The Boycott campaign against German Jewish media outlet Achgut is a stark warning

An attack on Jewish media outlet AchGut is a stark warning about Freedom of the Press in Germany

Since mid-July the independent, Jewish-owned, conservative news outlet AchGut has found itself the victim of a targeted social media campaign of harassment which the publication states has its roots in anti-semitism. “Axis of Good” (Achse des Guten or AchGut.com) was founded by prominent German Jewish intellectual Henryk Broder. The small group of anonymous trolls who have led the campaign have not been content to simply engage in public discourse with the ideas and opinions printed by the journal. Instead, as is an increasingly familiar tactic, they have attempted to silence the publication by targeting their corporate advertisers on Twitter in a bid to shut down operations.

This tactic has routinely been employed by radical-left activists outside of Germany since the election of Donald Trump as president of the USA and since the Brexit vote in the UK in 2016.

In the UK, StopFundingHate has pressured major companies including Gillette, Aldi, Lego and British Airways to stop advertising withThe Daily MailThe Sun andThe Daily Express. In a 2016 interview with HuffPoUK, StopFundingHate founder Richard Wilson outlined StopFundingHate’s method: “Virgin’s (Virgin Media) values are totally at odds with the Sun’s track record of misleading reporting, and of playing one group off against another in pursuit of a divisive political agenda…To survive, newspapers…need money from adverts. And advertisers do care what we think of them. They spend a fortune promoting brand values like honesty, decency and inclusivity. So if they pay for ads in papers that deal in hate, prejudice and lies, we will call them out.”

Initially Wilson’s line of attack worked, with Lego refusing to run any promotional giveaways with The Daily Mail in the future. In 2017, The Body Shop and Paperchase followed suit. However, Wilson’s tactics were heavily criticised as elitist as it assumed that all tabloid readers were easily-led bigots incapable of independent thought. More than simply being elitist however, the majority of those who supported Wilson’s social media campaign likely do not read those publications so from a freedom of press and from an economic point of view, it was a mistake for large corporations to cave to obviously political pressures.

In the USA, Sleeping Giants – run by Matt Rivitz and Nandini Jammi – was founded in 2016 after the election of Donald Trump. They began targeting the sponsors of conservative media outlets in exactly the same manner as Wilson’s StopFundingHate, with the group claimingtheir mission was “To stop racist websites by stopping their ad dollars.” Sleeping Giants’ biggest success was in getting 820 companies to block their ads on conservative website Breirbart– then run by Trump’s chief strategist Steve Bannon.

And like StopFundingHate, Sleeping Giants also used corporate value statements to shame corporations into acting in their nakedly political interests. A statement by Lyft in response to SleepingGiants’ shame campaign read: “One of Lyft’s core values is to uplift and support one another in all that we do. We strive to ensure that our advertisements appear only on sites that share this value.” A slew of similar statements pointing to company values followed. Even German companies Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bahn, BMW and P&G Germany pulled advertising.

Much like StopFundingHate, Sleeping Giants were initially successful in no small part because of their innovative use of Twitter to tag corporations and mobilise a massive number of followers to swarm said companies with demands for them to drop sponsorship of an intended target. The numbers of participants in a swarm, which were often in the thousands, were so overwhelming to companies – completely jamming their Twitter timelines – that no doubt many felt that these demands somehow represented the will of the majority of the public. Of course, as in the UK, they never did. They simply represented a loud but tech savvy activist fringe, but wishing to protect their corporate reputations, most companies immediately caved to the mob.

The wider implication of the Sleeping Giants assault on freedom of the press was the normalisation of corporate cancel culture targeting the left and the right. In response to Kellogg’s pulling adverts from their website, Breitbart responded with a social media campaign to #DumpKelloggs. This attack on and subsequent pushback by Breitbart saw the weaponisation of corporate values and their incorporation into the wider culture wars happening in the US.

