Poland: Ruling Conservatives Make Election Choice Between Polish Sovereignty and German Interference

Source: X@pisorgpl.

Poland is heading to national elections that will decide the next government in October, and the subject of foreign interference in domestic politics is becoming a key issue, with the governing national conservatives identifying themselves as the party that will push back against globalist diktats.

A blunt election advert has made waves in Poland and abroad — and particularly in Germany — as it portrays the leader of the right-wing populist Law and Justice (PIS) party Jaroslaw Kaczynski receiving a telephone call from Germany instructing him to change government policy. He firmly denies the request, while also making clear it is something his political opponent — Poland’s former Prime Minister, Eurocrat, and now candidate-again Donald Tusk — would agree to.

A defining feature of Poland’s recent membership of the European Union has been increasing demands by the German-dominated bloc that Warsaw change its government programme, give up on post-Communist reforms, and accept mass migration.

These have been resisted by Poland reasonably well until now, a record PIS is playing to in the coming October election, while also playing up the involvement of Germany in particular in the attempts to force Poland to conform more to Brussels’ ideals. The issue of war reparations — a demand that Germany repay Poland for the enormous damage inflicted on it by the Nazis in the Second World War — has also become a convenient and effective shorthand to assert that Poles owe no fealty to Berlin.

Hammering home these sentiments, before Kaczynski picks up the phone a section from Richard Wagner’s Ring Cycle briefly plays, before the caller, in a translation offered by Germany’s Deutsche Welle says: “Guten Tag, I am calling from the German embassy and I would like to speak to the Chancellor about… the retirement age in Poland.”

The German caller goes on to say Poland should not be permitted to make changes, and that things should remain as they were under the former government of slavishly Europhile Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk. Tusk, after he was rejected at the ballot box in his own country, went on to form a second career in the European Union itself as President of the European Council, becoming a major figure in Brexit talks and a foe to British leave voters.

Tusk is now returning to the fray in Poland, and is attempting to lead a catch-all coalition to bring down the PIS government. in October’s national election

Responding to the request in the campaign video, Kaczynski responds simply that such things are for the Polish people to decide, and that “Tusk isn’t here anymore, and those habits are finished”.

While the tone of the election ads has turned heads in Europe — Britain’s Europhile, left-wing newspaper The Guardian calls the language of PIS “unbridled” — the rhetoric is by no means new. As previously reported Kaczynski has long accused Germany of trying to push the European Union towards becoming a federal superstate, which he characterised as a “fourth reich” which would “subjugate” the Polish people.

In 2021, Kaczynski said it was the wish of Poland that it would remain an EU member state, but to do so it would have to remain a sovereign nation cooperating, with, not being ruled by, its neighbours.

Poland will go to the polls on October 15th, and will also ask the Polish people several referendum questions on the same day. The four questions will take the national mood on the privatisation of state assets, on changing the retirement age, on border control, and on mass migration.

Opponents of the government have accused PIS of staging the referendum on the same day as the election as a cynical ploy to boost turnout and their own support. Opposition leader Donald Tusk has said democracy itself is under threat if the ruling conservatives are allowed to win again.

20 young migrants attacked a group of German teens and children with sticks

Konkordiapark in Chemnitz, Wikimedia Commons, Kleeblatt187, CC-BY-SA-4.0

A group of 20 young migrants attacked a group of young German children and teens with sticks and proceeded to beat some of them once they were on the ground in the German city of Chemnitz, according to police;

The police report indicates that “around 20 unknown children and young people suddenly attacked a group of other children and young people, apparently some with sticks.” A local radio station, Radio Chemnitz, reported that “the attackers appeared to be foreigners — the victims were Germans.”

At Konkordia Park in the Schloßchemnitz district, one 11-year-old German and a 14-year-old “were pushed to the ground, at which point they were punched and kicked.” The young Germans suffered only minor injuries.

The police report indicates that the perpetrators are “around 12 to 14 years old with a darker complexion.”

Police stopped a group of teens aged 12 to 16 after the attack in a neighboring district and are investigating whether this group was involved in the attack.

‘It’s getting worse and worse’

Chemnitz has seen a steady uptick in crime due to its migrant population, according to Tag24 newspaper. The paper describes how a Libyan pepper-sprayed eight people in the downtown district in July, injuring eight customers in a shop. In addition, there have been mass brawls involving migrant men in the area.

