Algerian migrant indicted for rape and murder of Parisian schoolgirl Lola had been ordered to leave France upon expiry of residence permit

Lola, (Facebook)

The main suspect in the brutal rape and murder of the 12-year-old Parisian schoolgirl known only as Lola was residing in France on an expired student residence permit and had been ordered to leave the country within 30 days almost two months ago, local media reported late on Monday.

The 24-year-old female suspect known as Dahbia B., who is an Algerian national, had come to France legally in 2016 on a student residence permit, BFMTV reported. Her permit, however, had expired, and on Aug. 21, she had been detained by border police at a French airport and issued an order to leave the country within 30 days.

Lola’s body was found on Friday evening in the 19th arrondissement of Paris curled up in a suitcase, shackled, with a deep wound to her throat, and marked with inscriptions. According to the autopsy, carried out on Saturday, her death was due to asphyxiation.

The main suspect was indicted on Monday on the counts of murder of a 15-year-old minor accompanied by rape; torture or acts of barbarism; rape of a minor with torture; and acts of barbarism. She was remanded in custody.

Referring to “several sources close to the investigation,” BFMTV reported details of the account given by the main suspect to authorities while in police custody.

She allegedly accosted schoolgirl Lola on Friday afternoon when she took her to her sister’s apartment, which was in the same building as Lola’s family home.

It was in her sister’s apartment where the 12-year-old was subjected to rape and physical abuse, which resulted in her death, before her body was hidden inside a suitcase.

According to the French broadcaster, the suspect recounted approaching a male on the street and telling him she had organs to sell, but the individual swiftly dismissed her.

She was allegedly then picked up, along with a suitcase, by a male friend who drove her to his home in Asnière-sur-Seine. The 43-year-old man, also of Algerian descent, was indicted on Monday on suspicion of “concealment of a corpse” and placed in pre-trial detention.

The main suspect returned later, with the suitcase, on Friday evening to her sister’s apartment where she was questioned by her sister about the contents of the case. Following her refusal to answer and a subsequent altercation, the female reportedly fled the premises leaving the suitcase in the building’s courtyard; a homeless man later discovered it and reported it to the police.

The heinous murder has shocked the world and been reported in global media, with conservative political heavyweights in France now demanding a renewed debate on mass migration and the threat it poses to national security.

“Another clandestine assassin. It’s going crazy. As long as they continue to think that mass immigration is an opportunity for France, the tragedies will multiply.”

Marion Maréchal

Marion Maréchal and Marine Le Pen have weighed in on the tragedy with the latter calling for further action to prevent a repeat of the gruesome murder.

“The revelations about the profile of the woman suspected of the massacre of little Lola, who we learn is in an irregular situation, are a textbook case on the uncontrolled nature of illegal immigration in our country,” Le Pen wrote on Twitter. “The debate must open… finally,” she added.

Leader of the Reconquête party, Éric Zemmour, tweeted: “Of Algerian nationality and in an irregular situation, it’s official: The assassin of Lola should never have crossed her path. Once again.”

According to BFMTV, the main suspect’s sister, as well as the homeless man who found the suitcase, had also been taken into custody but have since been released.

Investigations into any motive or involvement by other individuals remain ongoing.

Netherlands: Two Muslim Eredivisie captains refuse to wear rainbow armband

The captains of two Eredivise football clubs have been criticised for refusing to wear a ‘one love’ arm band supporting the LGBTQ+ community as part of a Dutch football association campaign. Feyenoord captain Orkun Kökcü refused to wear the armband, citing religious considerations, while Excelsior captain Redouan El Yaakoubi wore an alternative on his arm, with the statement ‘respect’. ‘I think it is important to emphasise that I respect everyone regardless of religion, background or preference,’ Kökcü said in a statement. ‘I think everyone is free to do what they want or feel. I fully understand the importance of this campaign, but because of my religious beliefs I don’t feel the right person to support it.’

