An investigation has been launched by Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital after reports a young Jewish patient was “mistreated.”

A post on social media claimed that a young boy was removed by a nurse from a bay on a ward while wearing “visibly Jewish” clothing.

The post also alleges that some staff were wearing “free Palestine” badges and that the boy was “scared.”

Now, the Jewish Representative Council of Greater Manchester and Region as well as Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham have called for an urgent investigation to take place.

The post features two images of a boy, with his face obscured by emojis, including one of him appearing to be sitting on a hospital bed and one of him appearing to be lying on a floor with a bandage on his arm.

It says that the boy “had to lie on the floor” while being treated at one point. The post also alleges that the “last few times” the boy has attended the hospital, he has been “denied correct medical care.”

The poster claims that the boy has a condition that requires hospital treatment and is part of a “religious Jewish” family. As a result of the alleged treatment, the poster claims “my proudly Jewish nephew (and his parents) is scared to not get treatment if he wears” Jewish clothing.

The post adds: “What the actual f*** is going on? Is this the world we will live in? Is it 1940 again? It is terrifying to be a Jew in the world again. To be honest, I’m not sure what can be done. At the very least I firmly believe that public medical healthcare professionals shouldn’t be wearing political pins that make people/children, scared/nervous/worry.”

Manchester Evening News reports that a spokesperson from the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) said the trust’s dress code policy “prohibits the wearing of badges and pins not approved by the trust” and that ‘political badges are not approved within MFT’s dress code policy.”

The Jewish Representative Council has issued an open letter to the chief executive of the MFT and the hospital.

It read: “Part of this mistreatment includes a failure to administer proper treatment and being removed from his cubicle and having to sit on the floor. This child now feels terrified to return to hospital unless he hides his Jewish identity.”

Jewish Representative Council of Greater Manchester and Region chief executive Marc Levy said: “We are sure you will agree that it is imperative all patients are treated the same irrespective of their race or religion…This could have catastrophic repercussions for the Jewish community if they were to feel that they are not safe attending your hospital.”

Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham told the Manchester Evening News: “I have seen the troubling reports shared on social media and have asked the Royal Children’s Hospital to launch an urgent investigation. No one should feel treated differently in our hospitals because of their race or religion.

“I’ve asked the hospital management to provide regular updates as they gather the facts.”

A spokesperson for Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust said: “We are aware of images and very serious claims which are circulating on social media.

“We are rapidly investigating these to establish the situation and are discussing them with the family involved. Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital is committed to providing high quality care to all of our patients.”

On Thursday (21st March) morning, a complaint was filed with the Ghaziabad police against Prophet Muhammad, the founder of Islam. The complainant Anil Yadav has alleged that heinous crimes are being committed in the world due to the Islamic book Quran. He has urged the Ghaziabad Police to register a case against Prophet Muhammad. Anil Yadav, who is associated with Shiv Shakti Dham of Dasna, said that he has demanded this out of concern. Yadav has filed his complaint at Web City police station in Ghaziabad.

Anil Yadav said, “For the last 1400 years, the reason for rape, loot, brutal murder of Hindu children and Hindu women is nothing but the Quran. The teachings given by Prophet Muhammad and the law written in the Quran are being repeated to date. The killing of minor Hindu boys in Badaun has rang the bell of Ghazwa-e-Hind, which is the dream of Hazrat Muhammad. This has hurt my sentiment. This FIR is necessary to save thousands of Hindus from Ghazwa-e-Hind.”

Mahamandaleshwar Yati Narsinghanand was going to Jama Masjid to talk about the Ghazwa-e-Hind issue raised by Anil Yadav in his complaint, according to reports he was detained on the way.

Notably, Shiv Shakti Dham of Dasna was in the news in 2021 because of Yati Narsinghanand. Now Anil Yadav (also known as Junior Narsinghanand) has given such a complaint at the same place. The outcome of Yadav’s complaint remains uncertain, with a possibility that it may not progress further. Should the matter proceed to court, it will likely be dismissed. The basis for this assertion lies in the case filed 39 years ago and its intricacies when the judiciary seemed hesitant to intervene in the complaint filed against the ‘holy book’ of Islam.

Calcutta Quran Petition

39 years ago in 1985, lawyers Chandmal Chopra and Sheetal Singh had approached the Calcutta High Court seeking a ban on the Quran. On 29th March 1985, they applied as per Article 226 of the Indian Constitution, appealing to the Calcutta High Court to direct the government to ‘seize’ every copy of the ‘holy book’.

