GERMANY: Trans-Identified Male in Psychiatric Ward Who Murdered Wife Seeking Placement in Women’s Prison “Forever”

A German killer who began identifying as transgender while incarcerated is requesting to be locked up with women for the rest of his life. Thorsten Heinz P., now known as Mona P., 57, was recently released from a women’s prison after completing his sentence, and appeared in court on January 10 asking to be returned to a female-only facility “forever.”

Monica, whose surname has been withheld in accordance with German law, filed his bizarre request at the district court of Essen on Wednesday with his defender. He had been released from a women’s prison after completing a combined 30-year sentence for convictions pertaining to the murder of his wife, a burglary attempt, and two instances of taking hostages while incarcerated, including binding a nurse and forcing her to perform “completely degrading sexual acts,” reports Waz.

Currently registered as “female” on his identification, Monica is being held in a psychiatric institution but is seeking permanent placement in a women’s prison on the basis that he believes he can neither be rehabilitated, nor is able to cope with life outside of a jail cell.

“I can no longer manage my everyday life,” he told Judge Martin Hahnemann at the Essen court, insisting he be returned to a women’s prison. “Sometimes I would like to hit my head against the wall and make it bleed… I don’t deserve freedom – at least not yet. I have caused enough suffering… I’m still dangerous.”

On December 28, 1992, Thorsten Heinz strangled his wife to death with a clothesline at their home in North Rhine-Westphalia. He was sentenced to 13 years in prison for the killing, and at an undisclosed time during his incarceration, began identifying as transgender and taking female hormones.

While detained, he twice took staff as hostages: one victim was a priest, and the other, a nurse, who he proceeded to sexually torment. For these offenses, his sentence was extended to 25 years.

Thorsten was released at the end of his sentence, but soon after threatened two married couples from Iserlohn with robbery in their homes. This, he claimed, was an act of desperation conducted in order to return to prison.

According to limited information provided in media reports on the recent court hearing, Thorsten’s transgender status is a recent development that occurred within the past five years.

He is currently facing charges of faking a crime after turning himself in to the police in Gelsenkirchen while wielding a steak knife and fabricated a story about committing a robbery. Thorsten, referred to in the press as Monica and by feminine pronouns, stated that he had just attacked a stranger in Feldmarkstrasse. However, the alleged victim was able to flee unharmed. When Judge Hahnemann asked him how far he would go to get back to prison, he hesitated, then said in a quiet voice, “I can’t answer that for you… I don’t want to hurt anyone and no longer produce any new victims, so I think I should be locked up forever.”

The case is scheduled for another court hearing on Friday.

According to 2021 government data for the region of North Rhine-Westphalia obtained by German women’s rights activist Madeleine, known on X as @missdelein2, a total of 9 “trans people” were imprisoned for crimes that year, of which five were placed in women’s prisons. Over the last five years, decisions regarding accommodations based on self-declared gender identity had to be made in 39 cases.

Speaking with Reduxx, Madeleine slammed the German government for “insitutional gaslighting” and a failure to “recognize women as human beings.”

“What we are seeing here are the consequences when the German state does not recognize women as human beings. They are locked up with a male killer, and he is rewarded for his crime. The German state has the gall to to call it a women’s prison to validate his so-called ‘gender identity,’ though in reality the prison no longer exists for women,” she said.

Madeleine cited research provided by Johann Endres, from the Bavarian prison system’s criminology service, which states that a “legal change of sex in prison” has not yet been made a reality. The Transsexual Law of 1981 requires that an individual undergo a probation period of ostensibly living in the role of their preferred sex before an alteration of sex markers on identification can take place. Therefore, according to Endres, male inmates are being transferred to the female prison estate illicitly.

Endres also reports on complaints from women in prison who felt harassed because one man who has been legally considered a “woman” was touching his testicles while walking in the courtyard.

“I therefore assume that the woman-killer Thorsten Heinz P. was transferred to the women’s prison without going through the so-called transsexual law,” Madeleine said. “The transfer of men into women’s prisons illustrates the institutional misogyny in the federal state North Rhine-Westphalia.”