CDU city councilor and police officer Michael Specht told Tag24: “It’s getting worse and worse.”

Chemnitz made international headlines in 2018 after German-Cuban Daniel H. was stabbed to death by two migrants. Riots broke out following the stabbing death as tensions boiled over. The anti-immigraiton Alternative for Germany (AfD) has a large support base in the eastern city, which is located in Saxony.

Other cities in Saxony also suffering

In the neighboring city of Plauen, there has been a wave of violence involving young migrant men, including an attempted murder.

Mayor Steffen Zenner told Bild newspaper: “Unfortunately, we have to repeatedly acknowledge ugly scenes of violence and physical confrontations in the middle of our city center. These are predominantly caused by migrants. It should be noted that the majority of migrants living in Plauen adhere to the law.”

The police department stated that in one case, “a 14-year-old victim (Iraqi citizen) who was slightly injured was initially identified on-site. Subsequently, other young people (Romanian and Syrian citizens) came forward who were also beaten and injured by unknown perpetrators in the Postplatz area. The police are investigating dangerous bodily harm against unknown people.”

In May, a Syrian stabbed an Iraqi, who nearly lost his life, and a brawl between North African Arabs and Kurds led the police to make arrests at Club Delta in the city.

The city’s mayor stated in response to the violence:

“In my opinion, we are witnessing the results of a failed migration policy. The traffic light (ruling) government has no recognizable migration strategy, there are no regulations on upper limits on immigration as well as European and national border security measures that take place across countries and in a concerted manner.

Of the non-Ukrainian migrants living in Plauen alone, around 40 percent are clearly obliged to leave the country. Why isn’t the federal government taking consistent action?”

Spike in Hate Crimes Makes Bangladesh Unlivable For Hindus

Hindu girls abducted, boys killed and temples attacked

With Hindu girls getting abducted, boys killed, and temples attacked, the list of anti-Hindu atrocities in Bangladesh has grown significantly through August and September. While Islamic violence incessantly terrorizes Hindus in the Muslim-majority nation, it has also become regular and commonplace enough not to raise the eyebrows of those who are seated in the corridors of power, both inside and outside Bangladesh.

Of all their barbarities against the minority community, abducting their minor girls remains the favorite among some Muslims. Only a few girls are fortunate enough to be rescued after being abducted by a Muslim in Bangladesh; 17-year-old Snigdha Dutta Priya was one of them. A student of Balika Government College, Snigdha, was kidnapped from Batolli village under Anowara police Station in Chattogram district on July 19. Her family realized that she was missing when she didn’t return from college that day. After inquiring with her friends, the victim’s father approached the local police station to file a report. However, authorities remained indifferent to the complaint for days and took no action to find the girl. Disappointed with this inaction, the family approached local Hindu activists, who compelled the police to act. They then raided a residence at Hathazari and recovered the girl, twenty-one days after she went missing, and arrested her abductor, Sajjad Hossain.

Not just random miscreants like Sajjad Hossain, but even teachers have joined the bandwagon in kidnapping Hindu minors. Local police arrested 34-year-old Manjurul Islam from Chattagram for abducting 11-year-old Rupali (name changed) and rescuing the girl from a hotel with the accused teacher. “After receiving the complaint, we started to track the accused teacher. After a few hours, we tracked the teacher in a hotel in the Bandarban area. We raided the hotel and recovered the minor girl,” stated Jahidul Kabur, the officer in charge of Kotwali police station.

In another unabashed hate crime, reported on August 30, a madrassa student broke into a Hindu temple in Madhubagchala Union under the Madhapur police Station of Tangail district in Bangladesh. In one of our previous reports, we discussed how some Muslim minors compete with adults in hatred when attacking non-believers. This case further supports our study, as the accused is a minor who snuck into the temple with a stick, smashed the idols of the Hindu deities, and fled the scene. As soon as the news broke out, disappointed Hindus and temple committee members informed the police, who found the culprit after interrogating local shop owners, and arrested one Muhammad Maniruzzaman. Hindus have also complained that the police were reluctant to arrest the accused, and insisted that the Hindus forgive him. But the Hindus demanded exemplary punishment for the boy, and the police relented.