Initially, groups like StopFundingHate and SleepingGiants had success shaming large corporations into kowtowing to their political demands. However, in 2017, Gillette – who had supported both groups and pulled advertising from both The Daily Mail and Breitbart – lost an estimated $8 billion in stock value after a deeply political and progressive advertising campaign, centred on toxic masculinity, led to a social media boycott – #BoycottGillette. It was a stark warning to all those companies who had been doing what the hard left activist mob had been telling them.

Having seen the demand for values-led behaviour from corporations on their social media profile and bathed in the plaudits they received from Twitter activists for cutting advertising with ‘hateful’ media outlets, one can imagine how the company thought an advertising campaign targeting these people and their values would be a great success. Sadly for Gillette, they quickly found out that all of those outraged activists demanding that Gillette stop advertising to conservatives were not, in fact, their actual customers. They were simply activists using the company to silence political opponents.

While both Sleeping Giants and StopFundingHate are now largely irrelevant, their tactics continue to be favoured by far-left activists on Twitter.

Until now, these methods had not taken root in Germany – not for lack of effort of course. Also in 2016, AchGut found itself caught up in the international attempt to silence alternative media when the SleepingGiants supported #keingeldfuerrechts – run by Gerald Hensel – targeted their corporate sponsors. One twitter user using the hashtag tagged international energy provider E.ON demanding: “Tell me, @innogy, as a brand new brand, do you really want to advertise on a new-right online magazine?” It was enough for E.ON to respond: “Thank you for pointing this out. This was done without our knowledge. We have already instructed the agency to stop it immediately.”

No doubt aware of the power of Sleeping Giants and StopFundingHate at this time as well as the wave of anger on social media that accompanied the election of Trump in the USA and the Brexit vote in the UK, E.ON took the easy way out and placated the mob.

In 2022 however, there is no excuse for corporate cowardice in the face of Twitter harassment mobs. #keingeldfuerrechts has long gone the way of Sleeping Giants and StopFundingHate. Such groups are no longer able to mass mobilise thousands of followers to bombard corporate Twitter accounts. Largely abandoned on Twitter, they’d be lucky to raise a dozen people to help out.

It is astonishing then that once again this past month AchGut has not only been the target of this tactic but it has actually worked. What follows is an analysis of how (and why) it worked.

1. Beginning in mid-July several prominent advertisers of AchGut were contacted by a small clique of activists using the now familiar pattern. Using the hashtag #achgut a graph was made that included all mentions and replies that used that hashtag in the period 10.7.2022 – 25.7.22. This resulted in a network of 376 nodes or individual Twitter users. Nodes were ranked by size with the largest being those who mentioned or replied to the hashtag most often. By using a modularity class community detection algorithm it was possible to identify the key players who initiated the attack against AchGut. The largest nodes ranked by degree (overall influence) were @sabi_ri, @superdu18608224, @anwalt_Jun (now deactivated), @WahnSager, @HenningBuerger, @titanix18, @mtaushb. These – except for @anwalt_Jun who was tagged but did not respond – were the most influential users in the network in terms of their use of and responses to the #achgut. All were antagonistic. See network map here.

#achgut harassment network of 376 nodes or twitter accounts (not all antagonistic) separated by modular class and coloured to indicate naturally occurring communities.

When the network was ranked by out-degree influence it was possible to identify the key information spreaders, or those accounts most responsible for initiating the attack on AchGut and, significantly, those responsible for encouraging others to pile on. The most influential accounts by out-degree influence – meaning they contacted others using the hashtag #achgut – were @Sabi_ri, @superdu18608224, @axel_mylius, @WahnSager, @meddle72, @HenningBuerger, @gjfortunas1966 and @BlumeEvolution – Michael Blume.

Blume is an anti-Semitism commissioner for Baden-Württemberg and he was criticised by AchGut earlier this year for an ongoing feud with Jerusalem Postjournalist Benjamin Weinthal whom Mr. Blume called “a rightwing extremist” on Twitter. The article also pointed out that the Simon Wiesenthal Centre named Blume among their top anti-semites for the year 2021.

