Major manhunt in Styria: Syrian ( aged 24) allegedly killed his mother ( aged 41)

A Syrian ( aged 24) is said to have killed his mother ( aged 41) in Wagna in southern Styria. He is on the run, a large-scale manhunt is underway.

The fugitive suspect was last suspected to be in Graz, where he might also have stolen a car. Earlier, family members had called the police because they could not contact the woman. The door of the flat was broken open and the body of the Syrian woman was discovered.

Homicide investigators from the Styrian State Criminal Police Office have taken over the investigation. “Based on the results of the investigation so far, the police are searching for the victim’s son at full speed,” Markus Lamb, spokesman for the Styrian police told the newspaper Krone. The Syrian lived together with his mother in the flat and has disappeared since her body was found.

An acquaintance from Damascus commented on the photo of the murderer of a 17-year-old German girl with the words: “It’s their money, but your… (car). Congratulations, Habibi!”

Austria: No murder charges against four Afghans involved in the rape and murder of 13-year-old Leonie

Gang rape of a drugged 13-year-old girl who dies at the end of the ordeal. For the Austrian justice system, this is no reason for a murder charge against the Afghan quartet (16,18,22,23 y/o ). Only the sexual assault of the schoolgirl from Tulln will be tried. As far as one can believe the media coverage, which is largely consistent from the newspapers Standard to Heute, no negligent homicide or failure to render assistance is being dealt with.

On June 25, the 13-year-old girl was partying with four Afghan men, who are also referred to as “refugees”. She was found dead the next day – leaning against a tree on a grass verge in the Vienna city area.

The spokeswoman of the public prosecutor’s office, Nina Bussek, informed the public that the three suspects have to answer to charges of rape and aggravated sexual abuse. No word of murder, involuntary manslaughter or failure to render assistance. Not a word about substance abuse. The question for the legal layman is: why?

During the “party”, the Afghans drugged the young schoolgirl, she received an overdose of ecstasy, possibly other drugs were also involved. At least two of the people present took advantage of their defenceless victim. When the girl fainted, they tried to give her milk and yoghurt. In vain, she died. The body was wrapped in a carpet and taken to the above-mentioned place where it was found. Instead of calling for rescue in time, they accepted her death and dumped her like rubbish.

The trial can be awaited with excitement. It is to be expected that the defence will argue that these are poor, traumatised refugees who would by now be well integrated in Austria and whose lives should not be upset by a harsh judgement. The fact that the 13-year-old Austrian girl Leonie died because of their actions is hardly more than a footnote. For “only” the rape of a minor is being tried.

Rationalizing Transgender Sports

By Milli Sands

Whatever you choose as your explanation, the fact remains that empirically, in the trans domain, transwomen outperform ciswomen and transmen do not outperform cismen.

Though some may argue that there is no advantage or no unusual advantageafforded to transwomen when they compete against ciswomen, I would submit that there is a reason why transwomen tend to win and transmen tend not to in their respective divisions.

Based on my skill, knowledge, and training, I conclude it is male puberty that contributes mightily to the disparity we see between the results of the different trans athletes and the relative dominance of transwomen over ciswomen. Others may conclude differently. This is irrelevant to my proposal.

The fact remains that ciswomen are likely to be disadvantaged in competition with trained transwomen.

Much has been said about categorizing transmen as men and transwomen as women for purposes of sport competition.

Many oppose this vehemently. Many support this vehemently.

Just about any system of categorizing will have some weakness. Hence, the exception to the rule. The idea is to make a system of categorization as solid as possible.

My modest proposal is to categorize athletes according to the presence or absence of the Y chromosome. This will assist in making athletic competitions fairer, as in like competing against like.

In essence, athletes can be divided into Ys and Y-Nots.

Such a system would avoid the current tensions in the Men-Male/Women-Female system.

There have been suggestions that a separate “Trans“ athletic division be added. This would not be unreasonable. A couple of minor disadvantages would be the increased record-keeping associated with a third division and the potentially small number of participants. On the flip side, an additional division would be a boon for trivia aficionados. (As an aside, it would be interesting to see if the number of trans-athletes, especially transwomen, diminishes once they no longer compete against Y-Nots. You choose the statistical method.)

The Y/Y-Not system would be easily convertible from the legacy system for continuity of records and stats as most men/male competitors still possess Y chromosomes and most women/female competitors still do not possess Y chromosomes.

