A man who identifies as a woman has been sentenced to 16 years in prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting multiple young boys. In their statement on the sentence, Lancashire Police declined to use pronouns for Joanne Evans, while local media referred to him as “they/them.”

Evans, 40, was first arrested in 2020 after police became aware that he had been sexually preying on young boys in Swansea. The youngest victim was just 8 years old at the time he was sexually assaulted, and two additional victims who came forward were both under the age of 13.

Evans was charged with assault by penetration of a child and sexual assault by touching of a child, but was not remanded to custody. Earlier this month, he was expected in Burnley Crown Court but refused to appear, resulting in a jury finding him guilty in his absence.

On May 17, Evans was sentenced to a total of 17 years, with 16 years in prison and 1 year on community license.

In a statement on his sentencing, Detective Constable Hannah Brown of the East Child Protection Team said: “Evans is a manipulative individual who sexually assaulted the three young victims for sexual gratification … I want to praise the victims in this case who showed immense bravery, having to re-live their ordeal while giving evidence.”

She added: “I hope the outcome of this case will encourage other victims to come forward, knowing they will be believed, listened to, and that we will do everything in our power to put the perpetrator before the courts.”

In the statement, Lancashire Police did not use pronouns for Evans, but noted that he “uses different male and female names and identities.” The statement did not include what other names or identities Evans utilized.

In media coverage of the sentence, most outlets referred to Evans by gender neutral “they/them” pronouns.

In February of 2023, a new prison policy came into force in Britain stipulating that transgender inmates would no longer be housed in women’s prisons if they had male genitalia or had committed a sexual crime. The policy was later extended to include men who had committed any crimes classified as violent.

The policy had come into force after a heated debate broke out over the transfer of a repeat rapist who identified as transgender to a women’s prison.

The Scottish Green Party recently expelled 13 members for asserting that “sex is a biological reality.”

The 13 now ex-greenies had the temerity, the gall, shall we say the chutzpah, to sign a declaration stating that biological women were entitled to sex-based rights and protections, and expressing concern that gender critical views were being “silenced.”

Well, I never! They are lucky they didn’t receive the death penalty!

The unlucky 13 were ejected because their fellow party members decided that they somehow posed a risk to the “safety of all trans and non-binary members.” What about the risk trans and non-binary members demonstrably pose to non-trans and binary members, especially females? (By way of historical context, in 2018, the Scottish Green Party adopted a rule that said “trans-exclusionary individuals of any kind are not welcome as members.” Talk about exclusionary! LOL! Not very welcoming or tolerant!)

The truth is dangerous to those who have an agenda opposing it. Galileo’s belief in a heliocentric universe threatened Catholic authorities of his time. He was forced to recant his beliefs … and spend the rest of his life under house arrest.

That is comparable to what is happening now to those who dare to posit that there are, essentially, only two sexes, males and females. (Or to those who don’t believe abortion is a “natural right,” or that the coronavirus vaccine mandates were perfectly ethical and legal, or that January 6 was in no way an “insurrection,” Etc., etc.) In fact, the non-religious religion of leftism is far less tolerant, far more vicious, and entertains actions far more vile than anything Catholics thought of doing to Galileo — or anybody else. That is simply historically — and statistically — inarguable. Our modern day “experts/scientists” want to burn nonbelievers at the stake, at least figuratively.

But if sex isn’t a biological reality, nothing is. Humans aren’t, dogs aren’t, etc., as none of us would be here without it. And what about the (formerly?) respected concept of species? Maybe species aren’t real, either.

I, for one, am sick and tired of the new bioillogical reality. It isn’t science, it isn’t biology, and it isn’t reality. At best, it’s a fad and an adventure in pushing the envelope. At worst, it is an attack on God. (See Genesis.)

