Tyranny has arrived in Poland and this time it’s real

screen grab youtube

The time for tyranny has arrived, and this time, it’s unfortunately real. No government in Poland since 1989 has come as close to sliding into actual tyranny as the current one, nor has any other given itself such broad permission to become tyrannical. Moreover, none have been as effective in practically eliminating the safeguards that constrain them.

Let us start with a few questions.

Firstly, if the Law and Justice (PiS) party governed recklessly, what do we call the actions of their successors? Super-reckless? Turbo-reckless? Mega-turbo-reckless? Secondly, if PiS disregarded all “safeguards” or “minority rights,” where do ministers like Culture Minister Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz, responsible for the attack on public media, and Justice Minister Adam Bodnar stand on these issues? Serious suggestions only, please.

Thirdly, the previous regime was accused daily, both domestically and internationally, for eight long years of harboring an “authoritarian gene.” It was said that PiS would never relinquish power once gained, that they would not respect the election results, that they would imprison opponents, and strip the opposition of its last media strongholds. Those who do not remember should remind themselves, read up, watch again. How then, against the backdrop of these accusations, should we describe those who govern now?

How can we even comment on declarations like: “We are restoring constitutionality and looking for a legal basis to do it,” by Adam Bodnar? Or “Lawful is what we understand as lawful” by Donald Tusk? Or “The constitution is a trap that PiS sets for democracy,” as the academic lawyer and staunch PiS critic Wojciech Sadurski was kind enough to comment?

How can the constitution, the anchor of democracy, especially in its liberal interpretation as advocated by Sadurski, become a trap for democracy? It would be different if PiS had changed the constitution, stripping it of its power, sanctity, and authority.

But that didn’t happen. It’s the same fundamental law that Sadurski himself cited just a few months ago in his fight against PiS. Yesterday, it was his shield in the battle against democracy’s enemies. Today, it evidently chafes him (and the entire ruling camp). So, politicians circumvent it, and lawyer Sadurski loudly applauds them for it.

There are two options to consider: Are these people truly “democrats” as they have long pretended to be? Or did they only invoke democracy when it suited them? If so, who are they really?

The good news is that time will answer this last question. In the next few years, we will learn the true stance of the aforementioned individuals on democracy, rule of law, human rights, and freedom of speech. We will know them by their fruits. That is for sure.

Now, there are, broadly speaking, two potential scenarios. The first is an optimistic one. In this scenario, disenchanted sympathizers of the so-called democratic camp console themselves with the thought that this is just political theater — a reaction to years of humiliation. They hope that eventually, reason will prevail. The public television TVP, the Constitutional Tribunal and other PiS institutions will be cleansed, and all will be well. Right now, it might not look pretty, but peace will return to our land. And the current situation? At worst, Sienkiewicz, Bodnar, and the unfortunate liquidators of public media will serve as scapegoats, to be replaced by newer models.

Unfortunately, there’s also a second, more likely possibility. I hope I’m wrong, but I fear that the current rulers won’t be able to stop their anti-PiS crusade. The path of force, revenge and reckoning will be too easy, and the conviction of their moral righteousness too intoxicating. Then, it will be too late. There is no turning back from a web of lies, as one falsehood leads to another, creating increasingly complex structures where removing one element then threatens a collapse and loss of credibility. They must keep going and certainly not back down. On the contrary, full steam ahead.

This is already evident. Doubts about their media policy within their own camp are covered up with bold offensives on other fronts: the war against a president signaling readiness to compromise, or intrigues against the National Bank of Poland President Adam Glapiński. It’s an old and tested method, especially characteristic of authoritarian environments. There’s always some “last unconquered village of Gauls” to conquer before laying down their arms. But not before, oh no! There’s always some PiS remnant threatening a resurgence of PiS-ism. And so, the cycle continues.

Until the end.

This second path is all the more likely because the new power faces almost no oversight. PiS had powerful foreign adversaries: the European Union, liberal Western media, Soros’s network. At home, they faced a strong opposition, media friendly to it, and opinion-forming elites. Paradoxically, this served PiS. It kept them in check, ensuring that even if they had an authoritarian gene, it would be constantly fought against, never taking full control.

