Austria: Afghan (32 y/o) abused several underage girls

In Vienna, a man was sentenced to six months probation for the sexual abuse of young girls. He had harboured several runaway girls at his home and demanded sexual acts from them.

Today, a man (32) was sentenced to six months of conditional imprisonment at the Vienna Regional Court for having a teenager (14) perform sexual acts on him. At the same time, the man, who had been in pre-trial detention for four months, was set free. The conviction for sexual abuse of a young girl and the release from custody are final.

The Afghan had contacted the teenager via an online platform. Through her, he subsequently came into contact with two other girls (13,15). All three came from problem families and were living in shared flats. They repeatedly ran away and were reported as missing. At first he wanted to help them and gave them food and a place to sleep, the accused claimed.

Eventually, he asked the girls to satisfy him in exchange for payment. “But the first offer came from them,” he claimed. “He knows how stupid that was,” the defence lawyer said. But his client had never used violence and always had the girls’ consent: “He is certainly no angel.”

The man will face further proceedings in autumn. In addition to the 14-year-old girl, he had arranged to meet two other minors in his one-room flat and offered them money for sexual acts. One of the girls, however, was only 13 years old and thus still underage – sexual contact with children under 14 with an adult – even consensual – is prohibited. The Afghan claims that the 13-year-old girl did not tell him her true age: “She said she was 15.” The next hearing date is on October 6. Until then, the victim, who is needed as a witness, is to be contacted. Her current whereabouts are unclear.

FBI busts Islamist bomb maker in Austria

He shared execution videos of the Islamic State, despised our rule of law and was already tinkering with a bomb. Now a 15-year-old Chechen is in custody in Salzburg, because: The pupil is in acute danger of committing a crime.

A 15-year-old student is being held in pre-trial detention in the Puch-Urstein prison in Salzburg on charges of participating in a terrorist organisation. As reported by the newspaper “Salzburger Nachrichten” on Tuesday, the Chechen, who was born in Salzburg and lives here, is alleged to have shared propaganda and execution videos of the Islamic terrorist militia “Islamic State” (IS) on various internet platforms between October 2020 and June 2022.

He is also suspected of having shared Islamist doxologies and battle songs for the “holy war” against the infidels, some of which he uploaded to his user account. In chats on a messenger app, the Chechen also expressed the desire to join the IS himself. Last but not least, PDF documents showing how to make an explosive device were found on the youth’s mobile phone.

According to the “Salzburger Nachrichten”, the investigators got on the boy’s trail thanks to tips from the American FBI. The user from Austria probably came to the attention of the US federal police during a worldwide internet monitoring for radical Islamist content. The student was placed in custody by the regional court because of the risk of escaping and the risk of committing the crime. According to the court’s decision at the time, it could not be replaced by less severe means as long as the accused did not “reduce his extremist views”.

‘Heating halls’ planned in several German cities

The energy emergency brought about by the traffic-light coalition in Germany’s suicidal sanctions policy for autumn and winter is beginning to take shape. Since politicians under the spell of “green” energy have not succeeded in providing sufficient alternatives to Russian natural gas, the population is preparing for the worst. The first emergency scenarios have been outlined.

In Ludwigshafen, for example, plans are now being made to open up halls in which citizens who can no longer afford to heat their apartments, can gather for a bit of heat. “We are currently preparing for all emergency scenarios with a view to autumn and winter,” said Mayor Jutta Steinruck (SPD). The Friedrich-Ebert-Halle will serve as the “central warm-up station”. There are also reports from Tuttlingen in Swabia and from Heidelberg about planned “heating halls”.

In order to deal with the dire gas shortage, Düsseldorf wants to cut heating in autumn and winter. In the case of hot water, the “availability in kitchens and sanitary facilities” should be reduced, a spokesman for the Bild newspaper said.

But there are also significant restrictions planned for summer. Three of the four indoor swimming pools in Nuremberg will be closed as this should save a total of 1,3 gigawatt hours of energy. “We have to prepare in good time for possible restrictions in the gas supply,” said CSU Mayor König.