We are supposed to seek truth. The Bible tells us so. Though, if it didn’t, it would still be a logical imperative. That many are now facing severe punishment for telling the truth is more than troubling. To some, it could possibly be a sign of the end times. It is certainly a sign of very bad times. As Orwell so aptly noted, “The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it.” We have drifted far from the truth now, and those of us who openly and routinely state it are routinely savaged. But that must not deter us from seeking — or stating — it.

That, too, is the truth, no matter what the Scottish Green Party and other “experts” say.

Police have launched an investigation into a bakery that made a Hamas-theme cake for a four-year-old boy’s birthday.

The cake made by Oven Bakery by Fufu in Sydney featured an image of terrorist Abu Ubaida, a propagandist for the group, as well as numerous Palestinian flags.

The notorious figure also appeared on a batch of cupcakes adorned with the red, white, green and black flags.

The bakery, who posted photos of the boy posing beside the baked goods online, initially received praise for its creations, with followers commenting that the four-year-old, who wore an outfit similar to Ubaida, “was a champion” and a “cutie mashallah”.

However, a furious backlash quickly followed, with the company shutting down its Facebook and Instagram pages, with the Australian Federal Police now investigating.

Premier of New South Wales Chris Minns described the photos as “horrifying”.

He described Hamas as “an evil terrorist organisation” and said that “kids’ parties should be innocent and fun, not hateful”.

Jewish groups have also condemned the bakery for making the cake for a children’s party, as well as the family of the boy who is a victim of “indoctrination”.

“Dressing a child up as a terrorist, including with what appears to be a Hamas headband is reprehensible and a form of child abuse,” Australian Jewish Group chief executive Robert Gregory said, the Daily Telegraph reported.

“Islamic extremism and radicalisation of youth is not just a problem for the Jewish community. It’s a threat to all Australians.

“Indoctrination starts at a young age and is similar to what is seen across the Middle East.”

Alex Ryvchin, Executive Council of Australian Jewry co-chief executive, said that boys his age should have cakes with Batman or Football themes, not decorated with a terrorist.

It takes a rare kind of psychosis to want to teach infant children that Hamas terrorists are to be admired and emulated,’ he said.

“If this is what is happening in some Sydney homes, we should prepare for a generation of violent extremists.

“The authorities should be aware of this incident.”

Germany’s domestic intelligence agency, the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz (BfV) is being used for political purposes and is protecting the interests of the Berlin Government’s three coalition parties, the Social Democrats, the Greens, and the liberal FDP, according to a BfV official who spoke anonymously about his concerns to the Schwäbische Zeitung.

The man, referred to as Gregor S. in the article, said the agency is not competent enough to investigate serious enemies of the state, genuinely violent left-wing and right-wing terrorists or radical Islamists, and instead goes after people who should not be of interest to the BfV: people who don’t like the Greens, hang up posters or submit posts on social media that are critical of the state. “What used to be considered legally acceptable criticism can now be a reason for the BfV to target someone,” he explained. The agency is devoting a lot of time to investigate not only these targets but their whole environment, their employers, their friends, their lovers.

In the meantime, they also receive information that is inconvenient, and is ignored by the BfV—such as extremist tendencies or developments within mainstream parties, like the Social Democrats, the Greens, and the left-wing Die Linke. This kind of information would be relevant to the services, but the BfV doesn’t dare touch it, says Gregor S. The current situation “undermines the rule of law much more than any skinhead could ever manage,” he adds.

Gregor S.’s words echo those of Hans-Georg Maaßen, who was the head of the BfV from 2012 to 2018. In an interview last year, he said that the BfV’s duty is to protect the constitution; it shouldn’t serve the interests of the government, and it definitely shouldn’t protect the government from the opposition. The agency placed Maaßen under observation this year for his alleged proximity to individuals in the ‘right-wing extremist’ scene. He accused Interior Minister Nancy Faeser—who oversees the BfV—of misusing the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz to combat political opponents.

