France: “In connection with Islamist statements”, a pupil in a fourth class threatened to behead a pupil and attack his school. One pupil was arrested

An eighth-grade Snapchat group has attracted the attention of the police in Roanne in the Loire department. According to Europe 1, a pupil who is a member of this group filed a complaint on Monday evening because he had been threatened with death by decapitation by one of his classmates and the same young man had threatened to attack his Jules Ferry school.

“He posted a photo of a handgun and a video of an assault rifle and threatened the student with the intention of cutting off his head,” police sources reported.

According to information from Europe 1, the perpetrator renamed the Snapchat group “09h30”, referring to the time at which he intended to commit his crimes. The student who made the report also helped investigators identify the dangerous young man.

A police squad secured the school at 7.30am on Tuesday morning and at 9.15am a suspect was arrested and taken into police custody. “He is unknown to the Criminal Court (tribunal des antécédents judiciaires – TAJ) and the records of the Territorial Intelligence Service. The investigation is ongoing and the national police have been called in,” the police sources concluded.

Germany: UAE Ambassador Calls Pro-Caliphate Demonstration “Unacceptable

Ahmed Alattar Photo by UAEBerlin Media, CC BY-SA 4.0

The United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Germany, Ahmed Alattar, denounced last weekend’s Islamist demonstration in Hamburg where over a thousand radically anti-German Muslims gathered and called for the introduction of Sharia law and an Islamic state, among other demands.

The demonstration’s organizers are closely associated with the “confirmed extremist movement” ‘Muslim Interaktiv.’ Its slogans called Germany a “dictatorship of values” rang out, accompanied by “Allahu Akbar!” (God is great) chants. Most disturbingly, as The European Conservative reported, at least one placard read “a caliphate is the solution.”

screen grab X

Taking to the social media platform X to express his dismay, Alattar, said he found it “unbelievable, unacceptable, and incomprehensible” that people who’ve “found a home in Germany are turning against Germany,” but added he wasn’t especially taken aback by it since this behavior is “typical of political Islamists.”

Alattar’s concern echoes that of the Emirati Minister of Foreign Affairs. In 2017, Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan identified Europe’s Islamism problem as being due to its leaders’ indecisiveness, political correctness, and overconfidence in their understanding of Islam.

The ambassador’s sharp criticism of the demonstration and its participants stands in stark contrast with the rather tepid response from Germany’s left-activist interior minister, who told Der Tagespiegel the demonstration was “difficult to bear,” while refraining from addressing its anti-democratic, extremist character.

Faeser’s lackluster response to the demonstration—uniformly regarded as grossly inadequate by Germany’s right-of-center opposition—has prompted calls from the Values Union, Alternative for Germany, and the CDU for her immediate resignation.

Values Union chairman Hans-Georg Maaßen, who formerly served as the head of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV), castigated Faeser for shrugging off an “attack on the free democratic basic order” and refusing to “protect Germany from the enemies of the constitution.”

The interior minister, Maaßen continued, is therefore “a danger to the free democratic basic order and to Germany.” Chancellor Scholz should “finally remove this woman” from her position, he demanded.

Criticism from the AfD was every bit as scathing. The party’s Deputy Federal Spokesman Stephan Brandner wrote:

While Interior Minister Faeser focuses exclusively on the so-called “fight against the right,” Islamist groups dream of revolution. They are making plans for a ‘German caliphate’ and are openly spreading their propaganda.

Such propaganda events [calling for] dictatorship and terror are not only a disgrace but above all a danger for Germany. Anyone who does not want to acknowledge this and take decisive action against it should leave the minister’s chair as quickly as possible.

CDU General Secretary Carsten Linneman, meanwhile, slammed Faeser for failing abysmally to “realize the great danger that radical Islamic movements pose to German society,” calling it “scandalous” that the demonstration was allowed to materialize despite the minister’s “full-throated announcements that something like this would not be tolerated.”

The warning from UAE’s ambassador to Germany concerning the grave dangers posed to the West by political Islam is not the first to be delivered by high-ranking diplomats from the Arab country, which itself has enshrined Islam—albeit in a more tolerant form—as the State religion and the principal source of its legislation.

