Leaked secret poll gives Le Pen majority in French parliament

According to a leaked secret poll commissioned by Les Républicains, Marine Le Pen’s National Rally party could obtain a possible majority in the French Parliament.

The centre-right Les Républicains Party commissioned the private poll in December 2023, which was never supposed to become public.

With a substantive sample size of 4,000 people interviewed by the Ipsos institute, the poll explored French voters’ intentions at the time.

At the time Les Républicains were contemplating voting for the government’s censure, which would have led to a dissolution of Parliament and return to the ballot box.

“In the midst of the immigration law [dispute], we wanted to take the pulse of the country,“ a person close to party leader Eric Ciotti confirmed to the French weekly newspaper L’Obs.

The Ipsos poll result surprised Ciotti and his chief party officials.

Rather than gain seats as they hoped, they would lose nine to ten seats, going from 62 MPs in 2022 to about 53.

The big winner of a December vote would have been Marine Le Pen’s Rassemblement National (RN). Her right-wing populist party would be close to a majority, rising from 88 seats today to an average 278, making an absolute majority (289 seats) a possibility.

Such a score would be “An unprecedented electoral earthquake under the Ve Republic, which would open the door to a cohabitation between Emmanuel Macron”, L’Obs writes.

Macron’s own majority would be demolished, with the President’s party ending up with only 135 seats.

This is almost half as many as the 246 MPs Macron won in 2022, which already was only a relative majority, forcing him to form a coalition.

Another political group standing to lose significantly is the New Ecological and Social People’s Union (Nupes).

This left-wing coalition would see its strength diminish, to 68 seats, from the 131 it won two years ago.

Because of the dispiriting poll results for Les Républicains, the party never voted to censure the government.

Alexandre Loubet, MP for Moselle from Le Pen’s Rassemblement National party, welcomed disclosure of the poll’s results.

“A secret poll commissioned by LR in December 2023 gives a majority of RN deputies in the Assembly in the event of dissolution, leading to cohabitation. Victory is possible: never abstain again. If the people vote, the people win!” said Loubet.

His fellow RN MP Nicolas Meizonnet concurred, “This proves that the overused argument that ‘the RN can never have a majority’ was nothing more than a communication ploy. We will win in 2027, and we will have a majority in parliament. But first, the European elections! Can’t wait for June 9th.”

Rassemblement National also leads in European election polls, Rassemblement National, where it is expected to go from 23 to 30 per cent of the vote.

Besoin d’Europe, a coalition including French President Emmanuel Macron’s Party, is set to lose around five per cent of the vote and end up with 17 per cent.

Pope Francis again defends blessing homosexual ‘couples,’ downplays idea it causes ‘schism’

Pope Francis has once again defended blessing homosexual couples, as outlined in Fiducia Supplicans, adding that the global controversy and international rejection of such blessings does not signal “a schism.”

“I just want to say that God loves everyone, especially sinners,” Pope Francis stated in a book-length interview soon to be released, a preview of which was released by Corriere della Sera and Vatican News on March 14. 

“I envision a mother church that embraces and welcomes everyone, including those who feel wrong and those who have been judged by us in the past. I am thinking of homosexual or transgender people who seek the Lord and instead have been rejected or cast out,” Francis is further reported as saying. 

The preview noted that Francis repeated his multiple prior comments defending same-sex blessings and the declaration Fiducia Supplicans.  

He also attempted to downplay the widespread opposition to homosexual blessings which has been seen throughout the Church ever since the document was published December 18. “If brother bishops decide not to follow this path, it does not mean that this is the antechamber of a schism, because the doctrine of the Church is not questioned,” he stated. 

Authored by Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernández, prefect of the Congregation (now Dicastery) for the Doctrine of the Faith, Fiducia Supplicans states in section 31 that “within the horizon outlined here is the possibility of blessings of couples in irregular situations and of same-sex couples.”

On at least three occasions publicly known (here, here, here), Pope Francis has defended the text which he formally approved, and attacked Catholics who have opposed it.

In a January 14 television appearance, Francis spoke about the “danger” of reaching “ugly conclusions” about things which one does not like. “This is what happened with these latest decisions on blessings for all,” he stated, before presenting a regular defense of the document: “the Lord blesses everyone, everyone, everyone, those who come. Every person.”

“The Lord blesses everyone who is capable of being baptized, that is, every person,” said Francis, adding that “then people must enter into conversation with the Lord’s blessing and see what is the path that the Lord proposes to them.”

After the entire continent of Africa – led by the president of the president of the episcopal conferences of Africa and Madagascar, Cardinal Fridolin Ambongo – announced January 11 that same-sex blessings would not be implemented in the continent, Francis again criticized opposition to the text.

