Judge Vera Hörauf needed a whole 20 minutes to list the eight offences committed by the native Togolese in 2021 while intoxicated. For example, the defendant entered the playground of a Kirchseeon lunchtime childcare centre and shouted and mobbed pupils and teachers. After a community worker asked him to leave, he threatened to kill him.

On another day in the Kirchseeon REWE supermarket, a female employee pointed out to the drunk that he had been banned from the premises for a long time. In response, he spat on her thigh. “And that was in times of Corona,” the witness said indignantly. Only a few weeks later, when the man from Kirchseeon was drunk on the suburban train, he approached a 17-year-old girl. While doing so, he began to talk to her and stroked her thigh without being asked. “Totally unpleasant,” the witness characterized the incident.

Here the accused spoke up for the first time and asked: “Doesn’t a black man have the right to touch a white woman?”. When asked by the judge if this question was meant seriously, he answered “yes” without further ado. In addition, there were several riots in the homeless shelter. A bloody altercation between young adults took place in front of the the Bermuda Dreieck at Schwedenplatz square in Vienna. An Iranian woman stabbed a 19-year-old Austrian woman in the chest with a broken glass bottle.

The crime took place on Tuesday at around 2 am. First there was a verbal altercation between two groups of people aged 19 to 29.
In the course of the argument, a 22-year-old Iranian national allegedly attacked the 19-year-old Austrian woman with a broken glass bottle, injuring the young woman in the chest area. The Iranian woman herself was also injured in the incident. The police arrested the woman, who partially confessed during the arrest. The Vienna police did not disclose anything about the victim’s state of health.

There is an ominous buzz in the new Australian Parliament — Albo and the Greens are planning to pass 40 new bills, quick smart.

Each bill will probably need 100 new regulations and 200 new inspectors, auditors, and enforcers plus many new taxes and fees.  They will not deliver “Net Zero” — they are “Net Negative.”  They will divert labor and capital from productive activities to bureaucracies and green energy speculators.

Where are the 40 old bills that Green-Albo will repeal to make room for these 40 wordy additions to Australia’s already overflowing legislative sewer?

We need a new political party dedicated solely to repeal of costly, destructive, and useless legislation.

Australia has thrived for over 200 years without Green-Albo’s forty new laws.  So they can be safely rejected or repealed, and followed out the door by most of the legislation introduced under the baleful gaze of the Green Quad — Gillard, Rudd, Turnbull, and Morrison.  A safe policy for the new Repeal Party is “Last in, First Out.”

Not only is it imperative to start the domestic repeal movement, but Australia also needs to back out of the international agreements swamp.  Top priority here is to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement.

Probably the worst bill in Green-Albo’s legislative avalanche is “The Climate Change Bill.”  This dreadful piece of legislation gives the government the ability to “ratchet up” green targets without new parliamentary approval but makes it difficult for future governments to ratchet back these targets.  This will clutter rural Australia with imported solar panels and windmills and destroy forests and grasslands with spider-webs of roads and transmission lines.  It will make blackouts more likely and destroy any heavy industry we have left.  Filling our cities with electric cars will stress the electricity grid and add greatly to urban fire risks.  And in 15 years (or after every cyclone), we will have an enormous problem trying to dispose of the worn out, non-degradable wind and solar generator debris.

Wind and solar are almost useless without big battery storage.  But Turnbull’s Green Elephant, the Snowy 2 pumped hydro, is way behind in time and way ahead in costs.

Australia survived booms and busts, two World Wars, and the Great Depression only to see the Builder Generations outvoted by the Spoiled Brat generations — the Baby Boomers, the Millennials, Blockade Australia, and the Thunbergs.

Not only have Albo and the Green-Teals captured Australia’s Parliament, but they also dominate the schoolrooms, the education departments, and most of the media.  Climate activism is encouraged in schools at the expense of maths, science, and engineering.  The Builder Generations are depicted in education propaganda not as wise elders, but as “Cranky Uncles”.

No wonder we are cranky.

Austria’s Constitutional Court has ruled that it was unlawful for the government to ban unvaccinated people from hair salons and barbers and also declared that a ban on entering cultural institutions was unlawful.

The Constitutional Court found the government’s restriction on unvaccinated people regarding barbers and hair salons was unlawful as the Covid-19 Measures Act provided exemptions for people not vaccinated against the Wuhan coronavirus for basic needs, which the court stated included getting hair cut.

