Absurd murder in the migrant milieu in Ingolstadt, Germany

Where the Orient meets a society whose women are of age from the age of 18 and can basically decide their own fate, there is always a risk of causing tensions. In Ingolstadt, such tensions apparently resulted in an almost absurd murder committed by a young woman who allegedly faked her own death in order to escape unbearable circumstances.

The woman’s name is Shahraban and she is 23 years old. She is being held in custody together with a young man with whom she found shelter. The two are suspected of murder.

Shortly before, Shahraban’s parents were searching for their daughter, whom they had reported missing. They found her car with a young woman in the back, covered in blood, who looked like Shahraban and who her parents assumed was their daughter. However, during the autopsy of the body, which was covered with knife wounds, the investigators found out that it was a different person: Khadidja, also 23 years old.

All those involved are Yazidis from Iraq and apparently know each other personally.

The background and motives of the bloody deed have not been clarified at this point. The “Bild” newspaper speculates behind the paywall:

“An insider from Shahraban’s circle contacted BILD. He wants to remain anonymous, is afraid of becoming a victim of violence as well. The man claims that Shahraban wanted to break away from her family and therefore tried to fake her own death. She had offered Sheqir K., who comes from Kosovo, 80,000 euros if he would kill Khadidja. All this bloodshed because a young woman feared her own clan and saw no way out?”

The “multicultural society” causes its victims – Germans as well as immigrants.

Unvaccinated teachers face pay cuts in Australia

By Thomas Lifson

In the Australian state of Queensland, hundreds of teachers face incremental pay cuts over the next 20 weeks for refusing to obey at mandate to receive Covid vaccination.  News.com.au reports:

An “unconscionable” letter has been sent out advising teachers in Queensland that they will have their pay docked if they haven’t got the Covid-19 vaccine.

Education Department assistant director-general in human resources Anne Crowley penned a letter telling hundreds of teachers who refused to get the jab that they would face incremental pay cuts over 20 weeks.

It came after all unvaccinated teachers in the state were placed under investigation for failing to comply with a direction from the Education Department and were suspended without pay from December 2021.

This appears to be contrary to the Public Service Act, which holds that in the case of non-criminal investigations, at teacher must be suspended at full pay, according to The Courier-Mail newspaper of Brisbane.

Human Resources Assistant Director-General Crowley apparently believes she is being merciful:

…you will notice that the disciplinary action I have determined to impose is lesser than that proposed.

“Your conduct in failing to comply with the direction posed a risk to the health and safety of your co-workers, students and members of the public which was mitigated only by the steps taken by the department to suspend you from duty.”

Locstion of Queensland in Australia, Graphic credit: Wikipedia CC BY-SA 3.0 license

No mention is made of the fact that vaccines currently do not stop the spread of Covid, as evidenced by the repeated infections experiences by the fully vaxed and boosted Biden and Fauci of the United States. Nor does AD-G for Human Resources Crowley appear concerned that forcing experimental drugs on unwilling subjects violates the Nuremberg Code.[i]

–“Permissible Medical Experiments.” Trials of War Criminals before the Nuremberg Military Tribunals under Control Council Law No. 10. Nuremberg October 1946 – April 1949, Washington. U.S. Government Printing Office (n.d.), vol. 2., pp. 181-182.

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

Moreover, the teachers have been working for 2 years since the mandate, already, and no mention is made of transmission of Covid to students anywhere in the State of Queensland. Needless to say, docking the pay of unvaccinated teachers would do nothing to stop the spread of the virus, it would only serve to punish teachers.

It sems a matter of medical bullying, a temper tantrum of an unelected human resources bureaucrat. And it will aonly aggravate the teacher shortgae in Australia:

The letter comes amid an Australia-wide teacher shortage, forcing the government to rethink strategies to attract skilled university graduates to the classroom.

[i] Note this absurd propagandistic “fact check” from FactCheck.org, which claims that because the forced vaccinations are not being labeled “an experiment” by those imposing it, the involuntary use of experimental drugs does not violate the Nuremberg Code. Orwell And Lewis Carroll live on.

