France’s Rugby World Cup build-up was overshadowed on Sunday by demands for lock forward Bastien Chalureau to be dropped from the squad after he was convicted of a racially motivated attack.

Chalureau had initially been left out of coach Fabian Galthie’s 33-man squad for the World Cup but was called up on Friday to replace injured Montpellier club teammate Paul Willemse.

However, the decision has sparked controversy stemming from 2020 when Chalureau was handed a six-month suspended prison sentence by a court in Toulouse for assaulting two former players.

He was found guilty of “acts of violence with the circumstance that these were committed because of the race or ethnicity of the victim”.

Chalureau, who was playing for Toulouse at the time, has always denied any racial element in the attack.

The 31-year-old, who has been capped six times, has appealed against the conviction.

Yannick Larguet, one of the victims of the attack, told regional daily La Depeche du Midi that Chalureau shouted “racist insults” before “he punched me in the jaw with all his might”.

Quizzed on Sunday evening if the controversy was affecting team preparations for the World Cup, French captain Antoine Dupont said Chalureau “always had an exemplary attitude, on and off the field”.

Galthie insisted that “racism has no place in the team” but when pressed on whether his team was affected by the growing controversy, told reporters “a World Cup is not for weaklings”.

“Bastien has told us of the affair,” he said, adding that Chalureau had denied making any racist remarks.

Some politicians have demanded that he be removed from the squad. Thomas Portes of the left-wing La France Insoumise (LFI) said that his party “will contact the minister of sports so that she can intervene and ask the French team not to select him”.

However, Economy Minister Bruno Le Maire said the appeal process should be respected.

“Let’s not set ourselves up as prosecutors in place of justice,” he told BFM TV on Sunday.

French sports minister Amelie Oudea-Castera said that “pending the final court decision, everyone must let justice do its job, respecting the presumption of innocence”.

“The minister was able to speak with Florian Grill, president of the French Rugby Federation, and with Raphael Ibanez, general manager of the French team, who confirmed to her that an exchange had taken place on the subject between Bastien Chalureau and the staff of the France squad,” said a statement from the ministry sent to AFP.

“The player maintains his version of the facts and still formally denies having made racist remarks, which is why he proceeded to this appeal.”

Oudea-Castera “wants to reaffirm that being selected for the France team means representing the republican values of equality and fraternity, therefore behaving accordingly and in particular combating all forms of violence and discrimination,” added the spokesman.

France kick off the World Cup in Paris on Friday against three-time champions New Zealand.

Historically, a girl who physically looked male like and was more interested in male activities and behaviors was called a tomboy. Boys who looked a little like girls physically and were interested in female activities and behaviors were called effeminate. Those girls probably wished they were boys and those boys wished they were girls. Society largely discriminated against tomboys and effeminate boys because naturally, they were the outliers.

Both society and nature seem to abhor biological deviants or oddballs by disfavoring them and preventing most of them from reproducing sexually. This is a perfectly understandable situation and a just result to a certain extent.

Transgender refers to a person whose “gender identity” does not correspond with his/her birth sex. The key word in this definition is “gender identity” which is merely a wish or desire to be considered of the opposite biological sex, or, anywhere on some undefined spectrum.

The DSM-5-TR, a psychiatric diagnosis manual, notes patients with gender dysphoria have “a strong desire for the primary and/or secondary sex characteristics of the other gender,” and “a strong desire to be of the other gender (or some alternative gender different from one’s assigned gender).”

In the United States, gender dysphoria is not automatically considered a disability under federal law, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act. However, the ADA does protect individuals from discrimination on the basis of disability, and some courts have ruled that severe gender dysphoria, when it substantially limits one or more major life activities, could be considered a disability under the ADA, providing protection against discrimination. More proof that left wing government actions and judges without objective proof can misrepresent gender dysphoria as a severe disability and not just delusional wayward thinking.

With the promise of special treatment under the ADA, and away from the black sheep treatment of yesteryear, trans-deluded people turn to mental health “experts.”

So, the psychiatric profession has gotten into the business of treating transgender patients for a profit. It seems that if you have a strong desire or strong wish or desire to be transgender then psychiatrists are ready and able to “treat” your delusion for a fee.

