CA 7-Yr-Old Punished as Racist for ‘Any Life Matters’ Drawing: You don’t hate woke school administrators enough

The ugly anti-white racism that underlies wokeness is a cancer in our communities, intentionally designed to foment racial friction, resentment, and guilt. This neo-Marxist poison was first injected into universities and eventually seeped all the way down to the youngest levels of our educational system, where woke administrators and teachers wield this ideological weapon to indoctrinate, divide, and even punish children – the most innocent among us. Hand in hand with this divisive strategy is the state’s agenda to transfer authority over children from their own parents to these administrators and teachers, while denying parents even an awareness of the schools’ facilitation of everything from birth control to sex changes for the kids. However much you are outraged by the anti-family grooming and anti-white racism of such administrators and teachers, it isn’t enough.

My friend Kira Davis – Fox News contributor, author, RedState Editor-at-Large, podcast hostess, and frequent Dan Bongino fill-in – posted an exclusive at RedState two years ago about a California mother named Chelsea Boyle, whose then-7-year-old daughter was punished for the grievous sin of drawing a Black Lives Matter-related picture for her friends which suggested that “any life” matters. As we grownups are all painfully aware, the Marxist revolutionaries of BLM denounce as racist the reasonable sentiment that All Lives Matter because it does not sufficiently acknowledge the (nonexistent) genocide of black males at the hands of a racist police force. Thus, the woke principal at Viejo Elementary School in Mission Viejo decided to make an example of the little girl, who is white.

After a 2021 school lesson on BLM (for first-graders), Boyle’s empathetic daughter (referred to in a recent lawsuit as “B.B.” to protect her privacy) drew a picture of her friends of all different races, and in childlike lettering, wrote “Black Lives mater [sic]” on it, with the added sentiment, “any life.”

The picture went home with one of B.B.’s friends, who is black. That girl’s parents reportedly called the school to complain about a possible racial intent in the drawing. Viejo Elementary School principal Jesus Becerra then questioned B.B. about the drawing. He decided the drawing was “racist and inappropriate,” noting that including the phrase “any life” alongside “Black Lives Matter” was “inconsistent with values taught in the school.” He told B.B. she was not allowed to draw any more pictures for her friends, and she was forced to apologize to her friend on the playground in front of fellow students and school staff.

In addition, B.B. had her recess time revoked for two weeks and was forced to sit on a bench while her classmates played. As if this abuse weren’t disturbing enough, Becerra never even notified the parents. B.B. kept quiet in her shame and dismay, and it was a full year later before Boyle accidentally learned of all this from a friend. Boyle was never informed even though she volunteered hundreds of hours in the classroom and at school events.

“My immediate reaction,” Boyle told Kira Davis,

is just…I feel like I got hit by a bus, but I didn’t understand it. And I thought, oh, you know, my daughter has just been discriminated against. And I didn’t even want to contact a lawyer, but I just didn’t know what had happened to us.

[…]

I don’t teach [about] Black Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, [or] anything in my house because I think my children are too young [for politics]. My children see color as a color, as a description. I am trying to raise them the way the world should be, not the way it is. That’s how I’m trying to make my personal change. [H]er best friend is brown — not black, but brown — and she didn’t understand why she didn’t matter, why her friend didn’t matter. She has another friend that is Japanese; she doesn’t understand.

Boyle was heartbroken and immediately shot an angry email to Becerra and other district officials, who had the arrogance not even to respond. Boyle sent a second, more restrained message requesting a formal apology to the daughter and to the other child’s family, who apparently never wanted B.B. to be punished in the first place. Boyle got only a terse reply from Becerra and essentially silence from school board reps. As Davis writes, Boyle “was denied the opportunity to lodge her complaints in the timely manner supposedly guaranteed by the official disciplinary procedural guidelines, [and] the school board was not able to provide any resolution either.”

Chelsea Boyle filed a First Amendment lawsuit against the school district, but the federal district court upheld the school’s actions, reasoning that, in the classroom, elementary school students simply have no First Amendment rights. Did you catch that? Woke educators constantly assert that children’s rights should outrank parental authority, but when it comes to little white children who innocently challenge BLM orthodoxy, they have no rights.

