“The attitude towards Allah is bad, especially for a basketball club with a Catholic background”: How the coach’s Muslim faith was a problem for the supporters of the French team Elan Béarnais

Taqwa Pinero, the former director of Elan Béarnais, accuses those in charge of the basketball club and the mayor of Pau of trying to force him out of office because of his religious beliefs. His lawyer sent a statement of claim on Friday November 4, 2022.

The former manager of Elan Béarnais, the American Taqwa Pinero, who was relieved of his duties at the club in August, sent a statement of claim for discrimination, defamatory denunciation and bullying to the Pau public prosecutor’s office on Friday November 4, 2022. He is specifically targeting David Bonnemason-Carrère, the former president of the association, the entrepreneur Stéphane Carella, a financial partner, and François Bayrou, the mayor of Pau and president of the Agglomeration Community, Elan’s main financial supporter.

The lawsuit was filed by Taqwa Pinero’s Parisian lawyer Nabil Boudi after financial negotiations between the two parties over the American’s departure stalled. The lawsuit is based on the fact that it was revealed in early September that a partner of the club had written a letter to the club’s management on May 20, 2022, accusing Taqwa Pinero of making statements about his Muslim faith. Biden’s top agent of influence

Almost American: Annalena Baerbock reports back to US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. Facebook

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock’s mission is evidently the complete submission of German interests to those of the US and the Davos clique around Klaus Schwab.

Olaf Scholz’s visit to China last week therefore attracted heavy fire. The chancellor was faced with a deluge of criticism especially from the pro-atlanticist European media which banged on with increasing volume against China and also against any significant economic ties with the Asian giant.

But Scholz not only has to contend with a hostile media, but also an entitled foreign minister in his government – Annalena Baerbock, who can be described as the best political influence agent of the Biden administration in Europe bar none.

After Baerbock played no small part in the ruin of German relations with Russia, she is currently dead set on destroying communication between Germany and the People’s Republic in the interests of her sponsors and friends in Washington and Davos, despite all the foreseeable economic consequences of such actions.

It goes without saying that this is not in the interest of ordinary Germans, but that is the last argument that would bother a Green acolyte like Baerbock. Her speeches have revealed a Liz Truss-like grasp of intellectually and politically important issues, but she excels as an ideologically fanatical operative.

Olaf Scholz cannot be so naïve as not to recognize the role played by his foreign minister. But he obviously would rather remain chancellor than do what his oath of office has long dictated, which is the immediate dismissal of Baerbock from her ministerial position. But, in case he decides to fire Baerbock, it would mean the end of the traffic-light coalition.

And there is no doubt that the successful Green agent of influence of the Biden administration would be even more pleased to continue working as foreign minister with the pro-American Friedrich Merz as chancellor. But whether under Scholz or under Merz: Annalena Baerbock continues to cause serious damage to the interests and future of Germany and the German people.

Removing a Christian symbol

Her woke ideology has manifested itself everywhere. At the request of the foreign ministry, an almost 500-year-old cross that belongs to the historical inventory of the famous Hall of Peace was removed for the G7 summit in Münster. This was where the representatives of the G-7 powers met. Apparently there was a fear that the Taoist foreign minister of Japan might take offense at this symbol, but nobody had bothered to ask him about his sensitivities.

Baerbock offered a nonsensical justification, because the Japanese appreciate German culture and would not be surprised at finding Christian symbols in a Christian country. It is not without reason that the Japanese hold the church musician Bach in great honor. In return, one would hardly expect the Japanese to cover their shrines if a Western politician came on a state visit.

Rather, it is the Greens who have a problem with Western culture and its Christian heritage. The incessant talk of “diversity” and “inclusion” quite resolutely excludes anything Christian, while everything foreign is idolized and fetishized to the point of excess. This leads to the bizarre situation that in 2022 a Cologne muezzin can loudly blare the Islamic claim to absoluteness from a minaret.

“The cross was removed for reasons of protocol,” the Foreign Office said when asked by German daily Bild.

The G7 foreign ministers’ meeting took place in Münster’s historic hall: In 1648 it was the scene of the invocation of the Spanish-Dutch Peace – part of the Peace of Westphalia.

France Sliding toward Barbarity and Chaos

October 15. The corpse of a 12-year-old girl hidden in a big plastic box is discovered on a sidewalk in the eastern part of Paris. The victim’s name was Lola. She was the daughter of the caretakers of the building where the murder took place.