How to handle awarded trans athletes? One approach would be to have trans athletes “reassigned” under this system and still hold their titles asterisked with an explanatory “in competition with athletes from the other division,” e.g., transwomen who championed against Y-Nots and transmen who championed against Ys.

As one who prefers less complication, I favor the Y/Y-Not classification.

If this sounds vaguely familiar, it is a method similar to the one used in sport years ago. At that time, sex verification was found inadequate for the small number of intersex — not transgender — athletes who competed, so other tests and regulations were developed. An estimated 0.018% of the population is born intersexed. (There is a 1.7% number running around that has been debunked.) But here, we are not addressing the intersex athlete. Deal with the intersexed otherwise, if you choose. For the garden-variety transgender, I submit that the proposed methodology is adequate.

There is added benefit.

An extension of this system is application to the description of pregnancy and the current controversies surrounding who can get pregnant. The number of people with the Y chromosome who have been pregnant is virtually equivalent to zero. You can basically count them on the fingers of one foot.

We can drop awkward phrases such as “people who can get pregnant,” etc. None of these appellations roll off the tongue tightly and economically. The terms are more like Microsoft code — unduly bloated. Even the popular “chest feeding” description can be dropped. (Though, this has always been an odd one as both traditional/old school/benighted age/classic men and women possess breasts.)

Y-Nots can get pregnant. Ys cannot.

In the alternative, the presence or absence of a prostate can be used to separate the two groups, e.g., ProsPos and ProsNeg. Prostate Positives possess Y chromosomes and prostates and do not get pregnant. Prostate Negatives are without Y chromosomes and prostates and can get pregnant (all other conditions being met., e.g., a normally functioning uterus.).

For our purposes, we are talking about the real prostate located between the bladder and penis and not the misnamed “female prostate” which are Skene’s glands located at the front of the vagina. Unlike the real prostate, these glands are not palpable to the examining finger entering from the south (anus).

Congenital absence of the prostate is practically unheard of. The prostate is a reliable indicator of the presence of a Y chromosome and the inability to get pregnant.

The major drawback I foresee with this approach is that there may be a tendency to divide the groups into Pros and Not-Pros — a potentially confusing use of language when it comes to professional athletes.

The above offers a better than adequate simple solution to what have become convoluted and complicated problems of these times.

The pro-Ukraine front in Germany is crumbling

The first cracks in the anti-Russia united front are beginning to appear in the German political landscape. Saxon Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer, from the CDU, was the first to come out publicly and contradict the official line of the parties in the Bundestag, according to which Ukraine should continue to be supported without ifs and buts and the course of sanctions against Russia should be maintained.

Kretschmer believes that the war in Ukraine is too high an economic risk for Germany and Europe. One must recognize that the war is throwing the entire world, and Europe in particular, into chaos, he said on Tuesday. If it continues as before, there is a risk of Germany losing economic strength that is necessary to organize security and remain competitive.

Kretschmer said that the current public debate was totally “one-sided” and stressed that the war was becoming a huge burden for Germans. “We need negotiations as soon as possible now, the war must be frozen,” Kretschmer demanded.

Not only must the conflict that led to the escalation of the Ukraine war be resolved, but according to him, Germany and France must play a mediating role.

This is due to the size and history of the countries and their involvement in uniting Europeans. They now have to play a central role in resolving the conflict together with the US and other countries. Kretschmer, however, said that this did not mean that Ukraine should give up territory.

German tabloid Bild and dpa reported that Kretschmer claimed that the war was an injustice and a crime committed by Russia, but if it continues the loss of economic power will negatively impact the organization of security and competitiveness.

Criticism of Berlin and Brussels

Kretschmer expressed clear criticism of the German and EU attitude to the war in Ukraine. He questioned the sagacity of maintaining that firstly it was about winning the war and secondly never buying raw materials from Russia again. Because if that is the attitude, there will be no ceasefire negotiations. Kretschmer therefore advocated a more pragmatic approach, also in order to invest in one’s “own strength”.

“I am firmly convinced that we need these supplies of raw materials. Secondly, I am of the opinion that we must try together […] to influence the Russian President and also to convince Ukraine that we can all resolve this conflict together have to freeze. That’s different than what’s going on right now.”

As far as the period of imports from Russia is concerned, Kretschmer assumed that “at least another five years” of Russian gas would be necessary. “I know that’s all a minority opinion and the other position is much more popular, which is why I’m campaigning for it to be given more consideration.”