In the past five years, Maaßen has been an outspoken critic of mass migration into Germany, the left-wing government’s woke agenda, and climate policies. He also disapproves of his country sending weapons to Ukraine in the war against Russia—many reasons to have him stigmatised. One of the texts cited by the BfV in its investigation against Maaßen was an article in Die Weltwoche, in which he accused Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Nancy Faeser of working to bring about the “collapse of German society” via mass migration in order “to build a neo-socialist social system on its rubble.”

The anti-globalist right-wing party Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) makes the same argument as Maaßen regarding the witch hunt against political opponents of the current government. The opposition party, which has been riding high in opinion polls, has been labelled an extremist organisation by the BfV, which means the agency can use intelligence tools against the AfD, such as phone tapping, intercepting emails, or recruiting informants from inside the party.

Critics of the government say that the country’s institutions are being weaponised to persecute anyone who deviates from mainstream thinking. As we recently reported, a 16-year-old student was removed from class and interrogated by police after she allegedly expressed support for the AfD and posted right-wing content online. We also reported on how police officers themselves who are suspected of holding opinions deemed unacceptable by Nancy Faeser and her political allies, risk having their employment terminated under a new law.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has denounced Europe’s political Right during a contentious European Broadcasting Union debate described by protesters as a “sham”.

On March 23, von der Leyen marched into a near-empty European Parliament to debate the lead candidates of the EU’s centrist and left-wing groups, avoiding any engagement with the media.

Outside, a small but vocal group of protesters gathered around a large placard reading “Stop Ursula”.

Organiser Nicolas Lefèvre told Brussels Signal that what he termed the Eurovision-style debate was a “sham”, labelling it “undemocratic”.

“The problem is that there is no debate, there is no contradiction,” he said.

Lefèvre also pointed out that what he called a lack of transparency highlighted alleged murkiness surrounding the European Parliament candidates’ backgrounds ahead of the elections in June.

“We don’t know where they come from. We don’t know what they have done before,” he said.

The European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) and the Identity and Democracy (ID) parties were not present at the debate, having been excluded by the EBU over their rejection of the controversial Spitzenkandidat (lead candidate) process.

ID group and Vlaams Belang MEP Gerolf Annemans expressed frustration at the right being excluded from the debate, insisting that they wanted to truly debate Europe’s future, unlike — he said —  von der Leyen.

“Our group wants to participate in substantive debates about the future of the EU,” he said.

“And that is certainly not the case with this bad piece of theatre with several self-appointed candidates for the presidency of the European Commission. For us, the focus is not on the Commission but on the [EU] Council.”

During the two-hour, presidential-style debate broadcast across the European Union, von der Leyen defended her record without facing significant opposition.

The debate was seen by many as a poor imitation of the previous debate that took place on April 29.

Candidates repeatedly quizzed von der Leyen about potential alliances with the ECR and ID in the next Parliament.

Sandro Gozi warned against aligning with ECR, describing the group as anti-European, while Nicolas Schmidt of the Socialists and Democrats (S&D) labelled ECR and ID as “not democratic forces”.

In response, von der Leyen insisted she was not aligning with ECR as a whole but rather with certain national delegations, not ruling out working with Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni.

She categorically ruled out any co-operation with ID, condemning what she said was the group’s pro-Putin stance and its intent to dismantle the EU. “They may have different names and principles but they have one thing in common: They’re friends of Putin and they want to destroy our Europe,” she said.

If you’re still speculating what new sexual identity, leftists will embrace between men in dresses and the inevitable pedophilia reckoning, Polyamory, or a whole bunch of people living together as a sexual unit, seems like a good bet.

And Berkeley, named after a bishop, is the perfect place for a trial balloon for how to wreck what’s left of the country’s moral code.

Berkeley passed a new law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of relationship and family structure Tuesday, creating some of the first legal protections for people in non-normative relationships.

If you’re living in your very own sex cult, Berkeley has you covered.

The law applies to polyamorous couples and families, as well as single-parent and multi-generational households — anything outside of a monogamous couple and nuclear family structure.