Harassment network with nodes sized and coloured to show most (green) to least (purple) influential (degree)

Having identified the key figures, it is possible to identify their roles in the AchGut harassment network. For example, the most influential figure in the network by degree and by out-degree influence is – by a large margin – @sabi_ri. When analysing their out-degree contacts it is clear that @sabi_ri was chiefly concerned with targeting AchGut’s sponsors. This included tagging Audi, Google Adsense, Swarovski Optik, Joop, Porsche, E.ON, Tchibo, Kaufland, Lidl and many more.

The second most influential actor, @superdu18608224, uses #achgut in conjunction with several other hashtags chief among them #Tichy – referring to independent media personality Roland Tichy and #Reitschuster – referring to independent media personality Boris Reitschuster. The aim here is to link all of these independent media outlets together and single them out for harassment and demonetisation. The majority of the network served simply to signal boost the efforts of these two and other key players @HenningBuerger, @WahnSager and @mtaushb.

The harassment campaign appears to have been somewhat successful. On June 28th Dirk Maxeiner stated that after a pressure campaign which targeted Audi as a sponsor of AchGut, their online advertiser Taboola dropped AchGut at a loss of E50,000 – E100,000 in income for the media outlet. This further emboldened the harassment crew. On July 5th @HenningBuerger tagged @Aktion_mensch and @MinijobZentrale asking if they still plan to advertise with AchGut after Volkswagen (Audi’s mother company) ‘cancelled them’. Action Mensch responded: “Hello everyone, thank you for the hint. We immediately stopped the payout because we don’t want to be associated with such sites.”

That the individuals involved in this harassment campaign are politically motivated is beyond doubt. All of the individuals are openly leftist. What is most interesting however is the role of Baden-Württemberg politician Michael Blume in all of this. Many appear to be acting in defence of the politician and he, likely stung by the AchGut article calling him anti-semitic, is in turn encouraging their harassment campaign. There seems little doubt that this targeted campaign against AchGut’s advertisers comes down to this feud. Blume’has routinely signal boosted the chief actors in the network through mentions and replies to the degree that he is the 8th most prolific user of #AchGut in the dataset. Blume may feel the need to defend himself against AchGut’s reporting and he has the profile to rebut them through his personal blog or through another media outlet. However, by signal boosting the accounts of harassers such as @sabi_ri and @blubberkram – an openly Antifa Twitter account – who have explicitly targeted AchGut’s advertisers, Blume seems not interested in dialogue and he appears to be an activist intent on shutting down independent media outlets who are ideologically opposed to him.

To put the current AchGut case in context, what we know from the UK and the US is that those who conduct such harassment campaigns are politically motivated and target the advertisers of conservative and independent media outlets as a means of silencing political opposition. This raises an important question. Should corporations be acting as the censorship arm of radical left activists and politicians? Obviously not. When a corporate sponsor pulls their advertising revenue from a media outlet, they are de facto deciding what information gets published and read by the public. When their decision to remove that funding is based on political pressure they are adopting a political and cultural stance. Why should a tiny clique of hard left activists get to deprive a conservative or independent audience of a news outlet that caters to their interests? Assisting in this ensures that corporations are contributing to societal conflict. And further, as Gillette learned the hard way, such meddling is not always a smart financial move.

This leads to an important point. Is it a good move financially for the likes of Audi and E.ON to remove sponsorship from AchGut? These brands have made the decision that the reputation of their public brand is worth more than the potential earnings brought in by advertising with AchGut. While only the brands themselves will know if there is a financial impact what can be stated is that those individuals who are shaming them into distancing from AchGut could not care less whether Audi or E.ON succeed or fail financially. They are not, by and large, their customers and in the cases where these activists are openly Antifa, they are explicitly anti-corporation, anti-capitalist individuals who are happy to see these brands fail.