The Pacific Legal Foundation took up Boyle’s case at no charge, and last week filed an appeal asking the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse the lower court ruling and restore the free speech rights of all students, including first-graders: “An elementary school is not a totalitarian environment in which students have no rights. The district court was wrong to claim otherwise and set a dangerous precedent, totally stripping elementary school students of their First Amendment rights.”

Regardless of how this appeal plays out, Principal Becerra’s actions (not to mention the complicity of other teachers and school staff) constitute child abuse, on the most basic level, by a school official who should be canned and barred from working with children ever again. On another level, this racist, woke abuse was no different from Communist struggle sessions in which dissidents are humiliated, ostracized, and forced to publicly apologize for “incorrect” beliefs. Only, in this instance, the dissident was too young even to understand what dissidence is, much less to be held responsible for unwittingly expressing a politically unacceptable statement, for which she was emotionally brutalized by a cruel adult ideologue “of color” who felt morally justified because the little girl is white.

Wokeness is a poison, and every adult involved in the mistreatment of this child, from the principal Jesus Becerra to any teachers who were aware of it and did not object, must be held accountable and driven out of education. Parents must organize and relentlessly pursue accountability in every school where wokeness reigns, until this systematic abuse of our youth is eradicated.

Federal judges uphold Tennessee law prohibiting children from attending drag shows

Drag WhiteHaven / Shutterstock.com

A three-judge panel of the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed Tennessee’s right to prohibit sexually-charged performances from venues accessible to minors, enabling the state to crack down on LGBT activists exposing children to drag shows as part of their efforts to break down gender distinctions.

Enacted in March 2023 and originally slated to take effect that July, Tennessee’s Adult Entertainment Act (SB 3) prohibits “adult cabaret entertainment,” including “topless dancers, go-go dancers, exotic dancers, strippers,” or “male or female impersonators who provide entertainment that appeals to a prurient interest” from taking place “on public property or in a location where the adult cabaret performance could be viewed by a person who is not an adult.” Initial violations are misdemeanors, repeat offenses can become felonies punishable by up to six years in prison.

Various groups including Blount County Pride (BCP), so-called “Christian” drag performer Flamy Grant, and the left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) took legal action, declaring the letter a “naked attempt to chill free speech,” securing multiple temporary injunctions. Blount County District Attorney Ryan Desmond had previously warned BCP that it could be prosecuted for any explicit performances at an LGBT “Pride” event it had been planning at the time.

On July 18, a 6th Circuit panel ruled that drag theater organization Friends of George’s (FOG), another of the plaintiffs, “did not meet its burden to show standing” to sue in the case, because it failed to establish that it actually intended to “exhibit adult cabaret entertainment—performances lacking value for even reasonable 17-year-olds—to an audience containing minors.”

Nor, the judges found, did FOG show that its “alleged intention to breach the AEA” was “arguably affected with a constitutional interest,” when “the law in this area is clear—there is no constitutional interest in exhibiting indecent material to minors.” The panel further reminded that the AEA “doesn’t even ban these performances, merely restricting them to adult-only zones.”

“Tennessee’s Adult Entertainment Act has been consistently misrepresented since its adoption,” celebrated Tennessee Republican Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti. “As a state overflowing with world-class artists and musicians, Tennessee respects the right to free expression. But as the Court noted, Tennessee’s ‘harmful to minors’ standard is constitutionally sound and Tennessee can absolutely prohibit the exhibition of obscene material to children. The Court of Appeals focused on what the law actually says and ordered the case dismissed.”

FOG responded that it was “shocked and disappointed” by the decision, which it said “has left us and thousands of others in the LGBTQ+ community dangerously in limbo, with no clear answers as to how this ban will be enforced and by whom.” Calling the law “firmly rooted in hate,” the theater organization added that it is “consulting with our attorney on next steps.”

Democrat state Rep. Aftyn Behn called the court’s ruling a “misguided attack on the LGBTQ+ community,” the Associated Press reports.

Drag in particular has emerged as one of LGBT activists’ favored tools for exposing and acclimating children to the concepts of gender fluidity and sexual experimentation, via so-called “family-friendly” drag shows at schools and community events, or Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH) events in which crossdressers read books to children, often at public libraries.

DQSH organizers admit that the concept is intended to give children “unabashedly queer role models,” capture the “gender fluidity of childhood,” teach children to “defy rigid gender restrictions,” and mold them into “bright lights of change in their communities.”