‘We will return foreigners to their homeland. By the millions’ – AfD politician vows mass deportations as his party reaches record polling high

AfD MP René Springer says: “We will return foreigners to their homeland. By the millions.”

Germany’s left-liberal establishment media has been promoting a “secret’ deportation plan formulated by the Alternative for Germany (AfD); however, AfD politician René Springer says the plan is no secret and vowed to deport millions should the AfD come to power.

“We will return foreigners to their homeland. By the millions,” he wrote on X. “This is not a secret plan. This is a promise. For more security. For more justice. To preserve our identity. For Germany.”

The AfD has been promoting its policy on “remigration” as of late, but focusing primarily on migrants convicted of crimes, whom Germany has been unable to remove. However, although there are hundreds of thousands of migrants who are “tolerated” in Germany, the figure of millions presented by Springer would represent a far loftier goal in terms of deportations.

In a statement earlier this week, the AfD detailed a long list of offenses involving migrants during New Year’s celebrations, including the case of three migrants knocking a doctor unconscious on video in a Berlin hospital, a 20-year-old Somali beating a woman with a fire extinguisher on a train near Schwetzingen, and a Ukrainian migrant hitting a 46-year-old with a bottle in Bad Lippspringe.

“Everyday life in the ‘colorful republic,’ Such everyday conditions are shocking and make it clear: 2024 must be the year of remigration! Anyone who vandalizes restaurants and train stations, attacks doctors, or riots on trains has no place here and must be deported immediately. Action must finally be taken,” wrote the AfD in its statement.

Springer’s message on deportation comes at a time when the AfD just hit a record high of 24 percent in a new national poll from YouGov, a poll result once thought unthinkable by most just a year ago.

Some X users have taken a victory lap over AfD’s surging poll numbers.

“New Forsa surveys! AfD Saxony: 37%, AfD Thuringia: 36%, AfD Brandenburg: 32%. Do you finally understand it, dear old parties and old media? It doesn’t bother us that the AfD wants #Remigration. On the contrary, we – and more and more Germans – are voting for the AfD BECAUSE they want remigration!” wrote one user.

However, there has been debate in the party as to what extent deportations must take place, with some advocating mass deportations that reach into the millions, including foreigners with German citizenship, while others in the party do not view this as a viable option. However, the AfD announced yesterday that it would not deport German citizens, with legal experts saying that would violate the country’s constitution.

There is precedent for mass deportations of a similar size in history. Under former President Barack Obama, millions of migrants were deported from the country. In fact, data shows that he deported more migrants than former President Donald Trump. Just last year, Pakistan embarked on a program to rapidly deport 1.7 million Afghan migrants, with many of them already forced out of the country. Germany, in fact, has promised to take in a certain number of these migrants.

If the AfD were to come to power and enact such a program, it would mark a sharp turn from the left-liberal government’s open border policy and plans to naturalize millions of foreigners. The party may have strong support from the German public for such a policy, however, as polling shows a strong majority of Germans believe that migrants bring more problems than benefits and want a pause on immigration.

How to Save Britain from Cultural Obliteration. State of Emergency: The New Culture Forum’s new book

On this week’s Deprogrammed, hosts Harrison Pitt and Evan Riggs speak with NCF Director Peter Whittle about the New Culture Forum’s latest book STATE OF EMERGENCY: A VOICE FOR THE SILENCED MAJORITY, to which Harrison and Evan also contributed chapters. Having sold out in its first 4 days, we’re delighted to say that the book is now back in stock on Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/State-Emerge… State of Emergency completes the trilogy of the New Culture Forum’s recent set of “culture war resistance” publications, alongside The Long March (2020) and Fighting Back (2022). This new publication is based on a series of ten pledges that in effect make up the NCF’s political ‘manifesto’, the set of things we believe must happen to save Britain from cultural obliteration. The pledges will be put in front of candidates standing across the nation in Britain’s next General Election. By doing this we will be able to ascertain where those who seek to represent us truly stand on the future of our country. These ten pledges include an end to mass immigration, the abolition of the Equality Act (2010), a ban on blasphemy laws, prioritizing free speech over draconian hate speech laws, a ban on the teaching of contested ideologies, root and branch reform of the education and teacher training systems, etc. In State of Emergency, the pledges are backed up by a collection of essays which explore and explain the current situation as we see it, and which provide the reasoning behind each one. The problems this country faces are huge, but they simply cannot be insurmountable. We hope this volume provides inspiration for the millions who care about this country.