India: ‘Arrest Raja Singh or I will turn his constituency into ashes’- Muslim Congress leader threatens to take law in his hand over Prophet row

Telangana Congress Committee Secretary Rashed Khan on Tuesday threatened of entering into Goshamahal, the constituency of T Raja Singh, and turning it into ashes if the police did not arrest him.

The video of the threat, made during an interview with Aaj Tak, has since gone viral on social media platforms. Khan threatens that there will be law and order issues if Singh is not arrested.

“If Raja Singh is not arrested on 23, I will turn Goshamahal (Raja Singh’s constituency) into ashes on 24,” Rashed Khan said. “I am ready to break law and order and enter Goshamahal. I will not be responsible for it then.”

In the interview, Khan also appeared to justify “Sar Tan Se Juda” chants raised against the suspended BJP leader, contending that Singh’s remarks on Prophet Muhammad triggered the beheading slogans against him.

“The people are on street and demonstrating against Raja Singh because he made provocative remarks against Prophet Muhammad,” Khan said when asked about ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’ chants raised against the Goshamahal MLA.

Khan’s interview threatening of dire consequences came before police arrested T Raja Singh over his allegedly defamatory post against Prophet Muhammad.

This is not the first time that Rashed Khan had openly dished out threat. Last year, he had announced a bounty of Rs 25 lakhs for anyone who beheads Wasim Rizvi after he had recommended changes in some Quranic verses.

According to the reports, the BJP MLA had posted a comedy video on Monday in which the demonstrators claim that he used abusive language toward Prophet Muhammad. Multiple people filed a complaint against Singh and said that he had hurt the religious sentiments of the Islamists.

Protests swept Telangana as Islamists chanted provocative slogans against Singh over his social media post. The BJP suspended the MLA and sought an explanation from him within 10 days. As protests swelled, the police arrested him.

Raja Singh was booked under IPC Sections 153a (promoting enmity between different groups), 295 (injuring or defiling a place of worship with intent to insult the religion) and 505 (public mischief).

However, hours later, the 14ACMM court ordered an immediate release of suspended BJP MLA T Raja Singh. The court returned the remand application for the suspended BJP MLA and granted him bail.

Petition to demand end of German state broadcasting snowballs

There have been numerous initiatives for the overdue reform and termination of the fee-financed GEZ broadcasting system in Germany for a long time – but so far none of the initiatives have been successful. That could change: The “RBB affair” involving the corrupt director Patricia Schlesinger may prove to be a turning point.

Since the end of June, Schlesinger has been exposed after numerous allegations of misappropriation of funds and nepotism as a result of media reports. She has been ARD chairwoman since the beginning of this year and Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) director since 2016. She has since resigned from both positions. The former director is accused, among other things, of incorrectly billing dinner in her private apartment as an official meal – also with the Berlin police chief Barbara Slowik, who was then dismayed and distanced herself from Schlesinger.

In surveys, well over 80 percent of citizens are now in favor of abolishing broadcasting fees.

petition for the abolition of state radio, started by Dieter Stein, editor-in-chief of Junge Freiheit (JF), is currently seeing tremendous popularity.

For many long-time critics of German public broadcasters ARD and ZDF, the ever-escalating scandal surrounding RBB director Patricia Schlesinger, who was fired without notice on Monday, was a confirmation of their worst fears about the decadent, irresponsible and enormous waste and pomp of public broadcasters. The petition initiated by JF boss Dieter Stein used this and demanded the immediate abolition of the compulsory fees that have supported the ÖRR grandees and at the same time the permanent left-green indoctrination of their audience.

More than 92 percent of the journalists appointed were from the leftist camp. In real life, the three leftist parties do not even have a simple majority.

Overwhelming response

The response to the petition, which will run until the end of August, is overwhelming: more than 150 000 people have already signed it in a very short time. It is thus an overwhelming vote against the fees extorted from citizens under threat of imprisonment in order to finance a badly managed cesspit of lavish leftist lifestyles. They had long forgotten their obligation to report in a neutral and responsible manner, not to mention that the handling of finances no longer even began to meet any standard.

