Italy’s League party leader, Matteo Salvini, called attention to a radical pro-migrant judge who sentenced a jeweler to 13 years in prison for defending himself during a robbery.
Salvini published a video allegedly showing the judge, Iolanda Apostolico, at a radical pro-migrant demonstration on Aug. 25, 2018, where she was seen with radical leftists demanding immigrants be allowed off the boats at the port of Catania.
“I am sure I recognize the Apostolico magistrate, who was at the Catania port during the far-left demonstration. The crowd shouted ‘murderers’ and ‘animals’ in the faces of the police to demand the disembarkation of the immigrants from Diciotti. Can you prove me wrong?” Salvini wrote on X.

Four years ago, Apostolico drafted and signed the sentence for Guido Gianni, the jeweler who killed two thieves who entered his store and whose claim of self-defense Salvini repeatedly supported.
On Feb. 18, 2008, in Italy’s Catania, Guido Gianni’s jewelry store was attacked by armed robbers. One of them took Gianni’s wife hostage, pinned her to the ground, and threatened her with a gun while his accomplices tried to empty the store. Gianni, armed with a legally owned Beretta pistol, fought back. He struggled against the assailants and opened fire, killing two thieves and wounding the third. The prosecutor in the case contended that the men were already fleeing when the fatal shots were fired.
Eleven years later, the Catania Assize Court sentenced him to 13 years in prison, a decision Salvini labeled “shameful” and unfair. “I am on the side of those who defend themselves, always,” the League leader said at the time.

After the video was released, League MEP Susanna Ceccardi stated: “At that time, the name of the judge did not say anything to me. Today, however, it says something: Namely that the same magistrate who freed four migrants is the same one who shared No Borders campaigns and petitions against Salvini, and who had in her hands the power to deprive a father of a family of his freedom. I wonder: Why did she not apply to Gianni the justification of self-defense?”
Apostolico claimed that she had “never written any sentence conditioned by my (left-wing) ideas.” MEP Ceccardi, however, in light of the reports that have emerged about the judge’s leftist sympathies, questioned the conviction of Gianii while speaking with Nicolaporro.it.
“Was Guido Gianni’s sentence an impartial one?” she asked. “I don’t want to think that that was a political ruling because here we are talking about a person in prison for 12 years and a family on the breadline because of legal fees. Was it an impartial ruling? That’s certainly what Guido Gianni is wondering, and I think many Italians as well.”

Two students from a high school in Berlin, Germany, have been suspended following a violent altercation with a teacher. The incident happened during a celebration of a Hamas attack on Israel, sparking concerns about the spread of violent ideologies among the youth.
The conflict escalated when one student brandished a Palestinian flag during the celebration. When the teacher asked the student to put the flag away, the student responded violently, striking the teacher in the head and kicking him in the stomach. Another student joined in the attack, leading to the teacher’s hospitalization.
The incident took place in Neukölln, a district in Berlin known for its high concentration of immigrants and socio-economic challenges. Over the weekend, locals were seen celebrating Hamas’ attack on Israel, raising questions about the influence of these events on young residents.
The school has since established a crisis team to handle the situation and is investigating the incident. The students involved in the assault have been suspended, pending the outcome of the investigation. However, the incident has also prompted a review of the teacher’s behavior, as per standard procedure following such incidents.
This event isn’t without precedent. There’s been a rise in anti-Semitic incidents in Germany, particularly in Berlin, where one in four students reportedly holds anti-Semitic beliefs. The celebration of the Hamas attack and subsequent assault on the teacher only adds to the mounting tension and concern over the spread of hate speech and violence among the young population.
While the immediate consequences for the students involved in the attack are clear, the broader implications for the school and community are less so. In the aftermath of the incident, the Berlin education administration will need to reassess its policies on hate speech and violence, potentially implementing stricter measures to prevent such incidents. On a larger scale, this event may impact ongoing discussions about immigration, integration, and education policy in Germany.