German Greens Shift Blame to Supermarkets As Farmer Protests Rage

Green Party political efforts to spin Germany’s ongoing farmers’ demonstrations as solely caused by  profiteering supermarkets have been dismissed as a cheap diversionary tactic.

On a fourth consecutive day of protests, the Green leadership responded to the farmers by blaming the greed of the country’s major supermarket chains rather than the government’s Net Zero-related policies. Green MEP Anna Cavazzini cited “market power” as causing the low prices open to German farmers. This follows crudely engineered media smears tying the demonstrations to the ‘far right.’

The supermarket excuse was dismissed by competition economist Justus Haucap, who labelled Cavazzini’s comments as a “smokescreen” to obfuscate the role of reduced government diesel subsidies and farm equipment as a key reason for bringing farmers to the streets.

German consumers have experienced steep food inflation over the past two years. The wider European agricultural market both suffers from turbulence caused by Ukrainian imports being diverted from Russia and from the negative effects of elite green policies.

The past week has seen direct action by farmers opposed to the ruling traffic light coalition in Berlin implementing planned green initiatives, including the cuts to diesel fuel subsidies.

The protest movement is seen as a watermark moment for the fast-sinking Scholz chancellorship, with Green Agriculture Minister Cem Özdemir publicly conceded farmers had good reason to take to the streets before going on to declare that the demonstrations risk creating ‘American-style’ polarisation within the country.

The rising tide of public anger against the government has impacted the Green Party in particular, with party leader and Vice-Chancellor Robert Habeck last week cornered by militant farmers while crossing a ferry in the port town of Schlüttsiel.

The demonstrations are expected to continue into next week with farming groups promising an escalation amid ominous warnings of a government crackdown on protests.

What is happening in Poland is setting a dangerous precedent for the whole of Europe: Autocracy in the name of liberalism is coming to a parliament near you soon

Poland has repeatedly been ahead of its time. Now, Donald Tusk is initiating a trend heralding a new era of liberal autocracy in Europe.

The 1848 Spring of Nations had erupted in Poland ten years before the rest of Europe. The Solidarity movement was the first to start a string of colour revolutions against Soviet totalitarianism. Poland made the first market reforms and showed post-communist Europe the way to capitalism. Jaroslaw Kaczynski formed the EU’s first nationalistic government. And now his sworn enemy, Donald Tusk, is showing liberal elites how to stifle anti-establishment movements in Europe.

In the hottest January days of the tumultuous power change in Poland, Left-liberal coalition leader Donald Tusk declared at the press conference that nothing would stop his march to reclaim democracy – “Our coalition is like a fist”, he proclaimed. And his fist is most symbolic of the nature of Poland’s new governments.

A month after taking over, the coalition has presented no original programme and no significant economic or tax reforms. But it has managed to imprison two opposition parliamentarians and revoke their mandates, ignoring their presidential pardon and the decision of the Constitutional Court.

Also, they have seized the offices of public radio and television against the verdict of the court, set up several investigative commissions with a plan to convict even more members of the former government, announced the cancellation of significant infrastructure investments, and declared one of the Constitutional Court chambers to be non-existent. And all this under the guise of “resuscitating” democracy.

Democracy also provides an excuse for circumventing selected laws and suspending inconvenient regulations. Prime Minister Tusk’s frothy statements and the words of the Minister of Justice – “We will secure democracy, but we still have to find the legal basis to do it” – have gone viral on the Polish internet and symbolise this government. Everything, and more, of what liberals have been accusing Jaroslaw Kaczynski’s Right-wing government of for the past eight years, the new coalition has accomplished in just one month.