France: “I have been taught to cut throats”- Young woman who planned terrorist attack with a sabre in Béziers put on trial in Paris

21-year-old Leila was planning to kill the congregation of a church in Béziers with a sabre on Easter Sunday when she was arrested. She is on trial in Paris for terrorist criminal organisation in preparation of several crimes. She faces a sentence of ten years in prison.

A dump littered with rubbish bags, graffiti on the walls, crockery full of maggots and excrement on the floor. This is what the police officers from the Direction générale de la sécurité intérieure (DGSI) and the Raid discovered when they arrested Leila B. in her flat in the Devèze district of Béziers on April 4, 2021.

At the time, the investigators were convinced that they had foiled an imminent attack. The then 18-year-old, completely introverted young woman spent her days in her room, whose walls were papered with photos of the decapitated body of Samuel Paty and the Colombine rampage, watching beheading videos and making homemade acid-based bombs.

On websites such as “tiresurtoutlemondesuicidetoi”, “antinoirs” and “tueursdejuifs”, she discusses her plans for an attack with other internet users.

After contemplating a terrorist attack on a church in Montpellier, she withdrew to Béziers due to health restrictions and difficulties in travelling. There, she planned to kill the worshippers of the Notre-Dame de la Réconciliation church in the Devèze neighbourhood near her home with a sabre.

Everything is recorded in her diary, ” her ever-increasing desire to go out into the street and slit the throat of the first passer-by, drag his body into the woods and smash his skull with an iron bar or a hammer and then return to find someone else “I’ve learnt to slit throats, so there probably won’t be any difficulties,” the young woman continues. Alongside these texts, she draws guns, knives, plans for making explosives, swastikas and sketches of a Daech executioner holding a decapitated head.

Her arrest in April 2021 put an end to her deadly plans. She was charged before the Paris Criminal Court with “terrorist criminal organisation for the preparation of multiple crimes” and faces up to ten years in prison.

UK: Trans-Identified Male Cleared After Exposing “Her Penis” To Young Girls Now Jailed For Child Pornography

A trans-identified male who had previously been cleared by a jury of exposing himself to two 11-year-old girls has now been jailed for possessing “abhorrent” pornography involving children. Samantha Norris, whose given name has been withheld by local media outlets, pleaded guilty in Southampton Crown Court to three charges of making indecent images of children, one count of possessing prohibited images of children, and a charge of possessing an extreme pornographic image depicting a person engaging in sexual activity with an animal.

The court heard that Norris, 56, was found in possession of 16,000 images of children, including about 2,000 still and 121 moving images classified as Category A, the most serious type. According to the Crown Prosecution Service, Category A child pornography is defined as depicting “penetrative sexual activity, sexual activity with an animal or sadism.”

The images recovered from Norris’ devices included children aged as young as three, with others showing children approximately six years of age in “distress and pain.”

Presiding Judge Nicholas Rowland noted that in addition to the graphic child abuse materials, Norris had written notes describing sexual fantasies involving a four-and-a-half year old child and had made a “New Year’s resolution to have sex with a girl under 10.”

During sentencing, Judge Rowland reprimanded Norris for his self-absorbed attitude, sitting: “It’s all about you and not the victims. You do not accept they are victims, you have distorted views and you do not feel your offending should be treated as serious – how would a right-minded person think about that?”

The judge continued: “Your views are alarming and complex – you present a high risk of harm to children. It’s pretty blatant to me that you decided not to enter guilty pleas (earlier) as these pleas would have gone in front of the jury on the other (exposure) matters.”

Norris was sentenced to two years in jail, and will be subjected to sexual harm prevention order for 10 years.

Norris had previously been cleared of charges of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and of indecent exposure relating to an incident which took place last year.

In August 2023, Ringwood Police issued a statement declaring that Norris was being investigated after he had been accused of exposing his genitals to two 11 year-old girls from the window of his home on July 27. Norris was said to have looked the young girls “dead in the eye” as he pleasured himself.

But the statement by Ringwood Police failed to include any concrete indication of whether Norris was male or female, with the verbiage using gender neutral pronouns. Subsequent media reports described Norris as a “woman” or as “female.”

Reduxx was first to contact Ringwood Police and receive clarification that Norris simply “identified as a woman.”

During the trial, Prosecuting attorney Charles Gabb, referring to Norris as a woman, told the court: “The defendant, Miss Norris, now transitioning, she has a penis, was standing there fully naked, on the first day almost glorifying in that nudity over quite a period of time knowing the girls were there and drawing attention to herself.”