When the petition had already passed the 100 000 signature mark on Thursday, after just one week, Stein declared euphorically: “Hundred-thousand signatures in just one week – that’s incredible! This confirms the huge indignation about public broadcasters that is spreading throughout society. Especially now, in times of crisis, when every normal citizen has to save, nobody understands why ARD and ZDF are so generous with license fees.”

Fee money flowed directly into the red-green campaign coffers

The JF boss also used the opportunity to explain the good reasons for the petition: “What knocked the bottom out is the outrageous political one-sidedness of the broadcasters. Basically, the 8,4 billion euros of the ÖRR could also be transferred to the election campaign coffers of the Greens and SPD.”

Specifically, the petition called for the mandatory fees to be replaced by “a new and simplified financing model” . The budget of ARD and ZDF is to be reduced “to a minimum” , “nonsensical double structures” abolished, a “democratization of public service reporting” initiated and “fair, non-ideological journalism” practiced “that finally takes into account all social groups and parties in a representative manner and put an end to left-green-red indoctrination.”

While dissatisfaction with the ÖRR continues to rise to new heights, ARD is in a state of sheer panic. The other stations have loudly distanced themselves from the Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB), as if it were a mafia-type organization that had led a shadowy life of its own within the honorable broadcasting family. The director of the Bayerischer Rundfunk, Katja Wildermuth , boldly declared: “As far as I know and from what we now know: Yes, the events in the RBB are singular.”

Other ARD directors continue undeterred

In doing so, Wildermuth concealed the fact that a technical director in her own company has two chauffeurs to drive her back and forth between her place of residence and her place of work. The drivers are also available for private trips and earn up to 4150 euros a month. Wildermuth, who with an annual salary of 340 000 euros is in fourth place on the director’s pay list, can probably see nothing reprehensible about the two drivers.

She and others are now doing everything they can to keep the ÖRR scandal at bay, to prevent the whole rotten system from finally coming under scrutiny. However, the rush to the petition shows that this window dressing will no longer work.

And neither will haughty declarations about defending “democracy” as an already legendary statement from 2012 by the then WDR TV boss Jörg Schönenborn, implied. After much resentment from citizens about the high broadcasting levy, he had claimed that the compulsory contribution was in fact a “democracy levy”.

Giorgia Meloni shares video of woman being raped by migrant, global left-wing press flies into rage

Left-wing media giants like CNN and Reuters appear to be more angered that conservative political leader Giorgia Meloni, who is the current front-runner to win Italy’s national election in September, shared a video of a Ukrainian woman being raped on the streets of Italy by an African migrant than over the actual rape itself.

The video of the incident, which involved a 55-year-old Ukrainian woman being raped in the middle of the day on the streets of Piacenza by a 27-year-old asylum seeker from Guinea, is blurred out, but the woman’s screams can still be heard. The woman, who was merely walking down the street, was ambushed at random by the migrant male. Although he has been arrested, the woman remains in the hospital in a state of shock.

It is first worth pointing out that Meloni, who leads the conservative Brothers of Italy party, was not the original publisher of the video. The whole incident was caught on film by a man who witnessed the rape from his window, and the video was published by an Italian news organization. So, the video was a matter of public record before Meloni shared it.

“One cannot remain silent in the face of this atrocious episode of sexual violence against a Ukrainian woman carried out in daytime in Piacenza by an asylum seeker,” Meloni wrote on Twitter, which has since deleted the video that Meloni originally shared.

“A hug to this woman. I will do everything I can to restore security to our cities.”

WARNING: GRAPHIC VIDEO

Second, the reality is that this is not some one-off incident posted purely to shock Italy. It is in fact part of a trend, a trend that left-wing news outlets refuse to report on in the context of this video. In Italy, 40 percent of all rapes are committed by foreigners who make up 8 percent of the population. Reuters did acknowledge this statistic in a 2017 report, but such openness is unimaginable in 2022.

