A 48-year-old Iranian national armed with a knife and a machete was shot by French police and arrested on Sunday for the alleged double homicide of two homeless people, according to local reports.
Authorities are understood to have been on the search for the suspect for several days after the bodies of two homeless people were recovered in the southern city of Nice on Wednesday, according to French news outlet Nice-Matin.
The two victims were both male and had suffered injuries consistent with a violent attack, according to the local prosecutor’s office.
Nice Mayor Christian Estrosi confirmed on Twitter the arrest of the Iranian national and the recent double murder were linked.
“The suspect of the double murder of (the homeless people) in Colomars was identified by (local police)… He took out a weapon, and the police used their weapon to neutralize him by injuring him. Thank you to the agents for their intervention,” he tweeted.
“Sensing he had been recognized, he tried to flee and pull out a knife. He also had a machete,” Deputy Mayor of Nice Anthony Borré added in an interview for local news.
After being spotted by a crew of three police officers, he reportedly pulled out a machete before being shot in the shoulder by a female police officer in the city center of Nice, near to the local Christmas market, a police source told AFP.
He was subsequently arrested and transferred to the Pasteur II hospital for treatment.
The suspect was a 48-year-old Iranian national who was already known to police for various common law offenses, according to a police source.
“Thank you to our police officers who neutralized a man with a knife in his hand in the heart of Nice, close to the Christmas market. They avoided a tragedy,” tweeted Eric Ciotti, the deputy of the Alpes-Maritimes police.
Neelam Yadav stabbed and butchered by Shakeel Miyan in Bhagalpur, Bihar
In a brutal incident, a 42-year-old married woman named Neelam Yadav was stabbed and chopped into pieces in broad daylight in the middle of a market area on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Neelam Yadav was a resident of Chhoti Deilori falling under the limits of the Pirpainti police station in Bhagalpur, Bihar. She was mercilessly killed by a person named Sheikh Shakeel Miyan.
According to reports, the accused brutally stabbed the woman to death and cut off her hands, legs, ears and breasts before fleeing the crime scene. It is being said that Shakeel was miffed after Neelam Yadav’s husband had forbidden him from visiting their house. Shakeel Miyan was so enraged by this that he attacked his friend’s wife when she was returning home from the busy market area on Saturday.
Shakeel first struck Neelam Yadav on the back of the head. When she collapsed, he stabbed her numerous times in the head, back, and stomach with a sharp weapon. He then cut Neelam’s Yadav ears, hands, legs, and breasts off before running away.
When bystanders saw her writhing in pain, they lifted her up and took her to a nearby sub-divisional hospital from where she was referred to the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical Hospital, but Neelam Yadav succumbed to her injuries during the treatment. However, before her death, Neelam Yadav revealed the identity of the perpetrator.
Some villagers who recognised her, informed her husband, Ashok Yadav, and the Pirpainti police station chief Ramkumar Prasad about the incident. On getting the information, Ramkumar Prasad immediately reached the spot with his team and sent Neelam Yadav’s body for post-mortem. A case was registered and a manhunt was initiated to nab the perpetrator.
According to the deceased’s husband, his and the accused Shakeel Miyan’s fields were adjacent to each other, which is why Shakeel Miyan frequented his residence. Ashok Yadav suspected Shakeel Miyan of having evil intentions toward his wife. He also said that Shakeel was hot-headed and often indulged in unnecessary arguments and fights with the villagers, therefore he asked him to stop visiting his home. This enraged Shakeel, who then carried out the heinous act.

Immigration has always been an economic requirement for France and is a part of the country’s DNA, French President Emmanuel Macron has claimed despite studies showing “immigration costs more than it brings in” and lands taxpayers with bills worth tens of billions of euros every year.
“France has always been a land of immigration,” Macron claimed. “It is part of our DNA, it is the strength of our country, and we have always needed it for our economy.”
In a wide-ranging interview with French newspaper Le Parisien, Macron confirmed his desire to increase the retirement age in the country and offered his view on the need for more immigration to realize his vision for France.

