The birth of France’s “Sixth – and Islamic – Republic”

Nosta Lgia

by Giulio Meotti

Triumph filled the headquarters of the “New Popular Front” of the former Trotskyite, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, who took the floor after the announcement of the sensational results of the second round (ahead of everyone, Macron and Le Pen), proclaiming that “the New Popular Front must govern” and that “the French have rejected the worst solution”.

In the days preceding the vote, an appeal in Le Point by intellectuals of the right and left (Pascal Bruckner, Boualem Sansal, Élie Chouraqui, Antoine Gallimard, Alexandre Jardin, Michel Onfray and others) had asked people not to vote for the Popular Front as it is an anti-Semitic, pro-Islamic and dangerous party. The appeal in Le Figaro was similar, also signed by the Catholic medievalist Rémi Brague.

This is why the chief rabbi of Paris, Simon Sebbag, reacted to the left’s victory by saying: “It’s over for French Jews.”

To understand today’s political shock we must go back to 2011, when Terra Nova, a laboratory of ideas close to the Socialist Party (Mélenchon was in the party at the time), published a report in which it recommended saying “goodbye” to workers and employees, the traditional socialist electorate, to address a new urban electoral majority with the aim of gaining power. It is an 82-page note soberly titled: “Left: what electoral majority for 2012?”. The divorce between the left and the “declining” working class is in fact pronounced. To win, the left must turn to a new urban electorate made up of “graduates”, “young people”, “minorities from working-class neighborhoods” and “women”: all united by “progressive values”.

When the Socialist Mitterrand ran for office, no more than 500,000 Muslims voted. Today 5 million Muslims vote and the Muslim population in France has reached 10 million.

The philosopher Pierre-André Taguieff defined it as a “new lumpenproletariat fruit of the immigration indoctrinated with hatred towards the West”.

“Terra Nova had announced that the demographic dynamic is very favorable to the left” lashes out the essayist of Algerian origins Malika Sorel in Le Figaro. Terra Nova announced: “Between 2007 and 2012, between 500,000 and 750,000 new voters will have acquired French nationality and will vote more to the left. The births of women of foreign origin is 80 percent Muslim .”

François Hollande (the boiled president defeated by ISIS, now re-elected with the New Popular Front) bases his electoral strategy on these data. During a trip to Seine-Saint-Denis on 7 April 2012, Hollande reminded populations of immigrant origin: “Do not underestimate the strength of your decision. With universal suffrage one vote is worth as much as another, and if some are richer than you, you are more numerous than they”.

Mélenchon excels today in this exchange vote and has seduced with the argument of the “useful vote” a decadent bohemian left that celebrates multiculturalism, defends the people (as long as it suits them) and trembles at the idea of no longer being in the game.

In Seine-Saint-Denis, Sunday was a triumph for the left. Kevin Bossuet writes in the monthly Causeur: “The Seine-Saint-Denis is characteristic of this development. While Islam has become the main religion in this department (the sixth largest in France) and people of the Muslim faith form the largest community there, Jews are less and less present.”

“Already in 2009, demographers Michèle Tribalat and Bernard Aubry had highlighted that minors from the Maghreb represented 39.2 percent of all young people in Seine-Saint-Denis. In 2015, Philippe Galli, then prefect of the ’93’ department, estimated the number of Muslims in this territory at 700,000, or 45 percent of the total population. While the number of Muslim places of worship is estimated at 160, the number of Christian places of worship is estimated at 120 and that of Jewish places of worship at 35. In Aulnay-sous-Bois the number of Jewish families has gone from 600 to 100, in Blanc-Mesnil from 300 to 100, in Clichy-sous-Bois from 400 to 80, in La Courneuve from 300 to 80.”

It’s the demographics, baby!

After the October 7 attack, Mélenchon’s party refused to define Hamas’ murderous rapists as “terrorists”. In recent days, Mélenchon has defined anti-Semitism in France as “residual”.

L’Opinion talks about the “secret pact” between the left [that won the elections] and Islam. In the last European elections, 62 percent of French Muslims voted for Mélenchon’s list.

“At this stage, the Islamist believes only in what he views as his prophetic mission: to Islamize the world and make Sharia a universal law” writes the Algerian novelist Boualem Sansal in Atlantico.