After receiving the news of their son’s arrest, Maniruzzaman’s parents reached the police station. Claiming that their son was mentally unstable, they demanded that he be released. “Mental illness” is a familiar excuse that parents and relatives of Muslim miscreants often employ after Muslims get caught executing a hate crime. During his interrogation, however, Maniruzzaman exhibited no signs of mental instability; instead, his responses were steeped in bigotry, establishing that it was nothing but an intense commitment to Islam that motivated him to vandalize the Hindu temple. “Worshipping Murtis is forbidden in Islam. So I’ve broken it,” he responded when asked why he had broken the idols.

While minor boys from Muslim backgrounds are tearing down Hindu temples, Hindu boys are killed for absurd reasons. It’s not just Hindu girls who become easy targets of Islamic violence; minor boys are not safe, either. Days after 13-year-old Adreep Ahan Sayan went missing, police found his body; as per reports, his Muslim female friend’s family members are suspected of the murder. Sayan’s father approached the local police station on August 29 after the seventh grader didn’t return home from school. Upon checking the CCTV footage of the path taken by Sayan, the police saw him walking along with a female schoolmate and a burka-clad woman. That was the last known information regarding his whereabouts. On August 31, police recovered his body from a nearby stream. Sayan’s family identified the body; he was in his school uniform at the time of death. While the victim’s family and locals allege that this was a preplanned murder, the police have not arrested anyone yet.

Emboldened by the indifference of authorities in power, the Muslim majority of Bangladesh continues to persecute Hindus in multiple ways. Only a few stories find their way into news reports; most go unreported, and their victims remain deprived of justice for years.

UK: Muslim father urged to flee country to avoid being ‘mistreated for being Muslim’ after killing his daughter

It has now emerged that “the runaway father and stepmother of Sara Sharif were urged by a British solicitor to flee the country after the schoolgirl’s death.” This was according to Malik Asif Taufique, the Sharif family lawyer in Pakistan. The family quickly left for Pakistan. Why were they urged to flee? Because, according to Taufique, “they would be mistreated for being Muslims and a big scandal will be made against their faith.’”

US soldiers in Kabul airport were ordered to clean the excreta of thousands of Afghans just after bomb blast killed 13 of their colleagues

On Sunday, Septemer 10, reports surfaced detailing the humiliation the US soldiers had to endure before they were allowed to leave Kabul in August 2021 when the Taliban took control of Afghanistan. According to the reports, before being permitted to depart Kabul, US Marines were told to clean up human feces and other repulsive trash at the Hamid Karzai International Airport in order to leave it spotless for the Taliban.

The story of the humiliation faced by US soldiers has been chronicled in a newly published book titled, “Kabul: The Untold Story of Biden’s Fiasco and the American Warriors Who Fought to the End.”

New book, Kabul: The Untold Story of Biden’s Fiasco and the American Warriors Who Fought to the End , details the humiliation faced by the US soldiers (Source: dailymail.co.uk)

According to media reports, the incident occurred after two blasts caused by ISIS suicide bombers between the Abbey gate of the Kabul airport and the Barron Hotel on August 26, 2021, cost the USA the lives of 13 soldiers.

On August 28, two days after the 13 American service members were killed during Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, more than 120,000 Afghans had camped at the Kabul airport for a week, “defecating and leaving trash, bags, clothes, and other unspeakable things.” The US Marines were then ordered to clean the human excreta of these thousands of Afghans before they could go back to the USA.

“The Marines of 2/1 were certain that the order had come from higher headquarters because their battalion commander, Lieutenant Colonel Brad Whited, joined them in the cleanup effort and was as visibly displeased as they were,” the book read.

The authors Jerry Dunleavy and James Hasson quoted a junion Marine as telling them that the order to clean “came with a threat that we would not leave at all if it was not completed,” one junior Marine told authors Jerry Dunleavy and James Hasson.

“It was degrading and ridiculous. We took a lot of casualties and put a lot of effort into that mission and to close it out that way was wrong. Morale was really down at that point, and it was an extremely pointless effort,” the US soldier added.

The remaining Marines finally left the country on August 29, a few minutes after midnight, after clearing away heaps of garbage, dung, and partially consumed food in order to make way for the Taliban.

Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan

In August 2021, Taliban’s tookover of Afghanistan, two decades after being removed from power by a US-led military coalition. The Taliban offensive in Afghanistan had resulted in a massive humanitarian disaster with many Afghans fleeing the country to escape the Taliban’s rule.

During the 2021 Taliban offensive, the United States of America had come under severe criticism with several blaming the US troop pullout for the instability that was caused in Afghanistan.