Speaking in 2017 at the Tweeps Forum in Riyadh, the UAE’s Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan warned of the problems now facing much of Europe:

There will come a day when we will see far more radicals, extremists and terrorists coming out of Europe because of a lack of decision-making, trying to be politically correct, or assuming that they [European leaders] know the Middle East, that they know Islam, that they know the others far better than we do. And I’m sorry but that’s pure ignorance.

Canadian college awards scholarship to man who plays on both men’s and women’s volleyball teams

Seneca College JHVEPhoto/Shutterstock

A man who seemingly switches between male and female to play on both sexes’ volleyball teams has been awarded a women’s scholarship by a Canadian community college.

This year, Seneca College in Toronto, Ontario awarded the Angela James Scholarship to Franz Lagardas, a supposedly gender-confused biological male who plays on both the men’s and women’s volleyball teams.

“But many people in the volleyball community are not confused – they’re furious,” Rebel News reporter David Menzies stated. “They’re the ones who tipped us off to this latest transanity nonsense.”

“Indeed, thanks to Mr. Lagardas receiving this scholarship, this deprives a genuine biological female from receiving the award,” he pointed out.

The Scholarship is named after Angela James, who the Canadian Encyclopedia refers to as “the Wayne Gretzky of women’s hockey.”

James was a pioneer in women’s hockey at a time when women’s hockey was just beginning. She led the Canadian women’s hockey team to four world championships in 1990, 1992, 1994, and 1997.

Interestingly, James has apparently caved to the LGBT mob and said nothing about her scholarship being awarded to a man, instead allowing women’s awards to be stolen by men pretending to be women.

According to Rebel News, Lagardas, a biological male, plays for both the men’s and women’s volleyball teams, depending on the season.

He is also known for reportedly giving his female opponents injuries on the volleyball court.

As LifeSiteNews previously reported, during a January match, Largadas was said to have “attacked the ball with heavy force,” giving female player a concussion.

The move to award Largadas comes as little surprise to those who have realized Ontario colleges’ commitment to the LGBT agenda.

Indeed, in January, men claiming to be women were permitted to play on female volleyballs teams, with both the Seneca College Sting and the Centennial College Colts having male players on their teams at a competition in Toronto.

Between the two teams, a total of five men were on the court, with three playing for Seneca and two playing for Centennial. Injuries to female players were reported.

“In both instances the players had to be substituted off the court,” a source wishing to remain anonymous told Rebel News at the time. “Although injuries do occur in the sport, the sheer force of a man’s volleyball attack is much more powerful than one of a biological women’s force.”

As men continue to enter and dominate women’s sports, female competitors and organizational bodies have started taking a stand.

Last November, a female boxer withdrew from a Quebec championship fight after learning that her competitor was a man claiming to be a woman.

Last August, the International Powerlifting Union declared that male Canadian “transgender” powerlifter “Anne” Andres must be banned from competing against women after he shattered a women’s lifting record.

Similarly, World Track and Field have banned people from participating in categories that do not align with their sex. Also, others have created special categories for gender-confused athletes.

Studies have repeatedly revealed that males hold a massive advantage over women in athletic competitions. A recent study published in Sports Medicine found that a year of “transgender” hormone drugs results in “very modest changes” in the inherent strength advantages of men.

PM Sánchez aiming for ‘regime change’ in Spain

Speaking at Moncloa Palace Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced he would remain in post. Screen grab youtube

The leader of the Spanish opposition has accused Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez of “working behind the scenes to foment a regime change” in Spain.

Alberto Núñez Feijóo of the centre-right Partido Popular (PP) called out Sánchez over remarks he made on April 29, during which he announced his decision to remain as premier after previously hinting he may resign the role.

The PP leader took particular issue with Sánchez’s declaration that Spain must fight “far-right” news outlets that are “perverting” democracy.

“He wants a country that fits him, that is beholden to him,” Feijóo claimed, adding that Sánchez’s address represented his “most dangerous speech” as Prime Minister.

“What Spain needs is a new democratic government, with a Prime Minister who is up for the task.”

Sánchez said he intended to lead a “democratic regeneration” in a late-night interview with the Spanish National Television Broadcasting Service (TVE).

He also criticised what he called “pseudo-media outlets” and added that he regretted not facing “the problem of digital news media” before this point.

Feijóo stressed Sánchez wanted “no opposition, justice or freedom of expression”, though ruled out holding a vote of no confidence against the Spanish leader.