They are a tiny but loud clique of activists who are using these brands to club their political opposition. Out of the AchGut harassment network of 376 Twitter accounts, only ten have more than 10 out-degree actions – mentions or replies using #Achgut. That essentially means that it only took 10 Twitter users – most likely not customers – to shame these global corporations into defunding AchGut. Left at that then these companies could say it was still worth any potential lost revenue as a show of commitment to their values.

But as the UK and the USA have shown, these companies must not be allowed to slink quietly away. They have now entered the culture wars. They have now politicised their brands and as a matter of financial survival and as a matter of fighting for the right to a free press it is now incumbent upon AchGut, Roland Tichy, Boris Reitschuster and any other stated targets of this harassment crew to fight back. It’s time to #DumpAudi, #DumpEON and dump any other company that decides to take a stance against a free and open press.

Austria: Arabs harass women and attack the security guards

A 23-year-old Iraqi from Leonding and two Syrian nationals aged 31 and 18 from Wels harassed women in a Wels pub at around 2.15 a.m. on Sunday. The security then ordered the men to leave the bar as they were becoming more and more intrusive.
The three men behaved extremely aggressively towards the employee and threatened him with beer bottles. Subsequently, one of the men broke a bottle. They then threatened to kill the security guard. The men emphasised this threat by holding up the broken glass.
When the police arrived, the three men ran away. Two of them were caught by the police and taken to the police station. The third was able to flee, but has already been identified. They will be reported to the police.

Ukrainian human trafficking ring with newborns exposed

A Czech media portal has uncovered further mafia structures linked to Ukraine. This case is about human trafficking of newborns and outright surrogacy slavery. At least 30 babies have been illegally sold to foreigners in the Czech Republic since 2019 after they were born in Prague by Ukrainian surrogate mothers.

The trail was uncovered by Czech outlet Seznam Zprávy leading to one of the centers of the surrogacy industry, Kharkiv, Ukraine, as well as to the Feskov-Human Reproduction Group agency, which has branches in Prague and Kiev. The operator of the clinic, Alexander Feskov, has had to answer for human trafficking there since last year.

Six employees of the baby farm are said to have earned 1,2 million euros from the trade in unborn and newborn babies. Prague, according to criminologists, is a sort of logistical center for the entire business.

Ever since Asian countries banned commercial surrogate motherhood in 2015, exposing the exploitation of the system by foreigners and the abuse by intermediary agencies, the Ukrainian surrogacy industry has been thriving. According to the Medical and Reproductive Law Center in Kiev, in 2019 hundreds of children were born via surrogate motherhood. Ukraine is one of the few countries where surrogate motherhood is legal and commercial.

Customers as so-called contract parents were able to save themselves the long journey to pick up the babies in the Ukraine. In this way, stricter laws in the EU area could be circumvented.

Although Ukrainian law only allowed infertile and married couples to use surrogacy, according to Seznam Správy, Feskov’s clientele also included single men who wanted to have children as well as homosexual couples from all over the world.

Victims were not only the babies but also the Ukrainian surrogate mothers who then gave birth to their children in the Czech Republic. They were forced to pose as biological mothers after having to give up their parental rights in favor of foreigners. The costs for a “pick-up-ready” child amounted to 60 000 to 70 000 euros. The surrogate mother only received around 10 000 euros, which is about three times the amount of an average Ukrainian annual salary.

The Czech National Center Against Organized Crime (NCOZ) – with the support of police authorities in Ukraine, Great Britain and Sweden – documented cases of babies being sold via Prague to Norway, Germany, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain and the US.

Vienna Institute of Medical Anthropology and Bioethics (IMABE) director Susanne Kummer highlighted the same worrying development in Germany, in an interview with Austrian Kronen Zeitung where the FDP, SPD and Greens are currently exploring options to legalize egg donation and “altruistic” surrogacy.

What is particularly frightening is that it was never checked who had “ordered” the babies, whether the clients could properly care for a newborn, or whether they could possibly even pose a danger to the child.