After Federal Chancellor Karl Nehammer and Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg (both ÖVP) condemned the attacks on Israel by Hamas and other Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, they now follow up with action: “We will put all Austrian development cooperation payments on ice for the time being”.
This means that in future there will be no more money from Austria for “identity-strengthening dance courses” or courses for “gender justice” – i.e. practising gendering – in Palestine.
Attention – a look at the list of projects that have been funded so far can cause considerable disbelief.
To begin with, of course, the list of projects financed with Austrian taxpayers’ money also includes sensible measures, such as technical support for water supply. Critics, however, point out that every euro saved by the Palestinians can be spent on arms purchases.
For example, number one on the funding list, “My Right to My Future, Women for Peace”, collects 93,700 euros.
80,000 euros will also be given to the project “I can move”. The dance courses serve to strengthen the identity of Palestinian women. “Dance and community activities are used in different villages of the West Bank to deal with and transform inequality, exclusion, fragmentation and post-traumatic stress syndromes”. How well this was actually accepted is not known.
The Protestant Women’s Work in Austria tried to improve the position of 90 women within their couple relationships and the psychosocial health of 150 divorced women in Palestinian areas with 121,000 Euros.
Another 150,000 euros is to promote the participation of women in the economy in the Jordan Valley.
Remarkable: While our farmers are struggling to survive, the Austrian agency is transferring half a million euros to improve the livelihoods of pastoralists in the West Bank. In 30 locations, the resilience of sheep and goat herders is to be strengthened. In the sheep pasture, the shepherds can listen to the Palestinian radio station “All For Peace”. Unlike many Austrian media companies, it is financed with 50,000 euros.
Flying planes into skyscrapers, running over French pedestrians with a truck, massacring Indian families, and Israeli concertgoers is the same war.
Islamic terrorists and their allies try to make every attack about the specific context of a situation in a particular corner of the world.
That’s a lie that too many fall for.
Even countries that are the victims of Islamic terrorism often draw lines between the “good” and “bad” Islamic terrorism. We do it ourselves. But there is no such line. Whether a country is good or bad makes no difference. Islamic terrorists come for every country eventually. There is no major nation that has not faced Islamic terrorist attacks as long as it has a significant Muslim population within or near its borders.
America, India, Canada, Europe, Russia, China, Australia, Argentina, and Brazil (a planned Olympic massacre) are just a few of the examples. The smaller countries that have come under attack are nearly endless. If you exist, you’re a target.
Hamas is just an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood which is a global operation. Its Al Qaeda splinter group has carried out attacks all over the world.
What happened in Israel is not about Israel: it’s about Islam.
It’s all too easy to nod along with the propaganda, the claims about “Palestinian oppression”, and ignore the historical context of over 1,000 years of Islamic violence against non-Muslims that follow the same exact model, or the global reach of Islamic terrorism today. The pattern is easy to spot and so people have to be indoctrinated into ignoring it.
So many have been told that they’re ‘Islamophobes’ if they notice Islamic terrorism, let alone condemn it. The politically correct alternative is to condemn the targets of Islamic terrorism instead. It’s easy and it’s safe to condemn Israel. And then to pretend that every country being attacked somehow had it coming. The only group that doesn’t have it coming are the Islamic terrorists.
The world has to break out of this Stockholm Syndrome before it’s too late.
9/11 wasn’t just about America. The Westgate Mall attack wasn’t just about Kenya. The Mumbai attack wasn’t just about India. The Bastille Day attack wasn’t just about France. The attacks in Israel now aren’t just about the Jewish State.
The world has a choice. We can stand together or fight and die alone.
The most important German Islamic association seeks justifications for the Hamas massacre and does not concede Israel the right to self-defence!
The Central Council of Muslims in Germany initially criticised Hamas’ terror excess in Israel on X (formerly Twitter) with a tight-lipped tone – and at the same time demanded that “all sides must now immediately cease hostilities”.
In other words, the association does not recognise Israel’s undisputed right to self-defence under international law! The terrorists, who are still on Israeli soil, should therefore not be fought any further.
Unbearable: In the very next sentence, the killings of over 700 people committed by Hamas are justified by Israel’s policies.
► The statement says that it is deeply disturbing that “settlers flanked by the Israeli army have been attacking Palestinian villages and the Al-Aqsa mosque for two years without the international community intervening”.
In other words, the association is trying to find justifications for the barbaric murder of Israeli civilians, the abduction of dozens of women and children!
Kemal Ergün, head of the Islamic Community Milli Görüs (IGMG, close to the Turkish government), also spoke succinctly on X of “spirals of violence and tensions between Israel and Palestine”.
For these nebulous statements, the Islamic associations are reaping scathing criticism – also from Muslims!
► Islamism expert Ahmad Mansour told BILD: “Everyone is a partner who is willing to offer a Friday prayer where he condemns terror and celebrations, and stands by Israel’s right to exist. But so far I haven’t heard anything about that.”
The Central Council of Jews in Germany said: “The Muslim associations in Germany have unfortunately failed to take a clear position on the war in Israel. The threat to Jewish institutions also here in Germany shows that the terrorists are not only concerned about Israel, but that Jewish life is questioned by them everywhere.”
Anyone “who cheers the murder by Hamas on German streets and distributes sweets on this occasion” must be examined to see what consequences will be drawn by the constitutional state.
Hamas barbarians called the mother of two beautiful Israeli sisters the kidnapped at a dance party on Saturday. Hamas drove the girls and several more back to Gaza during the raid.
Several of the women who attended the party are still missing and may have been brought back to Gaza.

