosure of the criminal offenses as a “danger to the identifiability of these people,” suggesting their crimes were highly-publicized.

Added rationalization for withholding information regarding their convictions, according to authorities, is to avoid the “stigmatization” of these male criminals.

However, as previously reported by Reduxx, male sex offenders are among the men being transferred to the Berlin women’s prison. Trans-identified sex offender Ömer “Laura” K., who posed as a female police officer and received a 7-year prison sentence for rape, aggravated robbery and extortion, was recently revealed to be among the transfers. While serving his sentence in a women’s prison, he will soon stand trial for the possession of child pornography.

Another presumed transfer identified by Reduxx is 63-year-old transgender pedophile “Klaus T.”, who was sentenced to 5 years in prison for the sexual abuse of his 9-year-old granddaughter and the sexual abuse of a 10-year-old girl from the neighborhood, as well as for the production of child pornography. Klaus was sentenced “as a woman,” indicating he either has or will be sent to a women’s facility.

German outlet NiUS reports that the male prisoners in Berlin are not housed in isolation from women, but are in a ward with women and have shared access to their spaces. While “case by case” decisions can be made to transfer a male inmate back to a men’s prison on the basis of risk, it is unclear if any such cases have arisen yet.

According to information from the Berlin Senate Administration, there have been no complaints of assaults or attacks by male transfers on female inmates. However, information from the state ministry in Sachsen indicates the government has been actively suppressing such data from release.

In January of 2024, incarcerated women in Sachsen spoke to the Freie Presse and reported that a trans-identified male prisoner threatened to assault them, insulted them, and forced them and the female officers to watch him masturbate. Female officers then allegedly refused to monitor him when he was taken to the security cell. When asked by a journalist from Die Welt why these attacks were not reported, the state ministry claimed that the attacks had “no criminal relevance.”

The reports from female inmates stand in stark contrast to the denial of such cases from the Berlin Senate Administration.

On August 12, the UN Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women and Girls, Reem Alsalem, published a letter she had sent to the German Government addressing the threat to women’s rights presented by the Gender Self-Determination Act (SBGG).

“While the Gender Self-Determination Act states that it does not regulate matters concerning detention facilities, it also currently does not provide any express safeguards to prevent sexual predators from potentially exploiting the law to gain access (for example, as inmates or staff) to female prison facilities,” Alsalem wrote in her letter, which was initially sent in June of 2024.

The UN Rapporteur continued to inform the German government that detaining male convicts with female inmates constituted an acknowledged form of torture, adding, “In the context of deprivation of liberty, there is a recognized need to protect prison spaces designated exclusively for women. Threats and a sense of collective insecurity or violation of female inmates’ privacy in the presence of individuals of the opposite sex in prison spaces have been acknowledged by the Special Rapporteur on Torture as forms of ill-treatment.”

Alsalem also released a response she had received from the Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights on August 5, which stated: “The Federal Republic of Germany refutes the allegation that in ensuring the right to self-determination, it ‘falls short of a number of human rights obligations’.”

The reply continued: “The new law on legal gender recognition will enable non-binary, intersex and transgender persons to change their birth registries and subsequently identifying documents in line with their gender identity. The law does not make any changes to existing legislation, such as the General Act on Equal Treatment and therefore has no legal implications on the access to single sex spaces.”

It also emphasized that “the Association of Women’s Shelters explicitly welcomed the new law and voiced its concern over the increasing violence against intersex and transgender persons identifying as female
and their particular marginalisation,” and added that “the Association points out that women in all their diversity should receive shelter from violence.”

The former Justice Senator for the State of Berlin and politician from the German Green Party, Dirk Behrendt, campaigned for the legal reform for people who claim a transgender status. In 2021, Berlin became the first federal state in Germany to introduce sex self-identification. Behrendt described this as a “requirement for a contemporary dealing with trans people in prison.”

The principle of separation “of male and female prisoners” was deleted from Berlin’s legal code. In its place, the statement “prisoners of different sexes are housed separately from each other” was added, as well as the assertion that “the principle of separate accommodation can be deviated in individual cases, taking into account the personality and needs of the prisoners, especially if prisoners’ gender identity differs from their legal sex or if they permanently feel neither male nor female.”

The change in law affects correctional facilities for adults, correctional facilities for juveniles, forensic correctional facilities and pre-trial detention centers in the state of Berlin.