The Springer newspaper reported that “Kretschmer was openly opposing the line of the federal government and the line of his own party. Chancellor Olaf Scholz had repeatedly stated that there would be no “dictated peace”. Similarly, CDU leader Friedrich Merz demanded that Ukraine “win the war”.

But according to Kretschmer, Germany should work to bring Russia back to the negotiating table and convince Ukraine that a freezing of the conflict would also be in their interest. “It will be bitter for Ukraine to go down this road, but what is the alternative?” he asked.

The German politician outlined that a complete unbundling of the economic relationship with Russia would be unnecessary and would only harm German interests. He said the German government is currently pushing to enable Ukraine to win the war under all circumstances and that Germany would never again be able to import raw materials from Russia. “We’re not going to win anything with that,” he stated.

Kretschmer, who belongs to the conservative CDU, has been long critical of the German government’s approach to Ukraine. Already in May, he stated that he opposed delivering heavy weapons to the war-torn country.

From the other side of the political fence

Leftist SPD member Klaus von Dohnanyi, an ex-Mayor of Hamburg from 1981 to 1988, recently also deviated from the EU line: “When Americans, Russians or neutrals say it could lead to a world war, that’s what interests me the most. We’re responsible for Germany here. We’re responsible for the integrity of our country. We are not responsible for other countries, but for ourselves. And we must try to protect our country.”

The moderator for public broadcaster ARD, Sandra Maischberger, quoted from Dohnanyis’ book, which was published in January 2022 during an interview: “The West’s policy of confrontation so far hasn’t provided the security that Vladimir Putin wanted. Instead of constantly demonizing Putin, couldn’t we just start with a normal human experience? It’s only through dialogue that one can see what the other wants and what they want where joint progress is possible.”

Maischberger challenged von Dohnanyi: “Do you think you can really associate yourself with these sentences?”

He responded: “Of course. Ms. Maischberger, in the book I wrote why there will be a war. That’s because the West wasn’t ready to talk about the only important question for Russia and for Putin, namely the question of Ukraine’s belonging to NATO – to even negotiate this issue. President Biden refused to negotiate this, Putin asked for it, and in the end it came out that Biden said that instead of negotiating this issue, we will introduce sanctions, tough sanctions. And afterwards he said I knew that these sanctions would not prevent the war. He said so explicitly.”

Warnings from Serbia

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, whose country has close ties with China and Russia, said a few days ago: “I know what awaits us. As soon as Vladimir Putin has finished his work in Seversk, Bakhmut and Soledar, having crossed the second line at Slavyansk, once Kramatorsk-Avdeyevka has been reached, he will make a proposal. And if they [the West] don’t accept it – and they won’t – then all hell will break loose.” He predicted this without giving details of the planned initiative.

On July 12, the philosopher and writer Richard David Precht was interviewed on German public broadcaster ZDF where he outlined how a distorted image of Russian aggression was being spread in the media and politically. Anyone who deals with the topic in depth would have come across Ukrainian Decree 117/2021. Paragraph 2 clearly states: “Approval of the strategy of de-occupation and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.”

From this it is evident that the only correct answer from the Russian President was the troop deployment at the end of March/beginning of April 2021. This fact is deliberately being kept secret from voters and, according to FDP politician Christian Sauter, even members of the defence committee in the Bundestag such as himself.

France: Breton slaughterhouse company ends halal slaughter in the name of animal welfare !

Since July 1, the SVA company has stopped slaughtering without anaesthesia in its slaughterhouses in Vitré (Ille-et-Vilaine) and Trémorel (Côtes-d’Armor). In the name of animal welfare.

“We want to be a national leader in animal welfare,” explains Jérôme Lebec, the general manager of Société Vitréenne d’Abattage (SVA), a subsidiary of AgroMousquetaires. The two slaughterhouses of the agro-industrial group in Vitré (Ille-et-Vilaine) and Trémorel (Côtes-d’Armor) have stopped slaughtering animals without using anaesthetic since July 1. In other words, their ritual slaughter.

The SVA slaughterhouses in Vitré (Ille-et-Vilaine) and Trémorel (Côtes-d’Armor) slaughtered 15% of the animals ritually (without anaesthesia).