Czech child protection a sham

Zdenek Kapitán, director of the Office for International Child Protection in the Czech Republic, citing official figures, said the vast majority of the children were boys of up to five years old. He admitted that they had no idea why this was the case and said he could only “speculate” on the reasons.

In fact, when cornered, Kapitán, the “expert” on how Czech laws deal with surrogate motherhood – that is, for situations where a foreign woman carries the embryo of biological parents who cannot have offspring in the normal way – promised to collaborate with the police. However, the collaboration ended in failure. “He didn’t deliver any documents and then he stopped communicating with us completely,” said state attorney Martina Adámková, who oversees the case.

His office apparently has detailed information from the registers that described the trade in children. Czech authorities have been equally slow in dealing with the scourge.

Police detectives approached the Ministry of Health, which claimed that surrogate motherhood and child trafficking did not fall under its purview at all. Ministry officials maintained that this was a problem for the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which, by the way, the police had also approached to seek redress.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs then pointed to the Ministry of the Interior to apply the law on surrogacy.

Meanwhile, the Feskov network had totally dispensed with the strict requirements that are usual elsewhere for potential adoptive parents.

Even single men are said to have taken babies into “care” in Prague for a fee. The oldest customer was 66 years old. Some of the customers actually directly stated that they did not know how to take care of the child.

According to the Czech police, despite the Feskov dealer ring that has since been blown, the business of “producing” children in Ukraine continues: wealthy homosexuals clients from all over the world who want children can choose the type of child they want from the Kharkiv clinic catalogue. Even requests for race, skin color, hair tone and even identical twins are taken into account.

German climate activists protest against gas and pour green color into fountains

In the name of climate protection, left-wing protesters poured green paint into fountains in several German cities on Wednesday morning.

Members of the Extinction Rebellion group even managed to do this unhindered in the inner courtyard of HamburgCity Hall as they protested against the use of liquid gas during the ongoing energy crisis.

In addition to Hamburg, the extremists have also turned the water in fountains green in Berlin, Bonn, Essen, and Munich. Before that, they smeared the slogan saying “LNG – unfortunately not green on the floors.” In their view, the liquid gas use “in addition to environmentally harmful consequences also leads to neo-colonial exploitation and oppression.”

The action is part of the campaign week for climate protection celebrated by politicians and the media in Hamburg. There will be protests for seven days. The activists there want to draw attention to the consequences of the climate crisis and protest against the liquid gas terminals planned by the federal government.

The Green War on Dutch Farmers Should Concern Everybody

By James Bascom

Over the past few months, thousands of Dutch farmers have blocked highways and staged protests. Hundreds have been arrested, and one was even shot at by a police officer. Dutch farmers have been protesting in the streets on and off since 2019.

Why are the farmers so outraged? They’re fighting for nothing less than the survival of modern agriculture as such. In the name of “sustainability” and fighting “pollution,” Green activists are trying to do to agriculture what they have been doing to the power grid and the oil and gas industry. In the name of highly questionable environmental goals, Green activists want to destroy the ability of farms to produce high-quality, abundant, clean, and inexpensive food.

Although the Netherlands has a population of 17 million and is only slightly larger than the U.S. state of Maryland, it is the second-largest agricultural exporter in the world after the United States. Dutch farms produce enormous quantities of beef, pork, dairy products and many other agricultural goods that are sold all over Europe and the world. The Dutch can produce so much food in such a small country thanks to the application of technology to farming methods. Dutch farms are perhaps the most advanced in the world. Thanks to the latest technology, Dutch food is not only plentiful but also inexpensive, efficient, and clean without sacrificing quality.

Green activists claim that this agriculture produces too much pollution and thus must be drastically reduced. At the behest of the European Union and Green groups, the Dutch government is imposing a plan to reduce nitrogen oxide and ammonia pollution by 50% by 2030. If carried out, this draconian plan would force Dutch farmers to reduce their herds by one-third and reduce their use of fertilizer. Many farms would be forced to close, and the cost of food would undoubtedly rise.