The Dutch football association KNVB had hoped use of the rainbow band would send out a powerful signal to supporters to coincide with national coming-out day. The KNVB launched the campaign last year and it has since been adopted by a number of international squads. At least seven team captains will wear the armband at the World Cup in Qatar. Feyenoord director Dennis te Kloese said the club would take an active part in the discussion surrounding Kökcü’s refusal. ‘There is a lot to be done on this issue,’ he said. ‘And it is a theme which we are actively dealing with as a club.’ Talks with Kökcü were ‘difficult’, Te Kloese said. El Yaakoubi said he had opted to focus on the word respect. ‘Everyone should have respect for each other, not just a group or a theme,’ he said. ‘There are more problems in the world that we can talk about.’

France: Three years in prison for Islamist who called for terrorism

The criminal court in Lille sentenced on Monday October 17, 2022, a 30-year-old Breton who had converted to Islam in prison and called for jihad on a Telegram forum a few months after his release, to three years in prison without parole for repeatedly glorifying terrorism.

[…]
He was sentenced to seven years and released in December 2021, with an association helping him reintegrate. However, in August 2022, he posted a series of messages on the Telegram group of a Muslim fundamentalist ideologue, which attracted the attention of the Directorate General of Internal Security (DGSI) and led to his arrest on September 1.

He wrote: “We will only return to an Islamic state on the basis of blood and death”, and glorified “those who do everything to re-establish an Islamic state”. France3

Muslim Twitter users abuse a Muslim woman in the USA for hosting Salman Rushdie suporter

On 16th October 2022, Muslim Twitter users abused another Muslim woman from US, named Shirin Khan, for hosting Rana Ayyub. According to these Islamist Twitter users, Rana Ayyub is a ‘Gustakh-e-Rasool supporter’ and according to them, it was wrong of Shirin Khan to host such a ‘Gustakh-e-Rasool supporter’ like Rana Ayyub. It is notable that Rana Ayyub is called a Gustakh-e-Rasool supporter because she had tweeted wishing for well being of author Salman Rushdie. However, she later deleted that tweet after coming under attack from Internet Jihadis.

Rana Ayyub is currently on a visit to the USA, where she has met several anti-Hindu persons and organisations, like former Tennis star Martina Navratilova, and people associated with anti-Hindu propaganda in the west. During this visit, she also visited Shirin Khan, who is presumably from India. Shirin Khan posted a picture with Rana Ayyub calling her a guest, and it opened the floodgates of tweets by these Muslim Twitter users who started abusing Shirin Khan for hosting Rana Ayyub. Shirin Khan wrote in her tweet, “My beautiful guest Rana Ayyub”, and added the red heart emoji.

Saad wrote in his reply to Shirin Khan’s tweet, “What a proud moment for this women selfies with gustakh e Rasool supporter.”

Another Twitter handle named Ummati asked Shirin Khan, “Did you ask her why she supported the most famous gustakh-e-Rasool of our times???”

A Twitter handle named @Abstawakkul wrote, “A muhajibah posing proudly for a selfie with the supporter of the enemy of Allah and Rasool Allah(saws) aka Salman Rushdie. Some of the core reasons for the decline of a nation is when Ignorance and hypocrisy will widespread in the community. Don’t know what to say; is it ignorance or hypocrisy?”

An-Nahda posted, “This is the problem with Muslims today they don’t make friends or enemies on the basis of Islam. I don’t understand how some muslims can happily pose for pics with someone who supports a vile person like Rushdie.”

Another Muslim Twitter user Ababeel posted, “Run-of-the-mill Islamophobic hijabi, convincing Muslims to compromise with the honor of RasoolAllah (Peace be upon him), aligning with LIBERALS for worldly gain, subtly planting liberalism in Muslim minds.”

Not only this, the conversations below these tweets were shading more light on Shariat and the provisions of punishments as per Shariat for supporting a gustakh.

Shaheen Allama asked a Twitter user ‘united4u’ “Don’t you know she is taking selfies with a supporter of gustakh?” The Twitter user ‘united4u’ replied, “Allah is there for justice. He knows what is in one’s mind.” Shaheen Allama replied, “You know how justice is done according to Shariat with those who are gustakh. You are talking about the things within one’s mind. Does anyone know what goes on in a thief’s mind? But he is punished for the theft. Likewise, Allah may know what is inside one’s mind but the person will be judged on his or her actions.” After this, ‘united4u’ replied, “You are right brother but I don’t want to get caught on the judgment day by saying something now. Because we don’t know the whole thing.”

