UK: Transgender Child Sex Offender Sentenced To 3.5 Years After Breaching Court Order Following Release From Prison

A trans-identified male predator is headed back to prison for 3.5 years shortly after completing a prison sentence for a series of disturbing sex offenses against children. Despite being barred from accessing the Internet, “Abigail” Waller began messaging minor girls on Facebook using a fake account from his wife’s phone in breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order which forbade him from contacting anyone under 18.

Born Jamie Kevin Harold Waller, the 29-year-old was originally sentenced to 5 years in prison in 2020 for a string of sickening abuses against children. Among them, he admitted to making and distributing indecent images of children, inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity, and sexual communication with a child.

One of the incidents included Waller grooming and blackmailing a 13-year-old girl into sending him lewd images and instructing her to refer to him as “Sir” and “Daddy.” Police also recovered 864 indecent abuse images of children from Waller’s devices, including images of a girl as young as 5 being raped by men.

At the time of his conviction for the crimes, Waller identified as male and was charged under his birth name.

In 2021, while incarcerated, Waller began identifying as a “woman,” and using the name Abigail or “Abi.” He also demanded prison staff refer to him using “she/her” pronouns. Waller served time in HMP The Verne on the Isle of Portland, Dorset, and HMP Winchester, Hampshire. He was released two years into his five year sentence, and handed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order which banned him from having any contact with minors.

The order also barred him from using devices connected to the internet unless police were notified. Around this time, Waller moved back in with his wife, Lucy. But within 3 months, he had begun using a spare phone belonging to his wife without her knowledge while she was at work, setting up an alias account on Facebook.

Waller began messaging minor girls, including two 14-year-olds and one 13-year-old, while posing as a teen boy named “Jack.” He sent romantic messages to the youth, telling them they were “beautiful” and “pretty.”

But, during a police visit to the couple’s residence in August of 2022, they spotted a Samsung phone hidden in Waller’s lap. The phone was assessed and Waller ultimately admitted to one count of breaching the court order for failing to notify police of a new alias and was sentenced to 6 months in prison.

In November of 2023, a three-day trial was held which found Waller guilty of 4 additional counts of breaching the Sexual Harm Prevention Order for messaging the girls.

During the trial, the courts recognized Waller’s new gender identity, referring to him as “Abi” and with she/her pronouns. Waller told the jury he had started identifying as a “woman” in 2021 and was waiting for treatment at a gender clinic.

He also claimed that his wife had been responsible for the messages he had sent the girls in an effort to frame him, an allegation the court rejected.

According to the Daily Mail, which used “she/her” pronouns to refer to the pedophile, Waller’s defense lawyer, Ellie Fargin, attempted to use his transgender identity to help him avoid prison time.

“We ask you to bear in mind the conditions in prison and the issues Ms. Waller will face in prison due to her ADHD and autism and because of her gender identity matter which she is awaiting treatment for,” Fargin stated during Waller’s trial. At the courthouse, Waller was reportedly wearing a pink floral dress.

However, the courts didn’t buy Wallers defense and found him guilty of four counts of breaching his SHPO. The presiding judge, Michael Bowes, called his actions “a pre-cursor” referring to Wallers previous conviction of blackmailing children for sexual images.

“The messages themselves would appear to be fairly innocuous, but I am satisfied they were part of a grooming process,” Judge Bowes said.

“[The messages] were to gain their trust, with a view to take matters further and that’s part of the gravity of these offences. At your trial, you denied matters, seeking to blame your wife, but the jury convicted you.”

Unpopular Austrian Government Vows: No More Cash for Migrants

In what is described by Austrian media as a bid to increase his party’s popularity before parliamentary elections this autumn, Austria Chancellor Karl Nehammer will present his Österreichplan (Plan for Austria) in a speech in the northern city of Wels on Friday, January 26th.

