The investigations of the St. Gallen cantonal police led to a 21-year-old Afghan. He is strongly suspected of having touched the children.
The public prosecutor’s office of the Canton of St. Gallen ordered the arrest and a house search. During questioning, the accused admitted to having been at the meadow.