In many ways, it is déjà vu all over again, with the same Reuters headline reading “Rape cases fuel anti-migrant angst in Italy ahead of election.” The article, written during a time when it was perhaps more acceptable to at least address the topic of migrant rape, makes for enlightening reading, as it details gang rapes and a litany of other sexual assaults that were already plaguing Italy five years ago. However, already then, it features the same theme of the right wing “exploiting” these cases to score electoral gains.

Nevertheless, there is the undeniable reality of elevated migrant crime that the left wing would like to ignore or even censor, especially given that this trend has been seen throughout Europe, including in SwedenGermanyDenmarkFrance, and Switzerland, just to name a few countries.

The question is at what point is the right “exploiting” rape cases involving migrants versus pointing to a troubling reality? Should the left not be asking why there are so many such rape cases to “exploit” for political gain? It is not some delusion of the right, but a statistical reality that has been seen across Europe.

So, what is the left’s solution to migrant rapes in the middle of the day against a 55-year-old Ukrainian woman, to teenagers being groped on a public train by up to 30 migrants, or to Italian women trying to enjoy New Year’s Eve only to be groped by a group of migrant men in Milan? Their solution is to condemn anyone who points out these incidents, accuse them of racism, and employ censorship.

The reality is that media outlets like Reuters and CNN are actually not all that concerned about the fact that nearly half of rapes in Italy are committed by foreigners or in Sweden or in Berlin, as these types of statistics fly in the face of the open-borders agenda they promote. Both Italy’s left-wing politicians and the international press fear Italians being confronted with a visceral video that lays bare the perils of mass immigration. These same outlets will however promote graphic videos that serve their agenda, such as the death of George Floyd, which was widely displayed across the media. In addition, social media giants, normally very willing to censor graphic content, allowed the video to be shared far and wide.

Meloni’s decision to share such a video shows the incredible downside of mass immigration to Europe in a manner that cannot be allowed; hence, it must be erased from social media and condemned by the most powerful media outlets. This trend is not going away, and the censorship is likely only to accelerate, as Remix News has directly experienced.

Italians, however, may see it differently, and polling shows it. Meloni is predicted to win the upcoming election and become the country’s first female prime minister; even if she falls short, approximately half of Italy is ready to vote for conservative parties. It is not just one rape video that is fueling their vote; most reject open borders, are concerned about the country’s poor security situation, and have a desire to reclaim some sovereignty from an increasingly out-of-touch European Union.

Canadian veterans offered assisted suicide to cope with combat traumas

By Olivia Murray

For a profession that purports to believe in a principle of “do no harm,” the modern medical community seems to perpetually undermine legitimate healthcare. Physicians under the sway of Hegelian ethics — whatever solves a problem on a practical level must be moral, as no action on its own is right or wrong — propose harmful (or lethal) remedies to accomplish a desired end. We see surgeons suggesting (and even performing) the mutilation of sexual organs on minors, there are serial baby-killers on the loose because they’re euphemized as a “doctor”, and more and more, we see assisted suicide touted as a legitimate panacea.

Just the other day, news emerged from Canada that a 61-year-old man had been hospitalized for concerns he may be suicidal, and was promptly put to death. Now, Canada is at it again. According to online outlet Global News:

A Canadian Forces veteran seeking treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder and a traumatic brain injury was shocked when he was unexpectedly and casually offered medical assistance in dying by a Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) employee….

Sources say a VAC service agent brought up medical assistance in dying, or MAID, unprompted in the conversation with the veteran.

This also comes on the heels of the release of disturbing audio, recorded by another Canadian patient, Mr. Roger Foley, where hospital staff attempted to coerce him into euthanasia. Foley has a degenerative brain disorder, and was toldby the hospital’s “Director of Ethics” that care was “north of $1,500 a day” in an apparent attempt to guilt him into the more cost-effective option: suicide.