Witnesses, fingerprints and images from surveillance cameras quickly lead police to arrest a woman. She confessed but said she had absolutely no remorse. The details she gave, confirmed by the autopsy, are that she gagged Lola with tape, undressed her, tied her to a chair, raped her with objects, partially cut her throat, put the blood in a bottle and drank it, smoked a cigarette, then finished slitting Lola’s throat and beheaded her. The woman stabbed the corpse multiple times before placing it in a plastic box, and took it down to the street.

The woman, a 24-year-old Algerian named Dahbia B., came to France on a student visa but did not leave after it expired in 2018. She had already been arrested by the police this August, ordered to leave France — and then released. She should not have been in France in the first place. Had she been deported, and if the French police and department of justice had done their job, Lola would still be with us.

“The suspect in this barbaric act should not have been on our territory,” saidMarine Le Pen, leader of the National Rally Party. “Too many crimes and offenses are committed by illegal immigrants whom we have not been willing or able to send back home.”

“When will we defend our children against attacks committed by the same people, always at the expense of the same people,” asked former journalist Éric Zemmour, president of the Reconquest Party.

“This criminal immigration laxity revolts me,” said Eric Ciotti, one of the leaders of the Republicans Party.

Instead of acknowledging flaws in police procedures and promising to improve security, the French government offered Lola’s parents condolences.

President Emmanuel Macron waited two days to receive the victim’s parentsbriefly. He did not say a word in public. No political decisions regarding illegal immigration and its links to increased crime in France were announced, no political decisions will be taken.

Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne told the political leaders that they had shown no respect for the pain of the victim’s family. She accused them of “indecency” and asked them to be quiet.

“Using a 12-year-old kid’s coffin like a stepping stool to indulge in diatribes is shameful,” Justice Minister Eric Dupond-Moretti added.

A lawyer, Gilles-William Goldnadel, suggested that the government preferred silence so that no one would talk about how extremely lax its immigration policy is, as well as the consequences. It was indispensable to face the situation urgently without looking away, he said.

The borders between France and other European countries are open and, like all the borders of Europe, porous. Hundreds of thousands of immigrants enter Europe illegally each year. Many head for France and stay there. They have been benefiting, since 2000, from financial aid and free medical care to which even poor French citizens do not have access. If they are arrested, like Lola’s murderer, they are ordered to leave the country, but are not placed in a detention center so the order, never enforced, is not an order at all. In 2020, 107,500 orders to leave France were issued; fewer than 7% took place.

Illegal immigrants in France are the perpetrators of nearly half of crimes committed in the country, according to the recently published L’ordre nécessaire(“The Necessary Order”), by Didier Lallement, former chief of the Paris Police. Approximately 48% of all crimes committed in Paris in 2021, he notes, were committed by illegal immigrants. Murders almost as gruesome as Lola’s — most of which are committed by illegal immigrants — are committed nearly every day. No one even mentions them. The victims often have their throats slit. When the mainstream media report on the murders, they do not talk about slit throats. They say the victim was “stabbed in the neck.”

The French now live in a climate of generalized violence. Maurice Berger, a psychiatrist, speaks of “gratuitous violence“: violence for no other reason than the pleasure of committing it. He reports that in France, gratuitous violence resulting in injury or death happens, on average, every two minutes. France reports more than two hundred rapes a day. Berger, in Sur la violence gratuite en France (“On Gratuitous Violence in France”), notes that usually the assaults have a racist dimension: the victims are always white people, the aggressors are almost always Arabs or Africans — details omitted by the commentators. Polls show that the French population are seeing violence rising sharply: 68% of French people say they feel their lives are increasingly insecure, and 75% say that the record of Macron and the government fighting crime is poor. 70% believe that illegal immigration is a serious problem. Nevertheless, in May 2022, a majority of voters re-elected Macron and rejected candidates who promised to fight crime and illegal immigration.

In an apparent attempt to explain this odd outcome, many commentators say that the French population now expects the downfall of their country. They quote surveys, carried out year after year, which show that the French population is the world’s most pessimistic. An overwhelming majority of French people evidently think the future will be worse than the present. A poll published in April 2022 states that 77% of French people are certain that the country will not overcome the present economic and social crisis; a poll published in September 2022 show that 67% of French people think that the global situation will worsen due to climate change and that the planet has no future. In L’archipel français (“The French Archipelago”), published in 2019, sociologist Jérome Fourquet writes of a French “collective nervous breakdown” and the “crumbling” of French society. He notes that the religious and historical moorings of the French people are disappearing: churches are empty, important moments in the country’s history are no longer taught in schools. He adds that France’s Muslim population, on the contrary, maintains its culture, customs and traditions, assimilates into French society less and less, and appears more and more filled with contempt and hatred for France, which many of them accuse of colonizing the Muslim world and exploiting Muslim workers.