The petition contended that every copy of the Quran based on Sections 153A and 295A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) is liable to be forfeited under Section 95 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC). In this, Chandmal Chopra and Sheetal Singh raised their voice about ‘violence against infidels‘. They quoted a verse from the Quran that said, “When the holy months are over, kill idol-worshippers wherever they are found.”

The judge hearing the petition related to the Quran was also boycotted

The matter initially came up before Justice J Khastagir of the Calcutta High Court. After this, more than 70 advocates urged other lawyers to boycott the court of Justice J Khastagir. Senior advocate CF Ali had said, “This is absurd. No mortal on earth can challenge the sacred scripture and no court in the world has any authority over it.”

Islamist mobs on streets from Bengal to Bangladesh

Subsequently, terror-spreading protests from Islamists emerged, leading to anti-Hindu riots spreading from India to Bangladesh. A mob of thousands of Muslims came out on the road and created a ruckus in front of the Indian High Commission in Bangladesh. Twelve people were killed and 100 injured in the town located in the border area of Bangladesh, all of them Hindus. Similarly, a crowd of 20,000 Muslims came out in Dhaka. Other riots were seen in many places including Kashmir and Bihar.

‘Can’t change even a word in the Quran’, said the West Bengal government

The CPI(M)-ruled West Bengal government had taken a strong stand against the petition and its admission in the Calcutta High Court. In its affidavit, the government had said, “The court has no jurisdiction to pass judgment on the Quran, the holy scripture of Muslims around the world, whose every word, according to Islamic belief, is immutable.” The government had contended that the petition was filed with malafide intention and such a petition has never been filed in Indian history.

No hearing on the petition and arrest on publishing a book on this case

The matter was so heated by this petition that due to political pressure, Justice Khastagir removed it from his list and sent it to the court of Justice Satish Chandra. Thereafter, on the advice of State Advocate General SK Acharya, the case was transferred to a bench of Justice Bimal Chandra Basak, who dismissed the petition on 17th May 1985. On 18th June, Chandramal Chopra again filed a review petition, which was later dismissed on 21st June. After this, Chandral Chopra along with Sita Ram Goel published a book titled ‘The Calcutta Quran Petition’ in 1986, for which he was also arrested. Goel had to flee to evade arrest.

Michael Much, a German entrepreneur who had last week faced a €6,000 fine for mocking Green politicians, has been acquitted.

Shortly before last autumn’s state elections in Bavaria, Much had hung posters on his fence making fun of Green Party leader Ricarda Lang, foreign minister Annalena Baerbock, economics minister Robert Habeck, and agriculture minister Cem Özdemir.

The Greens were enraged, describing the posters as defamatory and insulting.

Police searched Much’s house and removed and confiscated the posters. The public prosecutor imposed a penalty order of €6,000 for “criminal insult to politicians”.

Much did not agree and went to court. On March 21, the case ended with an acquittal.

The public prosecutor had argued that mockingly portraying the politicians was “impertinent and defamatory, even dehumanising.”

It added that such ridicule, during an election campaign, would make it more difficult for politicians to carry out their public work and position.

The public prosecutor said freedom of expression had to be weighed against human dignity, accusing Much of wanting to spread “a certain mood” and stating that propaganda does not fall under freedom of expression.

“Expressing that Ms Lang is too fat to do good politics, that goes too far,” the prosecutor said in court.

Lang was depicted on the poster but it was difficult to discern if she was sitting on a steamroller or portrayed as one, observers said, opening a debate about her more than-average body weight.

In closing arguments, defence attorney Christoph Partsch said: “Ricarda Lang is fat, you can’t just portray her as thin.”

Partsch also referred to political debates where, he said, strong statements are more the rule than the exception.

Cited were statements such as: “The Greens make so much crap that they would have to fall under the fertilizer ordinance,” according to Prime Minister Markus Södern of the Christian Democrats.

Partsch also pointed to popular TV-shows doing, he said, that did the same. If the court found against Much, it would mean a ban on creating political caricatures.

In acquitting Much, the presiding judge said: “The difficulty with this trial is that it is about images, and when it comes to images, everyone has their own point of view.”

The judge also stressed that one must contemplate the intention of a statement. One could take the most negative interpretation – but equally a much more benevolent one. As long as the possibility remains that a less stringent interpretation was intended, one cannot simply condemn a person, he said.

“Politicians have to accept criticism, and ministers have to accept even more criticism.

“If Mr Much is a [fourth-generation] entrepreneur … dissatisfied with politics, he is allowed to express it.”