He continued: “And the next day when she saw them again and she was naked, glorying in her nudity, almost posturing, definitely manipulating her penis with these two young girls being able to see all this. The Crown would suggest there was no attempt to cover up, no attempts of any modesty or propriety.”

One of the girls told of how she responded when she saw him naked again the following day: “I shouted out ‘can you please stop that? We are underage,’ but he carried on which made us very uncomfortable.”

She went on to describe Norris manipulating his penis in front of them, and added: “It was like he was trying to make us watch.”

The girl said that even after they had tried to move away, Norris had walked over to another window as she moved so he could continue leering at them.

“I felt really anxious,” she said. “I felt a bit unsafe because he was trying to look at us at all times.”

Norris was described as wearing a pink and leopard-print top and red lipstick when he appeared in court in January. Jurors were informed that he was “in the course” of a “gender transition” and preferred to be referred to by “she/her” pronouns.

In his defense, Norris told police that he was a “naturist” and “enjoyed being naked in [his] own home” while denying sexually pleasuring himself in front of the two children. In January, he was cleared of charges relating to the two instances of indecent exposure.

Reporting on Norris’ arrest in August, Portsmouth News referred to him as “female” and a “woman,” prompting criticism from some individuals on social media.

Canadian officials: to avoid a dangerous encounter with car thieves, just leave your fob by the door

In the most predictable turn of events, the government and the criminals (forgive the probably false premise that these are two distinct groups) are collectively working to rob honest and hardworking people of their money and property.

It’s abundantly obvious that leftist governments in the West have proven to be so bad at “governing” that they’ve forfeited all their support—their only option now for victory at the ballot box is to resort to vote-buying schemes, either overtly (student loan “forgiveness”) or through the welfare state by providing additional “benefits.”

Either way, these politicians consistently go about it through the government system, using taxpayer dollars and debt to subvert; but now, they’ve got a new strategy, and they’re appealing directly to the taxpayer to surrender his wealth and possessions to marauding thieves, thereby removing themselves from the rob-from-the-earner-to-give-to-the-non-earner equation.

(Maybe, just maybe, is this another vote-buying scheme? If it were discovered that these car thieves also vote, who/what might they be supporting? Tough-on-crime policies of conservatives? Or, the politicians scratching their backs and directing law-abiders to accept the lawlessness of the left?)

In Justin Trudeau’s Canada, ever-innovative and blazing a new trail in Orwellian governance, state officials are now actually suggesting that homeowners have a responsibility to ensure victim and perp have the most polite and civil interaction possible; given the “spike in car thefts” around the country, it’ll be better for everyone involved if the owner of the car just makes sure he leaves his keys by the door so when an armed robber breaks into his home, the latter can grab the keys, make a quick getaway (since he doesn’t “want anything else”), and (in theory!) leave everyone inside uninjured. As car thefts have spiked in Toronto, Canada, local police are prescribing new safety measures so that locals can avoid violent encounters with thieves.

One of the recent bits of advice included Toronto Police telling residents of the town of Etobicoke to leave their car key fobs near the door to avoid being attacked in their homes by potential burglars.

According to police, the number of car thefts in the city has more than doubled in recent years. In 2023, more than 12,000 vehicles were reported stolen. In 2019, just over 5,000 were reported stolen.

He [Toronto Police Constable Marco Ricciardi] said at the Feb. 27 meeting, ‘To prevent the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your FOBs at your front door. Because they’re breaking into your home to steal your car. They don’t want anything else.’

‘A lot of them that they’re arresting have guns on them. And they’re not toy guns, they’re real guns. They’re loaded,’ he added.

(Weird, because Canada has some of the most restrictive gun control laws on the books in the world… How in the world did these thieves come into possession of firearms??)

Better yet, why not just leave the car running? And, make sure to put your wallet in the center console, maybe a list of your passcodes with the bank information too? Also, hitch up any boats or campers you might have, just in case.

German businessman contests his €6,000 fine for mocking Green politicians

A German entrepreneur will now go to court, to contest a fine he received for mocking Green politicians.

Michael Much affixed posters to a fence on his private property, shortly before last autumn’s state elections in Bavaria.

One poster depicts Green Party leader Ricarda Lang as a steamroller, with the phrase “We’ll flatten everything”.

Foreign minister Annalena Baerbock, economics minister Robert Habeck, agriculture minister Cem Özdemir all appear beside Lang.

Underneath features a ten year-old quote from Robert Habeck, “I always found patriotism to be repulsive.”

Another shows Habeck raising three fingers against a backdrop typical of the party’s green aesthetic.

Accompanying it is a statement he made on a talk show, “Companies do not go bankrupt, but only stop producing.” And the question, “Can he even count to 3?”