The anti-PiS doesn’t have any of these checks on its power. They won’t be watched by foreign powers or liberal media in conjunction with filmmaker Agnieszka Holland. And after taking over public media from PiS, there will be even fewer safeguards.

This is the tragedy of our new rulers. This is their curse. It already makes them tyrants — real tyrants and not the imagined ones they projected onto PiS. It also makes them extremely dangerous.

Protests in Co Mayo, Ireland Over Plans to House 50 Male Migrants in Local Hotel

Protests erupted over the weekend in the town of Ballinrobe in Co Mayo, Ireland, over plans to bring 50 male migrants to the small town to be housed at the JJ Gannons Hotel.

The town came together to protest the move with the social media page ‘Ballinrobe Says No’, created to garner support.

A live-streamed video of the protest showed a local business owner addressing the crowd and sharing the concern that the community was only given two days’ notice of the impending migrant arrival.

“Unfortunately, we are going to have to stand here and stay here, and not allow this to happen,” she shared.

“If this happens, my daughter will not walk down this street, and I won’t walk down this street. Where are we all going to go if these 50 people, without documentation likely, are hovering here, where we are standing now.”

“They will be here Monday morning unless we all stay here, stand here, and do something about it.”

Banned under Islam. Self censored in Islamicized Europe

by Giulio Meotti

The famous animated film “Persepolis” by the Iranian Marjan Satrapi was condemned as “anti-Iranian” by Tehran for having denounced the Islamic revolution of 1979. This complaint led Satrapi to emigrate first to Austria and then to France, a country from which she can no longer return.

Persepolis has since become a “cursed” film.

Islamic fundamentalists even tried to burn down (with journalists inside) the television studios of the Tunisian channel Nessma during the “Arab Spring” (which was a freezing Islamic winter). The station was broadcasting Persepolis at that time. Nessma director Kabil Kaorui was also prosecuted for showing the film.

Now it’s Europe’s turn.

French students were supposed to attend a screening of “Persepolis” in a cinema, when their teacher preferred to cancel everything (brave, however, for having wanted to show it). It happened in the Ardèche, where “for fear of the reaction of Muslim students”, reveals the Journal du dimanche, self-censorship has taken power.

“Some students are Muslims and their reactions could put me in danger,” confides the professor. And he added: “We are not safe from fanatics.”

Yes, who is safe?

Certainly not the professor who was just placed under guard in Mantes la Jolie, also in Francistan.

Isn’t it ironic and tragic that in the France that gave asylum, hospitality and help to Khomeini, it is not possible to show an Iranian film critical of the ayatollahs?

And what a strange fate that of many Iranian exiles in the West.

The Iranian writer Chahdortt Djavann, arrested at thirteen for demonstrating against the mullahs, then exiled to Paris in 1993, made an observation on French TV that should make our right-thinking people think: “You have to be blind to only see the dogmas that they crush Muslim countries and increasingly govern our European societies.”

Sooreh Hera is an Iranian artist who was supposed to exhibit a series of photographic works portraying gay couples, including Muhammad and Ali, in a museum in The Hague. Threatened with attacks and death, the exhibition was cancelled. The Hague, a strange place indeed, the “city of peace” where next week Israel and the Jewish people will have to defend themselves from the accusation of genocide brought against them by South Africa, this failed state that protected the genocidal Sudanese dictator Bashir.

Not far from The Hague, in Maastricht, Bart Drenth meanwhile had to resign after just six months as director of “Tefaf”, the most important art fair in the world, for having “offended Islam”.

After all, Khomeini, the wise man, has said it: “There is nothing to laugh about in Islam”. And as Satrapi explains, in the West today it has to suffer liberal censorship that accuses it of “Islamophobia”.

At Macalester College, in cold Minnesota, the exhibition of an Iranian artist, Taravat Talepasand, who had created a sculpture that reads “Woman, life, freedom” in English and Farsi (the slogan of the Iranian women’s revolt) and a satire is censored because of Khomeini and women wearing the niqab while pulling up their robes.

At the same time, an Iranian-born professor at San Francisco State University was being investigated after Muslim students complained that the academic showed an image of Muhammad during a lecture. “This is the first time this has happened,” said Maziar Behrooz. “I wasn’t prepared for someone to be offended, in a secular university, talking about history rather than religion.”

