Nuclear energy.

The very words conjure up images of nuclear disasters. Three-Mile Island, Fukushima, and Chernobyl immediately come to mind. After Chernobyl, the very thought of using nuclear energy on a large scale in America faded away. What an awful mistake it was to discard nuclear power as a serious energy source. 

The green agenda is what the American Left is banking on as yet another means to control Americans and degrade their lifestyles in furtherance of their imaginary socialist Utopia. It does not include nuclear energy. As of 2022, only 19% of America’s power comes from nuclear reactors. That needs to change. America needs more, not less, nuclear energy. Many of our reactors will be decommissioned and that should not happen unless they are structurally unsound.

Nuclear power generation does not release any greenhouse gasses and is categorized as “clean” energy by the U.S Department of Energy. The United States is spending billions of dollars on nuclear power plants that are losing money because it needs that emission-free energy to meet decarbonization goals. Nuclear power plants generate 19% of the electricity in the U.S., according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. (Sixty-one percent comes from fossil fuels and 20% comes from renewables.)

So you see, even when nuclear energy is shown to be clean, the Left wants nuclear plants to be closed down for not meeting “decarbonization goals.”  

But is that the real reason? How can we use nuclear power if it’s regulated into ineffectiveness because some people believe that zero carbon emissions are possible without seriously degrading the American lifestyle? 

Maybe degrading the American lifestyle is exactly their goal, otherwise why don’t they ever mention nuclear power for our energy?

The Leftist Great Resetters have clearly told us that they want us to “own nothing and be happy.”  How do we “own nothing” unless someone takes what we do own away from us, which the Left seem perfectly willing to do? No air conditioning except for Davos. No air travel except for private luxury jets. Theywill keep everything they own. You? Not so much.

Advanced modern European countries use significant nuclear energy, including Britain, Germany, and France, (at least until recently), with others building advanced nuclear reactors. Nuclear is cheap and it’s clean. What’s not to like? Do we ground airplanes because there were some crashes or because their emissions are horrible? Do we close hospitals because epidemics rage on occasion? Did we shut down meat-packing plants because the occasional contamination happens? Do we close highways because track-trailer accidents kill dozens of people at a time?

Why take a perfectly good, easily implemented, cheap method of energy and shut it down forever?

Or maybe this anti-nuclear attitude is not about providing cheap, clean energy but rather is yet another means to control the population. The Left rely upon fearful Americans remembering Chernobyl as a way to avoid talking about nuclear energy at all, because if nuclear energy was put into wider use in America, the Left will lose their green climate agenda, the very thing they are relying upon to control American lives. 

Decades ago, Rush Limbaugh warned that the Left’s “climate change” warriors would be the ones to subjugate the American populace through a green agenda: Thermostats, food, cars, clothing, health care, would all come under the “climate change” umbrella and would be the means by which we gave up our rights, willingly or unwillingly, to “save the planet.” He was, as usual, prescient. Today, this is exactly what we are seeing. Amid all the Leftist rhetoric about “the planet” and “clean energy”, you never hear them talk about nuclear. Why is that?

Wakey-wakey, America, now is the time to go nuclear. Congress, are you listening? I propose that nuclear power be something the Right examines as a paradigm shift in our thinking about how to get most of our cheap, clean energy. Republicans need to stop accepting the Leftist premise that the planet is on its last legs.

The Left want green? Give them green, as in ‘nuclear.’

Swedes and immigrants will no longer be able to live separately, according to the Social Democrats. In this year’s election, the party’s most important election issue is that segregation should be ended and that all areas should become multiculturally “mixed”.

When an area reaches over 50 percent residents with a non-Nordic background, powerful efforts must be put in place to bring Swedes to the area or to relocate the immigrants to Swedish areas. “We Social Democrats have always stood for the fact that mixed areas are good,” explained Premier Magdalena Andersson.

Swedish weekly Nya Tider launched an investigation into how the members of the Social Democrats’ party board themselves actually live, and found that not a single person lived in any “mixed” or “diverse” area. The typical Social Democrat party leader instead lives segregated in an affluent and ethnically homogeneous residential area.

Magdalena Andersson, who had been finance minister in the Löfven government since 2014, was elected party chairperson for the Social Democrats (S) during the congress in Gothenburg last autumn. Later that month, she became prime minister under chaotic conditions. Their coalition green party Miljöpartiet (MP) left the government in protest against the passage of an SD-negotiated budget, but Magdalena Andersson still seems to have emerged as the big winner after the tumult.

Andersson announced that she could govern “without problems” with the help of the approved budget.

The voters do not seem to have felt any great pain at the fact that the Green Party left the government – instead, the Social Democrats have shot up public opinion since Andersson formed her one-party government. From having been stable around 25 percent, the Social Democrats are now polling over 30 percent and have thus won back hundreds of thousands of voters in just a few months.

