Ali Boukra, 53, was brought before the Carcassonne Magistrate’s Court on Monday October 25, escorted by the police, for making death threats and insults against public figures and a public employee. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, of which 12 months were suspended.
On October 20, the victim, a city hall employee, went to the defendant’s home after she was made aware that someone was feeding stray cats and birds at that address. When she arrived at the defendant’s garage, she introduced herself and asked Ali’s mother to stop feeding the animals. “That was the moment things got out of control,” she testified on Monday. “Ali Boukra stormed out of the garage. I pulled out my ID card and the stream of insults started. But what really shocked me was when he said, ‘I will cut your throat, by the Quran, I will cut your throat.’ He then took my bicycle, lifted it up and threw it away. Scared, I ran away, he chased me for a while and I ran off,” she says.”I have a Mediterranean nature, but I am not violent. Following the report by the municipal employee, the municipal police interrogated Ali Boukra, who, when confronted by the officers, maintained the same tone of voice and assured them, “If I see her again, I will cut her throat”. On October 22, a team of eight gendarmes, including six officers from the Psig, arrested the accused at his home at around 9 am. In view of his criminal record with ten previous convictions and the facts mentioned, prosecutor Florence Galtier speaks of “a man who behaves like a man possessed”. She demanded 18 months imprisonment, of which 8 months were suspended, the obligation to seek medical treatment and to remain in prison. The defendant’s lawyer, Maître Quentin Poirot-Seynaeve, believes that “a prison sentence would be ineffective” and demands “psychological and psychiatric care for the mentally ill Ali Boukra”.

Poland changes law to expel illegal migrants on the spot
In Poland, a change in the law on asylum has come into force, according to which migrants entering the country illegally can more easily be expelled. The background to this is a sharp increase in the number of illegal entries via Belarus.
According to the change in the law published in the official gazette on Tuesday, the border guard commander can expel the person concerned from the country immediately after logging an unauthorized border crossing. In addition, the commander can prohibit re-entry into Poland and the Schengen area for a period of six months to three years, according to RT.
In future, the Immigration Office may reject any application for international protection if the applicant was caught immediately after crossing the border illegally. The office only has to consider the asylum application of a foreigner in the case that he “came directly from a national territory in which his life or freedom was threatened with persecution” and can credibly present the reasons for his illegal border crossing.
According to EU law, those seeking protection must file their asylum application in the EU country they enter first, but this arrangement, called the Dublin Regulation, is no longer enforced. Most illegals do not stay in Poland, but move on to Germany.
Similarly, migrants who enter or stay in German federal territory illegally and without a valid passport are liable to prosecution in terms of Section 95 of the Residence Act. As a result, a police officer must file a criminal complaint if these provisions are met.
This also applies when illegals ask for asylum. If those migrants are unable to show any valid identity documents or residence permits (which is usually the case), they are initially suspected of violating Section 95 of the Residence Act.
Wasting time while working for the wastepaper basket
This means that if a large number of asylum seekers have been apprehended, a large number of police officers are also necessary to deal with the cases. This involves measures which take up a lot of an officer’s time.
“What bothers me most in this area to this day, is that you knew and know that you are working symbolically ‘for the wastebasket’ even before the red tape exercise has started. Early on during the events in 2015, we were informed by the responsible public prosecutor’s office that the police would not be pursued in connection with the illegal stay of people,” a police officer admitted.

The ‘undocumented’ finds
“Finds” in a forest near Görlitz in Germany have shown that everything is supposedly “lost” when crossing the border as an illegal – almost as if the asylum seekers know that they should do whatever they can to complicate the paperwork for German officials.
Apparently, as a person seeking protection, it is not easy to keep three things together. Some things get lost all the time, including passports, plane tickets and identity documents.
In a forest near Görlitz, new finds turn up every day – from a torn passport, a Turkish telephone card, paper money from Turkey and Belarus or torn documents of an airline reservation. According to the finder, the finds were handed over to the police.
Somehow iPhones never disappear
The fact that the “refugee” who arrives illegally in Europe always loses his papers while fleeing, but never his iPhone, is probably the best proof that such people are by no means “poor persecuted refugees”.