Migration will be one of the main issues addressed in the speech, with Nehammer planning to announce a much tougher approach:

  • only those who have resided legally in Austria for five years would receive full social benefits;
  • asylum seekers would receive vouchers instead of cash hand-outs for the first five years;
  • anyone who receives social benefits and is able to work will be obligated to do community service;
  • asylum seekers’ valuables would be confiscated “to cover the costs.”

Nehammer wants to “consistently combat the abuse of our social system,” and points to Denmark as a good example. The Scandinavian country is one of the toughest on asylum and mass migration within the entire European Union, despite having a social democrat-led government.

The Austrian Chancellor would also mimic Denmark in seeking a way to deport non-EU foreign convicts to prisons abroad. Although Copenhagen signed a deal with Kosovo in 2022 to send 300 foreign prisoners there, the government failed to gather the necessary support in the Danish parliament to fund the prison. Nehammer also aims to restrict the movement of failed asylum seekers to prevent them from going into hiding before being deported, and would set up asylum centres outside Austria to handle applications.

However, the government would still encourage legal migration: foreigners would fill 200,000 job vacancies, after taking German language courses. In addition, Nehammer will pledge to make his plan the “programme of 5 million people”—the number of tax-paying adults currently in Austria—meaning they would pay less in taxes and earn more in pensions.

As Austrian publication Kronen Zeitung points out, the Österreichplan seems like a last-ditch effort to pull the chancellor’s party, the centre-right People’s Party (ÖVP) out from its low position in opinion polls. ÖVP—which is in a coalition with the Greens—is currently polling in third with 20% of the votes, while anti-immigration, anti-globalist Freedom Party (FPÖ) is riding high with 32%.

Migration is a hot topic in Austria: the country has faced a growing number of migrants entering the country in recent years, with 112,000 people seeking asylum in 2022. Though the number decreased last year—56,000 migrants claimed asylum from January until November—it was still the third-highest number since the beginning of the migration crisis. A recent report says migration has cost Austria a whopping €21.6 billion in ten years.

Reacting to Nehammer’s upcoming announcement, FPÖ replied:

The ÖVP has already lost all its credibility with regards to asylum and migration policy. ÖVP Interior Ministers are responsible for all negative records for asylum applications in Austria being broken. In view of this disastrous record, who can still trust the ÖVP?

Journalist ‘Beaten’ After Greta Thunberg Palestine Protest in Leipzig

A journalist was followed and “brutally attacked” after a pro-Palestine protest addressed by climate wunderkind Greta Thunberg, reports state.

Greta Thunberg made a surprise appearance at a pro-Palestine protest in Leipzig, Germany, on Wednesday, speaking in support of Palestine and criticising Israel, another demonstration that the already-veteran child climate campaigner is speaking out on other left-wing issues. Yet the demonstration has made headlines for violence, with a journalist covering events attacked.

According to a statement by local television station Sachsen Fernsehen which had commissioned a freelance video journalist to cover the event the reporter and his assistant were “massively harassed by stewards and demonstrators from the anti-Israel demonstration” and then followed after the event as they tried to leave. Pursued to a tram stop, the pair were “first verbally attacked by three demonstrators, including a steward, and then brutally beaten”.

Per the statement, the beating continued even after the journalist had already fallen to the ground, with the attackers kicking him. Both of the men were hospitalised by the attack with injuries to the head. The perpetrators were said to be wearing “a Palestine scarf around their necks, and a black/white/green flag is said to have been visible”, and despite police responding by the time they arrived the attackers had already fled.

Police are investigating but no arrests have been made. The director of the television station made a statement on the attack, saying: “We condemn the attack in the strongest possible terms… Violence against journalists is absolutely unacceptable and threatens the fundamental values ​​of press freedom. We wish our reporter and his companion a speedy recovery from their injuries”. The media union also condemned the attack.

German newspaper Die Welt reports recorded fragments of Thunberg’s pro-Gaza speech in Leipzig, given to an audience of “dozens” of listeners have surfaced. She is reported to have said that no one can remain silent “when a genocide is underway and people are being deprived of the most basic human needs.”