Speaking about a “great replacement” of the population in France is taboo. Anyone who does it is immediately demonized and described as a follower of conspiracy theories. But the numbers are clear. Former Secretary of State for Foreign Trade Pierre Lellouche recently said that “40% of children aged 0 to 4 are immigrants or of immigrant origin as of the last census”. In addition to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants already in France, approximately 400,000 more immigrants from Africa and the Arab world enter France each year. At the same time, hundreds of thousands of French people emigrate from France annually. In 2018, the most recent year for which figures are available, 270,000 French people left. Over the past 20 years, the number of French people living abroad has increasedby 52%.

Speaking about the 750 no-go zones (“zones urbaines sensibles“) growing on the outskirts of all France’s big cities, and ruled by Islamic gangs and radical imams, is also taboo. Many books describe the seriousness of the situation. In his book Les territoires conquis de l’islamisme (“The Conquered Territories of Islamism”), published in 2020, the sociologist Bernard Rougier wrote:

“Islamist networks managed to establish enclaves in the heart of working-class neighborhoods…. ideological and institutional centers located in the Arab Middle East and the Maghreb can successfully disseminate their concept of Islam there”.

The meticulous data in the book did not elicit any response from the French governmentWhenever someone is arrested, injured or killed by the police in or near a no-go zone, riots break out. When an arrest turns violent, the police are asked to let criminals seeking refuge in a no-go zone escape. The government evidently fears that a larger conflagration might occur.

Since the beginning of September, scenes of violence have been taking place in front of high schools in the Paris suburbs: French law prohibits religious symbols at school, and groups of Muslim high school girls claim a right to wear the Islamic hijab in class. High school principals, obligated to obey the law, prohibit it. Groups of young Muslims (mostly boys) respond with acts of looting.

Inside classrooms, in high schools and primary schools, the French educational system is subject to Islamic intimidation. In 2002, historian George Bensoussan published Les territoires perdus de la république (“The Lost Territories of the Republic”), in which he disclosed that it was now impossible to talk about the Holocaust in high schools in France. In 2017, he published Une France soumise(“A Submissive France”), which shows that the situation had become even worse. It was no longer possible, in French high schools and primary schools, to speak of secularism and tolerance. One teacher, Samuel Paty spoke of secularism, and on October 16, 2020, paid with his life.

Those who might have thought that the beheading of Samuel Paty would lead the authorities to make drastic decisions were proven wrong. Today, teachers throughout France report the relentless threats they receive. In the complaints they file, many say that Muslim students threaten “doing a Samuel Paty” to them. Jewish teachers face anti-Semitic threats and insults. The principal of a high school in the suburbs of Paris recently received an anonymous letter threatening a teacher who happened to be Jewish. “We are going to do a Samuel Paty to him and his father, the old Zionist rabbi,” the letter said. “We don’t want Jews in high schools. Stay in your synagogues! We will take care of the teacher when he exits the high school”. The principal filed a complaint. It will probably come to nothing. Year after year, 80% of such complaints filed in France do not lead to further action.

Economically, France is in decline. French GDP has gone from fifth in the world in 1980 to tenth today, and GDP per capita has gone from fifth in the world to twenty-third during the same period. France’s weight in the global economy has fallen from 4.4% in 1980 to 2.3% today. France is among the European countries which impose the heaviest tax burden on its population (45.2% of GDP in 2022). France also has the highest level of public expenditure in the developed world (57.9% of GDP in 2022) — and an increasing share of public expenditure goes toward financial aid to immigrants, legal and illegal. “We have one of the most generous social models in the world,” Macron said, “it is a strength”.