In some measurements, it is even close to 35 percent.

The Social Democrats in 2018 had its worst election result in modern times, but was still clearly the largest party with 28,4 percent of the vote. “It’s the worst result social democracy has gotten in Sweden since we got democracy and universal suffrage,” political scientist Sören Holmberg told SVT. Universal suffrage was introduced in 1921.

Most important proposal: ‘Break the segregation’

Magdalena Andersson’s clearest promise as newly elected party leader and prime minister was that Sweden should “leave no stone unturned” to break segregation.

Exactly how this is to be achieved in practice seems unclear. Recently, however, Migration Minister Anders Ygeman announced that legislation is being considered on special measures to ensure that no area has more than 50 percent non-European immigrants.

“We have far too high a level of segregation and we have failed in the last 30 years to break segregation. I think it is good if a residential area does not have a majority of people who come from outside Europe,” Ygeman said in an interview with Dagens Nyheter.

He believes that it impairs the possibilities of learning Swedish and getting a job.

The inspiration comes from Denmark, where the Social Democrats have a goal that no more than 30 percent with a non-Western background should live in any area. However, there is an important difference between Sweden and Denmark. In Sweden, the social democratic government continues with a very extensive immigration, while Denmark is focusing increasingly on return migration.

Denmark, for example, has established its own re-migration authority with an active re-migration programme. Asylum policy has been reshaped as well with all asylum seekers being sent to Rwanda to await a decision, effectively causing asylum rates to plummet. They have also rented prison places in Kosovo for foreign criminals. The government’s stated goal is to take the bottom position in Europe in the number of asylum seekers per capita, which is now held by Hungary.

‘There should not be any all-Swedish areas left’

The immigration-critical blog Kulturbilder analyzed Ygeman’s actions.”In Sweden, the proposal thus means that the ever-growing number of immigrants filling the country must be spread over more and more residential areas. A move from Migration and Integration Minister Anders Ygeman recently shows that the government wants to get the Swedes used to the fact that half of the residents in any residential area will soon be made up of migrants from the third world.

“Those who bear the blame for the creation of all areas of exclusion now consider that they have become a burden because so many Swedes have discovered what the politicians have been up to. So now, with the help of a new law, the government wants to force more migrants, ‘new arrivals’, to settle in hitherto unspoiled areas. The idea is that there should not be any all-Swedish areas left.”

To Sweden’s radio P1, Ygeman said about his ambition to spread the immigrants all over Sweden: “Other areas are also allowed to receive newly arrived refugees, which is why I have tabled a law in the Riksdag that distributes refugee responsibility evenly across the country and not just the vulnerable areas.”

Even though the immigrants themselves want to segregate themselves in ethnic enclaves in Sweden where their compatriots already live, they should no longer be allowed to do so.

“That is why I have put forward a proposal to scrap the EBO Act, the Act on Own Settlement, which caused newly arrived refugees to seek especially the vulnerable areas and thus exacerbated the problems,” Ygeman said.

It soon became apparent that Ygeman’s plan was fully in line with the rest of the government and with Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson.

“We Social Democrats have always stood for the fact that mixed areas are good. It would help to reduce segregation. It is not strange at all that we want mixed areas, that throughout Sweden in every single residential area there is a mixture so that Swedish is the main language spoken,” explained Magdelena Andersson in an interview with Aftonbladet.

Exactly how the mixing will be achieved “can be discussed,” she said. Legislation “can be discussed – we are prepared to leave no stone unturned to break segregation”.

“We Social Democrats have the ambition to have mixed areas and also schools where children from different backgrounds can meet and learn from each other, and grow up and become part of this country.”

Importing voters

Critics of the Social Democrats usually emphasize that immigrants constitute an important voter import for the party, as older Social Democrats die out, and that the party therefore wants to keep immigration at as high a level as is politically-strategically possible without existing voters abandoning the party.

Therefore, mass immigration has continued even during the last mandate period, but with a significantly stricter rhetoric to keep existing voters in the dark and even recapture those who have temporarily gone over to SD or the Moderates.

The real policy is considerably less strict than the rhetoric, figures from the Swedish Migration Agency show. Sweden today has the largest immigration ever seen. In both 2020 and 2021, records were broken with first just over 80 000, and then almost 90 000 citizenships. For 2022, the trend continues. From January to July this year, 44 293 new citizenships were awarded. Some 92 000 people were still waiting for citizenship, of which about 90 percent are believed to be approved. Immigrants from Syria, Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq and Eritrea receive over half of the citizenships awarded. Less than one percent goes to immigrants from Nordic countries.

The number of asylum seekers has also continued to be huge. Sweden receives more asylum seekers than the other Nordic countries combined. Since 1 January 2018, 78 390 asylum seekers have come to Sweden, the Migration Agency’s latest statistics show. This year alone, over 10 000 asylum seekers have come to Sweden, and that does not include Ukrainian refugees. They make up 44 000, and are counted in addition to the number of ordinary asylum seekers because they arrive according to the EU’s so-called mass refugee directive.