“He is a realist, opportunist and strategist. He behaves like the cuckoo that lays its eggs in other birds’ nests. By failing to establish itself as a powerful Islamic party like a marching army, which French law does not allow, and because the conditions simply aren’t there, the Islamists hide in existing parties, all in the left. All nests interest them. Mélenchon is the surrogate mother of this hermaphroditic Frankenstein that political Islam introduced into his womb. Those who have united in the new Popular Front are the idiotic witnesses of this unnatural union. Political Islam will continue to swallow and digest them without a drop being seen. Islamism is also the art of making idiots blind.”

Mélenchon, who participates in the “marches against Islamophobia” and compares Muslims in 2024 to Jews in 1944, predicted the “creolization” of France: “By 2050, 50 percent of the French population will be mixed.” And this creolization, Mélenchon said again, is “the future of humanity”.

He understood where the wind is blowing and decided to become the spokesperson for this Great Replacement. Mélenchon, of Marxist tradition, belongs to the school of historical materialism, which sees religion as “the opium of the people”. When Macron banned the abaya at school, the left that won the elections sued the government at the Council of State.

The first real ideological change occurred after the 2017 defeat. Since the summer, several voices within La France insoumise, including Éric Coquerel, elected MP of Seine-Saint-Denis, have launched the so-called theory of “600,000 votes”: “The 600,000 votes that Jean-Luc Mélenchon needs to win are found in working-class neighborhoods.”

And there they went to look for them.

When Martin Amis, the late irreverent British writer, interviewed Tony Blair, he asked him if demographics had already become “a European conversation”. Blair replied: “An underground conversation.”

“And we know what that means,” Amis wrote. “The ethos of relativism finds the demographic question so saturated with repulsions as to make it indisputable.”

This is why Europe’s newspapers throw everything into anti-fascism, Putinism, Europeanism, racism. Because the central issue is so dramatic that it is indisputable in their skinned hands.

Here we are in this strange 2024, where within two days England and France have chosen the path of woke collapse, with the former being where the community Islamic vote exploded and the latter being the place which rewarded Islamoleftism.

Eric Zemmour is right: “In thirty years the news in France will be read by veiled women.”

The “Sixth Republic” is being born and it will be Islamic.

UK: Trans-Identified Male Sentenced To 20-Months In Prison After Harassing His Sister Over Alleged “Pedophile” Accusations

A trans-identified male who criminally harassed his own sister and later set fire to her and her husband’s cars will serve his 20-month sentence in a male prison.

Davina Moore, of Chudleigh Knighton, was found guilty of arson and harassment by judge Stephen Climie at Exeter Crown Court this month. The judge also issued a restraining order that prohibits Moore, 54, from contacting his sister or her husband in the future. He will serve his sentence at HMP Exeter.

Moore harassed his sister, Sara Smith, and her husband, Gary Smith, over a period of five months beginning in December 2023. He was remanded into custody after facing formal charges in May of this year. The charges included harassment without violence, two counts of arson, and one charge of criminal damage to a vehicle.

Moore claimed that his sister was spreading rumors about him being a pedophile in their small village —an accusation that the prosecutor in his case denied. His harassment of the Smiths included: repeatedly showing up at their home; throwing a brick through the window of Gary’s car; throwing lit firecrackers into the couple’s yard; attempting to have Sara fired from her employment; leaving a can of gasoline next to their vehicles; and eventually dousing their vehicles in gasoline and setting them on fire on April 18.

On the day of the arsons, the Smiths were home when they heard a noise outside. They investigated and discovered it was Moore, dousing their Hyundai and Mazda vehicles in gasoline before setting them ablaze. The couple ran outside and attempted to put the fire out with their garden hose, but were unsuccessful. The fire was eventually put out by the fire department, but both of their vehicles were destroyed. Moore admitted to his guilt when interviewed by police.

As per media reports, the presiding judge told Moore that the “arson charges are extraordinarily serious because they were perceived as revenge attacks for matters which your sister and her partner had denied, although I accept you do not perceive that necessarily.”

Since being imprisoned in May 2024, Moore has been unable to access synthetic estrogen treatment. He reportedly wishes to obtain a vaginoplasty, or penile inversion surgery, this fall, but will be unable to do so if he is still in prison. Moore, who has fathered five children, also stands to lose his job as a heavy equipment operator. He allegedly also cares for his 82-year-old mother.

Toni Kroos: Germany is ‘not the same as it was 10 years ago’ due to ‘uncontrolled’ migration

Danilo Borges/copa2014.gov.br Licença Creative Commons Atribuição 3.0 Brasil, CC-BY-3.0

German football heavyweight Toni Kroos has revealed he will continue to live in Madrid following his retirement from football because his home country isn’t what it used to be and he wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing his daughter to roam the streets of big German cities.