Taxes, however, are insufficient to pay for these public expenses, so France’s national debt is rapidly increasing. The revolt of the “yellow vests,” originally over the rising cost of fuel, started in November 2018, and lasted until the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. At the time, France had 9.3 million people living under the poverty line (on an income not more than 1,063 euros per month), and surveys showed that hundreds of thousands of families were suffering from malnutrition. Since the “yellow vests” were not Muslim rioters, the security services under Macron reacted to their protests with violent repression: dozens of demonstrators lost an eye, a hand, a foot, or part of their brain function after a skull fracture. The decision by the French government to lock all French people in their homes for months in the name of the pandemic extinguished the revolt (France has had one of the strictest lockdown policies in Europe). These controls lasted until a few days before the first round of the presidential election in April 2022. The French economy suffered as a result of the lockdown. The number of poor people increased sharply and now stands at 12 million (18.46% of the population). During the third quarter of 2022, 9,000 French companies closed down; and 160,000 French companies declared themselves insolvent between January and June 2022.

In Èric Zemmour’s Le suicide français (“The French Suicide”), published in 2014 when he was still a journalist, he wrote that France was dying, and that if courageous, essential decisions were not taken urgently, would not survive. Saying that these decisions were now a matter of life or death for the country, he ran for president in 2022, and received just 7.3 % of the vote.

Essayist Céline Pina writes that the murder of little Lola, the reactions of the murderer after the crime and the government’s attempt to impose silence about the event, mark another step in France’s slide towards collapse, barbarity and chaos:

“The horror of the ordeal that this child had to live through, the fact that the atrocities took place during the day, in Paris, the fact that the presumed author of the act is once again a foreign person in irregular situation and under an obligation to leave French territory, all these elements mean that behind the particularly horrific nature of this murder, we find recurring elements that relate to other cases and to a larger situation…. The murder of Lola reveals the disappearance of all civilizational achievements…

“Worse than the rise of barbarity is the feeling that our leaders are in denial and unable to take the strong and effective decisions that would be necessary to ensure the protection of the population. Barbarity spreads when the authorities no longer know how to be the guarantors of law and order.”

France: A Tunisian illegal tears off a tap with which he hits a gendarme and shouts “Allah Akbar”, and bites another one

Aymen Ben Hassine was sentenced to two years imprisonment, one of which was suspended, and he was placed under arrest. After half of the prison term, he may face deportation upon application. Le Dauphiné

A 25-year-old Tunisian national, arrested for theft, turned out to be an illegal immigrant and was therefore administratively detained in the gendarmerie unit of Voiron.

There, at around noon on Tuesday October 4, after asking to go to the toilet, he ripped off a tap with which he violently punched a gendarme in the face, shouting “Allahu Akbar”. When another policeman intervened, he was bitten by the suspect, who was eventually subdued. Le Dauphiné

Democrat voters jumping ship

By Robyn Dolgin

Believe it or not, diehard liberals can acknowledge they’ve reached their tipping point with the “insane policies” of the Democratic Party.

Crossing the aisle does happen, even among voters in the bluest of blue states.Robert Holden joins the stampede of Democrats in New York who are sickened by the deterioration of the quality of life under alleged “progressive” policies.

Holden and fellow Democrats have had their fill of watching grotesque footage of innocent subway travelers indiscriminately thrown onto the train tracks or brutally assaulted.

“This isn’t a campaign based on party politics,” Holden write, “It’s about common sense and saving our state.” Many like-minded Democrats vent about the mind-numbing inflation and inability of businesses to conduct commerce in a state with the worst inflation and levels of taxation.

He identifies as a “life-long Democrat,” but this time round he’s supporting Lee Zeldin, who is opposing Kathy Hochul for governor of New York.

Reasons for voting Republican for the first time run the gamut leaving conservatives no longer having to ask the rhetorical question: “What would it take for common sense to sink in?” The very question the White House inner circle should be asking themselves.

President Joe Biden may yammer on about a fictional “strong economy,” or “abortion rights,” but he’s proving himself tone deaf to the concerns of the voters. He’s unwittingly aiding and abetting his political opponents by steering clear of the gravitational forces pulling voters to the other party.

He should be talking about the elephant in the room (no pun intended), which would include families struggling to pay grocery bills, households choking on prices at the gas pump, or residents in states bordering Mexico being overrun with crime from illegal immigration.

Not all is lost. President Biden can still bask in the support of members of the teachers unions, but he’ll find less support among parents. They are appalled at the deterioration of the educational system, watching test scores plummet to the lowest levels in decades.

Parents have also made it clear at school board meetings that they want educators to stop “gender studies,” suggesting to children that they remain “fluid” about their “choice” of gender.

The outrage over this wave of “sexual reorientation” is contributing to life-long Democrats jumping ship for the first time. The evidence is all over social media.