Financial fraud-accused Washington Post columnist Rana Ayyub deleted her August 12 tweet praying for Satanic Verses author Salman Rushdie’s recovery after he was stabbed in New York. After the attack on Rushdie, Rana Ayyub tweeted how she was praying for his recovery. However, after the Muslim community on Twitter condemned her, she has since deleted her tweet. Many Islamists took to Twitter to school Ayyub that while they respect her, they cannot follow or support someone who wishes well upon someone who had ‘blasphemed’ about Prophet Muhammad.

Mayor pushes ‘Great Replacement’ project in rural France despite citizen protests, refuses to hold citizen referendum on accepting migrant families

A project designed to move 70 migrants and their families to the small rural French town of Callac is being fought by local residents. Despite calls for a referendum on the issue, the mayor refuses to hold such a referendum, conceding he would lose the vote if it were to take place.

During rival protests on Sept. 17, Callac Mayor Jean-Yves Rolland stated that he would address the constituents of Callac with a letter, which was released on Oct. 14. He said the letter would bring “the official version of our project in the face of rumors and misinformation,” the Le Télégramme daily reports.

In the letter, the mayor rejected a referendum on the issue and instead tried to assuage the town that a citizen’s council should decide on how the project is implemented. The move comes after Sud Radio reported that a witnesses during a meeting with the mayor, which included 12 other eyewitnesses, related that the mayor said he would not hold a referendum because 80 percent of residents are against the measure. He reportedly said: “I would lose it.”

At the national level, 62 percent of French say they want to hold a national referendum on continued immigration, with other polls showing that a majority of French are both opposed to further immigration into France and worried about the Great Replacement, which describes the ongoing displacement of Europeans by non-European people in the West.

‘We don’t want to be guinea pigs!”

In his letter, the mayor continues to resist calls for a referendum, instead calling for a “citizen governing body” to decide on the arrival of migrants.

“A citizen governance body is being created. This global project must be managed in complete transparency,” writes Rolland, arguing that “the new inhabitants are a chance for Callac, a small aging rural town,” with “many houses that remain empty” and “dozens of positions that remain to be filled.”

“All the projects will be presented later at a public meeting, open to you, Callacois. As we always agreed. Welcoming new people will revitalize our employment pool and will be beneficial for everyone: It is a bet for the future,” the letter continues.

The protests against the project were attended by various conservative activists and the Reconquest party. However, spearheading the effort is a citizens’ initiative made up of residents of Callac who are rejecting the transfer of migrants to their town. These citizens point to the already high unemployment rate in Callac; they ask where jobs will be found for the new migrants when jobs cannot even be found for the people who live in the area, which features an unemployment rate of 17.6 percent. In addition, they point to potential overcrowding in schools and daycare, and the millions of taxpayer euros that will be needed to integrate the newcomers.

At the demonstration, protesters held up signs against the “African repopulation of our cities” while others pointed to the events in Callac, a peaceful town of 2,200 inhabitants in the Côtes-d’Armor, as a clear and identifiable symbol of the Great Replacement. Left-wing counter-protesters chanted against what they claimed was “fascism.” Many of those protesting both from the right and left were not from the area.

According to a report from Le Figaro newspaper, residents are saying: “We don’t want to be guinea pigs!” They point out that the “Horizon Village” project is an experiment funded by the Merci Endowment Fund, which was created in 2009 by the Cohen family.

As Remix News previously reported, Cohen family members, who are the former owners of the upscale children’s clothing brand Bonpoint, live in some of the wealthiest areas of France, all of which feature remarkably low diversity. Nevertheless, the family is focused on Callac for now but also plans to relocate refugees across the countryside. While the family has put up millions to further this goal, the French government has also pledged to back the project with taxpayers’ money. However, the Cohen family is only providing funding for 10 years, after which point, the town would be on its own.

“Convinced that refugees are an opportunity for France,” the Horizon Project chose the town, among 20 others, to “prove by example.”