Foreign Minister Baerbock (Greens) has been one of the most prominent agitators against Russia in the Ukraine conflict which has resulted in the current energy disaster facing Germany. At the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, for example, she announced that the aim of German government policy was to “ruin” Russia.

Her insistence has instead ruined many German households. The Federal Association of German Housing and Real Estate Companies (GdW) has already extrapolated the financial consequences of the exploding energy prices and warned: Single-person households must expect additional costs of almost 1000 euros to around 2700 euros. For four-person households, the association expects additional costs of 1800 euros to around 5000 euros. The above scenario is “rather realistic,” said GdW President Axel Gedaschko.

“We see massive social explosives here,” warned the GdW President. Averaged over all types of energy, a price increase of 37 percent was already achieved by May 2022. For a one-person household, that alone results in an additional burden of 508 euros per year compared to last year.

Information from various energy providers showed the price increases for all energy sources were likely to range between 71 and almost 200 percent, according to the GdW. If the third stage of the gas emergency plan is implemented, there is a risk of gas price increases of up to 400 percent. Because in this case contractual agreements, which have so far protected individual companies from passing on the entire cost increase, could be annulled. “Neither the tenants nor the socially oriented housing companies can afford that,” warned Gedaschko.

Eritrean migrant arrested for indiscriminate stabbing of French woman in Montpellier

Authorities in the French city of Montpellier have arrested a 26-year-old illegal migrant from Eritrea in connection with the stabbing of a 47-year-old woman on Monday.

The woman, who had been sitting on a terrace on the Charles-de-Gaulle esplanade in the center of the city late on Monday morning, was with her 38-year-old sister and 2-year-old niece when she was approached by her assailant and stabbed in her side, according to news outlet 20 Minutes.

The attacker reportedly also attempted to strike the victim’s sister who was saved after a number of bystanders intervened. The victim was transported to a hospital in Saint-Jean-de-Védas with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities arrived at the scene and immediately arrested the 26-year-old attacker, a male of Eritrean nationality without a French residence permit.

“We will show no weakness vis-à-vis offenders, especially when they are in an irregular situation and have no business being on French territory,” the prefect of Hérault, Hugues Moutouh, said following the attack in a press release; he expressed his “indignation and condemns, with the greatest seriousness, the knife attack thatt took place in the center of Montpellier.”

“In accordance with the instructions of the minister of the interior, everything will be done so that the law applies in all its rigor and that at the end of his sentence, this foreigner is expelled,” he added.

Moutouh confirmed that a judicial inquiry has been launched into the attack and vowed that “zero tolerance” would be afforded “to foreigners who constitute a threat to public safety and tranquility.”

Biden selling US strategic oil reserves to Chinese company linked to his son

In the United States, an energy crisis looms with record high fuel prices and inflation at its highest level in 40 years. Yet the Biden family plans to make a huge profit from it.

According to the PanAm Post portal, the US Department of Energy has approved the sale of 950 000 barrels of crude oil from the country’s strategic reserves. It will go to Unipec America Inc, a subsidiary of China Petrochemical Corporation, also known as Sinopec. In 2015, Hunter Biden co-founded BHR Partners which acquired a $1,7 billion stake in Sinopec Marketing.

Unipec America is the US arm of China’s largest trading company, Unipec, which in turn is wholly owned by China Petrochemical Corporation, a state-run Chinese oil and gas company based in Beijing with close ties to President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

No baby formula

This negotiation involving the Bidens, was part of the release of 30 million barrels from the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve for “emergency sale” with the purpose of “providing a bridge in times of war to support American consumers and the global economy in response to the war that Vladimir Putin started against Ukraine”.

Of the 126 bids received by the Department of Energy, 12 were eventually accepted, including Unipec America Inc.’s bid. “The Biden administration should not send our reserves that we need for our country to China. It’s foolish and defies common sense,” said Republican Senator Marco Rubio.