In an interview for a podcast with the ZDF public broadcaster, the former Real Madrid midfielder lamented the demise of Germany, a country he left in 2014 to join the Spanish giants.

“I still think Germany is a great country. I like to be there, but it’s not quite the same as it was 10 years ago,” he said.

Asked what he felt had changed, Kroos replied, “If I compare it to Spain. I have a 7-year-old daughter, for example. When she gets older, when she is 13, 14, 15 years old. And if I were to ask someone now, would you let your daughter out in Spain at 2 p.m. or in the German big city?

“I don’t want to be too general, but 10 years ago I would have had a very conscious feeling that she would come home unharmed. I wouldn’t have that now,” he said.

Kroos explained that, after living in Spain for a decade, he did not consider it to be “an aggressive society at all,” but warned that Germany has “become much more aggressive in the last 10 years.”

The German international, who has announced his retirement from football after this summer’s Euro 2024 tournament hosted by Germany, said, “A lot has happened in the last few years which has contributed to the direction [Germany] is going.”

He raised the “big issue of migration” which, while supporting it in principle, warned had been mismanaged.

“In the end, it was just too uncontrolled,” he said, warning that a percentage of new arrivals to Germany did not “do us any good, just like it is with Germans.”

“If you can’t tell from those who don’t do us any good, then it gets difficult in the end,” he added.

Kroos’ concerns regarding safety in German cities are not unfounded with crime stats published by Germany’s federal interior ministry in April revealing that 41 percent of all crime suspects last year were foreign nationals despite representing just 15 percent of the population.

Knife crime jumped 30 percent in one year across Germany with more than half of the suspects being foreigners.

Polling published last week showed a majority of the German public were also concerned about the levels of mass immigration into the country. The Insa survey showed that 74 percent of respondents said the government is failing to take enough action against immigration while 69 percent of respondents called for less migration to Germany, including legal immigration.

France: Macron’s latest political scheme worked only too well this time

Nosta Lgia

By Monica Showalter

For all his supposed fastidiousness, France’s President Emmanuel Macron knows how to make a mess.

He first surprised himself in the first round of French parliamentary elections, which called on a dare to voters, after conservatives’ strong showing in Europe’s parliamentary elections in early June, he did indeed win the conservatives significant power in the National Assembly on the first round.

That prompted him to go to plan B, which was to ‘suicide’ his own centrist Ensemble party and pull many of its candidates from the election, effectively throwing his support to the far-left, which had placed third in the first round last week.

Anything but allow the conservatives led by National Rally leader, Marine Le Pen, to win the election.

According to CNN:

The result of Sunday’s parliamentary election runoff comes as a huge surprise, with France appearing to be on the verge of a major political shift – but not the one everyone was expecting.

No pollster predicted before Sunday that a left-wing alliance would win and that the far right would come in third place. This is a shocking reversal of the outcome of the first round of voting, if tonight’s results match the projections.

For now, France seems ungovernable. With no party projected to get close to clinching a majority, the parliament will be in a state of paralysis, split between three blocs.

The political maneuvering by French President Emmanuel Macron’s centrist party and the left-wing alliance this week was clearly successful. Two hundred candidates dropped out of the race in an effort to block the far-right National Rally.

But the left-wing alliance, which has seemed shaky, is going to have a hard time speaking with one voice.

Macron’s centrist bloc seems to have held up quite well. Even though it is projected to lose roughly 100 MPs and finish second, that is still a much better result than what we were anticipating.

Now he’s got left-wing crazies in his majority and has to answer to them, much as Britain must now answer to its Labour party far left based on its election last week. In each of those countries, the center did not hold.

Macron is going to have a tough time governing now that he’s got radical leftists to deal with, over the conservatives led by Le Pen. And he will have no one to blame but himself, having attempted to manipulate the system by yanking his own candidates running for office, prefering the radical left over the populist right, which voters gave him.

What we are looking at here is a French version of Trump derangement syndrome in Europe, demonstrating the depths of contempt for ordinary voters held by the political elites.

It need never have happened, had he not panicked and called his snap election daring the voters once, and had he not tried to manipulate the vote again by pulling his own candidates from the second round, this never would have happened. But since he was too clever by half, he now gets the vast horde of leftists as his political bunkmates.

Couldn’t happen to a nicer RINO who considers conservatives the most dangerous thing in the world.