Behrendt, who lives with his husband in Berlin-Kreuzberg, has appeared several times in public hoisting the trans pride flag onto public buildings. The pink, blue, and white flag was designed by crossdressing fetishist Robert Hogge, who wrote stories about swapping bodies with lesbians and marrying a little girl who doesn’t age, as Reduxx has described previously.

Since leaving his post as the Justice Senator, Behrendt is now working as a judge again, and is campaigning to include a so-called “sexual identity” in the German constitution. Legal scholars have warned that this could also lead to the inclusion of pedophilia as a “sexual identity,” and that amending the constitution with such wording could “enable pedocriminals to demand their own rights.”

In August of 2022, it was reported that three men had been transferred to the women’s prison since September 2021 and that another three men had been sent directly to the women’s prison system in Berlin. Two of the “trans people” are imprisoned on convictions of child sexual abuse and sexual assault. Within two years, the number of men in Berlin women’s prison has almost tripled.

The Federal Chairman of the Association of Prison Officers in Germany (BSBD) René Müller told Die Welt that attacks by male prisoners on women were not always reported by the victims. He warns that prisoners will figure out “pretty quickly” how to exploit the system “for more comfortable accommodation” or for “criminal purposes.”

Revealed: Serious Failures Let Solingen Attacker Stay in Germany

X

German authorities committed a series of failures prior to the terror attack in Solingen. They not only botched up the deportation of the Syrian man responsible for the brutal assault but also continued providing him with social benefits, despite him being a failed asylum seeker.

According to daily Bild, the knife attack committed by 26-year-old Issa al Hasan last Friday not only highlights the consequences of uncontrolled immigration but lifts the lid on the serious failures of Germany’s asylum and deportation system.

The tabloid called what happened the deportation scandal of the year.

Issa al Hasan attacked festivalgoers in the western German city of Solingen on August 23rd, killing three people, and injuring eight more. All of the victims were stabbed in the neck. The Islamic State terror group claimed responsibility for the attack.

The perpetrator came to Germany in December 2022. He was supposed to have been deported back to Bulgaria last year, as he had entered the European Union via Bulgaria, and should have been registered as an asylum seeker there. Employees of the immigration office went to collect the man at a refugee centre in Paderborn in June 2023 to put him on a flight back to Bulgaria, but they could not find him.

Although Issa al Hasan returned to the shelter later that day, the authorities did not go back to fetch him. Instead, they took the inexplicable and absurd decision to let him stay. Because he managed to stay in Germany for more than six months, the deportation order expired and he was granted ‘subsidiary protection’ and placed in refugee accommodation in Solingen.

This suggests that Issa al Hasan was aware of his rights and EU asylum law, which is why he vanished on the day of his scheduled deportation.

Nevertheless, instead of being punished, he continued to reap the rewards of the German asylum system and was entitled to €368 per month.

The authorities could have chosen to start a manhunt as soon as they realised that the Syrian had disappeared. If he had actually gone into hiding, the six-month deportation order would have been extended to 18 months, meaning Germany would have had more time to bring him to Bulgaria. Instead, the immigration office let the deadline pass. It is not yet clear how extensive a manhunt they had actually carried out.

The case is similar to that of an Afghan man who murdered a policeman in Mannheim at the end of May. He, too, was a failed asylum seeker who had been living in the country illegally for nine years.

These cases raise the suspicion that hundreds of other potential terrorists or criminals who should have been deported have been allowed to remain in Germany.

As of December last year, there were nearly 250,000 people in Germany slated for deportation, while only around 16,000 had been actually deported during the entire year, signalling how the country’s lax migration and deportation policies have completely failed.

The issue has put migration back at the centre of German political discourse, with Chancellor Olaf Scholz promising to tighten domestic regulations, and calling for an international “task force” of selected EU member states to reevaluate the entire bloc’s asylum and migration strategy.

The attack in Solingen was not an isolated incident, as Germany has been rocked by a wave of knife crimes in recent months.

The latest such incident happened on a street in the western German city of Moers on Tuesday, August 27th: a man assaulted and threatened several passers-by. When police confronted him, he tried to attack them with two knives. The officers then fired at the 26-year-old, who was fatally wounded. No other people were harmed.

A spokeswoman for the public prosecutor’s office said the man’s motive remains unclear.

The perpetrator has been identified as a “German man.” As authorities regularly try to hide the nationality of foreign criminals or foreign-born Germans, it has not yet been established whether this “German man” is a recent arrival. Nevertheless, his neighbour, who spoke to Bildsaid the perpetrator had serious psychiatric problems, and required a carer to look after him.