In practice what does that mean? One basic difference between polyamory and other sexual identities is sheer number. Does that mean that if 50 people decide to move into a one-bedroom apartment, it’s okay? If Berkeley is going to treat a bunch of people living together as a protected sexual identity, it’ll do interesting things to zoning laws. Even if laws carve out exceptions, then disparate impact kicks in and the rest is history.

“We see polyamory as one of many stigmatized forms of building relationship and family against the backdrop of a culture that really sets you up to ‘couple,’” said Lily Lamboy, co-founder of Modern Family Institute.

Lamboy is in a polyamorous marriage, lives in an eight-person co-op house in the Berkeley Hills and helps parent the child of a single mother. Through Modern Family Institute, they work on building societal acceptance of a range of relationships and family structures like theirs.

Massive child abuse is obviously the point. This starts with “housing discrimination” and then escalates to family law.

“We know people who have lost custody hearings because their partner outed them in court and the judge ruled against them as an unstable and unsafe parent, because they had a nontraditional relationship structure,” Lamboy’s husband, Alexei Savtchenko, said.

As any qualified family therapist will tell you two years from now after this has become the de factor liberal position, children are healthiest when they’re around a bunch of mentally unstable people abusing each other. That’s why cults produce the healthiest kids.

But if you question any of this, you’re obviously on the ‘wrong side of history’.

Family structures like Lamboy’s are becoming increasingly common. About 5% of people are in consensual non-monogamous relationships, and about 1 in 5 people will engage in such relationships throughout their lifetime.

Increasingly common. The gaslighting should sound familiar. You may never have heard of this, but 1 in 5 people are doing this? Or will be once there are enough shows and TikTok videos promoting this aberrant behavior by a tiny fringe minority with mental and social problems.

“The push by Berkeley and Oakland to formalize polyamorous families is cultural suicide,” Greg Burt, vice president of the California Family Council, said in a statement. “History and experience have shown children thrive best in nuclear father, mother, and child families. A civilization that rejects this biblical model for family life, is hell-bent on its own destruction.”

Well isn’t that the whole point of Berkeley?

The City Council in Almería, Spain, is under fire after launching a poster campaign on sexual consent which featured a child on one version of the signage. The campaign, which advised individuals to seek consent from sexual partners, was withdrawn after immense backlash on social media.

Launched earlier this month, the urban poster campaign was approved by the City Council and utilized approximately 18,000 Euros in funding from the Ministry of Equality. Focusing on sexual violence, the primary slogan created for the campaign was a “no means no”-style advisory which read: “If [he/she] says no, it’s not sex, it’s aggression.”

The posters also included various statistics on sexual violence and branding associated with the City of Almería and the Ministry of Equality.

But while most of the posters featured stock images of adult women behind the text, one design used a photo of a little boy instead.

Superimposed over the young child’s face is the standard campaign slogan, “If he says no, it’s not sex, it’s aggression.” The poster also provided statistics on sexual violence against minors, reading: “72.3% of sexual assaults against minors occur in the victim’s family and school environment.”

Last week, photos of the poster featuring the boy began to circulate on social media, with Spanish users expressing outrage that the signage had been green-lit as it appeared to suggest that children can consent to sex.

“And if he says yes, it’s also aggression! Do not touch children,” proclaimed TV Presenter Sonia Ferrer, her tweet attracting over 80,000 ‘likes’ from similarly outraged readers.

“Withdraw this campaign of whitewashing pedophilia and resign en masse. This is intolerable,” wrote Rocío De Meer, a conservative politician with the Vox Party.

The Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party in Almería similarly demanded answers, with spokesperson Adriana Valverde grilling the City Council over “who had given the go-ahead to the poster.”

After photos of the poster began to go viral, the Ministry of Equality issued a scathing statement and demanded the campaign be ended.

“The Ministry of Equality demands the immediate withdrawal of a campaign that attacks children and that, under no circumstances, can be financed with funds from the State Pact on Gender Violence,” said a ministry spokeswoman on May 15.

