The name of the lawyer who advocates for the parents of 13-year-old Leonie, who was murdered and raped by Afghans, appears on a death list

According to an anonymous letter, he is considered one of the “250 biggest misanthropes”: lawyer Florian Höllwarth, known for his advocacy on behalf of rape victim Leonie (13), is on that ominous death list currently circulating in Germany.

eXXpress readers know the background story: A “death list” is currently circulating in Germany for the Monday after the Bundestag elections. According to the author, the “250 biggest misanthropes” are to be killed. In addition to all kinds of politicians, celebrities, doctors and journalists, nine Austrians are also listed – including the Viennese lawyer Florian Höllwarth. He recently gained publicity because he is the attorney for the parents of little Leonie (13), who was raped and killed by four Afghan asylum seekers, in an official liability suit against the Republic of Austria.

Has this commitment brought him into the focus of the presumably left-wing extremist authors of the death list?Remarkably, Höllwarth is not only mentioned by name, but his Twitter account is also mentioned elsewhere, even though his account has only 400 followers and is used only irregularly.

However, the anonymous letter, including the death list, is dated September 2, which suggests that the lawyer may have incurred the wrath of the author in a completely different matter. At the end of August, he had posted on Twitter about a complaint platform he had launched with a colleague: “All who are bothered by a corona vaccination rule now have to join the potential ‘complain to the masses’.” So it is probably more his commitment against this rule that has put Höllwarth, who is actually not very well known in Germany, on the list with other critics of Corona measures such as pop star Nena. An enquiry from eXXpress to him has so far remained unanswered.

The German security authorities are already aware of the list and several of those affected are taking legal action against it. In the eXXpressTV interview, TE editor-in-chief Roland Tichy (he is also on the list) reported that many are also afraid because of this.

  1. The wise Muslims in their community, will caution the hot heads. Don’t think pogroms can be focused solely against a single community.