Thunberg’s Palestine activism may be less well-known than her climate campaigning, but she has spoken out on the subject several times. Thunberg appeared as a pro-Palestine protest in Stockholm, Sweden in November 2023 [pictured, top] and co-wrote an opinion on the conflict in the UK’s left-wing Guardian newspaper in December.

She wrote then of an Israeli “genocide” against the Gaza strip and complained “most of the world, particularly the so-called global north, is looking the other way”. Rejecting claims she and her comrades in the climate movement had been “radicalised” by Gaza, Thunberg said pushing politics was always the point of the movement. She wrote; “Contrary to what many have claimed, Fridays for Future has not “been radicalised” or “become political”. We have always been political, because we have always been a movement for justice. Standing in solidarity with Palestinians and all affected civilians has never been in question for us.

Greece: Poll Finds Majority Against Same-Sex Marriage by Referendum But Also Against Gay Adoption Rights

A poll conducted by research company GPO has found that a majority is against deciding on same-sex marriage by referendum but is also firmly against gay adoption rights.

Specifically, GPO’s data suggests that of all respondents, 32.2% are firmly in favor of gay marriage, 16.9% are likely in favor, 5.4% are likely against, and 42.9% are firmly against, with the remaining 2.6% being undecided.

On the issue of children being adopted by same-sex people, 16.3% are firmly in favor, 11.9% are likely in favor, 9.5% are likely against, and 60.2% are firmly against, while 2.1% of respondents are undecided.

Regarding the question of allowing same-sex couples to adopt via surrogate mothers, which is not part of the government’s proposed bill, 10.9% are in favor, 7.4% are likely in favor, 7.7% are likely against, 71% are firmly against, while 3% were undecided.

Clerical suggestions to conduct a national referendum on the matter had 36.1% of respondents in favor or likely supportive of the idea, while 60.9% were likely or firmly against it, with 3% being undecided.

While a majority of ruling center-right New Democracy voters are against the bill, support among voters of parties to New Democracy’s left is not overwhelming either.

The Vienna public prosecutor’s office has brought charges against another violent supporter of the terrorist militia “Islamic State” (IS). As the spokesperson for the regional court, Christina Salzborn, announced, a young man (19) will have to answer to a panel of lay judges on 2 February on charges including terrorist association (Section 278b). He is alleged to have posted IS propaganda on his publicly accessible Instagram account.

The indictment also includes other offences that emphatically prove that the young IS supporter has a tendency for violence. 50 bags of cocaine seized from Belgian Socialist minister’s office, staffer arrested

Belgian authorities seized 50 bags of cocaine during a search last month of the office of Socialist Minister of Education Caroline Désir, local media reported on Wednesday evening.

According to La Dernière Heure newspaper, one of Désir’s staffers, who is the son of former minister and current Belgian Socialist MP Fadila Laanan, was arrested prior to the search on suspicion of drug trafficking. A total of €10,000 in cash was seized during a further search of his home.

He is understood to have been working as the treasurer for the minister’s office.

The suspect was remanded in custody at Haren prison while police conducted their initial investigations.

In response to the news, which has just come to light, the minister’s office confirmed that the man, named only as Mr. MV, is no longer employed by Désir.

“On Wednesday, Dec. 15 in the evening, we were informed that Mr. MV, who held the position of treasurer within the cabinet, was under arrest as part of an investigation into drug trafficking. On Thursday, Dec. 16, a dismissal procedure for breach of trust was carried out in compliance with the regulations applicable to ministerial offices.

“The same day, a search of his office was carried out to check whether any criminal items were there. Around fifty sachets containing white powder were discovered. Once this discovery was made, contact was made by the firm with a criminal lawyer to open collaboration with the investigating judge in charge of the investigation,” the office said.

It added that the office had complied fully with the investigation and provided access to all areas where the staff member had permission.

No other contraband was found by investigations and the authorities “have not wanted to hear from any other member of the cabinet since,” it added.