He questioned how French mines would have functioned without Polish immigration over the last century, and how the country’s agricultural sector would have thrived without Italians, Spaniards, and migrants from the country’s former African colonies.
“Without African immigrants, how would the construction industry have turned out? And you know, there were already movements of rejection at the time,” Macron said.
The French president acknowledged there was a strong dissenting view on the benefits from the mass immigration witnessed over the past decades, but he argued that immigration continues to play an important role in the country’s economy today.
“Let’s be clear. Do we sincerely think that the restaurant industry, agricultural work, and many other sectors could function without immigration? We must be honest and say that the answer is no,” he told the newspaper.
“But we must have a double movement,” he said, arguing that the country cannot solely rely upon migrant labor, but “must push all French men and women who are in a position to work to do so.”
“We cannot accept having an unemployment rate that is still so high with so many unfilled jobs that can perfectly well be filled by people receiving unemployment benefits,” he added.
The costs of migration
In contrast to Macron’s claims, there are those who point to a number of sobering statistics regarding non-European immigration. For example, much money and resources have been spent on fighting migrant gangs and rising crime levels associated with immigration, with Macron himself admitting just last month that half of all crimes in Paris are committed by migrants. In some cities, these figures are even worse. France’s broken immigration system has also led to tragedy, including the murder of Lola, a 12-year-old Paris schoolgirl, by an Algerian migrant in October who raped the girl, slashed her throat, and stuffed her in a suitcase.
Regarding the actual issue surrounding the economic benefits of migration, numerous studies have shown that immigrants incur dramatic costs for the French. As Remix News reported last year, French author and academic Jean-Paul Gourévitch, on an appearance on Radio Sud, said that employment data shows that it is a myth that immigration to France has economic benefits.
“I have studied this topic extensively, and today everyone in France, from the left to the right agrees that immigration costs more than it brings in,” Gourévitch said. “There is a major difference between left and right (oriented) economists regarding the costs: The leftist economists say the deficit is 6 to 10 billion [euros per year], while those on the right say it is 40 to 44 billion. My own scientific research shows that the deficit is 20 to 25 billion (euros).”
Undoubtedly, immigrants are serving in various roles in France’s industry, especially in restaurants and agriculture, for example. However, they also play a role in driving down wages for French citizens, and a huge swath of them remain unemployed and resistant to integration efforts. Immigration has also led to a rise in housing prices, overcrowding in cities, and substantial segregation in the schooling system, including regarding White liberals in the Parisian school system, with many rushing into private schools.
Although France has historically seen immigration from European countries over the centuries, this amount has been highly limited, and for the most part, native French people have inhabited their lands for centuries, if not millennia. The advent of non-European immigration is a greatly recent phenomenon, and only in the last decades has it reached enormous proportions that threaten to transform the country demographically.
In view of the latest statistical figures, Brexit advocate and former British MEP Nigel Farage has criticized the rapidly progressing population exchange in Great Britain.
In a video he explained: “The numbers from the national statistics agency are out now. In London, Birmingham and Manchester whites are now in the minority. A huge, huge population exchange is happening in our country.” Even more significant is the fact that only 46 percent of the citizens are Christians: “There is a massive change in identity in this country due to immigration.”
It makes no difference whether one sees this development as a good or bad thing. But the real problem is that the statistical authorities no longer want to ask people’s nationality or place of birth in future censuses. For Farage, this is a cover-up tactic: “Already one in six people in England and Wales was born outside the UK. In the future they want to hide these numbers from you. That’s the real standout – and it’s a scandal.”
None of this is a problem for ex-Home Secretary Sajid Javid, Home Secretary and Finance Minister under former Prime Minister Theresa May, who himself comes from an Islamic-Pakistani family. “So what?” he commented on Farage’s video message on Twitter.
The irony of Javid’s comment was not lost: As a Tory British Home Secretary, he had denounced illegal immigration.