During his election campaign, Joe Biden had assured voters that none of his family members “would have business dealings with anyone associated with a foreign company or a foreign country”. But in late April 2021, just after his first 100 days in office, Fox News reviewed his business records. They revealed that the President’s son still held a 10 percent stake in BHR Partners.

Daniel Turner, founder of Power the Future, an organization campaigning for better energy policies, told Fox News recently that the situation warranted an investigation: “The President has told us that he is releasing these reserves to lower the price of gas nationwide. And then we find that he sells them to the world market […]  And then you find out that Hunter Biden is a major investor in one of the companies that brokered this deal.”

Citing customs data, Reuters reported that more than five million barrels of oil released from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) were diverted away from US refiners to foreign countries, after Biden ordered the Department of Energy to release a total of about 260 million barrels of stored oil to combat record fuel prices.

In the US meanwhile, there has been a shortage of baby formula, as fuel prices keep rising.

“President Biden needs to remember that our strategic energy reserves are for emergencies, not to cover-up bad policies. America needs to flip the switch and increase our capacity to produce and refine oil here at home. Now is not the time to use our strategic stockpile,” House Energy and Commerce Committee Ranking Member Cathy McMorris Rodgers told Fox News Digital in a statement. She warned that Biden was compromising not only US energy security, but national security.

No consequences for the Bidens

Hunter Biden’s laptop affair and proof of his criminal foreign business deals in Ukraine have repeatedly made headlines in the US – all without charges being brought against any of the Bidens. The White House press secretary this week denied that the president had spoken to his son about foreign business deals.

The Secret Service said they were “aware” of the latest leaks from Hunter Biden’s accounts, but were not in position to “make public comments on potential investigative actions,” in a statement to National Review.

At the time of the oil sale, the deal received little attention in the US, but since the strategic oil reserve in the US is currently at a historically low level, the public is starting to question such an unusual decision.

The Unipec contract is valued at $98,14 million, according to an April 21 US Department of Energy report. On July 8 the national average stood at 4,72 dollars a gallon for regular gasoline, while just a year ago it was 3,14 dollars.

The global warming fraud revealed in one graph

By Thomas Lifson

Two highly distinguished emeritus professors – William Happer, Professor of Physics, Emeritus of Princeton and Richard Lindzen, Professor of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences, Emeritus of MIT – have called out the corruption of science in the global warming/climate change fraud.

Their emeritus status is vital in giving them the freedom to speak frankly, because they are not dependent on a continuing flow of research grants to fund their work. Ever since the alarm was raised that global warming was an existential threat, billions of dollars a year has flowed to scientists willing to support the alarmist position, and thereby keep the money flowing. Were the threat to be acknowledged to be illusory, that money flow would stop and there would be a lot of unemployed climate scientists.

They recently filed a 28-page statement with the SEC, which is contemplating a proposed rule “The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors,” laying out the reasons why the warmist alarm is unjustified. Chris Morrison summarizes:

Two top-level American atmospheric scientists have dismissed the peer review system of current climate science literature as “a joke”. According to Emeritus Professors William Happer and Richard Lindzen, “it is pal review, not peer review”. The two men have had long distinguished careers in physics and atmospheric science. “Climate science is awash with manipulated data, which provides no reliable scientific evidence,” they state.

No reliable scientific evidence can be provided either by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), they say, which is “government-controlled and only issues government dictated findings”. The two academics draw attention to an IPCC rule that states all summaries for policymakers are approved by governments. In their opinion, these summaries are “merely government opinions”. They refer to the recent comments on climate models by the atmospheric science professor John Christy from the University of Alabama, who says that, in his view, recent climate model predictions “fail miserably to predict reality”, making them “inappropriate” to use in predicting future climate changes.

But for a really quick understanding of the depth of the fraud, take a look at this graph put together by John Christy of the University of Alabama, Huntsville that they cite comparing  the predicted temperatures of the global warming models with the actual temperature record:

Note that since the actual temperature record shown on the graph continued, temperatures leveled off in subsequent years.