Man does not want to shout “Free Palestine”: Three men beat him up and seriously injure him in Berlin, Germany
Three so far unknown perpetrators attacked a 36-year-old man from Berlin last night in the district of Spandau, causing life-threatening injuries. Beforehand, they asked him to shout a slogan. When he refused, the three men punched and kicked him, police said. According to the newspaper Berliner Zeitung, the attackers demanded that their victim shout the anti-Israeli slogan “Free Palestine”.
The victim lost consciousness in the meantime. An ambulance took the man to hospital with severe head injuries. So far, there is no information on whether the attackers and the victim knew each other.
Again and again, Palestinians and Arabs bring the Middle East conflict to German cities. In Berlin in 2018, for example, two Jews wearing kippas were mobbed and attacked with a belt on the open street by youths with a corresponding migrant background. But on Monday he made new threats, which indicated that this time he was ready to act. He told a friend that he had burned his French papers in order to cut the director’s throat. When tracking down his emails, investigators also found threatening insults against the victim’s daughter, whom he wanted to “rape and cut her throat”. Europe’s population is being replaced – and France is leading the way

The great historian René Grousset said that a civilization is destroyed with its own hands. “No civilization is destroyed from the outside without first having deteriorated itself, no empire is conquered from the outside without previously self-destructing – when they have ceased to understand their raison d’etre and when the dominant idea around which they were organized becomes a stranger to them”.
Grousset was thinking of the great empires of the past, such as Minos’s Crete, not of his own country, contemporary France.
According to a Harris poll released last week, the French population is alarmed by the “great replacement” in progress, the idea behind Eric Zemmour, the Jewish author of the “French Suicide” who should soon formalize his candidacy for the next presidential elections. 67 percent see it as a cause for concern and 61 percent think it will happen.
“Is immigration half the population growth of France?” asked the renowned political scientist Dominique Reynié, sparking a debate. The academic is referrring to a study by the National Statistics Institute whose title gives an idea of the answer to the question: “44 percent of the population increase comes from immigrants”. And the data goes back four years. “In twelve years, the contribution of immigrants to population growth has increased considerably: in 2006 it was 28 per cent”. 1.6 points per year.

Dominique Reynié therefore speaks of an “ethnocultural recomposition” of France, also documented by Jérôme Fourquet in his book “L’Archipel Français” and who has just said on TV: “Mass immigration has already transformed the demographic physiognomy of France”.
“Our brave politicians tell us that we must prevent the climate from increasing by two degrees in a hundred years, but that we can absolutely do nothing for immigration,” writes journalist Laurent Obertone in his book “La France Interdite”. “Europeans are disappearing, like dinosaurs.”
Obertone cites a report from the Institut Montaigne, according to which the “visible minorities” (Asia, Maghreb, Africa) are 14 million or about 20 percent of the French population, with at least one grandparent born in non-European territory, namely Maghreb, Africa sub-Saharan, Turkey, Middle East and Asia. “The French population has started to decline,” writes Obertone. “It takes two children to renew the generation. Today 100 French will have 65 children, tomorrow 42, then they will have 27…. Each generation will be almost halved ”.
Two observations by Obertone: “The ‘visible diversity’, which is less than 20 percent of the population, is involved in more than 40 percent of births. It is now an underlying trend. The share of births from ‘diversity’ will be 70 percent in 2040. It is tomorrow. At this rate, natives will be a minority on French soil in 2060. Probably before then. And this hypothesis does not yet take into account illegal immigration or asylum seekers and it is more than unlikely that the migratory pressure will decrease. It is not a fantasy. This is the scenario envisaged by the United Nations, for Europe and France “.
Obertone’s conclusion is not the rosiest: “In 1856, following a prophecy, the Xhosa people destroyed all their crops and put their flocks to death. The future seemed hell to him. France: Islamist who murdered a young mother and planned an attack on a church service stands trial
The maximum sentence was called for on Monday against Algerian student Sid-Ahmed Ghlam, who was on trial for the murder of a young woman and a failed attack on a church in April 2015.
Sid-Ahmed Ghlam was a “man of exceptional dangerousness” who had a “deviant and paranoid” vision of his religion, the prosecution said in its closing argument before the Paris Court of Appeal on Monday.
The prosecution requested a life sentence combined with a 22-year security sentence and a permanent ban from entering French territory after the sentence expires. In the first instance, Sid-Ahmed Ghlam had been sentenced to exactly this penalty in 2020.
“His aim was to spread terror,” is the charge against him. During his appeal, Ghlam “perversely insisted on his lies”.”Nothing good can be expected from him in the future,” the Pnat representatives added. “He did not have the courage to answer for his deeds.
On several occasions, they compared the behaviour of Sid-Ahmed Ghlam with that of the victim’s daughter, who was four years old at the time of the crime. In a letter read out by her father, J., now 11 years old, wrote that she ” must accept her fate “.
Sid-Ahmed Ghlam was not capable of doing so, the prosecution said. “Lying is part of his way of life”.
In contrast to his trial at first instance, Sid-Ahmed Ghlam admitted travelling to Syria to meet with Islamic State leaders and acknowledged that he had intended to kill parishioners in a church in Villejuif before abandoning his plan. “But this confession is not a confession. We were already convinced” that the accused had travelled to Syria and also intended to carry out a murderous attack in a church, the prosecution said.
Initially, Ghlam admitted to meeting with Islamic State members, albeit in Turkey, and claimed that he only wanted to “scare” the parishioners of the church in Villejuif (Val-de-Marne) in April 2015.
On appeal, he further denied being responsible for the murder of Aurélie Chatelain, who was shot in cold blood in a car park in Villejuif in order to steal her car. As in the first case, Sid-Ahmed Ghlam claimed that a mysterious accomplice, of whom investigators have found no trace, killed the 32-year-old mother.
According to the prosecution, only Sid-Ahmed Ghlam’s blood and DNA were found at the crime scene.
After the murder, Mr Ghlam had accidentally injured his thigh when he put his gun back on his belt. This injury forced him to abandon his plan to carry out the attack on the church.
Sid-Ahmed Ghlam, 30, remained seated with his head down for most of the time during the reading of the indictment. “You are the only one who can redeem yourself,” urged the Chatelain family’s lawyer, Charles Merlen, before the closing argument – to no avail.
Antoine Casubolo-Ferro, another lawyer for the Chatelain family, condemned the ” scandalous and unscrupulous denials ” of the accused. “Why did Sid-Ahmed Ghlam not confess to the murder of Aurélie Chatelain during the trial”? “Because the truth is that he never left the ideology of the Islamic State”, the lawyer replied.
“You will not be convicted because you are a Muslim. You will be convicted because you are a murderer,” said Gérard Chemla, the last lawyer for the civil parties.
The two prosecutors from the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (Pnat) also requested prison sentences of 15, 25 and 30 years for Sid-Ahmed Ghlam’s three main codefendants.
These codefendants also include Rabah Boukaouma, described by the prosecution as the “chief logistician” of the operation and sentenced in the first instance to 30 years’ imprisonment with a two-thirds preventive detention.
While the prosecution confirmed its request for a two-thirds preventive detention for Farid Brahami, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison in the first instance, it did not want to determine a preventive detention for Abdelkader Jalal, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison with a two-thirds preventive detention in the first instance.
Jalal, who says he has relapsed several times, has repeatedly claimed he is “not a terrorist”. He has been in prison since April 2015 and greeted the statement of claim with relief, smiling at his lawyers.
The defence will begin its plea on Tuesday. The verdict is expected on Thursday or Friday.