Sánchez’s speech also prompted outrage from Spain’s hard-conservative VOX party, with party leader Santiago Abascal saying that the PM’s remarks were “a reaffirmation of his coup against unity, coexistence, the rule of Law, the separation of power, and freedom of the press”.

The conservative leader echoed the comments he made earlier this month at an event organised by the VOX think-tank, Fundación Disenso, who claimed the socialist leader represented “the European paradigm of corruption, the suppression of liberties and attacks on public property”.

Abascal went on to accuse the PP of leading merely lukewarm opposition to what he claimed was a “threat” to any “dissent”. He demanded the PP “breaks any agreements it has” with Sánchez’s party.

The war of words comes as pressure is put on the Spanish prime minister over corruption allegations involving his wife.

VOX announced on April 29 that the party intended to join official accusations against Sánchez’s wife over alleged influence peddling.

Sánchez has rejected the accusations, maintaining that he and his family have been the target of a “well-designed calculated strategy” fed by opposition parties.

“My wife and I know this defamation campaign will not stop,” he said on April 29, adding both would be willing to testify before the PP-led Senate if they were summoned to do so.

Sánchez’s governing coalition partner, SUMAR’s Yolanda Díaz, has backed the PM and encouraged him to “fight the Right and the far-right not with speeches, but with policies”.

Swedish police engaged in sexual relationships with gang members and fed information leading to multiple homicides, newspaper claims

Sweden has been shocked by a recent scandal after a daily newspaper published an investigation revealing that several police officers had leaked information to members of criminal gangs with whom they had links.

The Scandinavian country is the scene of a criminal gang war that reached an unprecedented level in late 2023 with a record number of armed clashes amid the struggle to control drug trafficking. Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson also expressed concern on Monday after a journalistic investigation by the daily Dagens Nyheter (DN) revealed that several police employees with sensitive gang-related information had passed it on to the criminals themselves.

In some cases, these officers and police employees allegedly had a relationship with the gang members. According to DN, in four cases, these leaks provoked retaliation that escalated to homicides.

At least 30 police employees have had to leave their posts as they were considered a “security risk”, according to the daily. Several criminals strategically began “sexual relationships with pre-selected police officers,” writes DN.

This is “very worrying information,” Ulf Kristersson reacted in an interview with the TT news agency, stressing the significant risk of a loss of the public’s confidence in the Swedish police force.

“It is very serious, and we will have to remedy this,” the prime minister added.

“The idea that mafia methods are being used to infiltrate the police cannot be entertained,” Kristersson insisted.

In mid-April, Sweden was rocked after a father was shot dead in broad daylight in the presence of his son in a Stockholm suburb. Several media outlets said he was killed because he resisted a criminal gang, which recruits young people who are below the age of criminal responsibility to carry out their criminal acts. Some of the perpetrators are as young as 12.

Win For Reality: UK’s National Health Service Constitution to Declare ‘Sex is Biological’

Nosta Lgia

In a marked rejection of transgender ideology and a win for women’s rights activists, the constitution of Britain’s National Health Service will publicly declare that sex is a biological reality that must inform how patients are treated.

Following the move by the National Health Service to prohibit the prescription of life-altering puberty blockers to children, another major pillar of wokist medicinal thought, that sex is a fluid concept, looks to be dismantled as the NHS’ constitution will state: “We are defining sex as biological sex.”

In practice, the update to the governing document of the socialised healthcare system will mean that so-called transgender women will be barred from female-only hospital wards, The Telegraph reports.

At present, there is no recognition of sex as a biological fact when determining where patients were placed, resulting in some female patients being forced to share a room with biological males who claim to be transgender women.

The new constitution will state that NHS patients will “not have to share sleeping accommodation with patients of the opposite biological sex”. Previously, the document said that patients would be placed in the ward of the sex they identified as.

Nosta Lgia

In response to objections raised by female patients over being seen by a transgender nurse or doctor, the constitution will also allow patients to request to be cared for by a healthcare professional of the same sex.

The changes have come at the direction of government ministers, who are tasked with updating the NHS constitution at least once every ten years. The document was last updated in 2015. However, in addition to the input from ministers, a two-month public consultation will be conducted to allow members of the public and from the healthcare industry to submit further suggestions for changes to the constitution.