The City Council in Almería immediately scrambled to comply, and quickly removed all of the campaign posters which featured the boy. A brief apology was posted to the Council’s official X account which claimed that proper screening had not been done.

The apology was not well-received, with many users continuing to demand the resignation of whoever was responsible for approving the poster.

The next day, on May 16, Almería Mayor María del Mar Vázquez announced the city was fully withdrawing the campaign, noting that: “the objective [of the campaign] has not been met and will not be met by being overshadowed by the controversy raised.”

The new Swedish Folklistan (The People’s List) party, launched last month by MEP Sara Skyttedal, formerly of the Christian Democrats, has learned the hard way that when you open your doors to anyone, anyone can enter.

Folklistan, created explicitly for the EU elections, made their candidate list for the EU elections open and were less than thrilled when notorious Danish-Swedish Quran-burner Rasmus Paludan decided to put his name on it.

Paludan’s public demonstrations against Islam—burning the Quran in public in several countries—have been met with Muslim riots in Sweden and earned him a travel ban from the UK. 

The Folklistan founder was less than thrilled over the new addition. Paludan, she said to Dagens Nyheter, is not welcome in her party because of his very public opposition to Islam, which Skyttedal says violates the party’s requirement for “respecting foundational democratic values,” adding:

We have chosen to have an open list before the election and over 500 people have chosen to stand. Among them there are fantastic people with genuine commitment. But an open list also makes it possible for complete idiots like Rasmus Paludan to run for office.

When asked about his candidacy, Paludan told Samnytt:

What she’s really saying is that she doesn’t like me and doesn’t want me to join the Folklistan party. She’s free to think so, I don’t think very highly of her either, but that doesn’t affect my ability to get elected. 

He also admitted that a motive for presenting himself as a candidate is to receive increased police protection, something he has requested due to Islamist threats but has been denied. 

An open list means Paludan has the right to be a candidate for the party. If enough Swedes were to choose his name on the ballot, Skyttedal has no power to prevent him from taking a seat in the European Parliament in the name of ‘her’ party. 

The chance—or risk—of that happening is, however, very slim, as is indeed Skyttedal’s own return to Brussels. A Swedish party needs 4% of the vote to get a seat in the European Parliament. In addition to that, Paludan would personally need 5% of the votes for his particular party. A recent Novus poll show the “other parties” category (which includes several other parties in addition to Folklistan) at 2.6%.

Basira H. was only 27 years old. The mother of three children was strangled by her own husband because she no longer wanted to be obedient. The Görlitz Regional Court sentenced Hasib B. (32) to life imprisonment on Thursday.
On the evening of the 11th of June 2023, the Afghan called the police to say that his wife was ‘ kaput’. He had allegedly found her dead at home after having eaten a kebab with their three children (aged 3 to 8). The police did not believe him and B. was taken into custody. The children were looked after by the youth welfare office.
In the children’s home, the two older girls (6 and 8) revealed themselves to their carers. Apparently they had witnessed the brutal murder of their own mother. During the trial, the Afghan husband denied the cruel deed to the end.
Prosecutor Ines Grajcarek ‘ said: “The defendant’s motive was that his wife no longer wanted to obey his morals and values and no longer wanted to submit to him.”
The woman had told her relatives and friends that she had been the victim of a forced marriage and wanted to leave her unloved husband. She had also met a new man with whom she had met several times before the murder.

Presiding judge Theo Dahm commented: ‘He denied his wife the right to live on without him. The murder was planned and prepared by him, he had a motive and the opportunity to commit the offence. There is no other perpetrator.’

According to the Görlitz Regional Court (Saxony), Hasib H. had searched for ‘ tips for killing’ on the internet before the murder. According to the court, the visit to the kebab shop with the children was an alibi created after the murder.
The convicted man’s lawyer announced that he would appeal the judgement before the Federal Court of Justice.