In service of Germany’s increasingly anti-pluralistic state apparatus, the country’s mainstream press is striving to justify the state’s political intimidation of Loretta, a 16-year-old student who recently was removed from class and questioned by police for expressing support for Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) and posting right-wing content online.

This week, in the wake of widespread indignation sparked by an interview with Loretta and her mother where the two discussed the incident at the 16-year-old’s high school in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Die Welt published an article with the police description of screenshots from social media that instigated the police operation.

Included in Die Welt’s article are screenshots of Loretta’s social media profile that were allegedly sent to the administration at Richard-Wossidlo-Gymnasium by an anonymous source. The photos—passed on to the police before they were subsequently leaked to Die Welt and other newspapers—are being cited by the mainstream press as ‘evidence’ that Loretta has ‘right-wing extremist’ sympathies. 

For Die Welt and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Loretta’s Helly Hansen jacket, Pit Bull hat, and use of the German flag, text in old German script, and certain number combinations—all pictured on her social media profile—present clear ‘proof’ that she is a hate-filled extremist. 

The police description of Loretta’s social media page reads as follows: 

Pictured: presumably Tiktok: head of an apparently female person with obviously light hair, labeled knitted hat and hood on and covered up so that only the eye area can be seen. In the foreground is “nix yallah yallah.” The username at the bottom left has an additional symbol of a German flag, underneath the number 1161 and various hashtags underneath (“#foryou #fürdich # fyp # fy. more”) The lettering on the hat could be “Pit Bull West Coast since 1989” and the number 1161 is used on the Internet for Anti (1) Antifa (161). The hoodie/jacket has the letters “HH” embroidered on it.

According to Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Loretta’s decision to sport the popular Helly Hansen brand is a clear indication of her sympathies toward Hitler and Nazism since some right-wing extremists are known to like the brand. 

“This brand is trending everywhere again right now, that’s why she’s wearing it,” Loretta’s mom said when asked if her daughter was making a subtle pro-Hitler reference through her choice of clothing. 

Screenshots of Loretta’s Instagram profile, featuring innocuous statements like “German is spoken in Germany” and “homeland, freedom, tradition, multicultural final destination,” are cited by the authors of the Die Welt article as evidence of the student’s xenophobia. 

The story about the 16-year-old student has been dominating headlines since it emerged approximately a week ago. Some, like Hubertus Knabe, the former head of the Stasi memorial in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen, have expressed particular horror at the news. Days ago, he told BILD that the incident reminded him of the times during the German Democratic Republic (GDR).

“The occasion, an email about a video, in no way justifies such an approach, as it can permanently disturb minors. The incident also shows where the state-sponsored trend of denouncing your fellow human beings in all possible places can lead,” he said.

Stefan Kerth (independent), the district administrator of Vorpommern-Rügen, where Loretta’s high school is situated, remarked that the day police removed Loretta out of class for questioning was “not a good day for trust in freedom of expression and in people in public service.”

Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania’s state parliament’s education committee is set to address the incident next Tuesday, March 26^th

General Secretary of the CDU Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Daniel Peters has referred to the state government’s comments on the incident as wholly inadequate, saying:  “The whole thing is outrageous and the government’s explanations so far are very unsatisfactory. I demand complete clarification.”

Sharp criticism has come from the AfD camp as well, with MP Beatrix von Storch, deputy chairwoman of the AfD parliamentary group, filing a complaint against the director of the school “on suspicion of false suspicion, coercion, and all other possible criminal offenses.”

“[T]he headmaster, insofar as there was obviously no criminal or dangerous behavior, acted in blatant violation of his duty of care for the student entrusted to him,” von Storch wrote.

Jan-Dirk Zimmermann, the headmaster of the school, has defended his actions, claiming that he was just following the rules.

The case is expected to be discussed in the Bundestag on Friday, March 22^nd.

France could be the next European nation to ban the use of puberty blockers on gender-confused minors, further making the United States and Canada outliers in the intersection of medicine and LGBT ideology.

The European Conservative reported that members of the French center-right political party Les Républicains have just published a report condemning what it calls “one of the greatest ethical scandals in the history of medicine,” finding that medical professionals steeped in “trans-affirmative” ideology and influenced by LGBT activist groups, the latter of which have been actively encouraging young people to “transition” via social media.

Professor David Cohen, chief of child psychiatry department at Paris’s Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital, estimates that as many as 16% of patients he saw about transition requests were younger than 12 years old. Psychologist Céline Masson and child psychiatrist Caroline Eliacheff argued that most children treated for “gender dysphoria” also have other serious issues, including depression, school dropouts, harassment, and attempted suicide, yet they are not offered alternative treatment paths before having transition pushed on them. 