The US military withdrawal and evacuation of US and allied officials, citizens and Afghans at risk of Taliban retribution saw crowds of desperate Afghans trying to enter Kabul airport and men clinging to aircraft as they taxied down runways. An ISIS suicide bomber killed 13 US service members and more than 150 Afghans outside an airport gate.

Some 125,000 people, including nearly 6,000 Americans, were flown out of Kabul before the last US soldiers departed on 30 August 2021, as the Taliban consolidated their grip on Kabul after the US-backed government fled.

The colossal failure: US Troop withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021

It is important to note that a recent US State Department report held both Trump and Biden administrations responsible for the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan, back in 2021.

The report criticised the handling of the 2021 evacuation from Afghanistan by both the Biden and Trump administrations. It noted that the troop withdrawal had “serious consequences for the viability” and security of the former U.S.-backed Ashraf Ghani government in Afghanistan.

Without explicitly mentioning his name, the report also reflected adversely on the Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

The report read, “Naming a 7th-floor principal … would have improved coordination across different lines of effort.”

It is important to note here that the seven floor has offices of the State Department including that of Blinken and other senior diplomats have offices.

India: Muslim mob brutally thrashes Hindu youth, vandalises his house for celebrating India’s victory against Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2023 Super 4 match

On September 11, in a Super 4 match of the Asia Cup in Colombo, India defeated Pakistan by 228 runs. In terms of runs against Pakistan, this was India’s largest victory ever. Nationwide, Indian cricket fans celebrated Team India’s historic victory against Pakistan. However, one fan in Surat, Gujarat, paid a high price for expressing his exuberance over India’s victory.

According to reports, a Hindu youth, who was bursting crackers to celebrate India’s win, was brutally assaulted by a Muslim mob in the Saiyedpura market area in Surat, Gujarat. The frenzied crowd not only thrashed the victim with wooden bats and stumps but also barged into his house and vandalised it. The incident reportedly took place at around 11 p.m. on September 11.

Local media reported that after India won the match that happened over Sunday and Monday, several fans from the locality descended on the street at around 11 pm to celebrate the victory. The victim, who belonged to the Dalit community, started bursting firecrackers to rejoice the victory. Soon, some Muslim youths rushed to the area and began hurling casteist slurs and beating up the victim. The victim somehow managed to escape the clutches of the frenzied mob and ran to his house to save himself, but the mob followed him, barged into his home and assaulted him further.

When the Saiyedpura Lalgate Police Station learned of the occurrence, they rushed to the scene and brought the situation under control. The police registered a case under sections including the atrocity act against all those who beat up and hurled caste-related slurs at the victim.

The police said that they were examining the CCTV footage and assured that the culprits would be identified and apprehended soon.

Local Muslims have attacked the victim thrice before

The victim stated that because he and his father worked for social causes, the local Muslims harboured hostility toward him and frequently attacked him. Three attacks had been made on him in the preceding 15 years, he claimed, adding that the Surat police had filed a case in 2021 as a result of court pressure.

Muslims, in turn, have filed a complaint against the Hindu youth. In the complaint, Shahrukh Aftab Mirza of Saiyedpura Mirza Manjil said that he had urged the Hindu youth not to burst firecrackers as children were playing cricket in the street. The Hindu youth and his two friends assaulted him at the time.

Afghan sisters take battle against Taliban to Cologne

https://kabulnow.com/

Afghan sisters Tamana and Zarmina Paryani admit that they harbour little illusion about what their 12-day-long hunger strike in western Germany could bring against the Taliban government, but for them, staying silent is not an option.

“I think what we would have achieved from this protest is not staying silent against the crimes of this group,” Tamana told AFP.

Tamana, 25, had been among women who had taken part in protests in Afghanistan before being rounded up in a series of night raids on January 19, 2022.

Footage of her ordeal shortly before being taken had circulated on social media, showing her in distress, warning of the Taliban authorities at her door.

Tamana believes that the video brought awareness to her plight.

Following their release from prison, she and her three sisters decided to flee, arriving in Germany in October 2022.

Even though they are now hundreds of miles away from harm’s way, the sisters are determined to keep raising their voices against the Taliban.

From a small tent at the small square in the town centre of Cologne, the sisters began their hunger strike, due to end on Tuesday, to raise awareness about “gender apartheid” in Afghanistan.

Even if Germany and other Western governments have condemned the Taliban for discriminating against women, the sisters believe they needed to continue their protest for concrete change.