Hegelian morality was propagandized by the German government in the 1930s, finding particular favor with the medical and scientific community, and remains embedded still today. In January 1978, Dr. Francis Crick, a Nobel Laureate, was quoted as saying, “no newborn infant should be declared human until it has passed certain tests regarding its genetic endowment and that if it fails these tests it forfeits the right to live.” In 1968 at the First Euthanasia Conference, Dr. Florence Clothier stated:

We…. would want to include death of the body for those whose central nervous system and mind are already dead…. What clock that can tick but cannot tell time is preserved and cherished at prohibitive costs, financial [emphasis added] and emotional?

Outside the infamous killing center of Dachau, are the words “Never Again” — but as Elizabeth Kantor said:

‘Never again’ is, by itself, never good enough — because there’s always an argument, the next time, about whether the new evil is the same thing we’ve sworn to never tolerate again. The injustice always reappears in a different form. The very parade of self-condemnation of the elaborate distancing of ourselves from the injustice of the past — by which we think we guarantee our innocence — can itself become the occasion, or even the excuse, for the next injustice.

German Chancellor’s Grossly Inadequate Response to Abbas’ ‘Fifty Holocausts’ Remark

Visiting Germany to meet with Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas — himself a Holocaust denier — castigated Israel, accusing it at a joint press conference of conducting “fifty holocausts” against the Palestinians. A preliminary Jihad Watch report by Christine Douglass-Williams yesterday can be found here. Scholz’s grossly inadequate response immediately after the remark was made is reported on here: “PA Leader Mahmoud Abbas Accuses Israel of ‘Holocausts’ Against Palestinians at Joint Press Conference With German Chancellor,” Algemeiner, August 16, 2022:

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas caused an uproar on a visit to Germany on Tuesday [August 16] when he answered a journalist’s query about an apology for the 1972 massacre of Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics with a claim that Israel was guilty of perpetrating “holocausts” against the Palestinians.

Speaking at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Abbas was asked about an apology for the murder of 11 Israeli athletes who were taken hostage by terrorists from the radical Palestinian “Black September” organization, as Germany marks the 50th anniversary of the atrocity.

Israel has committed 50 massacres in 50 Palestinian locations from 1947 to the present day,” Abbas responded. “Fifty massacres, 50 holocausts.” At no point did the Palestinian leader specify which “massacres” he was referring to, and nor did he mention the Munich massacre, the subject of the question.

Instead of taking the occasion provided him to deplore the Munich massacre, Abbas said nothing about that 1972 atrocity. After all, he could have said that the Munich massacre was perpetrated by Black September, “a terrorist group with which neither I, nor Fatah,  have anything to do.” He chose instead not to respond to the question, but instead to attack the Jewish state for its “fifty holocausts” against the Palestinians.

German media coverage of the press conference highlighted the country’s sensitivity to the use of the word “holocaust” as a descriptor for events other than the Nazi extermination of six million Jews during World War II.

The Germans are naturally disturbed by the use of the word “holocaust” to describe anything other than the unique atrocity – the worst crime in human history — committed by Nazi Germany. Just as today the word “Nazi” is used by those on the left as an all-purpose epithet to sully anyone to their right, thus unforgivably diluting its meaning, the word “holocaust” has been used to describe  everything from the re-education camps for Uighurs in Xinjiang to the expulsion of the Rohingyas from Myanmar to Bangladesh. There has been no “holocaust” of the Palestinians, no Kristallnacht, no smotherings in crowded cattle cars, no death camps with Zyklon B, no crematoria, none of those portable killing vans where people were gassed, no mass shootings where the victims toppled into the open pits that they themselves had dug, no fiendish “medical” experiments in the manner of Mengele.