Many of these events have exposed children to sexually perverted performances and drag queens who range from X-rated performers in their day jobs to convicted pedophiles and prostitutes, as well as materials promoting sexual promiscuity, including distributing condoms.

Far-Left French Lawmaker Declares Israeli Athletes ‘Not Welcome’ at Paris Olympics

A French MP declared that Israeli athletes are “not welcome” at the Paris Olympics and called for protests against Israeli participation in the games.

Thomas Portes, the lawmaker who represents the 3rd constituency of the heavily multicultural Seine-Saint-Denis suburb of Paris in the National Assembly, has come under heavy criticism for saying on Saturday that athletes from Israel should not be allowed to participate in the Olympics.

“We are a few days away from an international event that will be held in Paris, which is the Olympic Games. I am here to say that no, the Israeli delegation is not welcome in Paris.”

Portes, formerly of the French Communist Party and now a member of the far-left LFI party of radical socialist Jean-Luc Mélenchon, made the comments at an anti-Israeli demonstration in Paris. He went on to call for “a mobilization” against Israeli athletes before the games begin next week, Le Figaro reports.

Yonathan Arfi, the president of the Representative Council of Jewish Institutions of France (CRIF), accused the leftist lawmaker of putting “a target on the back of Israeli athletes.”

“1972: 11 Israeli athletes are murdered by Palestinian terrorists at the Munich Olympics. 2024: LFI calls for the exclusion of Israeli athletes from the Paris Olympics. Since October 7, Thomas Portes has legitimised Hamas. He is now putting a target on the backs of Israeli athletes, already the most threatened at the Olympic Games,” Arfi said.

The president of the European Jewish Organization (OJE), Muriel Ouaknine-Melki said that her organisation would file a formal complaint against the LFI MP.

Portes has previously faced sanctions after being pictured putting his foot on a ball featuring the effigy of then Minister of Labour Olivier Dussopt during a protest against pension reforms. The LFI lawmaker was suspended from the National Assembly for two weeks over the incident.

La France Insoumise has long been accused of antisemitism and of cozying up to radical Islamists in France, with its leader, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, controversially downplaying the rise in anti-Jewish incidents in France following the October 7th terror attacks on Israel. The party has also steadfastly refused to label Hamas as terrorists.

Despite this, President Emmanuel Macron sided with the New Popular Front — a leftist electoral alliance that includes the LFI — in a controversial move to prevent the populist National Rally party of Marine Le Pen from winning the legislative elections earlier this month.

BREAKING: JOE BIDEN DROPS OUT OF PRESIDENTIAL RACE!

Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race on Sunday.

Biden tweeted this out minutes ago.

The Gateway Pundit reported last week that Newsmax reporter Mark Halperin said that Joe Biden is going to drop out of the 2024 presidential race as early as Sunday.

Powerful Democrats such as Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, and Hakeem Jeffries are all doubting Biden’s viability.

Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries are now working behind the scenes to sabotage Joe Biden.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries quietly convinced the DNC to delay its presidential nomination vote.

According to Mark Halperin, Biden is not expected to endorse Kamala Harris. He will not resign the presidency.

Halperin said there will be an open convention with Kamala Harris and about three others. He floated a couple of potential running mates for Harris: Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear and PA Gov. Josh Shapiro.

How many French synagogues and cathedrals can burn due to ‘incidents’?

by Giulio Meotti

November 24, 2018: Pontoise Cathedral burns.

February 6, 2019: Lavaur Cathedral burns.

March 18, 2019: the cathedral-basilica of Saint-Sulpice burns.

April 15, 2019: Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris burns.

June 12, 2020: Rennes cathedral burns.

July 18, 2020: Nantes Cathedral burns.

Six great cathedrals of France set on fire.

Now another is added: Rouen, the city which, said Maupassant, “cannot be described, you have to know it”. The city of Madame Bovary’s forbidden loves with Leo, her “Babylon”. The cathedral city painted thirty times by Monet. The city of the “hundred bell towers”and the Place du Vieux-Marché, where Joan of Arc was burned alive during the Hundred Years’ War.

In 2018, 32 churches burned.

In 2019, the year of Notre Dame, 22 churches burned.

In 2023, 23 churches on fire.

In 2024 so far, 12 churches on fire.

And often multiple churches burn in the same city. The Basilica of Saint-Nicolas in Nantes was almost destroyed by fire.