The medical profession and drug companies have also gotten into making a buck off of the transgender craze by prescribing male and female hormones and puberty blockers for transgender patients. Never mind the bad immediate and long-term side effects of such unproven treatments with increased risk of blood clots, certain cancers, high blood pressure, infertility, and elevated cholesterol levels to name a few — which eventually mean more pills and more money spent — or that some teenagers were victimized and transitioned before they became fully consenting adults, a truly tragic and even criminal reality.

Even more expensive are the “body mutilations” performed by surgeons who cut off healthy breasts and penises, implant vaginas made from fish skin, and facial reconstructions. Truly a tragic consequence when later in life the patients feel that they made a great mistake by trying to physically look like the opposite sex. The fact that transgenders are much likelier to suffer from depression, anxiety, distress, and suicide is just more money in the bank for psychiatrists. Transgenderism is a money-making scam, exploiting dysphoric and delusional patients. Most of these transgenders are little more than experimental guinea pigs for society.

Discrimination and the absence of equal rights for transgenders has been replaced, by a tyrannical minority, with equal rights everywhere. Males insist on the right to participate in female sports, where they excel due to greater strength and speed, thus depriving many female athletes of fair competition, financial reward, and champion status. Biological males and females are different, and trying to make them equal both physically and mentally is a tragic delusion.

This is all just another attempt at putting another nail into the coffin of healthy and happy heterosexual marriage unions.

It is not enough to call transgenderism a tragedy for society, but worse yet is that it is an unethical money-making scam for the medical profession, psychiatric profession, and drug companies who victimize many. I personally feel that it is criminal to encourage a teenager to make a transgender transition before adulthood when they should have a right to screw up their lives with surgeries and hormones if they want to.

It is a scam to pretend that a desire or wish to be of the opposite sex is actually attainable and a natural desire or wish. Of course a complete scam is actually making some money out of it. A true tragedy for society.

Eritrean migrants have been filmed participating in yet another street battle in Europe, this time in Norway, with Eritreans attacking one another with bats, bottles and iron rods on the streets of Bergen, the country’s second-largest city.

The riots were a top story in Norway, normally a peaceful country, and prompted a response from Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre to Norwegian newspaper VG.

“This is completely unacceptable,” he said. “Today, we have seen violence and confrontation in Bergen between Eritreans because of the situation in Eritrea. It is completely unacceptable to use violence and go to violent confrontations and attacks on the police in Norway.”

On Saturday, video of supporters of Eritrean’s government and anti-government protesters showed the level of violence seen from the opposing sides.

As the video shows, police struggled to contain the situation, with Eritreans hurling cobblestones at one another and the police. Only one person was charged with assaulting a police officer, while two other people have been charged with failing to follow a police officer’s orders.

The riots began after the Eritrean Association in Hordaland marked the beginning of the war of liberation against Ethiopia. However, organizers of the street festival said they do not support the current government in Eritrea, nevertheless, anti-government protesters still targeted the festival.

Riot police moved in after over six hours of rioting near King Oscar’s gate in central Bergen. The police were deployed with gas masks, helmets, and shields, and were supported by a helicopter.

By 4:00 p.m., police regained control of the situation, but at 6:00 p.m., battles once again took place, with about 200 protesters still near the city center. At approximately 10:00 p.m., all protesters were dispersed from the area.

Battles between Eritreans in Europe have become commonplace. Just last month, a similar battle took place during an Eritrean festival in Sweden, resulting in 52 injuries. On Saturday, however, Israel saw perhaps the worst violence between supporters of Eritrea’s government and anti-government protesters, with Israeli police resorting to using live ammunition on the protesters. Over 150 protesters were injured, with nearly 15 with life-threatening conditions.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has responded by vowing to deport 1,000 Eritreans involved in the violence. Given Israel’s strict immigration policies, Netanyahu likely has the power to move forward with such deportations.

“What happened yesterday crossed a red line. It’s a riot, it’s bloodshed, these are riots we cannot accept. Therefore, the first thing I do is to wish recovery to the police officers who were injured during the attempts to restore order. We ask for strong measures against the rioters, including the immediate deportation of those who took part in it,” said Netanyahu in a speech.

Such violence is also routine in Germany, with each year seeing mass riots at the Eritrea festival. This year, 131 arrests were made and 26 officers wounded during the street battles.