Whatever happens now, France isn’t going to like the result, any more than Britain is with its vote for Labour’s radicals. Anything that’s bad in France, whether of unchecked migration, migrant campouts befouling Paris, sexual assaults on women by these unassimilated foreigners, is simply going to get worse now. France’s voters gave it to Macron all right when he pulled those centrists they were going to vote for, and voted left instead, giving it to Macron good and hard.

Communist Revolution Continues: Far-Left ‘New Popular Front’ Set to Dominate French Parliament — Right Wing Party Ends Up in Third Place, Exit Polls Show

Marine Le Pen and Emmanuel Macron (Credit: Wikimedia Commons)

France has fallen.

The first round of voting in France did not favor the conservative forces as initially believed.

Marine Le Pen’s right-wing National Rally (RN), despite a strong showing in early polls, secured a significant but not dominant position, only to be overtaken dramatically in the second round, according to exit polls.

The elections, which saw a high voter turnout, initially suggested a possible conservative sweep with the RN at the forefront.

However, it seems the expected conservative surge has been thwarted by a left-wing alliance during the second run-off vote.

According to exit polls, Marine Le Pen’s National Rally party is projected to win between 132-152 seats. In contrast, the left-wing alliance New Popular Front is expected to secure between 172-192 seats. A coalition government between Macron and the New Popular Front appears likely.

The trans narrative is getting more insane: media now touts ‘nonbinary transgender’ Olympian

 Erik van Leeuwen (bron: Wikipedia).GFDL

There have been a lot of truly delusional headlines over the past decade as the press herded itself into line with the transgender movement’s ever-changing language diktats. From solemnly using phrases such as “her penis” to obediently using Orwellian terms such as “gender-affirming surgery,” the propagandists did their part for the revolution – and only recently did the mainstream media allow any factchecking of the transgender movement’s claims. Reading anything in the press about the transgender movement requires a translator at this point (is that a he? A she? What’s a “transwoman”? etc.).

But this July 3 headline from the New York Times is truly a masterpiece of stupidity and self-parody: “Nikki Hiltz, transgender, nonbinary runner, qualifies for Olympics: ‘This is bigger than just me.’” 29-year-old Hiltz is a female athlete who identifies as both transgender and nonbinary, and the media has decided to enthusiastically report this as fact while also using Hiltz’s preferred pronouns, “they/them.” The Daily MailTIMEToronto StarNew York Post, and a slew of other papers all referred to Hiltz as a “nonbinary transgender” athlete in their headlines.

Let’s break this down, shall we? According to the queer studies scholars themselves, nonbinary means identifying as neither male nor female (thus the whole “they/them” thing). Transgender, on the other hand, refers to males who identify as females or females who identify as males – people who feel that they have been “born in the wrong body.” By these very definitions, someone could not be both “nonbinary” and “transgender.” If Hiltz was “transgender,” she would identify as a male. But she identifies as both of those things, and nobody is interested in pointing out that this just isn’t a thing. The press is too busy celebrating this new milestone in LGBT history and gushing about how this Olympic announcement came right on the heels of “Pride Month.”

Granted, language has been transitioning so swiftly and new genders evolving with such frequency that perhaps these terms mean entirely different things already, and the dictionaries just haven’t been edited yet to reflect our new social delusions. As the New York Times reported

Hiltz wrote a piece for Runner’s World in 2021 explaining how the sport helped them express their gender identity and find descriptive terms that felt authentic. ‘I’m transgender, I don’t identify with the sex I was assigned at birth, I currently describe my gender as non-binary, and I prefer they/them pronouns,’ they wrote.

Predictably, Hiltz is primarily using her platform to discuss her various queer identities. “I definitely pour a lot of myself and a lot of my time and energy into the queer community and being an advocate,” Hiltz said in an interview last year. “But I do that because I get so much in return. I feel like every time I meet another nonbinary person in the queer community, they provide me with more representation. They always say that I’m doing that for them, but I think representation is a two-way street and I definitely feel empowered.”

“I’m so privileged,” Hiltz added last week. “I have an incredible support system. My family has always been accepting of me, when I came out about my sexuality, and then when I came out with my gender identity [in 2021]. I just know so many queer people don’t have that love and support.” Despite all that, she is competing… in women’s sports, despite being a “nonbinary transgender” athlete, or whatever.

But despite this near-universal celebration and public acceptance of identity claims from the fifth estate, trans activists still pretend that they are the victims of enormous persecution.