The court argued that the length of the restrictions also played a part but noted how the government extended restrictions numerous times to the point in which unvaccinated were denied access to a hairdresser for around eleven weeks, Kronen Zeitung reports.

The ruling is just the latest dismantling of Austria’s Wuhan coronavirus restriction policies and comes as the Constitutional Court ruled that a ban on the unvaccinated entering cultural institutions in the Autumn of last year, was also unlawful.

The court, however, said that the law itself was not the issue, but rather the fact that exemptions existed for churches and religious institutions and that cultural institutions should be treated equally and establish their own rules as well.

This week, Austria lifted nearly all of its remaining Wuhan coronavirus restrictions, including mask mandates. People who test positive for the virus will also now be allowed outside as long as they wear an FFP2 mask while they do so.

Some restrictions do remain in place, such as a ban on anyone infected with the virus from eating or drinking outside of their isolation area as they would need to remove their masks.

The new rules are a massive u-turn for Austria, which was one of the only countries in Europe pushing for mandatory vaccination for all adults earlier this year, threatening to hand down fines to anyone caught unvaccinated.

The mandatory vaccine law was first suspended and later scrapped in June by the government, which claimed that the situation regarding the pandemic had changed and the law was no longer needed.

Health Minister of Austria Johannes Rauch also noted that the policy had caused “deep rifts” in Austrian society and the country was no longer in “disaster mode” regarding the virus.

Former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder has expressed confidence that Russia would seek a negotiated solution to the Ukraine war. During his recent trip to Moscow, he also met with the Russian President. According to him, the Kremlin would like to negotiate.

“The good news is that the Kremlin wants a negotiated solution.”

In an interview with Stern magazine and RTL/ntv broadcaster, he said that the recently reached agreement on grain exports from Ukraine was an “initial success” that could perhaps “slowly be expanded into a ceasefire”.

In addition, the SPD politician again defended his contacts with Russia stating that it was not illegal.

In view of the gas crisis, the former chancellor also recommended commissioning the Nord Stream 2 pipeline from Russia and described this as the “simplest solution” in view of possible gas bottlenecks.

“It’s over. When things get really tight, there is this pipeline, and with the two Nord Stream pipelines there would be no supply problem for German industry and German households.”

Swedish Immigration Minister Anders Ygeman has suggested that Sweden follow the example of Denmark and seek to limit the concentration of people with an immigrant background in the most troubled areas of its cities.

In an interview with the Dagens Nyheter (DN) newspaper, Ygeman said it was a problem for Sweden that there are neighborhoods where most residents come from countries other than the fellow Nordic nations of Denmark, Iceland, Finland, and Norway.

“I think it is bad to have areas where the majority are of non-Nordic descent,” he told DN.

“If you want to learn Swedish, you have to practice. If you live in an area where you can get by with the language of your native country, it becomes enormously more difficult to learn and develop the language,” Ygeman explained.

“If, in addition, you have a job where you can get by in the language of your native country, where will you practice Swedish? In that context, I think having that kind of goal can say something important,” he added.

Ygeman suggested a 50 percent limit when journalists questioned whether he thought Sweden should adopt a similar target to Denmark, where the ruling Social Democrats have adopted a target that no neighborhood is to have more than 30 percent of its population be of non-Western origin.

It might have been worse for him, but, according to prosecutor Stefanie Rößler (50): “The victim was able to flee the flat with blood in his eyes, disoriented”. His acquaintance Bettina G. (49) was threatened by Abdul B. with a paring knife.

One day later, the accused struck again, according to the investigation: He tortured a woman with punches to the head in order to extort money or “stones” (drugs). When the victim screamed, the attacker ran away. He is now in custody.

His lawyer Hakan Yilmaz does not consider him a dangerous criminal despite the accusations: “The trial will probably show that my client suffers from a mental illness.”

The victims did not show up for the trial. They are now to be brought to the next trial date by the police. Verdict: probably on September 5.

A visit to the Villach fair ended in a terrible event for a 15-year-old youth. Instead of being able to enjoy all the pleasures of the fair with friends, he became the target of a thuggish Syrian of the same age. He attacked him with a knife. As a result, the boy had to be treated by the emergency services.

According to police reports, a young man was the victim of a knife attack on Tuesday evening at the Villach fair. The attack was preceded by a verbal argument. The Syrian boy then pulled out a knife and stabbed his opponent, causing minor injuries.