On 1st September, a tribal woman belonging to the Alkani tribe in Rajanpur district of Pakistan’s Punjab province was stoned to death after being brutally tortured for alleged adultery. As per the reports, the victim’s husband had accused her of adultery. He and his two brothers tied the victim to a tree and stoned her to death after brutally torturing her. They crushed her skull with stones and clubs, the reports said.

As per the Pakistani newspaper Dawn, the accused escaped the scene after killing her. Chucha Border Military Police has filed an FIR in the matter under Sections 302 (murder), 148 (rioting armed with a deadly weapon), 149 (unlawful assembly), and 311 (punishment for murder if act taking place to facilitate the commission of a crime) of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).

Quoting some unnamed sources, the woman in her early 20s was subjected to tribal rituals of Aus (trial by fire) and Auf (trial by water) around two years ago. She completed Aus without getting injured to prove her innocence.

The honour killing in the Punjab province of Pakistan was not an isolated incident. According to Human Rights Activists, around 1,000 women are killed yearly in the name of “honour” in Pakistan, mostly for marrying against the family’s will or having an affair. In most of the cases, close family members are accused and often even manage to escape penalties.

A 34-year-old woman from Salzgitter has been sentenced to eight and a half years in prison for membership of the terrorist militia “Islamic State” (IS) and a planned attack on a festival near Hildesheim.

In addition, the Celle Higher Regional Court (OLG) concluded that Marcia M. had allegedly manufactured explosive belts and recruited wives for potential assassins. Before the OLG, Marcia M. had admitted the accusations, as a court spokesperson confirmed. However, the presiding judge reproached her that her confession had only ever been based on the current state of the investigation. “What we lacked was tangible remorse and the insight to have done something wrong.” The judgement is not yet final.

The accused had left Germany for Syria with her husband in September 2015 to join the IS there. She is said to have joined a women’s battalion, to have declared herself ready for suicide attacks and to have undergone shooting trainings. She was also accused of planning attacks on music festivals in Germany; a music festival for children near Frankfurt was said to be under consideration, and a festival in the Hildesheim area might also have been the target of an attack. According to the Federal Prosecutor’s Office, the attacks did not take place because the IS fighters selected for the attacks could not leave the country.

The accused had had the idea “that a mass murder of parts of the German population should be committed”, said presiding judge Ralf Günther in his almost two-hour statement of reasons for the sentence. The court was convinced that the 34-year-old’s position within the IS was clearly outstanding in comparison to other IS returnees who had mainly managed their husbands’ households in Syria.

The trial against the 34-year-old had begun in April. According to the spokesperson of the Higher Regional Court, the Attorney General had requested a prison sentence of nine years. The defence, on the other hand, had pleaded for a sentence of “no more than three to four years”.

The Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) has taken a commanding lead in the latest polling with a third of Austrians pledging their support for the right-wing populist party ahead of next year’s elections.

Former Interior Minister Herbert Kickl’s party sits at 30 percent, considerably ahead of the Social Democrats (SPÖ) and the governing Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP) at 23 percent and 22 percent, respectively.

The survey, conducted by the Lazarsfeld Gesellschaft research institute on behalf of the Österreich newspaper, showed the ÖVP’s coalition partner, The Greens, attaining just 10 percent of the vote, meaning the current governing parties would only garner the support of 32 percent of all Austrians, making a return to power for the current administration nearly impossible.

The only viable coalition that could enjoy a parliamentary majority would be the ÖVP and the FPÖ with the current governing party as the junior partners.

The FPÖ faces considerable opposition from the political mainstream in the country, however, and all major political parties have vowed not to elect its leader as chancellor should it return to parliament as the largest party.

The situation draws similarities with the Alternative for Germany (AfD) on the rise across the border, which has been shunned by the political elite who refuse to work with the group on either a federal or local level. The opposition to the Austrian populists is slightly less extreme, however, with the governing ÖVP already in coalition with the FPÖ in three of the nine federal states.

The surge in support for Kickl’s party has been fuelled by the disillusionment felt by an increasing number of Austrians at the country’s current direction of travel. From the sidelines, the right-wing group has succeeded in criticizing the government’s management of the economy and has championed strict immigration, European identity, and an end to sanctions on Russia.