14-year-old girl succumbs to her injuries
Two girls were attacked by a man on their way to school in Illerkirchberg on Monday morning. A 14-year-old girl died as a result of her injuries, the police confirmed.
These are horrific scenes that must have taken place in the early hours of the morning in Illerkirchberg, south of Ulm. Bloody attack on innocent children at a primary school. This is what happened: A so far unknown man attacked and seriously injured two primary school children in the community of 4700 inhabitants on their way to school. Eyewitnesses immediately called the police and the emergency services. They treated the two girls, who are 13 and 14 years old, and brought them to hospital with serious injuries.
The perpetrator fled into a residential building, apparently a refugee accommodation. It is not yet clear whether he lives there. The police surrounded the building, stormed it and arrested all the residents. Among them was probably also the perpetrator. There is still no motive for the crime itself.
It is also unclear whether the children and the perpetrator knew each other. The investigations are in full swing.
Ashok Swain peddles disinformation about lynching of Muslims in India
Ashok Swain, an internet troll for whom spreading disinformation to defame India seems to be an integral part of his daily routine, recently took to Twitter to spread lies and undermine India’s communal harmony.
Sharing a video of a mob thrashing a person, Swain, who works as a Professor at Uppsala university in Sweden, gave a communal colour to the assault, insinuating that the man faced a near-fatal lynching attack for being a Muslim.
“Another day, another lynching! One more Muslim man being lynched in Maharashtra, India,” Swain tweeted.

In a subsequent tweet, Swain said the attack was brutal, but the man survived and was in the hospital.
However, contrary to what Swain would have his followers believe, the man seen in the viral video was not attacked because of being a Muslim. The mob thrashed him on suspicion of being a thief.

The local police arrested 5 people involved in the incident after the video of the thrashing went viral on the internet. According to the police, the incident occurred on December 1 in the Pelhar region of Maharashtra.
Meanwhile, the police have also filed a case against the victim on theft charges.
“A thief was severely injured after people thrashed him in the Pelhar area of Nalasopara in Palghar, four days ago, the video is now viral over the Internet. A case has been registered against the victim on the theft charges, and five other people were also arrested for beating the thief,” the police said.
Nevertheless, the case underscores the perverse urge among the Left ideologues to paint any untoward incident involving a victim belonging to a minority community as religiously motivated, even though the victim’s identity had little to do with the attack against them.
Ghaziabad fake ‘hate crime’ to defame ‘Jai Shri Ram’ chants
In this case, the mob assaulted the man on suspicion of thievery, not because he was a Muslim, as alleged by Ashok Swain, who tweeted misleading claims about the incident that was shared thousands of times on Twitter, threatening to imperil India’s communal harmony and stoking unfounded fears among Muslims.
The incident bears a stark resemblance to the Ghaziabad fake hate crime incident wherein a muted video of a Muslim being roughed up had gone viral on the internet. Mohammed Zubair, Saba Naqvi, and many others shared the video claiming that the Muslim man was assaulted because of his refusal to chant ‘Jai Shri Ram’.
The accused name in the assault case are Parvesh Gujjar, Kallu, Poli, Aarif, Aadil and Mushahid as revealed by Ghaziabad Police.
He later shared another video of Abdul along with Samajwadi Party leader Umed Pehelwan where Abdul claimed he was forced to chant ‘Jai Shri Ram’ by mob and was beaten up. He had never mentioned the said ‘tabeez’ and subsequent reports by various propaganda outlets like The Wire have claimed that his family members deny any ‘tabeez’ claims.
Soon after, Zubair posted (now deleted) the Facebook live video done by SP leader Idrisi with photos of SP leader Akhilesh Yadav hanging on the wall.
These two videos activated the entire left lobby giving the incident a ‘communal color’ after almost 10 days of the assault. Publications like The Wire, TheQuint, Indian Express published reports on the basis of the victim’s statement in the Facebook live video, thereby, defaming the Hindu religious slogan ‘Jai Shri Ram.’
The video and the narrative soon went viral on social media, posing a threat to the law and order in the state.
On the very same day, Ghaziabad police uploaded a video apprising of the case giving relevant details and kept the social media users updated with the development thereon.
Taking cognizance of the matter, the Uttar Pradesh government filed an FIR on June 15 against Twitter for failing to flag the video with unverified claims as ‘manipulative’ and for lack of action.
Alt News co-founder Zubair, Rana Ayyub, The Wire, Salman Nizami, Maksoor Usmani, Sama Mohammad and Saba Naqvi have also been booked for spreading misleading and fake news.
SSP Amit Pathak in a press conference held on June 16 informed that some social media handles and media publications turned the entire incident of assault on an old man into a hate crime and deliberately tried to give it a communal colour.
Junaid Khan murder given a communal spin
Another incident where the left lobby bent over backwards to paint the country communal was in the Junaid Khan murder when the left-leaning liberals alleged that the man was lynched for being a Muslim.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court, however, later observed that there was no religious angle involved in Khan’s murder and that he was killed in a spat that erupted over a train seat.
Paris and Berlin are pursuing a strict admission policy while at the same time forcing Italy to accept mass migration, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni told Italian newspaper La Repubblica on Sunday.
The right-wing leader pledged that the continued fight against smuggling organizations, which also trade in human lives, would define the identity and political culture of her government.
“We have been saying for years that Europe must act because Italy can no longer accept that people smugglers decide who can enter our country,” said Meloni.
She noted that France and Germany “examine at their own borders who is and who is not eligible to enter, who represents useful labor for companies and who does not,” while Italy is expected to welcome all and sundry who are forced upon the country’s borders via the Mediterranean.
Meloni said Italy should not be the only one “paying the price for the flood of migrants from Africa,” calling the current migratory situation “unmanageable” and advocating for the collective expulsion of migrants who are not entitled to stay in the EU.
She echoed earlier sentiments of her foreign minister, Antonio Tajani, who called for the legal entry of a limited number of migrants, with the provision of vocational training; he said it was absurd that multinational companies were hiring foreign nationals because of a lack of Italian labor as some Italians would rather opt for unemployment benefits or the basic income introduced by the previous government.
Regarding the NGO ships arriving on Italian shores, Tajani recently told La Stampa newspaper that he did not know what Rome’s response would be to the next NGO boat full of migrants requesting to dock, but he insisted everyone must respect the rules, including NGOs.
Tajani added that he felt Europe was also beginning to realize that the war was not launched by Rome against the NGOs, but the other way round. Currently, the Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) ship Geo Barents is on its way to Libya in the Mediterranean, and the German-flagged Humanity 1 is at sea again, sailing from the port of Augusta in Sicily.
According to the Italian Interior Ministry, more than 94,000 people had arrived by sea by Dec. 1, compared to almost 63,000 last year. Two years ago, just over 32,000 arrived on Italian shores in the first 11 months of the year.