These numbers are not a coincidence, but a clue.

Like that three churches were burned in ten days in Paris. At the church of Notre-Dame-de-Fatima, in the 19th arrondissement of the capital, they used a flammable liquid. At the church of Saint-Martin-des-Champs, in the 10th arrondissement, pieces of wood.

In 2024 alone, churches burned in Viarme, Neufchâtel, Agneuax, Dannevoux, Poitiers, Bioussac, Revel… And just to name a few. A number similar to the churches burned in Pakistan, where however we know who the arsonist is, while in Europe we blow the whistle with impunity.

Incredible numbers and not to mention the desecrations and acts of vandalism. And it scares me that no one, except for very few, are scared.

In France dozens of cathedrals, basilicas and village churches are burning but we say: “Maybe there was a problem with the electrical system, maybe someone left a cigarette butt, maybe the alarm was faulty and even if it was criminal we don’t know who it was.”

For Nantes, three fire outbreaks but the authorities favor the cause being an “accident”. The prosecutor’s office is still “investigating” the fire at Notre Dame. They talk about “involuntary destruction by fire”: interesting definition.

Instead, I suspect that these fires have to do with what happened at the synagogues of Bondy, Clichy, Trappes and many other Jewish places of worship in France.

I remember those Islamist posters that said about Notre Dame: “Its construction began in the year 1163 and ended in 1345. It is time to say goodbye to your oratory of polytheism.”

Giulio Meotti is an Italian journalist with Il Foglio and writes a twice-weekly column for Arutz Sheva. He is the author of 20 books, including “A New Shoah”, that researched the personal stories of Israel’s terror victims, published by Encounter.

His writing has appeared in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Gatestone Institute and Die Weltwoche. He is also a Middle East Forum Writing Fellow.

I may be a conspiracy theorist, but I don’t buy it.

I don’t think it’s possible for six cathedrals and hundreds of churches to burn down accidentally and fortuitously. So a question arises in my mind: does the fact that someone hates the symbols of Western faith to the point of wanting to burn them scare us to the point of covering everything up with silence and technical misdirections?

While the seminary in Metz, France, was closing, the construction site for the new Great Mosque was opened a few kilometers away. There have never been atheist civilizations in history (not even the Albania of the communist butcher Hoxha) and nature does not tolerate gaps.

But the alarm bells have stopped ringing for a society as devoted as today’s Europe to the belief that life means sleeping late.

Bonne nuit, West!

Syrian man says after theft in a German petrol station: ‘I’m Arab and don’t have to pay anything’

A particularly brazen shoplifting incident occurred in Thuringia on Saturday. A 27-year-old Syrian man entered a petrol station in Oberroßla, a district of the town of Apolda in the Weimarer Land district.
He determinedly demanded a packet of cigarettes, a lighter and an energy drink from the sales staff, according to the police. But the young man apparently didn’t want to pay. The staff’s demands to pay for the goods were ignored. Instead, the Syrian left the shop.

When asked about the theft, he also provided a suitable reason for not handing over the money: he is an Arab and does not have to pay anything, the man explained. The police were called. The officers caught the thief and his loot near the petrol station and opened an investigation against him.

Woke madness as London’s Albert Memorial ‘considered highly offensive’ as it reflects ‘Victorian view of the world’

The iconic landmark has come under fireWikimedia Commons

London’s Albert Memorial has been slammed as “highly offensive” and “drawing on racial stereotypes” by Royal Parks.

The memorial, which towers over the nearby Royal Albert Hall, has stood in Kensington Gardens since 1872 – but now, custodians have slated the monument for representing “problematic” values.

On Royal Parks’ website, the memorial is criticised for “reflecting a Victorian view of the world that differs from mainstream views today”.

Its description continues: “Its representation of certain continents draws on racial stereotypes that are now considered offensive.”

Royal Parks’ critique of the structure centres on four statues which represent Asia, Africa, America and Europe – which it calls reflective of a “Victorian view of European supremacy”.

The statues depict the continents through stereotypical people and animals from each continent, like a camel for Africa and an Indian elephant for Asia.

But Royal Parks highlight how one sculpture of an “uncivilised” man described as “rising up from barbarism” by contemporary guidebooks mirrored the “problematic” views of the time.