The radical Green movement has been waging war on modern agriculture for years. Claiming that farming practices are “unsustainable,” it wants to eliminate the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and technology, which would eliminate the massive gains in productivity and efficiency achieved over the past century.

If anyone doubts these radical Green goals, look no farther than Sri Lanka. The country’s economy collapsed, resulting in food shortages and mass unemployment. A leading cause (though not the only one) of this meltdown was the radical Green policies of former president Gotabaya Rajapaksa. In April 2021, he banned the importation of chemical fertilizers used by 90% of the country’s farms and forced farmers to revert to “organic” methods.

The effects were swift. One-third of Sri Lanka’s farms went dormant, and 85% of farmers suffered crop losses. Rice production fell 20%, while its price rose 50%. Sri Lanka was forced to import rice from a market in which it had previously been self-sufficient. Tea production, a cash crop for Sri Lanka, fell 18%. Inflation skyrocketed, food became scarce, and many small farmers were ruined.

Sri Lanka’s meltdown did not stop Green activists from pushing similar measures in the West. They are demanding that Dutch farmers drastically reduce nitrogen oxide and ammonia pollution or shut down. Both nitrogen oxide and ammonia runoff are unavoidable side effects of farming, the first from fertilizers and the second from animal manure. With technology, however, both can be significantly reduced.

Since the sixties, the Dutch have doubled their yields using the same amount of fertilizer. Since 1990, the Dutch have also managed to increase production while reducing nitrogen oxide and ammonia pollution by a staggering 70%.

In some parts of the world, this pollution is a serious problem. It is particularly bad in poor, underdeveloped countries such as China and India. Scientists use a metric called Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE) to measure how much crop fertilizer washes away into waterways. In Europe and North America, NUE has increased to nearly 70%. In China, it has fallen from 65% to 20%.

Thanks to technology, farmers can produce more food, on less land, with less fertilizer, water, fuel and pesticide than ever before. Dutch farms are among the cleanest and most efficient in the world. Far from a target of scorn, Dutch agriculture should be a model for the rest of the world. Food exports also bring in $100 billion in revenue for the Netherlands annually, a major contributor to the country’s prosperity.

If Green activists really cared about the environment and human flourishing, they would try to replace wasteful and dirty practices in poor countries with technology from rich countries. But the Green war on agriculture has little to do with pollution and the environment. Rather, radical Greens want to destroy private property, drastically increase government central planning over the economy, and “de-develop” Western economies to subsistence level. Green activists want to reduce agriculture just as much as they want to reduce the human population, which they see as a threat to the planet.

One of the best examples of this war on agriculture is the Green New Deal. Radical leftists launched it in 2019 under the pretext of saving the environment. One central point was a drastic reduction in agriculture and replacing it with “sustainable” farming that produces zero emissions or as much as “technically feasible.” But the Green New Deal has little to do with actual pollution and everything to do with socialism. Even Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s former chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti, admitted this: “Do you guys think of it as a climate thing? Because we really think of it as a how-do-you-change-the-entire-economy thing.”

The United Nations is at the forefront of this agricultural de-development. The U.N. Conference on Human Settlements, known as Habitat I, calls for the end of privately owned land because it contributes to “social injustice… public-control of land is therefore indispensable.” The U.N. Sustainable Development Goals, also known as Agenda 2030, calls for the complete restructuring of the economy, including agriculture. There must be “fundamental changes in the way that our societies produce and consume goods and services,” it says. One way is to eliminate the “excessive use of nitrogen fertilizer,” which it claims is “a major cause of water pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.”

The World Economic Forum (WEF), has launched a “Food Action Alliance” to promote the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals. Last September, it released a report which outlined its “leadership agenda for multi-stakeholder collaboration to transform food systems.”

These programs are not just documents and summits but have real-world consequences. The U.N.’s Sustainable Development goals directly inspired the disastrous Green experiment in Sri Lanka. These goals were explicitly invoked by the now-exiled Sri Lankan president Gotabaya Rajapaksa to justify his banning of nitrogen-based fertilizers.