The findings are consistent with a significant body of evidence showing that “affirming” gender confusion carries serious harms, especially when done with impressionable children who lack the mental development, emotional maturity, and life experience to consider the long-term ramifications of the decisions being pushed on them, or full knowledge about the long-term effects of life-altering, physically transformative, and often-irreversible surgical and chemical procedures.

Studies find that more than 80% of children experiencing gender dysphoria outgrow it on their own by late adolescence and that even full “reassignment” surgery often fails to resolve gender-confused individuals’ heightened tendency to engage in self-harm and suicide — and may even exacerbate it, including by reinforcing their confusion and neglecting the actual root causes of their mental strife.

In response to the Les Républicains report, French lawmakers have proposed legislation that would ban any gender transitions for any French citizen under age 18.

The development follows news that the British National Health Service (NHS) is formally ending the prescribing of puberty blockers to children with gender confusion after years of controversy over the practices of its scandal-ridden Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS), operated by the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.

In America, however, the Biden administration continues to give uncompromising support to all major aspects of the LGBT movement, including reopening the military to recruits afflicted with gender dysphoria, promoting gender ideology within the military (including “diversity” and drag events on military bases), holding White House events to “affirm transgender kids,” condemning state laws against underage transitions as “close to sinful,” promoting underage transitions (potentially at taxpayer expense) as a “best practice,” and trying to force federally funded schools to let males into female athletic competitions and restrooms.

This comes despite the fact that the administration’s own Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) released a since-deleted report last year acknowledging that “lesbian, gay, and bisexual adults are more likely than straight adults to use substances, experience mental health conditions including major depressive episodes, and experience serious thoughts of suicide.”

Meanwhile, Canada under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau also continues to permit and promote child transitioning, including by launching a federal “2SLGBTQI+ Action Plan” that gives $100 million over five years to LGBT initiatives, and by enacting Bill C-4, which forbids treatment to help children overcome unwanted gender confusion.

A trans-identified male serving a 53-year sentence for multiple domestic terrorism charges is suing the Bureau of Prisons, demanding transfer to a women’s prison. Emily Claire Hari, formerly known as Michael Hari, led a ragtag right-wing militia called Patriot Freedom Fighters, later re-named to the White Rabbits.

Hari, along with the small group, began engaging in criminal activity in 2017 with the intention of carrying out acts of domestic terrorism. In August of that year, Hari’s group set an improvised incendiary device near the Imam’s office of the Dar-al Farooq Islamic Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. One of Hari’s associates, Micheal McWhorter, would later confirm the purpose of the attack was to “scare Muslims out of the United States.” No one was injured in the attack.

In November of 2017, Hari and his “soldiers” targeted the Women’s Health Practice in Champaign, Illinois, where they threw a pipe bomb into the building. The bomb did not detonate and was found by a receptionist of the clinic who called police to safely extract the device from the facility. 

Hari and his militia would go on to engage in a series of petty crimes in an attempt to gather the funds to continue their operations, including robbing a Hispanic man and holding up two local Walmarts in Clarence, Illinois in December of 2017.

In early 2018, Hari and his ‘militia’ attempted to sabotage railroad tracks near Effingham, Illinois with a bomb. After the attack, the group sent ransom emails demanding $190,000 in cryptocurrency under threat they would damage the railway further. 

Shortly after, Hari tried to frame another individual for the crimes, but the effort would only lead to Federal Investigators more easily tracking him and the members of his militia down.

Hari and his colleagues were ultimately arrested, and, in 2021, Hari was sentenced to 53 years for his role in the Dar al-Farooq bombing. He later received an additional 14 years in 2022 on a number of other charges related to his domestic terrorist activity and the attempted bombing of the women’s clinic. The 14 years is to be served concurrently with the 53-year sentence.

During his trial, it was revealed that Hari identified as a transgender “woman.” While leading the White Rabbit militia, he had been searching terms such as ‘sex change,’ ‘transgender surgery,’ and ‘post-op transgender’ on the internet. Hari allegedly planned on fleeing to Thailand to get ‘gender affirming’ surgeries.

Hari had asked the court to take his gender dysphoria into consideration, and made a request for an amended federal prison placement based on his identity. The details of his request were placed under a seal and the presiding judge stated he would defer to the Bureau of Prisons to make the final call.

But Reduxx has now learned that the judge in the case recommended Hari be placed at FMC Carswell, a female institution, but that Bureau of Prisons instead sent him to a men’s facility. As a result, Hari launched a lawsuit agains the Bureau of Prisons in late 2022 in a case that has been quietly making its way through the US District Court in the Central District of Illinois.