Responding to the announced changes, Health Minister Victoria Atkins said: “By putting this in the NHS constitution we’re highlighting the importance of balancing the rights and needs of all patients to make a healthcare system that is faster, simpler and fairer for all.”

The move to recognise sex as a biological reality was hailed by women’s rights activists, who have long argued in Britain that the encroachment of transgender ideology into the government has seen an erosion of rights for women in favour of male-born transgender people.

Chief executive of the Sex Matters campaign group Maya Forstater — who was previously fired from an anti-poverty think tank for declaring that transgender women were still, in reality, men — hailed the changes as “excellent news:”.

“The confusion between ‘sex’ and ‘gender’ in official policies like the NHS constitution is what has enabled women’s rights to be trampled over in the name of transgender identities,” she said, claiming that many in the healthcare industry have been “confused and frightened” by transgender ideologues.

Forstater said the move is “simply a return to common sense and an overdue recognition that women’s wellbeing and safety matter.”

However, not everyone was pleased with the updates, with the chief executive of the NHS Confederation Matthew Taylor saying that the health system should not be dragged into a “pre-election culture wars debate”.

Taylor said it is important that “high-quality care for all is maintained”, particularly for supposedly marginalised groups “including “trans and non-binary patients” to reduce “inequalities”. He went on to demand that changes to the constitution are “clear and workable for NHS staff, who should not expect to have to interpret ambiguous guidance at a local level.”

Addressing the need for clarity in the healthcare system, government ministers have also demanded the updated constitution require providers to operate with “clear terms” and scrap controversial woke phrases like “chestfeeding” and “people who give birth“.

German TV channel ZDF calls Islamist demo “right-wing extremist”: broadcaster retracts its statement

ZDF presenter Sara Bildau on the programme “heuteXpress” on the morning of April 29: Islamist, not right-wing extremist Photo: Screenshot JF

The German television channel ZDF has corrected a false report about the Islamist demonstration in Hamburg. In the “heuteXpress” news programme on the morning of April 29, presenter Sara Bildau incorrectly stated that the organisers of the demonstration were “close to a right-wing extremist group monitored by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution”. It was correct “that ‘Muslim Interaktiv’ is monitored by the Hamburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution as a confirmed extremist organisation in the Islamist milieu”, the broadcaster clarified.
The error had been transparently corrected on the ZDF homepage, a spokeswoman told reporters when asked by the newspaper JUNGE FREIHEIT. The false report had previously been criticised on social media and picked up by the news portal Nius, among others. Meanwhile, the Islamist demonstration on Saturday continues to make waves. Numerous politicians have called for the “Muslim Interactive” group to be banned. And there are also calls for the resignation of Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD).

The approximately 1,000 participants at the meeting had called for the establishment of a caliphate and complained about allegedly Islamophobic policies in Germany. They also criticised ” bogus lies” in reporting on the Gaza war and repeatedly expressed their protest with chants of “Allahu Akbar”.

Egypt: Angered over approval for a new church, Islamists set fire to houses of Coptic Christians, hundreds of villagers attacked

Islamists set fire to Christian houses in Egypt’s Minya province over construction of a church(Image: Still from video of the incident)

In Egypt’s southern Minya province, several houses of local Coptic Christians were set on fire on the 23rd of April by local Muslims over the construction of a new church.

The incident unfolded in the Minya Province village of Al-Fawakher, which is home to some 3,000 Christian families who follow the Coptic Orthodox Church. Reports state that the local Islamists had recently responded adversely to the Coptic community getting approval to erect a new church.

Speaking to The Arab News, a source said: “The attacks are believed to have been triggered by an attempt to build a new church in Al-Fawakher village. The report further states that when “religious fanatics failed to expel Christians from their homes as punishment,” they “burned down their houses while they were still inside.”

Social media users shared videos of mobs celebrating in front of burning buildings. According to the advocacy group Copts United, “extremists attacked Coptic homes with stones and chants, and a number were set on fire, amid the screams of women and children.” It further stated that after the attacks started, security personnel did not arrive at the spot for “a long time”.

Coptic Bishop Anba Macarius said in a statement on 24th April that “security forces arrived and brought the situation under control, arresting the instigators. The state agencies will compensate those affected and hold the perpetrators accountable,” stating that “calm prevails in the village now.”