The Advocate, for example – and I’m not making this up – published a column this week titled, “The transgender community is facing a silent genocide in the U.K.” Why? Because despite the press, the progressive politicians, academia, and the entertainment industry all marching in lockstep to the transgender movement’s tune, the public is still staunchly opposed to sex change surgeries for kids. The “genocide,” it turns out, is perpetrated by those who are opposed to the medical experiments on kids – not the ones who support sterilizing confused children. Nothing means anything anymore.

French intelligence foil major Olympic terror plot as they arrest would-be Isis bombers

Several would-be Isis suicide bombers have been arrested in connection with two potential attacks on the Paris Olympic games.

Interior minister Gérald Darmanin confirmed intelligence officers had carried out “several arrests” in two separate cases.

Darmanin did not disclose the nature of the plots or who was behind them, however he said they are being handed over to the justice services “at this very moment.”

However, an investigating source said those arrested were said to be connected to Khorasan, an Afghanistan-based offshoot of Isis.

Islamic State Khorasan (Isis-K), named after an old term for the region that included parts of Iran, Turkmenistan and Afghanistan, claimed responsibility for the March attack on the Crocus City Hall outside Moscow in which 145 people died.

The group were responsible for the suicide bombings which took place outside the Stade de France in November 2015.

One man was killed, and 63 others were wounded in the attack before more atrocities were committed around Paris where 131 people were killed.

Darmanin said the terrorist threat in the nation remains “extremely high” as it prepares to go to the polls in a historically divisive and violent election on Sunday.

It comes as France is on its highest level of security alert as the Games approach, with the Parisian chief of Police saying Islamist terrorism is the main security worry.

Laurent Nunez told a press conference: “Islamist terrorism remains our main concern.

“There is no clear-cut threat yet against the Games and our country but I’d like to remind you that at the end of May, two individuals were arrested in Saint-Etienne and were plotting a project aimed directly at the Olympic Games.

“The terrorist threat remains just as important as the protest threat posed by radical environmental groups, the ultra-left and the pro-Palestinian movement.”

France has two big upcoming security challenges, Bastille Day on July 14 and the Olympic games which begin on July 26.

The opening ceremony is the first of its kind to be set to be the first to be held outside a stadium, with more than 10,000 athletes expected to sail along a 3.7-mile stretch of the Seine in Paris on 160 barges.

Organisers had originally planned to accommodate some 600,000 people to watch the ceremony from the riverbank, but this has been scaled down to 300,000.

France Votes in Final Round of Election Dominated by Marine Le Pen

Screenshot X

France goes to polls on Sunday for the second round of an election expected to deliver a right-wing triumph in what has been a starkly divided national parliament.

President Emmanuel Macron called the snap elections three years ahead of time after his neo-liberalist forces were roundly trounced in June’s European parliament vote, a political gamble that has spectacularly backfired, AFP reports.

Marine Le Pen’s surging right-wing populist National Rally (RN) triumphed in the June 30 opening round and remains set to repeat the feat in Sunday’s run off races.

Her supporters see their vote punishing the elite political class they see as out of touch with everyday people and their concerns such as crime, purchasing power, and unconstrained immigration surging through open borders.

It remains to be seen if her level of national support is sufficient to land the absolute majority that would force Macron to appoint Le Pen’s lieutenant, the RN party leader Jordan Bardella, 28, as the country’s youngest ever prime minister just weeks before Paris hosts the Olympics.

The past seven days have seen more than 200 tactical-voting pacts between centre and left-wing candidates in seats in a desperate attempt to prevent the RN winning total victory.

As Breitbart News reported, in some cases even quite senior politicians including serving cabinet ministers are standing down to give others who scored more highly in the first round a clear run at beating Le Pen’s RN.

One such case is Macronist Dominique Faure, the minister for Communities and Rural Affairs, who only came third in her constituency on Sunday and is throwing her support behind a socialist to beat the first place RN.

Many in France remain baffled over why Macron called an election which could see the RN doubling its presence in parliament and his contingent of leftist MPs halving in number.

But the president, much given to theatrical gestures, appears intent on executing what he calls a “clarification” of French politics, which he hopes will eventually leave three clear camps of right, centre and hard left.

“France is on the cusp of a seismic political shift,” said analysts at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) as noted by AFP, warning even if Macron controlled the government after the election he would face “legislative gridlocks”.

Macron, who disappeared from public view over recent days in order not to provoke the electorate further, has vowed to serve out his term until 2027, when he must step down.

Initial polling projections are expected when the final voting stations close at 8pm Paris time (1800 GMT), with early official results expected late Sunday night into early Monday morning.