According to Kyösti Tarvainen, associate professor emeritus at Aalto University in Helsinki, the ethnic Swedes will lose their majority position in just over 35 years, by 2058. Figures from Statistics Norway also show that every third mother of children now has a foreign background.

The vast majority of people who want to stay in Sweden for one reason or another are also welcomed. So far this year, over 100 000 residence permits have been issued. As a rule, they will be able to obtain citizenship in four years. These people predominantly vote for the Social Democrats, something that even SVT has no problem admitting. “Some of the Social Democrats’ most reliable sympathizers are the immigrants. In immigrant-dense residential areas in Järvafältet and in Rosengård, the party has support of over 75 percent,” SVT admitted in May.

The voter demographics are also confirmed in SCB’s large party sympathy survey: “The support [for S] is greatest among those aged 65 and over, compared to other age groups. The party has greater support among the foreign-born than among the domestic-born.”

Undue influence on immigrant voters

In previous elections, the party has drawn attention for organizing a so-called “voting school” for immigrants, for example in the Vivalla ghetto in Örebro. The immigrants were then informed about how to vote for the Social Democrats. The then party leader and Prime Minister candidate Mona Sahlin joined in to give a closing speech where she urged everyone to vote Social Democrat, and then the immigrants were herded together to the polling station in Vivalla where the Social Democrats had also set up a tent right outside.

“I just went here to the center with them. I’m not going into the polling station, I didn’t go into the polling booth with them,” Sahlin defended herself just outside the polling station when the Arabs and Africans were seen going in together to vote for the Social Democrats after the short “training” session they received.

Even in this year’s election, the party has been seen in Sweden’s immigrant-dense areas, including Vivalla, which was visited in mid-August to ensure continued support among immigrants. In the SVT report which was broadcast the same evening, no critical questions were asked of Andersson, but the immigrants were encouraged to say how great it was that a prime minister had visited them, and Magdalena Andersson had to answer how she wanted to improve life for all immigrants without taking any responsibility for the problems that could arise.

No one on the party board lives multiculturally

Despite socialists talking about all areas in Sweden being mixed, and that “we Social Democrats have always stood for mixed areas being good”, Nya Tider can reveal that not a single person on the party board has ever lived multiculturally or welcomed spatial “diversity”. NyT’s reporter has carried out a comprehensive survey of how all regular members of the party board live. The results show that all – 100 percent – ​​live in ethnically Swedish areas far removed from multiculturalism.

Ideally, a socialist party leader wants to live in an affluent residential area. Magdalena Andersson herself has chosen to settle in a villa in one of Sweden’s most expensive municipalities, Nacka. She is not alone in that – a clear majority of the members of the party board live in villas.

In second place come expensive condominiums, preferably in Stockholm. Only three of the party board’s 33 regular members live in tenements, and then in white and affluent areas in Linköping, Malmö and Stockholm, far from the problem areas of the cities.

In her inauguration speech as party leader, Magdalena Andersson urged every Social Democrat to ask themselves the following question every day: “What am I doing today to break segregation? I know that if we all do what we can, if we gather all good forces, if we leave no stone unturned, then we will get the job done.”

An attack by Shebab radical Islamists on a hotel in Mogadishu, in which gunfire and explosions were heard, caused casualties on Friday August 19, according to security sources and eyewitnesses. Swedish police said on Friday they had cordoned off part of a shopping centre in the city of Malmo after a shooting incident.

“Shots have been fired at the Emporia shopping centre in Malmo,” they said in a statement. “The police are at the scene with a large amount of resources and the location has been cordoned off.”

The statement gave no further information.

Daily Dagens Nyheter quoted police spokesman Jimmy Modin as saying that two people had been injured in the incident.

Modin said he had no information on the seriousness of the injuries the two people had sustained in the shooting.

How do you know so-called transgender women aren’t real women? Because they act just like predatory men who, rather than having sympathy for women concerned when physically intact men invade their territory, revel in the ability to impose their will on these women.

I once had a conversation with a strapping, athletic, and tall young man I was dating about how I, and women in general, feel vulnerable walking or traveling alone in many situations he took for granted. He had never thought about that wary anxiety women feel walking through a dimly lit parking lot at night, or turning around at footsteps, assessing the environment, noticing men eying them and, in response, feeling vulnerable and unprepared and instantly calculating how to respond if things go south.

The man wasn’t naïve or insensitive, but the emotions I described were unfamiliar to him. He had never pondered how different women’s day-to-day experiences were from his own. He enjoyed unthinking confidence due to his strength, size, and sex.