Female Inmate Sues City Of New York After Being Sexually Assaulted By Male Predator Who Was “Instructed” To Claim He Was Transgender In Order To Be Housed With Women

A former female inmate is suing the City of New York after being “repeatedly sexually assaulted” by a male inmate who had been housed in the women’s section of Rikers Island. Known only as Rose Doe, the inmate says she was subjected to repeat abuse by a male who was permitted to stay in women’s protective custody after claiming to be “transgender.”

The lawsuit was filed at the Bronx Supreme Court in November of 2023, and the complaint details the extent of the human rights violations Rose Doe alleges to have suffered.

Rose Doe was first housed at the Rose M. Singer Center, the only women’s facility on Rikers Island, in December of 2021. Shortly after, a male inmate was transferred into Doe’s unit on the basis of his self-declared “gender identity.” New York City’s Department of Corrections (DOC) adopted a policy on transgender inmates in 2018, with inmates being housed based on their self-identified gender identity unless the outcome of a federally required safety assessment or the preferences of the inmate require alternative housing.

According to the suit, DOC records show that at the time the male entered the women’s housing unit, he was being investigated for his potential involvement in a prostitution ring operating within Rikers Island. The ring involved staff and inmates, and the DOC was reportedly aware that he was likely moved to the female unit to facilitate his procurement of female inmates to pimp out to male inmates and staff.

Disturbingly, the lawsuit alleges multiple officials within the DOC leveraged the City’s liberal transgender inmate guidance to ensure the male inmate could remain in the female unit.

According to the complaint, the male inmate was “instructed” to claim he was transgender so he could stay in the female facility where he had easy access to female inmates.

Rose Doe was sexually assaulted by the male inmate on April 6, 2022, just months after being housed at the Rose M. Singer Center. Just two days prior to her own assault, Rose Doe witnessed the male inmate coerce a mentally ill female inmate into performing sex acts.

The complaint also details that the male inmate had a “full beard” when he was moved into the women’s unit, and would frequently admit that he was not transgender. According to the complaint, within hours of his arrival, the male inmate began openly telling everyone in the housing unit that he was “straight and not trans and was there to have sex with women.”

Following the sexual assault, Rose Doe says she was not offered any assistance, medical treatment, mental health services, or even HIV post-exposure prophylaxis. She was also not given timely access to a rape kit, with forensic testing being delayed 10 hours following her report of the assault.

These violations of New York State Public Health Law are alleged to have been “born of a desire and/or conspiracy to cover-up and destroy evidence of the sexual assaults that [staff] knew had taken place.”

While Rose Doe’s complaint relies upon differentiating her assailant with “true” transgender people, this is not the first time the Rose M. Singer Center has come under scrutiny for housing males amongst the vulnerable female inmates.

In April of 2022, a trans-identified male inmate was convicted of raping a female prisoner while in the women’s section of the New York prison. Ramel Blount, 33, who uses the alias Diamond Blount, was sentenced to seven years after accepting a plea deal for a lesser charge of attempted rape.

While housed in the female facility, Blount approached a 33-year-old woman in the bathroom at the Rose M. Singer Center of the Rikers complex on February 8, 2021. The victim had just finished showering when Blount grabbed her by the neck, held her down and sexually assaulted her.

Other violent trans-identified male inmates currently housed at the Center include Harvey Marcelin, a serial killer who murdered and dismembered multiple women.

French Peasant Revolt: Nine in Ten Support Farmer Protests Against Globalist Government

The French public overwhelmingly supports the farmers, with nearly nine in ten backing their protest against globalist policies from Eurocrats in Brussels and President Macron’s government in Paris.

According to an Odoxa-Backbone Consulting survey conducted on behalf of the Le Figaro newspaper, 89 per cent of the French public support the tractor protest of the nation’s farmers as they have risen up against EU green agenda policies, overregulation, increased fuel taxes and prices, and unfair pricing practices from supermarket chains.