Though custodians also point out how the statues don’t explicitly represent the British Empire – rather that they “memorialise the nations that contributed to the Great Exhibition of 1851”.

Royal Parks lambasted some of the colonial-era statuesWikimedia Commons/Pexels

The website continues: “Though the Empire has traditionally been celebrated as a symbol of British supremacy, many today consider this view as problematic because colonialism often relied on the oppression and exploitation of people, resources and cultures.”

Royal Parks said that it updated its information about the statue late last year as part of an drive to “regularly review and update information about our landscape and heritage features, across all our parks to enhance visitor experience”.

But the description has come under fire online, with commentators weighing in to lambast parts of the “Albert in the Age of Empire” info-page.

Former Margaret Thatcher aide Nile Gardiner expressed his fury at the news; on social media, he wrote: “Complete insanity. These woke morons should be fired.”

The Royal Parks said that it updated its information about the statue late last yearFlickr

Elsewhere online, hundreds of social media users slated what they claimed formed part of a campaign to “eradicate our country and its history”.

Some pointed to the so-called “cancellation” of other monuments in the UK and US in the wake of 2020’s widespread Black Lives Matter protests – which had seen a swathe of statues removed, vandalised or even toppled.

The criticism follows the news that, just weeks ago, Glasgow Council was weighing up removing a set of statues of British military heroes pending a decision from an “antislavery working group”.

Glasgow’s SNP-led local authority had commissioned a review into public artwork following said BLM protests – and councillor Graham Campbell had said bronzes of Sir John Moore and Field Marshal Colin Campbell were especially problematic.

GB News has approached Royal Parks for comment.

Pakistan: Police arrest man on blasphemy charges, mob attack and damage the police station demanding the suspect’s handover to them

A Police Station was attacked in Pakistan’s Okara by people after a man was arrested on blasphemy charges. The mob attacked the police station where the man was kept demanding that the accused man be handed over to them. A total of 18 people have been arrested while 134 have been booked by the police in the case.

As per reports, a villager was going through Behlolpur when he saw a man allegedly burning the pages of the Holy Quran along a mosque wall. He informed others about the incident and soon a large crowd assembled at the place. But the police also arrived swiftly and arrested the accused and registered a case against him.

After this, a mob gathered at the police station demanding the suspect be handed over to them. The situation escalated in an attack on the police station by the mob. The police station building was damaged in the attack. The police had to shift the arrested suspect to a safer place to protect him from the mob.

As per the FIR filed on the attack, a mob carrying rods, bricks, stones and weapons gathered outside the police station, chanting slogans against the police. They demanded the handover of the suspect who had allegedly burnt the pages of the Holy Quran. The police assured them that the arrested person will face the law, but the mob didn’t relent.

The mob started hurling stones at the police station, breaking window pans and damaging other items. Forces from nearby police stations had to be called to contain the situation.

As per a report filed by the SHO, 134 people were booked for the attack, and 18 have been arrested. They were arrested after being identified with the help of  geo-fencing and other identification methods.

Numerous cases have been reported from Pakistan where accusations of blasphemy have been manipulated or fabricated for various reasons, leading to severe consequences for those accused. In 2009, Asia Bibi, a Christian woman, was accused of blasphemy after an argument with Muslim coworkers over a water bowl. She was sentenced to death in 2010.

Her conviction was overturned by the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 2018 which cited insufficient evidence.

In the Mashal Khan case of 2017, a mob at Abdul Wali Khan University wrongly accused Mashal Khan of blasphemy, leading to his tragic lynching. Subsequently, multiple individuals were convicted and received death sentences for their roles in his murder.

In 2012, Rimsha Masih, a young Christian girl, faced blasphemy charges after being found near burnt Quran pages. Due to her young age and mental challenges, the charges against her were dropped, and she was granted asylum in Canada in 2016.

Junaid Hafeez, a university lecturer, was detained in 2013 on accusations of blasphemy related to alleged social media posts. His trial has faced numerous delays and challenges, prompting international human rights organizations to advocate for his release.

In the case of Shama and Shehzad in 2014, a Christian couple was accused of blasphemy and subsequently killed by a mob, who then burned their bodies in a brick kiln.

Several individuals involved in their murder were sentenced to death. These cases underscore the serious implications and often deadly consequences of blasphemy accusations in Pakistan, highlighting a need for reforms and protections against misuse of controversial blasphemy laws.