After a short search, the 15-year-old youth from Syria was arrested and taken to the police station on Villach’s main square. The witnesses immediately recognised him in a police interview. During questioning, the teenager confessed to the crime and also showed the officers the place where he got rid of the knife. The reason for his dangerous attack was that he had been “provoked” by the victim. The murder weapon – a knife – was seized. The Syrian was reported to the police.

Unfortunately, it is a fact that this was not an isolated case, but that imported violence has been on the rise again in recent weeks. For example, an Afghan (23), who allegedly attacked and injured his 24-year-old Austrian female partner with a knife in an Innsbruck flat on Friday evening, was questioned on Sunday by investigators of the Tyrol Regional Criminal Police Office. A 35-centimetre-long kitchen knife, which had been used as the murder weapon, was seized at the scene of the bloody crime. The victim was admitted to hospital with serious injuries.

Not all Swedes agree that joining NATO was such a good idea. Jan Milld explained to a Swedish weekly what the move would mean for the country. Milld is a member of the Alternative for Sweden.

Milld told Swedish news outlet Nya Tider that with Sweden becoming a member of the Atlantic Alliance, no parliamentary party has come out against it – not even conservative parties such as the Sweden Democrats. “The price for Sweden will be high. What does Swedish NATO membership mean for our national security and for Swedish soldiers? How does it affect democracy and independence? What is it that we are joining? Does anyone know?”

According to Milld, from the beginning, NATO has been a defensive alliance, against a threat from the east. The pact was also geographically limited, to countries on the North Atlantic. Today, neither applies anymore.

Anglo-American World Police

NATO is now a global organization with an offensive strategy, as Libya found out in 2011. NATO’s ambitions are evident from a continuous expansion to the east, instead of being shut down in 1991, after the collapse of the Soviet Union. For decades, NATO has simply ignored Russian security interests.

China is apparently next on the menu – Japan and South Korea have also been invited to NATO meetings and may become candidates for this “North Atlantic” pact. The notion that it is “defensive”, is therefore evidently not true, Milld pointed out.

“NATO has become an Anglo-American world policeman and a security threat to many of the world’s countries,” said Milld.

The Intercept has described the usefulness of the alliance for a belligerent United States: “The US has found it particularly useful as a way to create legitimacy for wars when the United Nations won’t authorize them, as with the bombing of Serbia in 1999 and Libya in 2011. In both cases, the American government pointed to NATO’s involvement as making the wars ‘multilateral’ — that is, not unilateral acts by the US.”

Author Jon Schwarz highlighted that the alliance was designed for conflict in the first place. “It now seems quite possible that NATO will accomplish in the near future what it did 70 years ago — that is, push countries outside it into their own alliance in what they perceive as necessary self-defense. Thus just as NATO helped create the Cold War then, it’s well on its way to creating a sequel now.”

Freedom brings peace, NATO brings war

Milld has spotted the same trend: “Freedom of alliance has served Sweden well, thanks to it we have been able to live for so long in peace and prosperity. Our country managed to stay out of both world wars during the 20th century. The Pact before 1914 did not give Europe peace. NATO now has 30 member countries and any attack on one of them must be seen as an attack on Sweden as well. The risk of war for us thus increases dramatically.

“It may also happen that Swedish soldiers are sent to distant countries to kill or be killed – not to defend our country’s borders. We can act as aggressors and become actors for war instead of peace.

“At the same time, membership can mean that Swedish territory is opened up to foreign troops, who without scruples would shoot at demonstrating Swedish workers (cf. Ådalen 1931). We lose all independence, and can no longer be the ‘master of our own house’.”

According to Milld, those members of the Riksdag parties tasked with researching the issue have not thought through the risks entailed in joining the alliance.

Anti-NATO party has no parliamentary voice

The AfS ran in the Swedish general election in 2018, but failed to enter the Riksdag. With 0,31 percent of the vote, AfS is the second largest party without representation in parliament. In November 2020, the AfS announced their intention to run in the 2021 election to the Church of Sweden council, in which they won 3 seats.

Unlike the Sweden Democrats, Alternative for Sweden is a non-interventionist, Eurosceptic party since it considers the European Union a threat to Sweden’s independence. It also seeks to rearm the military and form a Nordic defense alliance, instead of making Sweden dependent on NATO. It wants to restrict welfare benefits to Swedish citizens, shift from progressive to flat income tax, replace the differentiated VAT rates with a fixed rate, re-nationalise all schools, and combat the idea of a cashless society.

Notably, the AfS also wishes to make the country self-sufficient and end the use of fossil fuels, citing both environmental protection and national security reasons.