As Happer and Lindzen summarize their conclusion:

“Misrepresentation, exaggeration, cherry picking or outright lying pretty much covers all the so-called evidence marshalled in support of the theory of imminent catastrophic global warming caused by fossil fuels and CO2.”

France: National Rally candidate brutally attacked by Antifa gang, brother hospitalized with severe injuries

The brother of National Rally candidate Pierre le Camus was severely beaten in Bordeaux. (Personal photo)

A National Rally (RN) candidate and his entourage were attacked by a gang of Antifa youths late on Friday evening, and the victim has condemned local politicians who have failed to condemn the attack or offer support to those injured in the assault.

Pierre Le Camus, the 22-year-old RN candidate for the 2nd constituency of Gironde in the last legislative elections, was severely beaten alongside both his brother and his friend, after a dozen young students he identified as “belonging to the far-left, anti-fascist movement” recognized him on the terrace of the Mushroom café, near Place Gambetta.

“They left as quickly as they arrived shouting ‘Bordeaux Antifa,’ ‘Bordeaux is ours,’” Le Camus reported, with French authorities arriving at the scene shortly after to treat the three victims.

The politician’s brother was hospitalized with a broken nose, head trauma, a bone fracture in his right hand, and a swollen face, while Le Camus was treated at the scene.

“I most definitely have a burst nasal septum, jaw pain, pain in the back of the skull, and bruising,” he said.

After the attack, Le Camus appeared on CNews channel and said, “It’s a politically targeted attack, on me and my convictions.”

In a tweet, Le Camus complained about “the total lack of reaction from Bordeaux politicians, left and right. All have remained strangely silent, they who generally rise up without delay.”

Furthermore, some politicians including Bordeaux’s deputy mayor appeared to suggest Le Camus had the attack coming “through the radicalization of his uninhibited remarks during the last election campaign.”

Others, including two deputies from Gironde, Grégoire de Fournas and Edwige Diaz, have since expressed their support for the young activist.

Antifa violence is a routine occurrence in France and other Western countries. During the national election campaign this year, for example, a candidate for Éric Zemmour’s Reconquête party said her campaign team was assaulted while handing out flyers. She pointed to a lack of condemnation from politicians as a factor that would only encourage more attacks.

German Police Investigate Drugging Claims at Ruling Social Democrats Summer Party

German police have launched an investigation into allegations by several women who claimed to have been drugged at a summer party of Germany’s ruling Social Democrats (SPD) in Berlin last week.

The Berlin criminal police began an investigation into the allegations brought by at least five women who claimed they had been drugged at the Social Democrats party, which took place on Wednesday evening in the German capital and was attended by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

One of the alleged victims, a 21-year-old woman, stated that she drank soft drinks and ate food but noticed she became nauseous and dizzy around 9:30 p.m. and said she did not recall anything from the rest of the evening. The following morning she contacted the police and was also taken to a local hospital for examination, Der Spiegel reported.

Police stated on Saturday that at least four other alleged victims had come forward complaining of similar symptoms, but police also stated they had no reports of other crimes taking place at the party such as sexual assaults.

“This is an outrageous process, which on our part was immediately reported to the Bundestag police,” SPD parliamentary group managing director Mathias Martin said and called don any other possible victims to come forward.

A spokesman for the party later claimed on Monday that the number of alleged victims had risen to nine, while other members of the party, such as parliamentary group director Katja Mast, also called on any other victims to report to the police.

The alleged drugging incidents come as the Social Democrats and their leftist coalition with the Greens and the Free Democrats is losing popularity in Germany due to the German public becoming less enthusiastic about the coalition’s climate change goals as energy prices remain high.

A senior European Union commissioner recently called on Germany to delay closing its nuclear power stations to help cushion the energy crisis. The German government is sticking to plans to close three nuclear power stations by the end of this year.