Not to mention the Iranian dissident Maryam Namazie banned from some English universities, such as Goldsmiths and Warwick. Her defense of her free speech would have “offended” students of the Islamic faith. But it offends no one that Israeli academic Amira Halperin this week talks about receiving physical and digital death threats in the same British universities.

Ayatollahs know better…

Bizarre, if we consider how it went for the most famous poet of the young Iranian generation, Payam Feili. Israel issued him an entry permit to the Jewish state. Yes, the evil Zionists have opened the doors to the citizen of an enemy state, an Iranian. Feili’s visit coincides with the mass scene at the theater in Tel Aviv of his work The Three Seasons, banned by the ayatollahs. Feili suffered censorship, arrests, threats and harassment from the Iranian regime, before fleeing to Turkey and then to Israel. It had been eleven years since one of his works had been produced and the ayatollahs even forced the publishing house for which Feili worked as an editor to fire him.

In Kenya a publisher has just sent a book to the pulp mill because it contained a portrait of the Prophet Muhammad.

Kenya is far away, right? But is Germany far away? In Germany a book was withdrawn from sale because it was “offensive towards Islam”.

And a popular children’s book in the “Biff, Chip and Kipper” series has been withdrawn following complaints that it was “Islamophobic”, reports the Telegraph. Oxford University Press is the publisher of “The Blue Eye”, in which young characters are transported to a foreign land with the help of a magical key. The children find themselves in a crowded street market, which appears to be somewhere in the Middle East, where the men wear white turbans and a woman is dressed in a niqab. The publisher said: “The book has been completely withdrawn from print and we have destroyed our remaining stock of the book, although a small number of copies may still remain in the supply chain. Some older titles may still be available in bookstores or as second-hand copies”. And it doesn’t matter, as the Times reminds us, that “millions of children in England have been educated on the books of Biff, Chip and Kipper”. “Turbans and niqabs are not appropriate”, says the BBC.

Iranian artist Sadaf Ahmadi was also just censored in Sweden. Ahmadi created ten veiled heads hanging like ghosts from a rope. But due to “security problems” they canceled it. “I was shocked, I was scared again,” Ahmadi, born in Tehran, tells Euronews. “The same thing was happening to me that happened in Iran.” Expressen’s head of culture, Victor Malm, writes: “If the culture managers and other bureaucrats who have power are starting to think like this, the mullahs have already gotten what they want.”

It is not so?

We exhibitionist Westerners, who now morally censor even the first films of that straight white chauvinist James Bond, have cut off a colored lock of hair. They cut out our tongues. Rahim Safavi, head of the Iranian Pasdaran, promised: “We will have to cut someone’s throat and someone else’s tongue.”

Considering the level of cowardice and compromise, there is not much left to cut in Europe. Only ostriches’ bodies can be seen. And Islam doesn’t need to laugh at itself, because it’s already too busy laughing at us.

Berlin: A man and a woman talk Hebrew and are beaten up by Arabs because of it

A woman and her companion were attacked in the Berlin district of Neukölln on Saturday night, allegedly for anti-Semitic reasons. The 24-year-old and the 27-year-old had been talking in Hebrew in a McDonald’s on Hermannplatz (photo), Berlin police said. Two men at the neighbouring table, who are said to have spoken Arabic, made derogatory remarks about them and when the two Israelis asked the two men not to insult them, the situation escalated. One of the aggressive neighbours at the table is said to have poured an alcoholic drink in their direction. He then took a chair and hit the woman with it. She was able to fend off the attack with her arms, the police added. When her companion tried to protect her, the man allegedly hit him in the face with his fist.

The attacker and his companion then allegedly ran off in the direction of Sonnenallee. The state security department responsible for politically motivated offences took over the further investigation.

Church of Greece Urges Lawmakers to Reject Same-Sex Marriage Bill After Failed Government Collaboration

After the government’s attempts to reconcile with the Church of Greece on the matter of same-sex marriage and parenthood fell through, clergy members are now urging lawmakers to reject the upcoming bill that will be presented in Parliament.