The posters were visible from a nearby highway and were, according to judicial authorities in Bavaria, a punishable insult.

Thomas Tomaschek, local Greens chairman, said the posters looked costly and “professional”, were defaming and insulting, and were part of an alleged targeted campaign against the Greens.

“It’s below the belt – but we’re used to it,” he said.

After two days, police arrived and took down the posters.

Much, though, put them up again as soon as the officers left.

Police later returned with a signed search warrant and searched Much’s house.

They removed and confiscated his posters, and the public prosecutor imposed a penalty order of €6,000 for “criminal insult to politicians”.

Much says does not want to pay this, and brought his objection to court.

The Miesbach district court will hold a hearing on March 21 to discuss whether hanging the posters constitutes a criminal offence.

The penalty order, seen by Die Welt, reads, “through the banners, you want to express your contempt for the injured parties.”

It then points out Much ridiculed the politicians “because they hold a prominent position in public life as politicians.”

And the statements on the banners “as you at least tacitly accepted, were capable of significantly impeding the public activities of the victims, especially in light of the Bavarian state election campaign taking place at that time.”

Much, a member of the local Christian Democratic Party (CSU), says he saw the posters online and received them free of charge.

He says he received encouragement for showing the posters.

“People are only being fleeced, but the country is not being governed well. And people don’t put up with that anymore,” says Much.

Much, who employs 32 people, says his posters fall under the freedom of expression, guaranteed by the German constitution.

A man in Hesse put up identical posters. Politicians reacted to them with a press release, but he was not prosecuted.

German politics is increasingly heading to the courtrooms, particularly when it involves Greens.

In early February, economics minister Robert Habeck sued a Bavarian who had called him a “complete idiot” (vollpost) on social media.

The public prosecutor’s office found the man had belittled Habeck “in his honour” with his action.

While a Jewish actress was advised by the police not to leave the London theater besieged by pro-Hamas demonstrators, Jewish students fled from a university and an English MP revealed that he was threatened with being “burned alive” by Islamists, a protester who carried a banner reading “Hamas is terrorist” was arrested in London for holding a sign against Islamic fundamentalists, while pro-Palestinians walked past him.

Niyak Ghorbani was dragged to the ground and handcuffed by officers nearby during yet another pro-Palestinian march in London. As police held him down, Biyak shouted: “Shame on you.”

Interesting that Ghorbani is an Iranian exile in England, while it is the white woke who are pro-Hamas and radical Islam.

London, where 640 buses carry the insignia to the “glory of Allah”, has meanwhile become “a no-go area for Jews”, denouncing the UK Commissioner for the fight against extremism, Robin Simcox, who revealed a concerning rise in increasingly radicalised and organised anti-blasphemy activism in the UK..

And the Jews leave London.

Political correctness is the death of civilization.

But “all is well” in the United Kingdom of diversity, with the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, turning on the Ramadan lights last night. Change is underway, Islamization continues successfully.

A frightening dystopia, where the fools and Islamists are the party that is always right. A debased civilization, headed towards an advancing nothingness. Safe path for a defeat that will make history.

‘That’s not allowed!’ Police officers banned from showing support for Germany during Euro 2024

German police officers have been warned they are not to fly the national flag from their vehicles this summer as the nation gears up to host the European Football Championships.

All national insignia has been banned from official vehicles during Europe’s flagship football tournament with officers ordered to remain strictly impartial.

In an interview with Tagesspiegel, Berlin Police Chief Barbara Slowik revealed that police officers had been banned from taking vacation during the tournament but, when asked if they could show their support for the German national team by attaching a “small flag” to their vehicles, shot the idea down.

“No, that’s not allowed. We are committed to neutrality and are, of course, absolutely impartial at such an international sporting event with guests from all over the world,” she told the newspaper.

“We are currently considering alternatives to strengthen the solidarity of our colleagues during this intensive and outstanding period of work for everyone. For the vast majority of people, there is also a vacation ban,” she added.

The police chief in the German capital revealed that preventative measures were being taken to safeguard against the “threat from the Islamist spectrum or in connection with the Middle East conflict,” a threat that is being “continually reassessed” in cooperation with the Federal Criminal Police Office.

One measure includes the concept of “drone defense” around sporting venues which is a prerequisite by the footballing governing body UEFA for host nations of the tournament.

“We have been working with this technology for years and have observed market developments. Efficient drone defense is a very complex topic. We chose a system that has already proven itself and is very modern. It can interrupt or take over control of drones,” Slowik said.

Euro 2024 will kick off across Germany on June 14, with the final to be held at Berlin’s Olympiastadion on July 14.