“Because in the past two years, the world knows what is happening in Afghanistan, but in these two years the voice of the oppressed people of Afghanistan has not been heard,” Zarmina said.

“Maybe it won’t be heard in these 12 days as well,” she added, but vowed to keep raising her voice.

“Afghanistan women are deprived of their basic human rights, only because they are women. In Afghanistan, a total gender apartheid government is ruling, and we want to end that.”

In the time since their return to power in August 2021, Taliban authorities have imposed their strict interpretation of Islam, with women bearing the brunt of laws the United Nations has termed “gender apartheid”.

Under those rules, women have found themselves largely excluded from public spaces, employment and education.

“The gender apartheid which exists in Afghanistan must be recognised,” Tamana said.

“We want the German government and the UN to recognise the gender apartheid, and stand against it.”

The UN has already labelled the situation in Afghanistan under the Taliban as “gender-based apartheid”, but the term is not currently recognised under the Rome Statute among the worst international crimes.

In June, the UN’s top expert on rights in Afghanistan urged countries to consider making “gender apartheid” an international crime, a move that could help hold the Taliban accountable for its grave and systematic abuses against Afghan women.

Zarmina underlined that women in Afghanistan are “totally removed from society, they are not even allowed to go to parks, … or gyms, and they are deprived of education.”

After a period of staying “hidden” after her release from prison in Afghanistan, Tamana and her sisters decided to leave the country.

“I got out from there, and came here to be the voice of the sacrificed people in Afghanistan,” Zarmina said.

Tamana said she is now starting to learn German.

“I’d love to get an education in Germany,” she said, underlining the need for the youth of her country to go to school.

Despite her experience in Afghanistan, she hopes to be able to return one day.

“It’s my motherland… I have experienced the good and bad, but obviously, I want to return and might work there.”

Israel considering formal protest against German ambassador

The German ambassador to Israel, Steffen Seibert, took a very rare step in the diplomatic world today when he arrived at the Supreme Court hearing regarding the reduction of the reasonabilness standard.

Seibert said that his arrival is a logical move in light of Germany’s interest in the judicial reform debate.

“I think that something important is happening here in Israeli democracy, and we, as friends of Israel, also express great interest in what is happening at the Supreme Court,” the ambassador claimed.

Officials in the political system said that this is an unusual step and that the response to it is being considered. It is very possible that the ambassador will be invited to a reprimand call in which Israel will protest his conduct.

France: Elderly Algerian migrant sexually assaults pregnant woman, immediately released by authorities and ‘told’ to leave France

Rue de Rugby, the location of the sexual assault.

A 61-year-old drunk Algerian national forced himself on a pregnant 21-year-old French woman in the middle of the street, kissing her and grabbing her breasts, according to police. Despite his illegal presence on French soil, he was immediately released by the courts.

The incident took place on Sept. 6, 2023, at around 6:20 p.m. on the street in the La Madeleine district of Évreux. After the man sexually assaulted the woman, he was arrested by police at the rue de Rugby, where he was intoxicated. Police determined that he had no legal right to be in France.

Placed in police custody, the man was brought before a magistrate late on Friday morning, Sept. 8, 2023. The court immediately released the man with an order to be placed under judicial supervision (CPVCJ). The judge, however, issued the man with an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF) without delay, according to the French newspaper Paris Normandie.

As Remix News previously reported, France’s deportation rate is abysmal, especially for Algerians. In 2022, 12-year-old Lola was raped, tortured, and murdered by an Algerian female migrant with psychiatric issues, who had been slated for deportation for years. After the explosive story made headlines, it was revealed that only 0.2 percent of Algerians who receive deportation orders are actually sent back home.

Sexual harassment of French women from France’s migrant community is commonplace, and there is a growing movement of women speaking out against the phenomenon, including in video testimonials from the feminist group Collectif Némésis. In a video that has received hundreds of thousands of views on the X platform, 20-year-old Lea describes how “Maghrebi types,” referring to North African men, sexually harass her.

“Personally, it is always the Maghrebi types who follow, whistle at and insult me,” said Lea.

Both Lea and other women have given harrowing accounts of the various forms of sexual assault and insults they have faced.

Remix News also previously reported on statistics showing that the vast majority of rapes and sexual assaults on French public transport are committed by men of foreign origin. As is common across Europe, migrants often make up half of all sexual assaults or more in countries like GermanyItaly and Sweden.