The Holy Synod’s decision to send a message to the archdiocese and the metropolises just before Christmas, expressing its disapproval, is believed to be influenced by rumors that the government intends to expedite its legislative proposal rather than postponing it until after the European elections, as previously discussed.

The government has made it clear that it wants individuals to refrain from taking a stance on the issue prematurely and to wait for the law they will introduce. They are striving to find a balance that fulfills their commitment to legalizing same-sex marriage, while also minimizing opposition as much as possible.

UK snow: Britain to be lashed with 10cm of heavy snow as -4C freeze grips nation

screen grab youtube

The Met Office has predicted Britain will be hit with snow as new maps have shown the country could be lashed with as much as 10cm of sleet and snow and freezing temperatures sweep south.

Forecasters at the Met Office have said the middle of January could see snowy conditions develop in the north and midlands as a pressure lid keeps cold conditions hovering across the UK.

Cold weather conditions have already sunk temperatures into low single digits nationwide but new weather maps by WX charts suggest the mercury could dip as low as -4C.

Northern England could see as much as 10cm of snow with Exacta Weather forecaster James Madden predicting “widespread and heavy snow showers across large parts of the country” from the middle of the month and extremely cold conditions.

He added: “This will see most and if not all parts of the country getting dragged into an extended snowy regime over at least a several-day period, and literally anywhere will be at a much significantly higher risk of seeing some heavy and settling snow within this particular period (from parts of the far north to the far south of country, and especially down the eastern flank of the country from Scotland to southern England too).”

According to the Met Office long-range forecast for 11-20 January, cold air and snow could sweep south as a high-pressure system is predicted to reorient itself towards the northwest of the UK.

It reads: “High pressure will remain in charge at first, whilst sitting to the north or northwest of the UK.

“Many areas will often be dry if rather cloudy, however occasional light rain or drizzle is likely, especially on some east-facing hills.

“The best of any sunshine in sheltered western and perhaps southern areas and still rather chilly for most.

“Towards mid-month, the high will likely decline or reorientate itself to the west or northwest of the UK, potentially allowing colder air with snow showers to filter south across the UK and/or for frontal systems to approach from the southwest.

“The latter scenario would also bring the potential for significant snow and also perhaps some heavy rain to parts of the south.

“Either way a more unsettled outlook towards mid-month looks probable.”

However, it adds that from January 20 “colder weather is more likely to dominate” and has the potential to bring “more widespread snow to parts of the UK”.

Looking further ahead for the period between January 21 and February 4, the Met Office predicts: “Through this period, compared to normal, there is an increased chance of colder conditions along with the associated impacts from low temperatures, ice and snow.

“Whilst colder weather is more likely to dominate, there is also the possibility of further frontal systems at least encroaching from the west or southwest, bringing the potential for more widespread snow to parts of the UK as they butt up against any cold air in place.

“These would also increase the likelihood of wetter conditions redeveloping, at least in the south, where occasional milder interludes are also most likely.”

UN Demands $150 Trillion to End Bad Weather (also known as 150% of the world’s GDP)

Grab your loved ones and hold them close, “extreme weather ” is coming. (Also known as winter.) There will be storms, snow, hail and cold weather. But it’ll be extreme. So extreme that the weather will practically be a climate insurrection.

Who can save us from these terrifying catastrophes? The United Nations. (Obviously.)

The UN, already famous for having ended war, genocide, tyranny and ushered in utopia in 1956 has a plan to save the planet. It’ll just take a little pocket change.

$150 trillion. But that’s just a minor detail. Isn’t a mere $150 trillion (also known as 150% of the world’s GDP) a small price to pay for ending the threat and menace of… extreme weather?

The United Nations has issued its predictions for 2024, saying there will be increasing climate disasters, high food prices and more extreme weather.

Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together… MASS HYSTERIA!

Throughout 2022 and 2023, high food prices impacted the quality of life of people around the world. The UN says these high prices will continue in Africa, South Asia and Western Asia.

Amazing. I can’t imagine how the UN could have predicted that.

In his foreword to the report, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, known to be a bold advocate for climate action, says that, “Investment in climate action and sustainable development is falling woefully short.”

How short? Shorter than a midget trying to climb Mount Rushmore.

The report says that “massively scaling up climate finance” is a “critical priority”.