The burning down of Christian houses is the latest instance of sectarian violence directed at Egypt’s minority of Coptic Christians, who have long been persecuted and subject to legal discrimination. It is against the law to convert from Islam, Christians are not allowed to hold high positions, and terror attacks on churches are common, especially in Minya.

According to Copts United, a similar attack over church construction took place in another village on Friday. The government of Egypt has been accused of underestimating the number of Christians in the 111 million-person nation—between 5 and 15%. The majority are members of the Coptic Orthodox Church, which has its origins in the early church.

The German Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party campaigns in Arabic

A CDU poster in the Eisenbahnstraße in Leipzig is currently causing a stir in Germany. The reason: it is written in Arabic and is also displayed in a particularly immigrant neighbourhood. Angry comments quickly followed.
The colour scheme is reminiscent of the Austrian People’s Party when it mutated into a copy of the Freedom Party under top candidate Sebastian Kurz: turquoise and with pithy slogans against mass migration, Kurz was even able to become Federal Chancellor in the end. According to the polls, the Christian Democrats can hope to come first in the EU election campaign, but now they are unintentionally exposing the ethnic vote. Several prominent political figures, including AfD top candidate Maximilian Krah, posted their opinion on X about one of the CDU’s election posters in Leipzig: “The CDU is not the lesser evil, it is the evil”. Below, you can see the poster with the lettering that is clearly aimed at Arabic speakers, as well as a poster with the German inscription: “U-turn in migration policy”. The user Sachsengardist kindly provided not only the location of the Arabic poster (the notorious Eisenbahnstraße in the east of Leipzig), but also a translation: “Security for this neighbourhood”.

Kebab shops, amusement arcades and oriental flair dominate this street and it is likely that the majority of residents can read the Union’s election poster without any problems. Security has become a dominant issue for many German residents, especially after the 2015/2016 welcome putsch, the subsequent Islamist terrorist attacks and the “isolated cases” that characterise everyday multicultural life in the FRG. Apparently, Angela Merkel’s party, which has held political power longer than any other, is hoping for the poor memory of autochthonous voters and the votes of migrant voters, who are obviously by no means assimilated.

In contrast, internet users, such as the above-mentioned Sachsengardist, like to remind us of the real problem and the only political solution: “It is no coincidence that Arab posters are put up in the most unsafe neighbourhood. Therefore -> remigration”. Even radical left-wing politicians noticed the “new level of mendacity”: advertising in Arabic on the one hand and calling for deportations on the other. One thing is clear: anyone who does not have a migration background and votes for the CDU/CSU hoping that it will keep its election promises will have to deal with disappointment later on.

French to use EP elections to punish Macron, survey suggests

French voters will use the European Parliament elections in June to express their dissatisfaction with French President Emmanuel Macron, research has found

According to a survey by the French Institute of Public Opinion (IFOP), 37 per cent of respondents expressed their intention to cast their EP votes primarily as a means of indicating opposition to Macron’s politics; with only 12 per cent wanting to show support for them.

58 per cent of respondents also said that their voting decisions would be influenced more by national issues rather than wider European Union ones.

This prevailing emphasis on domestic concerns comes amid growing French dissatisfaction with Brussels, with 54 per cent of respondents indicating that political decisions in the bloc negatively impacted their daily lives.

Only those aligning with Macron’s Renaissance party represented an exception in holding a favourable view of the EU.

Euroscepticism is particularly pronounced among voters of French hard-right parties, with 79 per cent of National Rally supporters and 90 per cent of Reconquête expressing such.

The dissatisfaction with the EU and growing resentment toward Macron’s governance have proven advantageous for the French hard-right party Rassemblement National (RN), currently polling at 32 per cent.

In the lead-up to the EP elections, Macron has taken a proactive stance against RN, dedicating a significant portion of his campaign efforts to attack the party’s credibility.

He in particular highlighted the party’s flip-flopping on several issues, including France’s place in the EU.

“Seven years ago, they wanted to leave Europe and the Euro. Two years ago, they weren’t sure,” he told French media.

He also accused RN “of peddling demagogy to the public”.

Macron has also been working to bolster support for his lead EP election candidate, Valerie Hayer, who has so far failed to pose a significant challenge to her RN rival, Jordan Bardella.