The survey found that the support for the farmers spanned the political spectrum, with 97 per cent of centre-right Les Republicains voters backing the farmers, followed by 95 per cent of right-wing populist National Rally (RN) voters, and 94 per cent of Socialist Party voters. Support dropped slightly among Green party and leftist La France Insoumise (LFI) voters at 88 and 87 per cent respectively.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, supporters of President Emmanuel Macron were the least favourable of the farmers, with 81 per cent saying that they support the movement, but just 38 per cent saying they “completely” back the farmers.

The issue of farming and the green agenda are set to be key issues in the European Parliament elections in June. The issues facing European farmers, who have long suffered under tedious regulations and shifting climate standards, have been exacerbated by the soaring cost of fuel, inflation and the EU’s decision to allow tariff-free Ukrainian agricultural products into the bloc.

According to the survey, the French public believes that the green agenda overreach of Brussels has been harming their farming industry, with 78 per cent saying that EU policies have been “rather negative” for the farmers of France. In a bad sign for Emmanuel Macron, his government is seen in an even worse light, with 83 per cent saying that the president does not sufficiently support farmers.

While the French farmers have a long history of staging tractor and other protests, the recent “peasant” uprising has come amid a wider revolt within Europe against the globalist agenda, with tractor protests continuing across Germany, Romania and Poland. European farmers have previously seen success on the backs of their tractor protests, with Dutch farmer revolts leading to the Farmer Citizen Movement becoming the largest party in the Netherlands Senate as well as playing a key role in the sweeping victory of populist Geert Wilders in the November general election.

The latest protests in France, which began a little over a week ago, ramped up on Wednesday, with farmers covering the streets and even some government buildings in the commune of Agen with animal manure.

The farmers also set bales of hay and tires on fire outside a prefecture building. Later in the day, farmers in the area also filmed themselves burning the European Union flag.

Meanwhile, major highways, including the A35 motorway near Strasbourg was blocked off by hundreds of tractors. Farmer from Girondin also staged blockades on the Aquitaine bridge outside of Bordeaux.

So far, the protests have largely been confined to more rural areas, however, the farmer union boss Arnaud Rousseau said that they are “not excluding any option” when asked if the farmers are planning on major protests in Paris or other bigger cities.

“At this stage, what matters is to occupy the ground to show that anger is there everywhere in France and to obtain answers,” he said, adding: “We are not here to annoy the French, we would prefer to be on our farms. But at the moment we are in, we have no choice. We have to go, there is no spirit of retreat.”

I explained that if I were Jewish, I would not feel comfortable in her hands, and the wearing of that flag was too political a sign. She told me she wasn’t wearing the pin for political reasons, but humanitarian reasons. She doesn’t realise that everything is political, including humanitarian aid, and how much gets spent on it and to whom it gets sent. But even as she was saying this, whilst trying to maintain an upbeat façade, I could see anger simmering under the surface and an urgency to get me out of the room. It’s generally the case that those with the loudest voices are the ones who know the least about the subject about which they are so fired up. The vast majority of humanitarian aid sent to the Palestinians over the past decades — raw materials and finances — has been used to purchase ammunition and build terror tunnels. So when she says she’s supporting “humanitarian aid” to Palestine, is she saying she wants to fund more terrorism?

Germany’s failing governing coalition is led by the most unpopular Chancellor of this century, Olaf Scholz.

And just when we thought that this government couldn’t get any worse, it turns out it could – and much worse.

It was just 3 years ago when Germany decided to reform and strengthen Section 184b of the Criminal Code: then Justice Minister Christine Lambrecht oversaw the change that changed ‘the distribution, acquisition and possession of child pornographic content’ from a misdemeanor to a crime.

Now, there is a real risk of a year-long prison sentence.

But not for long, it seems.

Lambrecht’s successor as Justice Minister, Marco Buschmann, wants to downgrade the offense to a misdemeanor again – and they are doing it with unconvincing justifications.