The New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern confirmed a reporter’s question about whether she could create two classes of people, with only those vaccinated retaining their civil status: “That’s it, yes, yes”.
Her new “Covid-19 response framework” to be released on Friday, will make life unbearable for the unvaccinated in her country and she looks forward to this development: “It will become very clear to people that if you are not vaccinated there will be things that you miss out on, everyday things that you will miss out on,” Ardern told Morning Report.
“It’s about both rewarding people who have gone out and done the right thing but also keeping away people who are less safe.”
There is no supporting data or the slightest evidence for Ardern’s assertion. Getting the jab may not be “the right thing”. In fact, the British government has published a finding showing that the vaccinated people do not produce antibodies to the nucleocapsid protein, which happens to be a crucial part of a healthy response in the unvaccinated to the virus. This may explain why the vaccinated now constitute the majority of hospitalized Covid-19 cases.
Moreover, vaccines do not stop infection or transmission of SARS-CoV-2, while natural immunity appears to be a much better way to fight off the virus.
Despite the alarming evidence already piling up, the Ardern administration proudly plans to roll out vaccine certificates to coincide with the new two-tier system. “We’ve always said once we’re vaccinated it will be different, so we need to therefore design what that looks like.”
Ardern’s notion of punishing the unvaccinated is supported by globalist shillNoam Chomsky, who has called for starving the unvaccinated by denying them access to food.
It is evident from the meteoric rise in cases that Ardern’s Corona response has been a total failure, but she seems to be pressing on in compounding the disaster. The same trend is evident in highly vaccinated Wales, but the New Zealand prime minister appears to be igoring all relevant information.
German doctor Wolfgang Wodarg, who almost single-handedly stopped the global swine flu vaccination campaign in 2010 in the European Council, has warned against damage to the immune system due to these jabs.
The “fully vaccinated” last month accounted for the vast majority of Covid-19 deaths in the UK, Belgium and Sweden, according to official government data. Because of the risk of developing heart problems, Swedish health officials also imposed a permanent ban on the Moderna vaccine to anyone under 31, the Daily Mail reported.