Halal or kosher, it represents a deviation from classical slaughter practices, which require that animals be anaesthetised before being bled. The responsibility for this lies with the Member States of the European Union. “Of the 300 000 cattle slaughtered annually in our slaughterhouses, ” so-called ” ritualised ” slaughter affected 15% of the animals,” says Jérôme Lebec. Tour de France: ‘A lot of guys have breathing problems’

Victor Lafay (26) dropped out on the 13th stage of the Tour de France, after the Frenchman from Cofidis, who has been tipped as a possible candidate for a win, said that by the sixth stage victory was no longer possible. There are 21 stages in the cycling competition.

In front of the Eurosport camera, Lafay said he could not keep up with the peloton and ended up alone. The interviewer asked him if he was ill. “Yes, I’m ill. I’m not the only one in the peloton. I spoke to Castro [Jonathan Castroviejo, editor] at the start and he told me that he wasn’t feeling well either.”

Lafay added: “He came to me and asked me, ‘Are you sick? Do you also suffer from breathing problems? I have great difficulty breathing. I feel like I’m not getting enough oxygen. I have pain everywhere, in my legs and so on. I have no strength and it’s getting worse with each stage’,” according to the cyclist.

The interviewer asked if it could be Covid. “All Corona tests were negative. Many cyclists feel that way, but they too all tested negative. I’m not a doctor, but many of us have the same ailments and struggle on the bike,” said Lafay.

The French star from Cofidis abandoned his first Tour on Friday between Le Bourg d’Oisans and Saint-Étienne. He had battled to cross the Alps, arrived last but on time at Alpe d’Huez, but then his condition got the better of him.

Exhausted and disappointed, the stage winner on the Giro 2021 had to give up on the next leg of the race, he told le Parisien. “I had no choice but to give up, I wouldn’t have finished on time. At least I’ll be able to recover now. I think I need it.”

He said he saw no improvement in eight days. “It’s the Tour de France, an exceptional race, you must never give up. We tell ourselves that sometimes we can bounce back, get better when we are sick. Well, it’s been eight days and there is no improvement – it’s even been getting worse and worse.”

When asked about the symptoms, Lafay explained: “Even with little effort it becomes impossible to breathe. I talked about it with the peloton – there are many who have it.” The cyclist named at least three other participants with the same complaints and suggested that the Covid vaccine could have caused it.

“We talk a lot about Covid, but there may be something else. In any case, we all have our lungs screwed up. And when the muscles are not oxygenated, after a while they can no longer work.”

UK: Fury as Rotherham grooming gang member enjoys stroll in the sunshine just miles from scene of his crimes after he was released from prison having served HALF of his 10-year sentence

A member of a Rotherham grooming gang has been pictured for the first time as he happily enjoys his freedom just a few miles from the scene of his sickening crimes.

The presence of Qurban Ali, 59, on the streets of north east Sheffield has outraged one of the victims of the paedophile ring which he was part of.

The former taxi firm boss was seen strolling around only five miles away from his old haunts in nearby Rotherham.

MailOnline revealed exclusively last month how Ali had become the first major grooming gang member to be freed early last year after serving half of his ten year jail sentence.

Sammy Woodhouse, 37, who was sexually abused by Ali’s nephew Arshid Hussain, said she was sickened that he had been allowed to return to South Yorkshire.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, she bravely waived her right to anonymity, saying: ‘It’s a disgrace that he has only served half his sentence and is now back out on the streets.

‘None of those convicted as part of the grooming gang scandal should be allowed in South Yorkshire. It’s far too close. Some of us live and work in Rotherham and Sheffield.

‘But people like him and the people he associates with don’t care whatsoever about people like me, they never have and never will.’

Ali was jailed in February 2016, alongside three of his nephews, after being convicted of conspiracy to rape at Sheffield Crown Court, but was cleared of three other charges including rape.

His nephew Arshid who was the group’s ringleader known as ‘Mad Ash’ was jailed for 35 years for 23 serious child sexual exploitation crimes between 1987 and 2003 including three rapes and 11 indecent assaults.

Arshid’s brothers Basharat and Bannaras were also was jailed for 25 years and 19 years respectively for similar crimes.

A dozen women who are now aged in their 30s gave harrowing evidence at their trial to describe how they were repeatedly abused by the gang.

Judge Sarah Wright told Ali and his nephews: ‘The harm you have caused is of unimaginable proportions.’

An official report released in 2014 found that 1,400 women and girls in Rotherham were subjected to sexual exploitation as children by multiple gangs between 1997 and 2013 in the UK’s biggest sex abuse scandal.