Of course, men can be vulnerable, but it should go without saying that their reality is different than women’s. Women are generally smaller and physically weaker than most men, so savvy women learn to be careful.

Women also rely on the traditional social contract ensuring single-sex privacy in places in which they may be naked or exposed, such as dressing rooms, bathrooms, or locker rooms. She expects that, in these spaces, she’ll be in the company of women and free from voyeurs or exhibitionists.

Sadly, this social contract has been broken because mixed-up or opportunistic men claiming to be women are allowed to invade these private spaces. These men’s insensitivity to women’s fear and discomfort is additional proof that they are not women.

They don’t understand women’s fear, vulnerability, and discomfort because they come from the same perspective as my male friend. It has never been a part of their experience because their point of view is male.

Ironically, my male friend would never have tried to invade a female space and would have respected women’s feelings, unlike many trans activists. Rather than respecting women’s feelings of vulnerability, many of these men in dresses enjoy the power of being in those settings, where they can view exposed women and show their male genitalia with impunity (something other cannot do legally), all because they claim to be women. They behave exactly like predatory men, overtly pressuring women with their power and dominance, and leaving the women unable to fight back. Examples abound.

Julie Jaman, an 80-year-old liberal feminist in Port Townsend, Washington, became uncomfortable while naked in a locker room at her local YMCA when she heard a male voice. She observed a man in a woman’s swimsuit assisting little girls who were changing into their bathing suits. When she complained that this was inappropriate, she was punished.

Instead of the Y addressing and respecting her reasonable feelings, Jaman was labeled a “transphobe,” booted from the pool, and permanently barred from the Y where she had swum without incident for 30 years. When she protested publicly, trans activists stormed the stage, physically intimidating her to disrupt her speech.

The mayor and city council rewarded the activists and announced the city’s “allyship” with the trans community. The message to Jaman and other women was that trans rights supersede women’s rights and that women must take it and shut up about their discomfort.

A guy who has been wearing a dress for about a year has more rights in a women’s locker room than an 80-year-old lifelong female. The alliance between the government and a trans guy with no compassion for women, despite claiming to be one, will create a chilling denial of privacy for women.

Riley Gaines a swimmer from the University of Kentucky, described the shock and discomfort she and other women swimmers felt when having to change clothes in a locker room in front of a male swimmer, Will Thomas, who claims to be female. Women coming in from a pool have no choice but to become naked as they change clothes. The only privacy they can seek is toilet stalls.

Will Thomas, who identifies as “Lia Thomas,” has male genitalia, is tall and broad-shouldered, and is built like a male swimmer. Oh, and he’s sexually attracted to women. By calling himself female, he was empowered to stroll around a female locker room despite the women made uncomfortable as he looked at them and strolled about naked, his “female” penis in full view.

When women complained, they were told to accept the situation or not swim at all—and they were offered counseling. As with Port Townsend, Thomas behaved like a classic predatory male, insensitive to women’s feelings and discomfort, while the universities helped enforce their humiliation and abuse.

At Wi Spa in Los Angeles, a man claiming to be a woman entered the female-only areas where women are completely nude. A mother with her young daughter was horrified to see a man sitting with his legs spread in front of all the women. He seemed to be enjoying their discomfort. (Turns out he’s a serial sexual offender.) The helpless spa had to comply with California law requiring facilities to accommodate people’s “gender identity.  Antifa responded to women’s complaints with rioting.

In New Jersey, a so-called transwoman in prison for manslaughter was sent to a women’s prison and, despite being “female,” magically impregnated two other inmates with his external vagina, which looked and functioned just like a penis. In prison, predatory men who claim to be female are allowed unfettered access to completely helpless women.

There are many travesties in the trans movement, from the deranged parents eager to be the parent of a trans child to the corrupt doctors and mental health professionals now claiming that children can know they are trans in utero (even though, simultaneously, they’re just a clump of cells), to the teachers lying to parents and manipulating confused children, to Big Pharma creating a lifetime of misery for huge profits. This is a hideous war on reality, but it is also a hideous attack on the safety and sanctity of women’s spaces, and politicians, universities, and activists, spurred by ideology and profit, are telling women to shut up and take it.

When my daughter was in high school, she participated in a wonderful program that took teenage girls on a wilderness backpacking trip. It was a life-changing experience for her. It gave her personal confidence and was the first step in many more possibilities for her.

Recently, I thought about this same program for a lovely young woman I know who could benefit from an empowering experience. Sadly, when I went online to find the link for her, I discovered (unsurprisingly) that this all-girls program now emphasizes nonbinary and trans girls.

Gone is the safe space my daughter enjoyed. It has been highjacked by boys who call themselves girls and girls who have no idea what they are. It is no longer a female-only space. I couldn’t recommend it to this young woman as I felt it would harm her. One by one, women are being bullied out of their own spaces by dudes in dresses and their misguided enablers. We must fight back.