Only the voice of the European Commission and international institutions is missing this time. Ursula von der Leyen, who had been criticising and threatening the Right-wing government with new sanctions almost every month, has not spoken about Tusk’s abuse of power.

But neither she, nor any of the EU institutions, are so diligently monitoring the rule of law in Poland now. This time, international organizations upholding press freedom and journalistic rights have found no reason to speak out. The Helsinki Committee spoke up once, but only to protest at the naming of the two jailed MPs as political prisoners. This strange indifference to abuses of power by the new government is explained by the need for robust action to restore democracy. It is rather reminiscent of Karl Marx, who ended his Communist Manifesto with the words, “[our] ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions”.

In contrast to the total Marxist revolution, Tusk offers something like a selective state of emergency. He declares select institutions to be incapable of making decisions; he proclaims rulings by elected judges to be null and void and suspends constitutional rights. he overrides special presidential privileges when, without presidential approval or a court order, police enter the presidential palace in search of convicted deputies.

Donald Tusk is opening a new and even more chaotic chapter in the history of Polish democracy.

Still, he is setting new precedents for liberal governments throughout Europe, increasingly uncertain of the outcome of the Euro parliamentary elections in June. If no European institution comes to the defence of constitutional rights in Poland, the same tools can be used in six months in other countries.

Germany: Knife crime reaches 10-year high in Berlin as immigration soars

screen grab rumble

The German capital Berlin, often held up as a multicultural oasis, saw knife crime reach a record 10-year high in 2023 in tandem with a nationwide increase in immigration. Overall, violent crime hit a 10-year-high as well in 2023, according to Berlin police data obtained before its official publication in the spring.

“Unfortunately, we will once again reach a 10-year high,” a police spokesperson told dpa.

Knives are a popular weapon of choice in Berlin, where they are mainly used in assaults and robberies. The police recorded a total of 3,550 knife crimes. That means in Berlin alone, there were nearly 10 knife crimes a day. As Remix News has reported in the past, there were approximately 50 knife crimes in Germany on a daily basis as of 2020; however, as the statistics in Berlin show, this number may have already risen.

Although the latest statistics are not broken down according to immigration status, previous crime data from Berlin shows a vast overrepresentation of foreigners in knife attacks, violent crimes, rape, and murder. In 2017, Berliner Morgenpost reported that nearly half of all crime suspects in Berlin were foreigners, a number highly disproportionate to their share of the population. As of 2019, half of all prisoners in Berlin were now foreigners. Meanwhile, Berlin’s immigrant population continues to soar higher, reaching a record high in 2023.

The crime data comes at a time when the left-liberal government is attempting to lobby for an increase in immigration, arguing that it makes society more “diverse” and improves German citizens’ standard of living. However, exploding social welfare costs for immigrantschaos in the German school system, and a stunning increase in violence and rape have led to a strong majority of the German public now telling pollsters that migrants bring more problems than benefits. The same polling shows that Germans want an end to mass immigration.

Violence in the Berlin school system

The police data from Berlin also underlines a worrying trend in the German school system, which includes more violence, with a police spokesperson stating the data shows an increase in violent crimes in schools in particular, with a 10 percent increase compared to 2022.

As Remix News has previously reported, as the German school system becomes more diverse, it has caused serious problems for both teachers and the student body, with German PISA test scores crashing. As educators describe, the increase in diversity has led in many cases to open conflicts between students and more violence directed at teachers and administrators.

Tremendous increase in crimes in refugee shelters

The police also note that violence has risen a whopping 50 percent in refugee shelters, while the number of migrants in these shelters has jumped 21 percent. Berlin has struggled to accommodate an influx of refugees and migrants this year; it is estimated to spend a minimum of €1.5 million a day accommodating migrants in just 12 different buildings, with the total coming to nearly half a billion every year.