The party has been firmly opposed to continuous support for Ukraine amid the ongoing conflict with Russia, calling for a national referendum on Russian sanctions and accusing rival parties of breaking Austria’s neutrality policy. Its lawmakers walked out of the lower house of Austria’s parliament during a speech by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky back in March in protest.

Aside from security and foreign policy, the FPÖ has enjoyed success with its proposals for economic reform, recently calling for the introduction of a rent freeze until 2026 to provide real relief to those struggling with the cost-of-living crisis.

The party also remains fiercely opposed to the rising digital economic climate and staunchly supports the right to cash payments being enshrined in Austria’s constitution.

Climate protesters have taken to Westminster Bridge demanding the closure of Rosebank oil field.

The protesters wielded banners and ignited bright red flares flares as they sought to cause a scene.

The group, Fossil Free London, are calling for the closure of the oil field which is situated in the North Sea.

They posted on social media about their demonstration: “MP’s return to Westminster today & we have a simple message: #StopRosebank. It would obliterate our climate targets & cost us £3.75 billion in public money, while doing absolutely nothing to lower our energy bills. Join us to stop it.”

Rosebank is the largest untapped oil field in the UK and it expected to be approved by regulators soon.

Production could begin as soon as 2026.

Despite calls from many activists to halt the project, First Minister Humza Yousaf has not opposed the building of the oil field.

Scotland’s Wellbeing Economy Secretary, Neil Gray, said: “We recognise that oil and gas is going to be with us for some time to come.”

“But we want to see much more stringent climate compatibility checks to ensure oil and gas continues to be compatible with our net-zero objectives,” he added.

Last month, Rishi Sunak announced 100 new gas and oil licences for the North Sea, but Gray said these would not work with Scotland’s climate objectives.

He added: “Neither can we see the shutdown of the oil and gas sector prematurely, as appears to be being suggested by the Labour Party.”

Many MPs have written to Grant Shapps, the energy secretary up until 1 September, expressing their disagreement with the announcement of the new licences.

In their letter, the cross-party group said it would be “deeply irresponsible” to give the go ahead to Rosebank, which is predicted to hold about 500 million barrels worth of oil.

The politicians say this could produce “200m tonnes” of carbon dioxide, adding: “This is more than the combined annual CO2 emissions of all 28 low-income countries in the world.”

Joanna Warrington, a spokeswoman for Fossil Free London, said: “Rishi Sunak wants to give billions of pounds of public money to a giant oil company in exchange for the climate time bomb, which will do absolutely nothing to lower our energy bills. It’s reckless and absurd.

“People want clean, cheap renewable energy, but the government is on autopilot, handing money to their oily chums.

“Yet again, they are prioritising fossil fuel industry profits over a future safe from climate breakdown. We need to stop Rosebank and drive oily money out of our politics.”

The Scottish Government has said it will work towards a “just transition” away from oil and gas, but Gray could not say whether renewable energy sources would match the £9.4billion value of Scottish fossil fuels.

He added: “We need to work with the UK Government to ensure they recognise the opportunity from a net-zero, but also from an economic, perspective, of continuing to invest in the renewables sector in the same way that they invest in the nuclear sector, which is huge.”

Several parents of students of the 2nd primary school of Corinth reacted and complained that during maintenance and painting of the building facilities, it was designed in the colours of the rainbow flag.

By August 11, when the school’s renovation was reportedly completed, the balconies had been painted yellow for the ground floor and orange for the first floor.  Afterwards, however, the terraces were repainted red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, blue and purple, as seen on a Facebook post.

The parents’ reactions were not limited to posts on social media as they also sent letters addressed to the municipality, the Directorate of Primary Education of N. Corinthia, the Holy Metropolis, the school’s management and the parents’ association.

The Great British Bake Off will scrap its national-themed challenge weeks in the new series after viewers slammed these rounds in recent years.

To quote the Simpsons, which predicted the future, “massive complaints from two people.”

In 2020, the show had a ‘Japan Week’, then a ‘German Week’ the following year, and a ‘Mexican Week’ last year.

Besides the dishes from each country which weren’t sufficiently authentic, Mexican Week saw hosts Noel Fieling and Matt Lucas don sombreros, use maracas and speak in Spanish accents.

The horror, the humanity, the insufficiently accurate tortillas.