Shani Louk, a German woman whose bruised, naked body Hamas terrorists paraded in a pickup truck, was probably robbed as well. In an interview with the German media outlet Der Spiegel, the woman’s parents revealed that they had learned via Louk’s bank that her credit card had been used in Gaza.
Shani Louk was attending the ‘Festival for Peace’ party near Kibbutz Re’im when Hamas terrorists invaded the event and attacked the attendees. Videos from the event that went viral showed the people’s horror when the Islamist terrorists arrived at the gathering in the desert.
Her mother Ricarda Louk said in a video shared on X formerly known as Twitter on October 8 that she saw her daughter “unconscious in a car with Palestinians”. She urged people to send them any news or updates about her daughter. She further told Der Speigel, “I just don’t want to admit it yet”.
Amidst the massive terror and on-ground assault on Israel, a disturbing video had emerged showing the Hamas terrorists parading a naked body in a pick-up truck. Hamas initially claimed that the lifeless body was of a female Israeli soldier. However, it has now been ascertained that the woman being paraded in that video was a German tourist named Shani Louk. Apparently, the tattoo on one of the legs of the woman in that video helped in her identification.
Adi Louk confirmed on X (formerly Twitter) that the woman seen in the video was her sister, Shani Louk, a German citizen, and a tattoo artist, reported the New York Post.
According to Shani’s first cousin, Shani Louk reportedly went missing after Hamas terrorists took control of an open-air festival on Saturday morning.
Australian media quoted her cousin saying, “It is definitely Shani. She was at a music festival for peace. This is a nightmare for our family.” As per reports, Shani had attended the music festival which was the first site of attack by Hamas terrorists. On Saturday morning Hamas attacked a dance party near Kibbutz Urim and other Israeli communities, unconfirmed videos of such music festivals have surfaced online in which Hamas terrorists can be seen in backdrop paragliding.
According to a social media account that belongs to her, Shani Louk is a tattoo artist and hair stylist. The tattoo seen on the legs of the dead body matches the tattoos seen on her legs in the photos posted by her on Instagram.
So far, around 800 people have been killed in Israel in the Hamas attack, while the number of injured rose to over 2000. Israel has launched a massive military action titled ‘Operation Swords of Iron’ against Hamas in Gaza Strip, in response to the surprise rocker and ground attack by Hamas titled ‘Al-Aqsa flood’.

Two days after Hamas terrorists stripped and paraded the dead body of German national Shani Louk, an old tweet of a radical Islamic preacher named Mohammed Hijab went viral on social media on Monday (9th October).
The tweet, shared by Youtuber David Wood on the micro-blogging platform, showed Mohammed Hijab calling for the enslavement of non-Muslims. The Islamist preacher suggested that non-Muslim women somehow loved to be taken as ‘sex slaves’ by the Islamic captors.
“I believe certain anti-muslim women would wish they lived in the medieval period. A period where if a war was won by the opposing side it was conventional that people could be taken as booty. Some historical accounts actually say some women would dress up for the captor,” his tweet read.

While reacting to the disturbing tweet by Mohammed Hijab, David Wood emphasised, “When you read about Hamas jihadis raping their Jewish captives, remember that their da’ees, such as Mohammed Hijab, teach them that women and girls WANT to be captured and raped.”
The tweet by Mohammed Hijab, calling for the enslavement of Muslim women, was posted around July 2022. There is a video of Mikhaila Peterson (the daughter of renowned Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson) and Ridvan Aydemir (who runs the channel ‘The Apostate Prophet) on Youtube, reacting strongly to the tweet by the Islamic preacher on July 29, 2022.
The controversial tweet by Mohammed Hijab went viral at a time when Hamas terrorists were leaving no stone unturned to desecrate the bodies of female Israelis.
Among one such disturbing visual was the naked and battered dead body of German tourist named Shani Louk, paraded by the Hamas terrorists in a pickup truck.