Throughout Germany, knife crime has increased dramatically in recent years. Whether in the pedestrian zone or on the ICE, at fairs or in department stores – the uncertainty has grown dramatically because aggressive stabbers can now be expected anywhere. An open secret is that the perpetrators disproportionately often come from migrant milieus.
According to internal statistics from the Berlin police, the German capital of all places is now the undisputed Messer capital. Only at the weekend did the police deal with two cases in which knives were used.
On November 25, a 27-year-old was first beaten up by two 26-year-olds on Warsaw Street in Friedrichshain and then seriously injured by several stabs in the upper body and abdomen. The police were able to place one of the perpetrators near the scene of the crime, and his accomplice was later overwhelmed by the special task force (SEK) in his apartment in the same district.
The following night, police officers arrested three young people aged 15, 16 and 17 who had previously threatened and robbed two 15-year-olds in Pankow with a knife.
Knife crimes have long been part of everyday life in Berlin, even if the police do not list all of the crimes in their reports and press releases.
But for the first time, internal police reports and their evaluation have reached the public – and show the staggering extent of true knife crime in the capital. In the period between September 2 and October 14 alone, 84 cases were registered by officials. Of course, this is only part of what actually happened, because many victims do not report an attack to the police. They were either injured and seriously injured.
The discussion about violence in public space has been heating up again as well as how this scourge can be countered. The Berlin head of the German police union, Bodo Pfalzgraf, called for a ban on knives in all public places. “Nobody who goes to the cinema or to a Christmas market needs to have a blade in their pocket.”

The victims are children, young people and adults and the main motives are threats and predatory extortion. Police officers are also repeatedly exposed to knife attacks.
The domestic policy spokesman for the CDU, Frank Balzer, drew a shocking conclusion: “Last year 33 people died in Berlin from knife attacks. The police counted 2 777 corresponding acts – uncounted are those that do not appear in the statistics because the perpetrator and the victim are silent.”
If this continues, the future looks quite bleak. The police must be put in a position to take better action against the carrying and possession of knives. The number of children and young people who were caught with stabbing weapons is particularly alarming – 236 youths, 252 teenagers and 91 children have been recorded.
An experienced officer who confided in the Berliner Zeitung (BZ) is not very optimistic because no one dares to address the real cause which is immigration. “Everyone publicly agrees but ultimately nothing will change. This topic has been discussed forever.”