As for the Netherlands, the Green revolutionaries are using it as a test case. If they succeed in crushing Dutch agriculture, the war on farming will spread to other Western countries and the world. Canada just announced a similar plan to reduce nitrogen emissions by 30%, provoking a backlash among Canadian farmers. The UK, Ireland and other European countries are planning similar forced reductions.

But there is a big reaction among the general population to this tyranny. Polls show that the party of Prime Minister Mark Rutte would lose 13 of its 34 seats in parliament, and his coalition partner, the Green D66 party, would lose 11 of its 24 seats.

Cultuur onder Vuur (Culture under attack), a sister organization of the American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP), has collected 77,000 signatures against the plan, which were presented to the Dutch Minister for Nature and Nitrogen Policy, Christianne van der Wal.

Americans and people of goodwill should take note of what is happening in the Netherlands. The Green war on agriculture is coming to a farm near you.

German health minister ‘confused’ and ‘mentally ill’

German Minister of Health Karl Lauterbach (SPD) was called “confused” by a tabloid while former domestic spy chief, Hans-Georg Maassen said he may be suffering from a “mental illness”.

Contrary to his various documented demands that those under the age of 70 should be vaccinated against Corona a fourth time, Lauterbach told the ZDF heute journal: “I never said that all younger people should now be vaccinated. That’s just wrong.” But not long ago, the SPD politician had explicitly told Der Spiegel, among other things, that he “recommended the vaccination to younger people”.

On Twitter, the Minister of Health also suddenly distanced himself from his previous recommendation that people be vaccinated every three months. But that is exactly what his “Corona protection concept” presented together with Justice Minister Marco Buschmann (FDP) stated in order to avoid restrictions on fundamental rights. Only those who were vaccinated less than three months ago would be recognized as “vaccinated” he had warned.

Bild newspaper underscored the inconsistencies by calling the minister “confused”. They headlined the report with “Confused Lauterbach tweets from Corona isolation”.

In an interview with the YouTube program Hello Opinion, the former spy chief went much further. Hans-Georg Maassen did not mince words: “If you look at what Mr Lauterbach said – sometimes he is barely able to finish a sentence without making a mistake – you really have to ask yourself whether the man still has the necessary mental strength to carry out his duties as a minister or whether the Federal Chancellor should not have to have him examined by a public health officer.”

Maassen also referred to statements made by Lauterbach in 2020. At that time, Lauterbach had doubted the effect of mRNA vaccines. Maassen continued: “If he were my employee, I would have the greatest doubts about his ability to work. Whether it is a mental illness or through substances that are administered, I cannot judge. But I think the man is no longer master of his senses.”

Germany: Islamists are employed by the Berlin police

Three members of the Berlin police force are suspected of Islamism. A criminal investigation is currently underway. If a criminal offence is proven, an investigation will be initiated, explained Jana Borkamp (Greens), Berlin’s state secretary of finance, in an answer to a parliamentary question by the AfD parliamentary group in the House of Representatives published on Wednesday. Should the behaviour not be punishable, disciplinary or labour law consequences could be drawn.

Muslims dressed in black provoke the German population with an Islamist march through Ludwigshafen

Several hundred people march through the city centre of Ludwigshafen on Tuesday at noon. According to the police, it is a registered rally of the Shiite Afghan Association Ludwigshafen. The participants – including many women and children – are largely dressed in black. The marchers wave flags and carry posters and flowers. The crowd sings and chants slogans. The participants are commemorating Imam Hussein, a grandson of the Prophet Muhammad. He was killed in 680 during disputes over the leadership position within Islam and is considered a martyr by the Shiites. The march led from Bahnhofstraße through Amtsstraße, among other places, and is expected to end at Berliner Square. According to the police, there were sporadic traffic obstructions.

And, There It Is… Nancy Pelosi: “China Is one of the Freest Societies in the World” (Video)