Executive producer Kieran Smith told The Guardian newspaper: “We didn’t want to offend anyone but the world has changed and the joke fell flat.

“We’re not doing any national themes this year.”

Mission accomplished. No more ethnic foods. The ‘Great British Bake Off’ will be purely British in a win for tolerance, diversity, inclusion, and all the progressive values of cultural apartheid.

Instead, Smith said, the show would return to its popular traditional roots. “We’re doing all the regular weeks: Cakes, biscuits, bread, patisserie, chocolate, plus party cakes is a new theme.”

So it’s a win-win. Less diversity means better baked goods.

The world has changed and no one is allowed to wear any hats, speak in any accents or eat any foods other than their own. Cheerio!

A social justice activist and primary school teacher has been charged in the horrific rape of a girl under the age of 13. Simon Murch, 54, was an active member of the Socialist Workers Party, and signed an open statement condemning a University Professor who criticized gender ideology.

Staffordshire Police received a report of rape on July 16 and launched an investigation into the attack, arresting Murch shortly after. While the details of the case are limited at this stage, he is due to appear at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on September 4 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

According to Murch’s social media, he taught Year 3 primary school students, meaning the children he was frequently in contact with were approximately 7 to 8 years of age. Though it has not yet been confirmed that one of his students was the alleged victim, the school at which Murch taught, Sheffield’s Monteney Primary School, has reportedly been in contact with police.

Murch was an active progressive activist in the community, something that is reflected in his social media history.

On his X (formerly Twitter) account, Murch shared photos of children and posted about feminist and anti-racism efforts that took in place in his class. Murch is also the regional joint secretary for the National Education Union in the city, and has been suspended from role due to the charges against him.

“As soon as the union was made aware of the very serious charges, the national officers of the NEU met and have suspended the individual from membership and all elected positions with immediate effect. We will be making no further comment at this time,” a spokesperson for the Union stated.

In 2018, while representing NEU, Murch spoke at a “Women’s Lives Matter” rally. The rally focused on ending male violence against women and for domestic violence shelters and refuges.

Murch is also an active member of the Socialist Workers party and, in 2021, signed a statement issued by the party condemning then-Sussex University Professor Kathleen Stock due to her gender critical views.

Stock faced several weeks of student protests and extensive harassment due to her gender critical beliefs after publishing a book titled “Material Girls: Why Reality Matters For Feminism.” In the book, Stock criticized the concept of “gender identity” and opposed gender self-identification laws. After sustained protests, Stock resigned from her position within the University.

In the statement signed by Murch, titled “Stand with Trans Students and Workers at Sussex University,” the Socialist Workers Party expressed support for the students protesting Stock’s views. In reaction to her assertion that “trans women” are male, the statement read: “Trans women are women. There is no contradiction between women’s rights and trans rights, between fighting for women’s liberation and trans liberation.”

The Socialist Workers Party, for which Murch acted as an executive committee member, are strong proponents of gender ideology, claiming that “trans rights does not conflict with women’s rights” and declaring anyone critical of gender ideology to be “anti-trans bigots.” They have also organized and taken part in many trans activist protests across the UK.

Speaking to Reduxx on the case, Dr. Jen Izaakson, who was a member of the Socialist Workers Party for 5 years, said that Murch’s charges could be tied to the Party’s historical negligence on the topic of sexual violence.

“The SWP has historically never taken male sexual violence seriously,” Dr. Izaakson said.

“With a history that included supporting pedophile groups’ right to meet as well as internal sexual abuse scandals, it is unsurprising that they are now proponents of transgenderism, opposing women’s single sex spaces and one of their members has now been charged with sexual abuse of a child.”

This is not the first time a teacher who advocated for gender ideology was accused of having committed a child sex crime.

Last year, Reduxx reported on a teacher in Hawaii who was facing charges of distributing child sexual exploitation material, some of which he admitted was created through his own abuse of a 13-year-old boy.

Alden Bunag, who was a substitute high school teacher in Oahu, began trending on social media after sleuths discovered his X profile where he railed against “trans exclusionary radical feminists” and Harry Potter author JK Rowling.

“You’re fucking acting like we want to show kids porn or something,” Bunag wrote in a post directed at a critic of gender ideology. “But something I’ve learned through the years is that whenever right-wingers accuse others of something, it’s DEFINITELY because they’re projecting.”