One of the first locations that the Hamas terrorists attacked was the Supernova Music Festival, located close to the Gaza Strip. Reportedly, the terrorists raped the women irrespective of their nationality.
Some of the victims of the attack were either executed or taken to Gaza, which has been confirmed by the videos and photos available on social media. Tablet Magazine reported some survivor accounts, mentioning that women were raped at the festival site itself near the dead bodies of their friends. Several rape victims were then executed by the Hamas terrorists.
Similar fate of ISIS sex slaves
Earlier in March 2023, a former Yazidi sex slave (identified as Dila), who lived under ISIS captivity, revealed that she was kidnapped at 13. She was then sold as a slave in the Iraqi city of Mosul before being abducted and taken to Syria’s Raqqa.
The victim was then raped, and abused by ISIS terrorists for over 7 years.The terror outfit has so far killed over 5,000 Yazidis, whom they consider ‘devil worshippers’.
More than 10,000 Yazidis were kidnapped and over 5 lakh people were forced to leave their homes. Women and children were sold, raped, and forcibly converted to Islam. While Dila was able to escape, about 2,700 Yazidi children and women are still believed to be in captivity by ISIS.
Quranic verses calling for sex slavery
Certain verses of the Quran appear to justify sex slavery by Islamic captors. For instance, Chapter 33 (Al-Ahzab) Verse 50 of the Quran states –
O Prophet! We have made lawful for you your wives to whom you have paid their ˹full˺ dowries as well as those ˹bondwomen˺ in your possession, whom Allah has granted you.1 And ˹you are allowed to marry˺ the daughters of your paternal uncles and aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncles and aunts, who have emigrated like you. Also ˹allowed for marriage is˺ a believing woman who offers herself to the Prophet ˹without dowry˺ if he is interested in marrying her—˹this is˺ exclusively for you, not for the rest of the believers.2 We know well what ˹rulings˺ We have ordained for the believers in relation to their wives and those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession. As such, there would be no blame on you. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful
Also ˹forbidden are˺ married women—except ˹female˺ captives in your possession.1 This is Allah’s commandment to you. Lawful to you are all beyond these—as long as you seek them with your wealth in a legal marriage, not in fornication. Give those you have consummated marriage with their due dowries. It is permissible to be mutually gracious regarding the set dowry. Surely Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
Chapter 23 (Al-Mu’minum) Verses 5-6 of the Quran states –
Successful indeed are the believers: those who guard their chastity (private parts) except with their wives or those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession,1 for then they are free from blame.
A similar diktat appears in Chapter 70 (Al- Ma’arij) Verses 29-30 of the Quran.
Leicester violence: Mohammed Hijab incited Muslims to attack Hindus
On September 19 last year, Islamist scholar Mohammed Hijab was seen mocking Hinduism and inciting Muslims to attack the Hindus. In a video that surfaced on social media, he was seen interacting with mask-clad Muslim men and encouraging them to teach the local Hindu population ‘a lesson’.
“When I was on social media, I saw these people (Hindus) getting brave. How come today it is like pin-drop silence?” the British Egyptian ‘scholar’ was heard as saying. He claimed that no Hindus were in sight after realising that Muslim mobs were coming at them in hordes.
“Cause they (Hindus) fear us when they are near us”, responded an Islamist from the crowd. Pumped by the support of the like-minded people in the crowd, Hijab said, “Deep down, they know we got the truth. If you want respect, then, learn to respect.”

“If they (Hindus) believe in reincarnation, what a humiliation of them to be reincarnated into some pathetic, weak, cowardly people like that,” the Islamist went on an anti-Hindu tirade.
“Hindutva (Hindus), you are trying to act like gangsters…Don’t ever come out like that again (referring to the protests by Hindus in Leicester). Do you understand? Are they going to come out again?” he continued his threats.
Amidst the war cry of Allah hu Akbar, Mohammed Hijab cautioned that he and his supporters would be there if Hindus ‘dared’ to protest against the violence, committed by his co-religionists.
In an Instagram post dated September 18, 2022, Hijab was seen leading a frenzied mob of Islamists, with their faces covered in masks. “Muslim patrol in Leicester,” he wrote in his post.
Mohammed Hijab also worked alongside hate preacher and fugitive, Zakir Naik, during the fundraising for the construction of a grand mosque and Dawah (proselytism) centre in Oslo, Norway.
A UK family living in Israel desperately hid inside a safe room with their newborn baby for 9 hours on Saturday while the terrorist group Hamas torched their home and leveled their village. The family’s home was located near the Gaza Strip.
Aimee and Uriel Labban are dual citizens of the UK and Israel just living a normal life with their newborn son Kai, when they were attacked suddenly. They immediately went to the safe room as the terrorists were approaching the home. Hamas came into the home and killed their dog, and burned their home and car.
The smoke was so bad that the parents had to lift their baby up to the window so he could breathe fresh air.