Hari is seeking transfer to a women’s prison under the Bureau of Prison’s transgender policy, which was amended in February of 2022 to make a transgender inmate’s “personal safety” and gender identity a priority when determining housing.

In his complaint, which was hand-written, Hari claims he has been subjected to sexual harassment by “dangerous tranny chasers,” and made fun of for his gender identity. He has since filed over two dozen “exhibits,” attempting to show the court he does not belong in a men’s prison. Among these exhibits include photos of himself wearing a dress-like inmate uniform.

Hari formally applied for transfer to a women’s prison in October of 2023, attempting to exhaust his internal remedies.

In an email exchange dated January 10, 2024, the Transgender Executive Council, which makes housing decisions, re-affirmed his placement at the men’s facility and told Hari his case would be re-reviewed in November — something Hari had been told repeatedly in the past.

In a Motion for Miscellaneous Relief, Hari claimed that if he were not transferred to a women’s prison in November, he would go on a hunger strike and slice off his own penis.

“The hunger strike is a political protest against both the conditions that I have been held under, and the conditions that my transgender sisters have been held under in BOP custody,” Hari wrote. “If I am not given some reasonable assurance that I am to be moved to a gender affirming housing by November 5, I will initiate a hunger strike and auto-castration on that date.”

Hari is currently housed at Allenwood USP, a high-security facility in Pennsylvania for male offenders. While he is classified as a “male” inmate, his name in the BOP system has been changed from “Michael” to “Emily.”

If Hari is moved to FMC Carswell, he will be one of several dangerous trans-identified males held at the facility.

As previously broken by Reduxx in December, a trans-identified male convicted of rape and child sexual abuse was transferred FMC Carswell after launching a lawsuit against the Bureau of Prisons claiming “discrimination.” July Justine Shelby, born William McClain, was convicted on multiple counts of child pornography trafficking after being caught distributing photos of infants being sexually abused.

According to Keep Prisons Single Sex USA, there are approximately 1,980 transgender offenders in the federal system, of which 1,295 are trans-identified males. Of them, almost 50% are in custody for sex offenses. This is compared to just 12% of the general federal inmate population, meaning that trans-identified males are incarcerated for sex offenses at a rate of almost four times that of non-transgender inmates.

Between 2022 and 2023, there was an almost 23% increase of federal inmates who identified as transgender.

The front cover of Tuesday’s Herald—Scotland’s and the world’s oldest national newspaper—sent a stark warning to performers across the country: that police have been “told to target comics” under a new ‘hate crime’ law.

Police training seen by the paper informed officers that material which can be deemed as “threatening and abusive” under the Hate Crime and Public Order Act can be communicated “through public performance of a play.”

Pro-UK Scottish writer Effie Deans told The European Conservative that despite claims the training is at odds with the controversial legislation, “the danger is that writers will censor themselves” and “comedians [will] avoid jokes that might offend.”

We might even have to be careful in our own homes in case we later fall out with a friend who reports our conversation to the police.

When the legislation was being drawn up four years ago, an impressive collection of authors, comedians and activists—including Rowan Atkinson, famous for his Mr. Bean character, and best-selling crime writer and friend of former Scottish Nationalist Party (SNP) leader Nicola Sturgeon Val McDermid—warned that it could result in the “stifling [of] free expression.”

Their concerns clearly did not hold enough sway. While the legislation has undergone a number of changes in blatant attempts to distract free speech activists, many fear that the Act will still hold the power to deal a great blow to free speech in Scotland when it comes into force on April 1st. So much so that one “concerned Scot” has described it in The Daily Sceptic blog as the death of “The Scottish Enlightenment.”

Deans told The European Conservative that one of the problems with the hate crime law, which makes it an offence to ‘stir up hatred’ against certain protected characteristics—including disability, sexual orientation, and transgender identity—“is that ordinary people have no real idea of what sort of things will be prosecuted.” Many, then, are bound to fall foul of the law—not least because Police Scotland has insisted it will investigate every ‘hate crime’ complaint under the Act.

Commenting on the specific threat to comedians under the new legislation, writer and comedian Andrew Doyle attacked SNP leader Humza Yousaf—“the high priest of this dominant cult, sacrificing the freedom of his citizens to appease his intersectional deities”—for having “tornadoed onwards with his blasphemy codes.” Doyle added that “the best response to the Scottish National Party’s new hate crime bill is surely to mock it.”