They say current finance “remains far below the required level of green investment to limit the temperature rise to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, as set out in the Paris Agreement in 2015.”

The authors have put numbers on what is needed, albeit estimates, saying that $150 trillion is needed between now and 2050 to transition to clean energies.

They say $5.3 trillion is needed every year “to transform the global energy sector alone.”

Or, and I’m just brainstorming here, we could chain every UN employee, especially those in UNRWA, to a bicycle and electroshock them if their pedaling drops below a certain speed. I understand that this is cruel. Especially to the bicycles. But we have no choice if we’re not going to save the planet. And it’s more humane than the forced abortions, bug-eating and reducing everyone to hunter-gatherer level that the UN has in mind for everyone not wearing blue.

WHO Slammed For Working With Trans-Identified Male Who Pushes Puberty Suppression As A “Default Option”

The World Health Organization is under fire for choosing a group of trans activists to develop its first global guide to “gender-affirming care,” with particular concern surrounding an appointee who advocates for halting children’s puberty. Florence Ashley, a Canadian “transfeminine activist, academic, and slut” has argued for “unbounded social transition” along with “ready access to puberty blockers” for children to be made “the default option” within healthcare systems.

On December 18 of 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) formally announced the individuals who had been selected to make up its guideline development group (GDG). According to the global health body’s website, the GDG will create “implementation guidance on health sector interventions” for “trans and gender diverse people.” Among them are academics, trans activists, and former leaders and financial backers of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). The WHO said the 21 appointees will meet at its headquarters in Geneva next month to collaborate on the guide.

Yet the appointee who has sparked perhaps the most controversy for his continued focus on advocating for childhood ‘transition’ is Florence Ashley, currently an assistant professor at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in Canada. Since 2018, Ashley has repeatedly written and spoken about “transgender youth” and has called for pubertal suppression to be mandated as a “default option” for “gender creative youth.”

In a 2019 paper titled “Thinking an ethics of gender exploration: Against delaying transition for transgender and gender creative youth,” published by Clinical Child Psychology and Psychiatry, Ashley claims that allowing children to go through “unmitigated” puberty constitutes a larger risk to children than placing them on drugs which suppress their natural development.

“Although taking puberty blockers is a form of medical treatment, it certainly facilitates exploration significantly more than letting puberty run its course; whereas puberty strongly favours cis embodiment by raising the psychological and medical toll of transitioning, puberty blockers structurally place transgender and cisgender hormonal futures in approximate symmetry. Youth who take puberty blockers have their options wide open, their bodies unaltered by either testosterone or oestrogen,” Ashley states.

He continues: “The neutrality of puberty blockers as opposed to unmitigated hormonal puberty should evacuate any hesitancy towards initiating gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues for youth who desire them. From the premise that facilitating exploration should be our starting point in caring for trans and gender creative youth, puberty blockers must be seen as the default position, to be readily prescribed since they leave the largest space for future identity development and negotiation.”

Ashley has also called for parents who oppose transitioning their children to be subjected to “publicly-funded education and counselling” in order to combat “parental hostility.”

In his 2019 article “Puberty Blockers Are Necessary, but They Don’t Prevent Homelessness: Caring for Transgender Youth by Supporting Unsupportive Parents,” Ashley writes: “Any measures seeking to promote access to puberty blockers must be accompanied by harm-reduction measures targeting parents of trans youth who have difficulty accepting their child’s gender identity and transition. Both supervised parent support groups and narrative ethics-inspired counselling should be considered as primary means of addressing parental hostility and rejection of their trans child.”

In addition to his advocacy for halting children’s puberty, Ashley has boasted of sneaking jokes of a sexual nature into his academic articles.

In a blog post dated August 2020, titled “Scholarly Shitposting: A Florencian Compendium,” Ashley writes that it is his “great pleasure” to compile a list of innuendos he has inserted into academic publications.

In an article titled “Genderfucking Non-Disclosure: Sexual Fraud, Transgender Bodies, and Messy Identities,” which argues that “gender identity is a private matter and people should not be forced to communicate it to others to have an intimate life,” Ashley has placed a remark which suggests his use of sex toys. “Dildos usually feel very different from penises,” reads one passage, which contains a footnote stating, “author’s personal experience.”