“We teach gender ideology in school in Oregon,” writes Allison @TheOGallisonon social media, “So it’s normal for half of pre-teen classrooms to be gender questioning” in today’s cultural atmosphere.

“Kids admit the cool kids in their class are transgender so they want to be trans too,” she writes. “It’s all too much. Dems have gone too far. I’m out.”

The litany of reasons for switching are best expressed in the colorful stream of comments left by Democrats from the least likely regions of the country. Nunya Bid-Ness, another first-time Republican voter, is joining “Team Drazan,” a reference to Christine Drazan, a candidate for governor of Oregon. And she’s voting against “every new tax” and “every tax renewal.”

Democrats putting a fancy bow on a package of increased taxes, appealing to the altruistic side of voters, has lost its impact in an age of corruption, incompetence, and regulatory madness.

Carol Farmer is also from Oregon, which has become famous for out-of-control crime, homeless encampments, and Antifa thugs controlling the streets. Ms. Farmer offered a far more succinct reason for switching her vote: “The Democratic Party I used to support has completely lost their minds.”

Democrats know they are in trouble when their most ardent media ally, the New York Times, becomes a harbinger of gloom for the mid-term elections. Staff writers Jonathan Weisman and Neil Vigdor practically begged White House advisors to “switch tacts” and wake-up to the issues concerning voters. The two writers warn the Democratic Party “to find a closing message on the economy that acknowledges the deep uncertainty troubling the electorate while making the case that they, not the Republicans, hold the solution.”

That is very good advice. Sadly the president — who has difficulty reading his own cue cards — cannot be expected to analyze political advice offered by the former newspaper of record.

Red Wave Update: Democrats Are Losing Voters They Took for Granted, Thanks to Misplaced Priorities

If you want a bit of schadenfreude on Election Eve, some new polls might leave you grinning. Over the weekend, new data showed Democrats that minorities are migrating to Republican candidates in a historic shift, and the electorate sees them as focused on all the wrong things. All Democrats had to do was not be crazy. Biden inherited an economy in recovery and a nation looking to take a collective deep breath. Instead, Democrats decided to destroy the economy and push transing the kids. Voters noticed.

According to a Wall Street Journal poll, 17% of black voters would pick a Republican candidate for Congress. That is more than double the share of the black vote earned by President Donald Trump in 2020 and House candidates nationwide in 2018. Among Latino voters, the Democrats’ advantage is deteriorating quickly. In August, they held an 11-point lead. Now, it is just five. In 2020, President Joe Biden earned 28% more of the Hispanic vote than Trump. In 2018, they favored Democrats in House races by 31 points. These numbers indicate a sea change in the electorate.

There is bi-partisan agreement among pollsters who spoke to the WSJ:

“I think that this could be a paradigm-shift election, where Republicans are not only making inroads with the Latino vote, but they’re now making inroads with the African-American vote,” said John Anzalone, who conducted the Journal survey with Republican Tony Fabrizio and served as President Biden’s lead pollster in 2020.

Mr. Fabrizio, who was Mr. Trump’s lead pollster in 2020, said, “It is wholly possible that Republicans reach a new high water mark among both African-Americans and Hispanic voters in this election.”

The political divide is returning to class-based concerns rather than race-based grievance politics. The electorate looked more like this in the early ’80s and early in the 20th Century. Now, for all of the Democrats yammering about “an economy that works for everyone,” it was Trump who actually provided one before the pandemic. Real wages went up for working-class Americans of every color for the first time in decades. Now, many are choosing between gas and groceries. Working- and middle-class families of all races feel the difference.

Many commentators wonder if the shift is durable. Ruy Teixeira, who wrote The Emerging Democratic Majority in 2002 based on identity politics, told the Journal,“ Black working-class and Hispanic working-class people have a lot more in common with white working-class people than many people have been willing to believe.” I’m pretty sure most Americans agree that Kamala Harris has more in common with Nancy Pelosi than any working-class minority. If Republicans stay focused on cultural issues their base agrees with and economic policies that really work to restore the American Dream, it could absolutely signal a permanent change.

It helps that voters do not view Democrats as focused on their concerns. According to a survey by Third Way, a centrist Democrat group, the electorate is just as likely to see Democrats as radical as Republicans. Pretty astonishing, since Democrats have spent months trying to convince America that Republicans are dangerous fascists—when they aren’t writing their hands about “our democracy.”