Citizens protesting the project point out that the Cohen family will not have to live with the consequences of the migrant relocation effort, as they are insulated in their wealthy enclaves. In an open letter, they wrote:

“The objective would be to repopulate a small ‘aging’ town with migrants, to revitalize the town center and to develop economic activities. Migrants would therefore be supervised, housed, and trained, and 70 jobs would be found for them.

The arrival of 70 non-European families would totally upset the life of the municipality and the canton. Thirty-eight non-French-speaking children would be educated at the Callac school and divided into classes. This would further complicate the task of teachers.

How can you impose on the people of Callac such a project that calls into question the identity of our population and before the real cost of the project is determined?”

In a petition, they further argued: “We believe that the millions of euros that this project would cost should be invested as a priority for the local population, via the renovation of housing, via energy aid, via the development of the town of Callac and the surrounding municipalities, to allow locals to flourish there and those who want to come and settle there without monetary assistance to do so later.”

Despite this opposition, just last month French President Emmnaul Macron stated that his government planned to begin moving migrants out of cities and into the countryside due to the problems of crime and ethnic ghettos in the French cities. He described it as an “opportunity,” but as Remix News reported, he may have a strong political motiveto move forward with such a radical plan.

Citizens of the town of Callac say that the problems of the “big cities” will now come to them.

“You are going to create in the middle of Brittany, in Argoat, a foreign community with all the issues related to these groups. You are going to move the problems of the big cities to the Breton countryside,” the citizens of Callac wrote in their open letter.

The problems of the “big cities” referred to in the letter are the levels of crime and cultural tensions reaching the point that Pierre Brochand, who served as the head of France’s top intelligence agency from 2002 to 2008, warned of civil war if France does not halt mass immigration. He pointed to attacks on police officersmurdersgrowing social tension, divisions over schooling, and cases of “urban guerilla warfare” in migrant neighborhoods as all signs that multiculturalism in France has failed.

While all multicultural societies may be “doomed” to deep rifts, the same is not necessarily true for the wealthiest in society. In Paris, where the Cohen matriarch lives, wealthy parents are racing to private schools at a record rate to escape diversity, leaving the poorest French to deal with the problems associated with multiculturalism. Another former French intelligence chief estimates that there are 1,513 “lawless neighborhoods” in France.

‘Dumping Ground of the World’ – UK Accepting Migrant Asylum Claims at Far Higher Rates than EU Nations

The UK has been accepting asylum claims from foreign migrants at a far higher rate than countries within the EU, a factor which may be contributing the massive migrant crisis currently being experienced by the state.

Compared to the likes of Sweden, France, and Germany, the United Kingdom has been accepting asylum claims made by migrants at a far higher rate, despite many of these illegals entering Britain from a safe country.

Over 36,000 migrants have entered Britain via small boat this year, with many more also arriving in the country via Ireland or by overstaying their visas — itself a silent migrant crisis of many years standing — with the UK Border Force now warning that the influx represents a national security risk to the UK.

The UK in fact only has itself to blame for the current migrant crisis, however, with The Times reporting that the country is accepting asylum claims made by migrants at a far higher level than neighbouring countries within the European Union.

This is despite the fact that a sizable number of those arriving in Britain are travelling from a safe country, with the island’s geographic location making it extremely difficult to arrive there directly from any known overly oppressive state or conflict zone.

What’s more, the UK is even accepting a large number of asylum claims from people fleeing perfectly safe countries, with a plurality of migrants coming to the country on small boats originating from Albania which, while does have problems with systematic corruption and criminal gangs, is not in any active conflicts, and sees a relatively low level of state-sponsored discrimination.

Despite this, the UK accepts 52 per cent of migrants from the country as asylum seekers. This is compared to only 8 per cent in France, and zero in both Germany and Sweden.

“The rest of Europe thinks our system has been nuts,” a UK Home Office insider is reported as telling The Times, with the publication noting research as finding that high acceptance rates for migrants often lead to increased levels of future migration.

“There are almost no cases of state persecution or persecution from government institutions [in Albania],” they continued. “…protection can be provided in Albania whether for asylum or modern slavery claims.”

The discrepancy between UK acceptance rates for migrants compared with those on the European continent has been met with outrage online, with Brexit firebrand Nigel Farage taking aim at authorities for the high acceptance rates.