Instead of a “holocaust,” or in Abbas’ fevered imagination, “fifty holocausts” that would have led to nearly wiping out the Arab population, the very reverse has happened. The Arab population of Israel, and the population of Palestinian Arabs in Gaza and the West Bank, have steadily, even vertiginously, increased.  When Israel took possession of east Jerusalem in 1967, for example, there were 66,000 Arabs lived in the area; now there are 340,000. In Israel, within the 1949 armistice lines, there were 156,000 Arabs in 1949, and 1.9 million today. In Gaza there were 700,000 Arabs in 1949, and there are 1.9 million in 2022. In the West Bank, there were  700,000 Arabs in 1949, and there are 3 million today. How does Mahmoud Abbas, or all the other Palestinians who have enthusiastically repeated his accusation of Israel being responsible for “fifty holocausts,” explain these figures?

Many outlets focused on the absence of a verbal response from Scholz to Abbas’s remarks, emphasizing at the same time that the German Chancellor was visibly displeased by what he heard.

Instead of contradicting (Abbas), Scholz took off his headphones, irritated, shook hands with Abbas and left the room with him,” the right-wing tabloid Bild commented. “Not a word of dissent in the face of the worst relativization of the Holocaust that a head of government has ever uttered in the chancellor’s office.”

This is the crux of the matter. It was then, immediately after Abbas made his remarks, and with him still present, that Chancellor Scholz ought to have made clear what he waited a full day to express: “I am disgusted by the outrageous remarks made by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas,” Scholz said. “For us Germans in particular, any relativization of the singularity of the Holocaust is intolerable and unacceptable. I condemn any attempt to deny the crimes of the Holocaust.” It was good that he finally said that on August 16, but it would have been much more devastating if he had said it right away, in Abbas’ presence.

Though Scholz grimaced after Abbas had refused when asked to discuss the Munich massacre and instead accused Israel of “fifty holocausts’ – signaling his disapproval of Abbas’ remark – this was not nearly enough. And worse, Scholz shook hands with Abbas after he had made his remarks,  and then left the room with the Palestinian. He should not have shaken his hand, which confusedly semaphored that Abbas was still a semi-acceptable interlocutor. Instead, after denouncing Abbas, no hand ought to have been proffered, and Scholz ought to have turned on his heels and left the room alone, not with Abbas, who should have been left standing, until finally ushered unceremoniously out by a low-level German official. Scholz was rightly criticized in Germany, in Israel, in the U.S., and around the world for not rejecting Abbas’ comments immediately at the press conference he held with him on August 15 at the Chancellery.

A spokesperson for Scholz explained to Bild that “before the Chancellor could contradict this outrageous sentence, the government spokesman had already ended the press conference – as usual after the last question/answer block – which visibly annoyed Scholz.” The spokesperson added that “the journalists who were still present could not help noticing the Chancellor’s annoyance, how outraged the Chancellor was about the statement, and also that he had not had the opportunity to openly contradict one more time.”

This comment meant to excuse Scholz’ initial failure is unconvincing. Just because the press conference was officially over, there was nothing to prevent Scholz from immediately insisting on responding to “the unbelievable accusation I have just heard against the Jewish state, one that I cannot allow to pass without comment,” and then he could have proceeded to make the statement he made, in fact, a day later.

Scholz later released his own statement, telling Bild: “Especially for us Germans, any relativization of the Holocaust is unbearable and unacceptable.”

Scholz also told the press conference in the presence of Abbas that he rejected the Palestinian labeling of Israel as an “apartheid state.”

“Naturally we have a different assessment with a view to Israeli politics, and I want to expressly say here that I do not espouse the use of the word apartheid and do not think it correctly describes the situation,” he said.

Scholz’ criticism of Abbas’ other accusation – that Israel is an “apartheid state” – which was made in the Palestinian’s presence, was welcome, but it ought to have been harsher. Instead of saying, too mildly, that  “I do not think [the charge] correctly describes the situation [in Israel],” he could have said, more piercingly, that “no decent person believes that Israel is an apartheid state. Israeli Jews and Arabs are fully equal in every sense.”

Next time, some will argue, Scholz will do better, respond at once, to a similar outrage as the “fifty holocausts” accusation. But there need not be a next time. Ideally, Mahmoud Abbas will never again be invited to Germany nor, one hopes, to any other country, especially in Europe and North America, similarly disgusted by his remarks.