In a memo, Third Way outlined its concerns. The opener is telling. “If Democrats manage to hold on to the House and Senate, it will be in spite of the party brand, not because of it, according to a pre-election national poll.” While some individual candidates established themselves as more moderate despite voting with Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden almost 100% of the time, the authors warn that “if this brand problem persists, Democrats will face an uphill climb in 2024 and beyond.”

According to the data, Republicans hold a decisive advantage on the issues voters care about. Two charts tell the story.

The Democrats’ insistence on focusing on luxury issues like climate change is at the root of the problem. While voters trust them more on this issue, no one cares what the temperature will be 100 years from now when they are not sure they can afford heating oil. Preferred pronouns are unimportant when you have to skip dinner so your kids have more to eat because grocery prices are out of sight.

Even on education, voters trust Democrats to throw money at it, but Republicans to improve it. Ideologically, the electorate describes itself as center-right and sees Republicans as closer to themselves, according to Third Way:

Democrats received an average [ideological] score of 3 and Republicans an average score of 7.3. That means that Democrats, on average, are perceived as being 2.6 points away from the average voter, while Republicans are only 1.7 points away. Swing voters rate themselves a 5.4, on average, Democrats a 3.6, and Republicans a 6.5—again leaving the latter closer (1.1) to where swing voters rate themselves than the former (1.8).

Then, Third Way gives Democrats an impossible task. Try not to laugh.

The generic ballot leading up to the midterms is tight, and it’s anyone’s guess what the final House and Senate margins will be. But in the long-term, Democrats must face up to the challenge of convincing voters that they are the reasonable, mainstream, and competent party to preserve themselves as a palatable alternative to Republicans’ increasing extremism. This task will require convincing voters that Democrats will prioritize and deliver on their most central concerns and govern in a way that respects common American values like patriotism and valuing hard work.

On every survey in the last few years, Democrats have moved further to the left ideologically, while Republicans remain to the right of center. The current administration picked up Barack Obama’s apology tour and sought to increase dependence on the government to consolidate its own power. Americans hate all that and are finally willing to say so at the ballot box, no matter their skin color.

Only Five of 317 Islamist Threats Actually Deported from Germany

German authorities have only deported five of some 317 Islamist threats known to be currently residing in the country this year, official data has revealed.

In response to a question posed by the populist Alternative für Deutschland party, Germany’s Federal Government has confirmed that only five Islamist threats have been deported this year.

This is compared to the 317 threats thought to be currently residing in the country, prompting criticism from German populists that the government is not living up to a promise to crack down on dangerous foreign nationals.

According to a report by Die Welt, Germany claims to have deported a total of 17 people belonging to the “Islamist spectrum” in the first nine months of this year.

However, only five individuals deemed to be a “threat” to the country have actually been deported within this time period, with individuals being sent back to the nations of Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey and Lebanon.

One further individual deemed to be a threat was deported back to Italy under the Dublin regulation, which allows countries signed up to the agreement to send a migrant back to the first European country that they arrived in, without having first to consider an asylum claim.

In an attempt to explain the poor figures, authorities have claimed that they are having difficulty deporting a significant number of the 317 Islamist threats in the country due to their country of origin.

For example, Germany currently has a moratorium on deporting individuals back to Syria, while deportations to Afghanistan have also been frozen since the Taliban took over the country in 2021.

Deportations to the Russian Republic of Chechnya — a majority-Muslim part of the Russian Federation — have since also reportedly ground to a halt seemingly as a result of tensions sparked by the Ukraine war.

Such excuses have seemingly failed to convince opposition parties in Germany, with one AfD member attacking the so-called “traffic light” coalition government for failing to live up to its promise to increase deportations.

“The widely announced deportation offensive by Interior Minister [Nancy] Faeser has not materialized,” Bundestag representative Martin Hess said regarding the situation.

Despite the criticisms, Germany is not alone in failing to deport significant numbers of dangerous migrants from their country, with France, in particular, coming under a lot of fire recently over its lax deportation measures.

With authorities having repeatedly failed to deport criminal migrants to their country of origin, a number of serious crimes have been committed by those handed deportation orders.

Perhaps the most notable of these that have not directly been related to terrorism was the recent torture, rape, and murder of 12-year-old French girl Lola Daviet last month.

A 24-year-old Algerian illegal has since been indicted for the murder of a child under 15, rape of a child, as well as charges of torture and barbarism and concealment of a corpse over the case.

It was since revealed that the suspect had already been issued a deportation order prior to the murder, and was legally obliged to be out of France by the end of September.