Other innuendos or “easter eggs” added by Ashley include references to the number 69, a slang term for a sexual position, and sexualized terms for estrogen used by trans-identified males, such as “titty skittles” and “breast mints.”

In another apparent outburst of exhibitionism, Ashley has written about disrobing in front of nurses while hospitalized following his genital surgery in 2018. Shortly after undergoing the procedure, Ashley claims to have been “trading nudes” on social media and going “fully topless” in front of hospital staff. In his blog post, Ashley incorporates post-operative photos of his genitalia.

Selfie taken by Ashley while recovering from genital surgery. Source: Medium

“I’m well enough to take topless pics and trade nudes with a lovely cutie over Facebook. I’ve been topless all day due to my moral qualm with clothes. Nurses probably find me weird especially as I’ve proclaimed out loud that I dislike clothes and made them pass my IV through the arm hole to go fully topless, even though they have to pass it back in and out for walks,” he wrote.

“I’m a bit sad because I don’t have a penis any more, putting me in the normal competitive market instead of being a hot, rare commodity to sugar daddies,” Ashley added.

Ashley continued to fantasize about deceiving men into sexual encounters with him by pretending to be female.

“I wonder if once I’m healed I’ll start having sex with cis men without telling them I’m trans. On one hand it’s hard for me to hide I’m trans given that it’s all I talk about. On the other hand, it’s definitely easier that way for a quick fuck… I can’t wait to have sex with a cishet guy and ask him: ‘Oh babe, how does it feel fucking a penis with your penis?’”

Most recently, Ashley has been promoting his book, “Gender / Fucking: The Pleasures and Politics of Living in a Gendered Body,” which, according to its description, “invites the reader into the intimate world of academic smut to ask what it means to be horny on main in a sex-negative world.” In a TikTok video, Ashley highlights an editor’s comment on a passage detailing a “sex scene” that entailed “wax play,” resulting in “Crayola jizz.”

@floralashes #greenscreen For those wondering, the chapter is about how sex negativity in academia and law is probably a way of promoting capitalist exploitation by labelling ‘having a body’ lowly and animalistic. #trans #law #academia #university #capitalism #lgbt #lgbtq #transgender #queer #lesbian #wlw #sapphic ♬ original sound – Florence Ashley

Other academics appointed by WHO’s GDG committee include three sexologists and former presidents of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), a US-based lobby group, as well as several other former board members or contributors to WPATH’s formal guidelines. A petition calling for WHO to “go back to the drawing board” and re-evaluate the “biased panel” has currently gathered over 4,000 signatures.

As previously revealed exclusively by Reduxx, WPATH has multiple ties to academics involved in either pro-pedophilia activism or pedophilia apologism. The organization’s most recent Standards of Care were developed in collaboration with members of a castration fetish forum, the Eunuch Archive, which produces and hosts grisly written erotica on the theme of castrating children, both surgically and chemically, for an adult man’s sexual gratification or to halt puberty and keep the victim in a childlike state. One lead academic who worked closely with WPATH, Thomas Johnson, had shared a video of a transgender surgery as pornography within the forum.

Additionally, Reduxx discovered that a prominent Norwegian psychologist with connections to WPATH was previously associated with multinational pro-pedophile groups which lobbied for lowering the age of consent. Thore Langfeldt, who wrote extensively about “child sexuality” and positively conveyed case studies of pedophilic relationships, assisted in the organizing of a 2009 WPATH conference in Oslo which focused on gender identity and children.

Woke Police at Work: British Film Institute Issues “Trigger Warnings” on Classic James Bond Films

The woke police have been coming for James Bond for quite a while.

The Gateway Pundit reported that a 2023 reprinting of Ian Fleming’s 1950s classic Bond books contained rewritten passages to remove “racially insensitive” words and stereotypes.

The new printing also contained the disclaimer, “This book was written at a time when terms and attitudes which might be considered offensive by modern readers were commonplace.”

“A number of updates have been made in this edition, while keeping as close as possible to the original text and the period in which it is set,” the disclaimer adds.

Now, the British Film Institute (BFI) is adding multiple trigger warnings ahead of its tribute to composer John Barry, whose catalog includes several Bond movies.
